Nack gave a look back to his Commanding Officer, as if he were caught completely off guard. "You can't be serious! Nobody is going to take me seriously!" The ready room was rather cramped, and the tension in the air made it seem even more cramped.
But the orders were final, and the Captain reminded the 4'11'' Ferengi that his starfleet uniform was what mattered, and not his stature.
"I want it on report that I protest this. I really think, in diplomatic matters such as this, it should be you."
"Noted." was all Nika said, making it clear that she wasn't going to budge.
Nack let out an audible sigh, in attempt to resurrect the argument, but Captain Cir'Kem didn't fall for it, and others in the room were getting restless.
"Mr.. I mean, Commander... Matthew," Nack remembered his conversation with Nika a few weeks ago about addressing the operations officer, "can you patch me through to Romulan I don't know why I am going through with this Command?" The Ferengi's voice expressed his less than thrilled attitude. No federation race took Ferengis seriously, let alone Romulans. It was a prejudice that the large eared first officer had learned to live with. If only others could learn to accept him.
"I know you're busy. I think the Captain's commands take precedent here - they are more important right now. When you get it taken care of, patch it through to the briefing room. I'll take it in there."
As Matthew walked out, Nack pulled Nika aside. "You know about the thing with Ensign Isis, then, eh?" Nobody wished to discuss it, it was clear, so Nike just nodded. "Well - would it be wise for her to take transport off the ship before we get going? She could hitch a ride with Wong and Martinez"
Interesting thought. Isis was a good medical officer- and her decontamination chamber was a success. It would be a shame to lose another Medical officer. But what was done was done.
The agreement was given, and Nack arranged for Isis to be transported to Starbase Bellicose with the marines.
"If that's all, I'm going to start preparing for my meeting with the Romulans."
Romulans. The last romulan that Nack had the luxury of interacting with was Commander S'reena Hope of the USS Hanson. He was a lowly cadet at that time. She was strict, but Nack had learned to work with her quite proficiently. Perhaps he could pull this off afterall.

Lieutenant Youngblood was on the bridge at his tactical station. As soon as the Romulan vessel appeared on the screen Yahnie started his scans on the ship. “Captain I advise the ship should go to Yellow alert we have no idea what they are doing here when we have already vacated the planet.” “My scans of the vessel show that they may be hiding something that has a dampening field around it.”
<Captain Cir’kem>
Nika turned to Lieutenant Youngblood. “Would you mind talking to some of our passengers?” she asked. “A few of the Romulans, a few of the rest, figure out, if you can, when the Romulan colony was founded, as well as why nobody mentioned this in the various science reports.” “Yes Ma’am replied Lieutenant Youngblood” “I will get my best people on it and will have an answer within an hour.” “I still need to find out why the Romulan’s has a dampening field around their ship?” “What are they hiding?” “Yahnie had tapped his comm. Badge and called on to Reed and Malloy to handle the questioning. After he had done the Captain’s inquiry Yahnie turned his attention to his scans of the Romulan’s vessel.

Having successfully sent the bridge a-flutter with activity, Nika ordered the communication channel be turned back on. “I think we really should talk about what you're doing in Federation space, as well as how these colonists got here.”
"captain Cir'Kem we are here to help with the evacuation of the colony and as for how they got here i cannot tell you if you like i will beam over to your ship to talk."

“I want it on report that I protest this. I really think, in diplomatic matters such as this, it should be you.” Commander Nack said.
“Noted,” Nika replied, putting it into the records immediately. She personally disagreed strongly, but then, she wouldn't have actually given the duty to Commander Nack if she thought it was her job and she could do it. As it was, she had to deal with the more pressing part of this particular diplomatic entanglement, the Romulan captain who had thought it would be a good idea to go a-visiting to Federation space.
The information from Commander Matthew confirmed Nika's need to find a peaceful resolution to this issue, though she didn't like the idea that the Victory would lose if it came down to a fight. Nika didn't call for backup from Starfleet now, because she knew the Romulan ship would detect the signal, and there was still a chance this could be worked out diplomatically. Her hopes were rewarded when Admiral Rolandin replied: “Captain Cir'Kem we are here to help with the evacuation of the colony and as for how they got here i cannot tell you if you like i will beam over to your ship to talk.”
“Excellent,” Nika said, surprised Rolandin was willing to come to the Victory. “But you have to understand that you will be checked for and forbidden from bringing a weapon aboard.” Nika waited until he confirmed that before continuing. “I'll see you shortly, then.” She smiled slightly, hoping to show that she was willing to participate in a civilized discussion, before closing the comm channel.
“Commander Matthew, seeing as how Commander Nack is otherwise occupied, would you mind participating in the discussion with me?”
<Tag Matthew>
“Lieutenant Youngblood, you have the bridge. But if the Romulan ship does something unexpected, I'm sure Commander Nack wouldn't object to being called away.”
<Tag Youngblood>
Nika and Commander Matthew headed down towards the transporter room, then they would visit a conference room, where there wouldn't be any risk that Admiral Rolandin would see anything he shouldn't.

