After the awayteam had regained themselves from the alien-encounter, they continued to search for clues as to what kind of ship it was. They had first reported their encounter to the bridge.
Meanwhile on the Olympia, Soto recieved a message from the brig. =/\= Commodore, you'd better get down here. Something strange is happening =/\=
A few minutes later Soto entered the brig and saw the forcefield being lowered by the security officer.
"They changed behaviour just like that. They're dropping on us, but they are clearly trying to communicate."
The aliens lay on the ground. Some of them were still swarming slowly, while others were lying motionless. Soto walked over to one of the living ones.
The alien looked straight into his face. He was making a faint movement with his arm, signalling Soto to come closer. The Commodore leaned towards him, and picked the aliens head and shoulders from the ground.
The alien's hand then quickly contacted Soto's head.
Soto recieved all kinds of images and soon the Commodore became overwhelmed with the pictures that were transmitted. He fell to the ground only to regain conciousness in sickbay...

"God, man, what did you think you were doing?" The trill doctor was the first thing that Commodore Soto saw as he awoke.
"What? Why am i in sickbay?" Soto tried to sit up, but Jaz pushed him down.
"They brought you in here just in time. Your nervous system was going haywire. Something overloaded it." Jaz continued to run the tricorder over Soto's head. "I've injected you with a shot of Cordrozine. Minimal- that stuff can kill- So your nervous system is slowly coming back to normal. But I'm going to have to keep you here, Commodore."
Soto looked slightly angry, "I can't stay here, that alien ships going to be inspected! What happened to the aliens in the brig?"
"Woah, slow down commodore, I might be able to keep your nervous system somewhat controlled but cordrozine doesn't effect blood pressure. The aliens are still in the brig, and Purmau is down there trying to communicate."
Soto nodded and relaxed a bit, "What's that sound, Mr. Dax?"
"Which one, sir?"
"The loud one."
"You mean the baby? Thats Zac, our newest crew member."
"Who's child his he?"
Jaz smiled, "Jason Moore's and Margaret Moore's. Jason is the night shift nav. officer. Margaret is a junior Ops officer."
"I'll have to congratulate them." Soto muttered, "But i need to get out of here. The ship is in danger. I need to find out what those images are..."
Jaz looked confused but shrugged, "I can say the best is 2 hours for you captain, I'm going to go look at the aliens in the brig, it may help me understand what's happened to you." Soto sighed as his Medical officer marched off.

As soon as the doc left sickbay, Soto got up and walked (still half dizzy) over to the Moore's. He looked at the new infant with great interest. What a beautiful child it was. Soto couldn't help feeling somewhat empty though, since he never had taken the time to start a family of his own. A few times he'd been tempted to stay and settle with a woman, but he had always put his career first. After taking some time to talk with and congratulate the new parents, he walked out of sickbay. As the doors hissed open, he first looked carefully for any sign of the doc (who'd surely send him back to rest). Soto couldn't help enjoying the feeling he got from sneaking to the bridge; as if he was doing something which wasn't allowed. On the bridge it was business as usual. As soon as the commodore walked in, people stashed padds in his arms containing the latest reports. His chair felt quite comfortable to his tired bones. Soto sat for a while before reading the reports. 'computersystems are all up and running again- engines are at 92% efficiency - security tightened - new duty roster due to casualties' Absorbed by the reports it had failed him, to notice that a message had come in from the away team. Their search hadn't yielded any results yet. The ships interface was of unknown origin and several key systems had been locked out. As a crewman reminded him of the message, Soto remembered the images he had earlier. Somehow he'd managed to block them out untill then. Still busy processing the images, Trust reported back that they had hacked into the main computer and that they were sending data through to the Olympia. The ship itself contained no clues as to what exactly had happened and why. The away team would be returning to the Olympia soon. Here they would analyse the ships logs and library. ----- OFF: let's try to pick up the pace a bit, otherwise we're still here with christmas

Luke gave a cry of joy and Amhil looked up from where she was busy.
"We're in!" Luke turned to Lt. Trust and herself.
"Finally! Now we can analyze the data back onboard the Olympia. I'm getting the impression this thing is falling apart.." As if to make her point, Amhil waved to the destruction that was surrounding them. Trust quickly reported back to the Olympia, telling them they managed to hack into the main computer, and then started transmitting the data.
Amhil couldn't wait to get off this ship, to be honest she found it all to scary. Most of the things were not working and it all gave a sense of chaos, as if the ship had just been in a major battle. Being out in an unknown region of space, surrounded by who knows what, with no other ships near to aid them if, wasn't helping either.
They checked for anything they had forgotten or hadn't seen the first time and soon reported back to the Olympia. Amhil glanced around the bridge before all to gladly leaving the ship behind.