"... and I told you that I understood that, but that still doesn't explain why your people are on our planet. In fact, I find it a poor attempt at sidetracking negotiations."
The Romulan High Command was being less than forthcoming, and Nack's inherent instinct in detecting a divulging of information was the primary factor for coming to that conclusion.
"Well then, since they are on a federation colony, they are all federation citizens. Once they are debriefed, that will be free to ..."
"Debriefed?" the Praetor interjected.
"Naturally. We will get their entire story, and set them off as federation citizens."
Of course, Nack didn't know what really was going to happen to those Romulans they were taking onboard- but the small ruse worked.
"I think we should discuss it first before you jump to conclusions. Surely, those Romulans are not Federation citizens."
"Well - if you could just give us some proof..." Nack stated, finally within grasp of the information he wanted.
"The Praetor made a motion to a subcommittee member off screen. Immediately a file transfered to Nack's console.
"You will find everything you need to know here. I expect you to stop the evacuation of Romulan civilians, as this document is proof of their citizenship.
"I will react in good faith - however, I am not the judge in this case. We will halt our rescue of Romulans, and pending my Captain's approval, replace all Romulan refugees."
"That is acceptable."
"HOWEver," Nack was clearly not finished. "If, after reviewing this text, Captain Cir'Kem does not find a legal basis for their citizenship, we will revert to rescuing them."
In a sentence that made Nack's blood chill, the Romulan said "Let us hope it does not come to that."
Nack immediately forwarded the file to Captain Cir'Kem for her review. =/\= I'll be up there in a minute =/\=

Bridge of ROMULAN WARBIRD Ael'Maec
As soon as the communications with the Victory was over a Lt hands him orders from romulan high command. As Rolandin reads the orders which are to destroy the victory and all evidence of the colony and also must not reveal why the romulans are on the federation planet and that the documents were sent to the victory.
Rolandin storms off the bridge and heads for the transporter room and beams over to the victory unarmed. When he arrives in the Victory's transporter room and the ships ctso was waiting for him and introduces himself as Lt. Yahnie Youngblood and has orders to escort him to the briefing room.

"I just forwarded what they sent me."
Captain Nika had a right to question Commander Nack, and Commander Nack had a right to be angry at Romulan High Command. They had sent him a false file. The text was garbage. There was no data-- nada- zilch - nil! Nack got on the horn immediately to protest, but High Command was not replying. That was when Nack was summoned to the briefing room.
Angry, embarrassed, and tired of his command being belittled by incidents beyond his control, he stormed into the briefing room, only to be met by a room full of frozen officers.
And standing behind Nika, was a Romulan. A phaser was in his hands, pointed strait at her back. A pile of phasers were lying on the floor in the corner where the rest of the officers had been unarmed, and Rolandin - as the Romulan introduced himself - proceeded to disarm the Ferengi.
"Well this explains a few things," Nack blurted out. The relief that the deception went deeper than just his interaction with High Command was short lived as the situation was rather dim.
"Wong!" Nack thought, but Major Wong was gone - and with no Chief Marine officer, Nack had assumed the role for the time being. But - as with any change of command, it was disorganized... and the marine staff were busy making sure their guests were safe to even know there was an incident onboard.
Yahnie was in the room, disarmed as well. Security would not be notified. Combadges had been stripped from their uniforms during the pat down process. They were littered among the phasers on the floor.
Commander Matthew, Nack noticed, was one of the only senior staff not in the room. He wasn't on the bridge, either, the last Nack checked. At the time, it seemed that he was the only hope, as the Romulan started a long winded speech about the glory of the Romulan Empire.

Scene: Counseling Suite
Asst Senior Ship Counselor paul Sabot’s office
“Counselor Sabot had just arrived at his desk, totally exhausted. He had just finished his "first day on the job" as a counselor on the ship.
“He spent the day meeting his staff and trying to get used to the suite of offices that he was assigned to. And to Add to his Burden The ship Chief of Operations Cmdr Matthew had given me a couple of projects... Cmdr Matthew wanted to take advantage of the Victory’s Current mission to check up on the Officers and crewmembers to see how they cope with the stress of the mission.
“The but my first Assignment was to deliver a detailed summarize Report on the psychological Report on the Romulian Warbird command staff on board the Ael'Maec it would appear that our chief of Operations Did not trust the Romulains or there reason for being in Federation space
“ I did I left him reading it about fifteen minutes ago lucky for me Starfleet Intelligent keep a very up to date Database on all command Rank officer federation as well as Romulain”
“The second project was to use long range sensors and create a map of this part of the quadrant.
“Then Sabot was to create a Genealogical report of the J'Mrak refugees in order to make the Rejoining of family’s much easier And I just might find out just What the Romulain’s really wont with the Romulains Refugees from J'Mrak”
“The overall amount of paperwork on Sabot’s desk was frightening. It was obvious that before his arrival, there was a shortage of Ship counselor on board for a while.
“He sat there glum for a minute, looking at his desk. He wasn't even sure he was cut out for this type of responsibility.
At least he had Ensign Hart. She was also a trained psychologist and therapist. She would take on a lot of that type of work. She seemed interesting, also. She was from Port Morris Scotland a fishing village on Earth and she always talking about The wonderful Scottish hills . "
"But while she was a good therapist, she was not a great organizer or department manager. That was probably why she wasn't the head counselor of this ship.
“It would probably take a couple of minutes to get everything in order, and what bothered Sabot was that many tours of duty could be up and over. That meant giving sales pitches to crew members and convincing them that they needed another tour with Starfleet. Oh, well...
Sabot had had enough of this for today. He headed out to go find his quarters, another place he did not know. His bags had been sitting in his room since his arrival and assignment to the Victory.
“He finally found his quarters and, after he unpacked his things, he lied down for a couple of minutes and decided he couldn't sleep.
“He got up and prepared himself to go over to the mess hall for dinner. Maybe something interesting would happen there.
“He swung over to see if Gary wanted to go, but Gary told him that he was going to have dinner with Gloria . Maybe another time. Sabot finally made it to the mess hall and did ordered what he needed most - comfort food. Spanish Paella and a glass of Sangria. Of course, it was not as good as his mother's, but hers was in a class all of its own.
After eating, he went back to his quarters and prepared to sleep. He set his alarm for 0400 so that he could get a quick workout in the morning and then a jumpstart on the mountain of paperwork in the morning. And as he started to doze, all he could think of was that he now has a new home. Again.

Nika hadn't expected the Romulan to pull a weapon on her. She was, in fact, fairly certain that she had explicitly told the transporter chief to check the transporter signal to make sure that there wasn't any such a weapon that the Romulan would bring with him. And, last time she had checked, a phaser was a relatively easy thing to detect. So how had it happened? For a few seconds, Nika was almost more concerned about that than with the very real situation of having a phaser pointed at her back. She hadn't been given a huge choice about giving up her own phaser, but she didn't like that she was separated from it now.
She still wasn't honestly sure just how the Romulan had managed to immobilize a room full of Starfleet officers, but she was sure that this couldn't be good for Starfleet's reputation. Or, for that matter, her own. As Captain of the Victory, she had a responsibility to her people, one she was unable to fulfill when she was trapped in a briefing room with a phaser to her back. Which meant she had to get out of this situation. Hopefully before any more of her officers came charging in just to be added to the hostage pile.
“Wait a second,” she said, interrupting what the Romulan had been saying. “You're currently on a Federation Ship, in Federation space. Don't you think it would be better if you didn't do anything to put yourself in a more diplomatically fragile position?” she suggested. “Putting away your phaser might help with that,” she added, as an afterthought.