Zack is a wouderfull name. ~I said to the Moores smiling as I watched them witht the child.~
Miss Moore: How was your name choosen?
Oh I was named after my father
~I looked up seeing Commander Soto brought in and woundered what was amiss listening to see if I could catch what happened as Dr Dax preformed the examination. After hearing about the over load to the capitans system she began to run though possible ways this happened in her mind, however, nothing came to mind so she decided to head for her office (if she has one) to work out something for the crew. this much loss was going to require something to help deal with stress.~

As Amhil walked through the corridors of the Olympia, all she really wanted right now was a nice warm shower. But she knew it could be a while before she could get to her quarters, heck she had only been there once since she had come onboard.
She passed several crewmen and she saw that most of them looked shocked. Some even grief stricken and Amhil thoughts wandered to the casualties. She had only been here for a little while, and now she never would get a chance to get to know any of those people. She sighed, looked up and almost collided with Ensign Dax.
"I'm sorry." They both said at the same time, and a slight smile appeared on Amhil's face.
"Ensign Amhil Eddons." She said and held out her hand, if she was planning to get to know more people around here, this was a good start.
"Ensign Jazire Dax, call me Jaz." They shook hands.
"Did you, by any chance, happen to see the Commodore?" The Trill doctor asked, looking kind of annoyed. Amhil frowned in confusion.
"No, I'm sorry. I've just come back." She answered and Ensign Dax let out a sigh.
"They're all the same, every single one of them." He mumbled and Amhil wondered what this was all about.#nosmileys

"Computer," it said in a perfect replica of Soto's voice. If it wanted to ask this computer things he would need to sound like Soto and give Soto's command codes. It had heard the Humans call out to this 'computer' as they worked. It was alone so nobody could here it. The Computer gave an aknowledging beep. "If I wanted to take life support offline which relays should I shut down?" "That information is classified," said the Computer. "Overwrite," it said. "Authorisation Soto 12 Gamma Charlie". "Relays 12-20, Deck 6," said the Computer. Excellent, it thought. It wanted the ship, it didn't need life support. It didn't breathe, didn't need food. It simply existed, a being like no other. It could do things that nobody else could. It could make itself out of phase and all sorts of other things.
Luke was on his way to the holodecks on deck 6. He had had a shower and had had a meal. As he neared the holodeck an explosion rang out from behind him. People screamed as the deafening roar spread. Fire illuminated the bulkheads and shards of metal flew everywhere. Then, the warning came. "Warning," said the Computer. "Life support failure on all decks. Abandon ship, abandon ship, abandon ship!"

Jaa through his hands up into the air, "Damn, can't even trust the captain!" Amhil looked slightly taken aback so he winked, "Bet I can't trust you either. You can't truthfully tell me you have never disobeyed a doctor's order?"
Amhil hesitated and then said, "Certainly I can!" Jaz laughed back.
"Well, even if i find him soon, I won't be able to get him back to sickbay." Jaz paused, "Join me for a drink?"
Amhil was about to respond when sirens started blaring.
"Abandon ship! Abandon ship! Life support failure on all decks."
"What the hell?!" he shouted.
"The alien!" Amhil yelled back. "We can't leave the ship. Is there any air recyclers in sickbay?!"
"Maybe!" Jaz shouted back and they both sprinted back down the hallway. Luckily they were fairly close.
In sickbay the nurse's were frantically trying to get the patients out.
"Doctor, what should we do with the ensign!" One of the nurses shouted at him.
"Put her in a wheel chair!" There was about an all of 5 patients in sickbay and only 2 nurses.
Jaz rushed into his office and tore open a wall panel inside were a package of masks. He pushed one into Amhil's hands and then went and handed others out to the patients before pulling one over his own face.
"Life Support failure in 2 minutes! Abandon ship! Abandon ship!" The computer blared again.
"Nurse Walters! Take the moore's and Lt. Mendor with you to the 5th life support pod. Nurse Dars take Ensign Chan and the other two to the 6th pod! Move it!" As the group filtered out Purmau burst in.
"The creatures! They are trying to escape from the brig!" Jaz thrust a mask into Purmau's hand.
"We must find the captain!" Amhil exclaimed and after seeing the nurses and patients into the pods rushed off for the bridge.

It stared with satisfaction as the Humans ran around frantically. It was pleased with the explosion it had caused. It had overloaded the life support relays. The Humans thought those stupid little creatures in the brig had an accomplice who caused the explosion. But, they were wrong. It wanted the ship for itself. To live instead of wandering, wandering endlessly through space.
"Lieutenant!" somebody said to Luke as he was running to Engineering. "We have to evacuate the ship! Where are you going?" "Engineering," Luke said trying to reach his destination but the man stopped him. "No!" he said. "We have to abandon ship!" "Soto to all senior staff!" came the voice of the commodore over the intercom. "Please, supervise the evacuation". Damn, Luke thought. He wanted to get to Engineering. Fine, he thought angrily.
"Okay," he shouted when he finally reached engineering. There were some ensigns still there. "I want everybody out now!" The staff filed out. Luke immediately ran to the power distribution console. There were power failures as well as the life support failure. He would need to replace tghe life support relays so he started on the power first.
He managed to get power back on deck 5 but as he started to re-route more power for deck 17 something struck him on the back of the head. He slumped to the floor and fell unconcieous.
It had hit him. Hit him with its hands. It looked around this 'engineering'. The bluey-turquoise glow of the large tube in the middle of the room was quite attractive. And with that thought it decided tom make this 'engineering' its home.

After helping the nurses and patients into the pods, Amhil tried to make her way to the nearest turbolift. She passed various crewmen before she saw it. Stumbling towards it, when the ship was rocked by some after-explosions, Amhil hit the button. She immediately noticed it didn't worked and bit her lip. She turned around quickly, spotted a wallpanel that did work and walked towards it. Punching in some commands, she called up the specs of the ships and located the nearest, working turbolift.
"Abandon ship! Abandon ship! Life support failing in 1,5 minutes."
'I know!' Amhil thought and just on that moment Commodore Soto's voice came over the comm.
'So he is on the bridge!' Amhil thought with a bit of relief, since they didn't know where he had been. But still, this was no time to just wander around. Seeing that most of the crew had already left this deck, she was just about to turn around and head for the pods herself, when she heard a voice behind.
"Ensign...help.." She quickly whirled around and saw a wounded crewman trying to make his way towards her. There was a deep cut above his right eyebrow, and blood was trickling down from it. The man stumbled and caught onto the wall, before slowly slumping to the ground. Amhil now also saw that that on his left side, his uniform was blood stained. She quickly made her way toward him and helped him up, practically carrying him. Suddenly the ever repeating 'Abandon ship' was replaced with something different.
"Hullbreach on deck 7, evacuate area immediately. Sealing of section."
Amhil's eyes widened as she figured this was deck 7 when she saw the doors began to seal. She saw they would never make it that fast without help.

In the midst of all the turmoil Soto stood on the bridge alone. He had rushed to his ready room and taken out a breathingmask and an oxygyntank for on his back. It should protect him for another hour or 2.
"Computer, damagereport", he shouted.
The computervoice responded in the usual unaffected tone: "Relays 12-20 on Deck 6 have been overloaded"
"Cause?"
"An energyoverload of unknown origin"
Unknown origin... Soto had heard that word once to often lately. He walked over to a locker on the right side of the bridge. He took out a type 3 compressionrifle and made his way to engineering. Meanwhile escapepods were launching all over the place. A few minutes later things got more quiet on the Olympia. Soto had asked the senior staff to stay on board. Everyone was now wearing the masks as the air was growing too thin.
Once the Commodore had reached engineering he saw the lieutenant on the floor. Soto immediately warned the doctor. He took a medkit off the wall and started with an oxygenmask. A few seconds later the doc appeared and took over. However not before he made a sarcastic remark to the commodore about his leaving sickbay prematurely.