AS Rolandin has the senior officers of the victory stunned about his actions. " I want everyone to take a seat. I do not have much time as I am disobeying my superiors orders on destroying the victory and all evidence about this colony. I believe if I follow these orders it will lead to an all out war between the federation and my people and of course the Klingon's will get involved due to them being your allies and wanting to destroy us. I don't want a war with the federation. we need to be Allies with both the federation and Klingon empire to make sure that the alpha and beta quadrant's are safe from invading forces from other quadrant's like the Borg. Now i;m gonna put my disruptor down and tell you a story. Captain I'm sorry about this but I don't have much time due to my first officer will find the orders to destroy everything and he will attack."

"That made more sense," the Ferengi said, when the Romulan told them to take a seat. Nack hadn't the time to ascertain whether the Romulan was carrying a Romulan weapon, or was carrying one stolen from a ship cache. Had he brought it on board himself, the transporters would have deactivated it. On second thought, with the engineering staff failing to report in reliably -- a topic the FO was going to mention after this mission -- there was a certain level of doubt clouding the transporters' abilities.
The Romulan gave a short winded speech. It was enough, though, to explain the situation. When he addressed the Captain, everyone turned to look.
Nack must have jumped a mile when the briefing room doors made the depressurizing sound as they opened. His back was toward them, and he wasn't expecting anyone to enter. He was still on edge from the phaser being pointed at him - and as a Ferengi, was already naturally high-strung.
"Did I miss something?" Commander Matthew asked.
"I would say so," Nack replied. He had the operations officer coordinating the rescue, which was why his absence had been excused. Finding a break in his duties, he joined the crew, and was updated on the events preceding his arrival.
The crew once again turned to Captain Cir'Kem when Rolandin reiterated the urgency of a decision.

Nika didn't generally agree with using a disrupter to make oneself heard out, she didn't usually think it aided conversation, and she didn't really think it helped now. But the fact was, Admiral Rolandin was setting down the disrupter, so she wasn't about to complain. At least not vocally, just now. “What do you want us to do?” she asked Rolandin, worried about the idea that the Romulan ship could start attacking at any moment. “We may not be able to take your ship in a fight, so I'd like to guard against that possibility.”
“I also have to add that were your ship to attack us the Federation would certainly find out, it would be traced back to you, and the war you alluded to would come to pass.” Nika disliked the idea of a war starting between the Romulans and Federation and Klingons almost as much as she disliked the idea that her ship would be blown up, and her too.
Nika didn't know for sure how the Romulan chain of command worked, but she believed that the first officer would hesitate before firing on a ship with his or her Commanding Officer on board. “What would your FO do if we were to head away from this system, back towards Federation space?” Nika asked Rolandin, also waiting to hear more of the story behind the Romulan presence here.

"Captain once my Xo realizes that i didn't follow orders it won't matter if I'm on board this ship or not he will still open fire on your ship. As for the Romulans on the planet. When the Romulan Empire learned you were going to put a colony out this far and sense this was neutral space the romulan empire thought if we could get here first and colonize the planet first and hope to keep the federation out of here but it failed you arrived here first but in route we encountered a sphere like ship that we never have seen before. We learned later on it was Borg. The sphere damaged the colony ship. We lost 19 out of 20 war birds trying to take out the sphere. We Finlay destroyed it but couldn't transport the colony ship back to the nearest romulan outpost so my CO at the time decided to bring them to this planet and put them on this planet so we put them on the other side of the planet. The romulan empire decided to leave them on the planet against mine and my CO's advice. The Romulan government will kill these romulans when they get back to romulus to. They Are innocent and must be protected and the only way they can be protected is if they stay here with the federation. Captain You will need to destroy the romulan war bird and you must strike quickly."

Nack was busy pecking at his padd while the Romulan and Captain Cir'kem were exchanging dialog. He mumbled something about carrot-futures being on the rise, and looked disgusted as he threw down the padd. Things were moving faster than he had thought. He would contact his horticulture specialist as soon as this meeting was out. Admiral Drew's turnip farm would need to be started as soon as possible before word gets around about cornering the carrot market.
He looked up to see the room staring at him. "I.. I.. " he sighed, "continue, I apologized."
No harm, no foul. Captain Cir'kem might give him a slight chastisement after the meeting, but there were more pressing matters to be dealt with at the moment, and Commander Nack had better get his head in the game.
The Romulan continued, stating his wish to destroy the war-bird. Nack did not miss that comment.
Nikaila took a seat and reflected on the Romulan's statement.
"Captain, surely you can't be considering this?" The others in the room looked uneasy as well.
<tag all>
"Since when do we act on information --- especially information giving to us from someone who acted so hostile only an hour ago." Nack checked his chronometer. It was only twenty minutes that had passed, but that was irrelevant. He was making a point.
At this point, it was out of his hands. As first officer, all he could do was try to uphold Section 47, and Starfleet's, values. The decision landed in the lap of the Captain, however, and she was of sound mind. Nack may protest a decision - but this was not a situation where he felt strongly either way.
He awaited, grudgingly, to receive the orders to mobilize the crew.

Yahnie had dove to the floor and grab the comm. Badge. Yahnie tapped the badge and spoke “Security alert, Send security teams to the briefing room.” After Yahnie spoke the Romulans was studded as to what happened and knocked him out by hitting him in the head. Yahnie was rendered unconscious and needed medical attention.
Reed and Malloy and several other teams headed to the briefing room along with a few of the marines that was on board. Soon the room will be retaken by the federation.

Nika didn't like the idea of firing on the Romulan warbird. It would put the Victory in danger and destroy lives on the say-so of a Romulan admiral. But she wasn't sure she had a choice. "Captain, surely you can't be considering this?"
“I am,” Nika replied, calmly. At least, as calmly as she could.
"Since when do we act on information --- especially information giving to us from someone who acted so hostile only an hour ago."
“Since it became the only information we had,” Nika said, still searching her mind for other possibilities. Maybe she could, she started to think, and immediately started reviewing the option she had come up with. It wasn't ideal, but it was another choice, even a better one. The Victory had completely evacuated the inhabitants of the planet, so there was nothing that said they had to stay by the planet.
“Commander Nack,” she started, and she could see on his face that he expected her to give him orders to mobilize for battle. Then she shook her head slightly, deciding on a final course of action. =/\= Nika to Lieutenant Girade, set a course for Karitie III=/\= she said, choosing a location further into Federation space than they were at now. =/\=Engage=/\=
She looked around at the crew gathered here, wondering what some of them were thinking, whether it be that Nika was running, or what. If Nika had just wanted to run, the Victory could have made it. The Romulan ship may have been upgraded some, but it wasn't a match for the much-newer and shinier Federation ship. But that wasn't really Nika's intention.
“Do you think your FO will follow us?” Nika asked Roland. If so, they would be clearly violating Federation space, and Nika was almost positive that there was another Federation ship at Karitie III. And this was the best way Nika saw to keep the Victory out of danger and not blow anyone up unnecessarily. She wasn't sure if the Romulan would like it, and this was hardly a complete solution. After all, there were still all the Romulan citizens onboard that she may or may not technically be 'abducting' and the Romulan admiral himself. But she could deal with those once she knew her ship wasn't going to be fired on. As the others started to reply, Nika could feel the ship moving into warp.

There was one thing Russell hated about transports, and that was when they dock with another ship. Every time he had travelled they made the landing as hard as they could, and today was no exception, as they had been approaching the USS Victory they had been informed that they were to board ASAP as they were preparing to go to warp. So the pilot had flung the transport in a bit harsher than was required.
Tired of being cooped up in a small transport Russell made his way to his quarters to get changed before reporting in, so making his way with a map on his Padd he found his quarters relatively quickly and after changing into a new uniform he left to find the captain. It was at this point that he actually thought of where the captain could be and choose to find out before running all over the ship, “Computer please locate the Captain” bringing up the list of locations on the ship he awaited the response =/\= the captain is presently in the Briefing Room =/\= turning to make his way to the turbo lift he wondered what the captain would be like.
As he arrived at the Briefing room he entered and looked to see a few people were there as well, including a Romulan Commander. Turning to find the Captain he presented himself “Acting Ensign Russell Davis reporting for duty, Ma’am” he said confidently hoping this was not the wrong time to report in.

"Course laid in," the helmsman called back, sounding a bit excited himself.
"Engage!"
The pent up energies inside the ship's warp core were released, and the ship disappeared into the distance instantly, quickly reaching the desired speed.
“Cmdr Matthew leaned over the shoulder of Helm officer,
"How's she holding up?" Cmdr Matthew asked.
" Helm officer There was a slight variance in the warp field, but it's corrected now. Looks like everything is going fine. ‘
“We'll be arriving at Karitie III right on schedule," the helmsman reported while tapping out command sequences.”