'Bugger.' That was the only thing that flashed through Amhil's mind when the doors were almost closed and the crewman passed out just there. Suddenly an arm glided between the doors, halting them, and soon she could see the rest of the body.
"Lieutenant!" Amhil said in surprise, Trust looked grim and was holding the doors open with all his might. He looked up to her for a second.
"Hurry up!" He shouted and she could see his grip was slipping. She particularly dragged the crewman through the door, and the lieutenant released the doors immediately.
"We have to get him an oxygen mask!" Amhil yelled over the blaring sirens. Lt. Trust took place at the other side of the man and they both carried him further.
"Where are the commodore and the others?" Amhil asked, looking over the man's shoulder to Trust.
"Engineering." He answered, sweat embedded on his forehead.
'Bloody aliens.' She thought as they stumbled on through the corridor towards engineering.
-
"Doctor!"
Jaz looked up at the sound of Amhil's voice and got up as he saw them entering engineering. Trust and Amhil lowered the unconscious man to the ground. The doctor did not bother with any questions, but immediately got to work.
"The crew?" Lieutenant No-one asked, turning towards Commodore Soto.
"The rest evacuated with the escape pods." The Commodore replied. Amhil leaned against the wall, panting.
"What about- *huff* -the prisoners?" She asked, then her eyes fell on Luke.
"What happened?"
"You know, I was just about to ask you the same thing." Ensign Dax replied.#nosmileys

"Luke," came a distant voice. "Luke can you hear me?" The concerned face of Amhil lay over Luke as he stirred. Luke noticed how beautiful Amhil really was but then shook away those thoughts.
"What happened?" said Soto. "Well Sir," said Luke. "I was trying to get power back online on deck 6 when this force hit me in the back of the head. I fell unconcieous immediately. I don't have a clue what happened or who it was that hit me". Soto looked lost in thought as he considered the situation.
It looked as the Humans pondered what was happening. It wanted them dead. It wanted them off it's ship, out of it's home. It would have to trick these Humans. Trick them into getting off the ship. It couldn't destroy anything in this 'engineering' or the ship would be ruined. It shape shifted into the form of a Human and then it lay down, opening a gash in it's leg. Then it staggered towards the Humans screaming, "Help!".

Jaz rushed forward and supported the wounded man back toward the group.
"It hurts!" The man yelled. For some reason Jaz thought it seemed half-heartedly. The trill handed out yet another oxygen mask. Purmau helped lay the injured man on the ground while Jaz treated the wound.
Remember the changling.
Jaz frowned as the memory resurfaced. Odo had once told him- wait, told Jadzia- about the changing that had tranformed into Kira to test him. No! It had nothing to do with this situation. This man was no changling.
"Doctor?" Luke jerked Jaz back to reality, "Are you allright?"
"Yes, its just..... nothing, its nothing." Jaz said Luke shrugged and turned back to Soto. Jaz wrapped a bandage over the wounded man's leg. He stood up and turned to Soto.
"Orders sir?" Amhil, Luke, Trust, and Purmau nodded simutaniously and looked at their captain.

Soto saw the action that was performed in front of him. The relatively new crew was working together just fine.
As he saw the questioning looks, Soto automaticaly fell back into his captainsroll.
"Well, the first thing we need to do is get life support back up. Otherwise we'll run out of air soon", Soto said to himself as much as he said it to the senior staff while looking on Amhill's gauge.
"Trust and Luke, you two take care of that"
The two men got to it immediately.
"Meanwhile I need you all to devise a way of finding the alien(s)", Soto said while looking at Purmau, Amhill and Jazire (who had just finished treating the wound). "I'll head back up to the bridge and try to monitor things from there".
Normally they'd surely argue with the commodore about regulations stipulating that in a boarding situation nobody should wander through the ship alone. However the experienced look on the commodore's face (and perhaps the rifle in his hand had something to do with his persuasive power as well) made that nobody questioned his orders.
The three staff members, supporting the wounded man, made their way to sickbay. Soto took a good look around, and then made his way back to the bridge.

Trust and Luke went to work on it immediatly.
"We have to hurry before we all die. I haven't worked on life support before so I will be under your guidance." Trust said.
"Ok then. You can hand me tools and do what I say."
Trust followed Luke and waited for Luke to tell him what to do.
After an hour the job was nearly done.
=/\= Trust how is it coming along? We don't have much more time left. =/\= Asked Soto.
=/\= Almost done sir, Luke said we have a little bit more to go. =/\=
=/\= Good. Once your done report to the bridge. =/\=
=/\= Aye Sir. =/\=
Trust continued to watch as Luke worked on the life support system. Whenever Luke told Trust to do something he did it.
OOC - I so don't know anything about this.