"You heard the Captain - let's do this."
Nack hadn't wanted to fight - so he was glad that Nika made the decision she did. It wasn't one had thought of, however. That was probably why she was the Captain, and he was only the First Officer. His main duties entailed welcoming the new..
"Ah - Ensign Davis!"
A few people look confused. Captain Cir'Kem and Commander Nack had both received the indication that a new counselor was coming aboard, but neither of them had the time with all the goings-on to address the rest of the crew. Luckily, the decision to leave orbit was given after Mr. Davis was aboard, otherwise he would of had to conduct a pretty wild search.
"Captain - If you don't mind, I'm going to help our newcomer settle in."
It was a half truth. Nack had to give Davis his quarters - but he also needed to brief the newcomer on the current situation. He wasn't privy to the whole phaser incident that occurred, to his luck - However, he may prove useful.
Once on the bridge, Nack turned to Davis. "I'm going to be needed here - here's the low down."
Nack explained to the best of his ability the current situation... the refugees found on the planet... the Romulan encampment living so closely with the Starfleet encampment... The Romulan CO onboard that was appearing to defect...
"In fact - perhaps having a counselor onboard will help here." Nack motioned toward the briefing room. "How good are you with xenopsychology? Specifically, Romulan?"
<Davis>
"Perhaps you should be back in that briefing room with the Captain and Rolandin, then, and start working up a profile. If we can predict his next move, and discover more of his motive, we could possibly better our situation."
<Davis>
Nack maintained his position in the first officer's chair on the bridge, monitoring the progress toward the new destination.

Russell listened intently to Commander Nack as he gave him the information about their mission and how it had gotten strange, he was surprised about a Romulan captain turning tail especially an admiral, he quickly thought of why when he heard Nack asking him a question. "In fact - perhaps having a counsellor onboard will help here." Nack motioned toward the briefing room. "How good are you with xenopsychology? Specifically, Romulan?” Thinking quickly he responded “well sir, I can’t say I am the best but I will be able to work him out, if given the chance” he knew he was over stepping a bit, but he was telling the truth.
"Perhaps you should be back in that briefing room with the Captain and Rolandin, then, and start working up a profile. If we can predict his next move, and discover more of his motive, we could possibly better our situation." Smiling he responded “Of course sir, I will begin immediately” nodding he turned and left the bridge and entered the Briefing Room.
“I am sorry to intrude again ma’am” he moved to stand in the corner to watch the meeting continue nodding again to the Lieutenant. Russell still did not know his name, he only knew the names of the captain and the XO, he had been in such a rush to get aboard he completely forgot to read up on all crew members like he was taught.

Nika had given the order and the ship was on her way. There hadn't been any problems with the Romulan ship yet, although Nika still had several hundred Romulan civilians on her ship, as well as a Romulan Commanding Officer. Which was why she wanted answers as soon as she could get them. Before she could ask any questions she got some data, the latest sensor scans from the system, from Commander Matthew. He contacted her by commbadge to suggest that she put the ship on red alert until what the debris was could be confirmed. “Do it,” Nika ordered Commander Matthew, still over the commbadge. “Also, check if the USS Acadia or USS Nanshan are close and let them know we've arrived?”
The ship rang with the alarm from the red-alert briefly, before the sound stopped. The flashing lights and preparation required with the red alert didn't. Nika knew she ought to be on the bridge, but she didn't want to let a Romulan CO on a Federation bridge. It just seemed like a bad idea.
Just then the doors to the briefing room slid open again and an ensign entered. Nika had noticed him briefly earlier, before Commander Nack had whisked away the new recruit to help him settle in. “I am sorry to intrude again ma’am” Ensign Davis apologized.
“Not at all,” Nika replied. “Welcome to the Victory.” She glanced up again at the signals from the red alert, annoyed that she couldn't be on the bridge right now. But she would compensate by knowing she was right next to it if she was needed, and that she was currently preventing Rolandin from being on it. “Please, have a seat,” she said, noticing that the ensign was heading towards a corner of the wall to stand by.
She then refocused her attention on Rolandin. “We have plenty of time now, so would you please explain what you expect me to do with the Romulan citizens? Because on your advice I just technically abducted them.”