It looked as the Humans congregated together talking about what had happened to their ship. There were two of them now, Jazirerer, Jazice, Jazine? Oh whatever his name was he was their with that feline woman, Purmau. 'Amhil', had gone to the bridge. It looked around as the unsuspecting crewmen continued their conversation. It had put up quite an act pretending to be a human. Their bodies were horrible and constricting, nothing like it was. It got up. "Crewman," said the male. "Please lie still". It hit the male with it's superhuman strength. The male flew into the wall and slid down it, blood pouring from it's face. The feline looked scared, she should be, it thought. It swiped at her and she flew back, smashing through a sheet of glass that seperated the main sickbay and the Doctor's office. Now, it thought. I will get those on the bridge. It transformed back to it's normal state, invisible, immortal, and it went on it's way.
"Trust," Luke said as he took another long breath from his oxygen mask. "Re-initialise the main power grid. With the relays on deck 6 replaced life support should come back online. Trust tapped the panel in front of him. There was a humming sound as the lights came back on. Air rushed into the room and the two men removed their masks.

Amhil was on her way to the bridge, an idea was forming in her head. When the aliens had first beamed onboard she had noticed a slight difference in their life signs that immediately separated them from humans. She doubted the sensors would properly pick up any lifesigns onboard now, but maybe if she could align them to pick up that exact difference she could see where the aliens where. Searching for them deck by deck wasn't an option, she knew.
Amhil had told Jaz and Purmau she had to go to the bridge, although she really didn't want to leave them behind. The doctor and Purmau would try to prepare sickbay for any new wounded that could come in when the crew would be back.
'If they come back.' Amhil found her thinking but quickly tried to suppress these thoughts. 'You need to stay optimistic.' She told herself. She had always been a fierce optimist, but this time even she was beginning to have her doubts about the whole thing.
The doors swished open and she stepped onto the bridge. Commodore Soto turned and raised his eyebrows when he saw her. He opened his mouth, However before he could say something Amhil already did.
"If I may, Commodore, I think I know how to find the aliens." She said and quickly moved to her station, she could just catch the suprised look Soto was giving her before she ducked under the console.
"This will only take a minute..." She said, removing a panel and taking a good look at its insides before beginning modifying some 'things'. The commodore stared at the science station and frowned when he heard a slight yelp coming from under it.
"Are you sure you know what you are doing, Ensign?" He asked.
"Of course I do!..." Amhil answered, sounding a bit offended. "...Sir." She quickly added as an afterthought.
"Ah, there we go!" She said, appearing again with a big grin plastered on her face.
"What exactly did you do?" The Commodore asked stepping over to the station.
"I think I'll just show you." She said, punching in some commands. Soon enough several 'life signs' appeared, and Amhil nodded slightly. Suddenly she noticed one of them was completely different then the others. It seemed that the only thing it had in common with the rest was the difference that had been between the life signs of humans and the aliens. She saw that the Commodore had noticed it, too.
"It's heading this way." She said anyway, looking slightly worried.

"Good work," said Trust as he breathed normal air. The light from the now illuminated ceiling lights was also good. "Hey Truts," Luke said. "You know Amhil?" Trust nodded. "Did she ever have a boyfriend before I came aboard?" Trust looked suspicious. "Why?" he said and then it dawned on him. "Oh my God!" he said. "You like Amhil!" "Shut your mouth!" said Luke. "Don't say anything trust. Live up to your name. Tell anybody and I will personally rig the helm controls to emit an em surge everytime you touch it okay?" "Okay!" said Trust laughing. "I won't say anything. And by the way, she never had a boyfriend whilst shes been on board."
It glided through the doors to the bridge. It chose not to become translucent. It wanted the Humans to see it. It did not want to kill these Humans. It had only incapacitated the ones in sickbay. After it took over the ship the Humans would make good entertainers. It could kill them anyway it wanted. The Humans stood horrified as it walked towards them. It spotted a female first. It hit her. She flew to the other side of the bridge. Next, it saw a male. The male drew a weapon and fired the weapon at it. It laughed as the weapon's fire went through it's body. It hit the male. He flew through the air and hit a panel. He slumped to the floor. "Computer," it said. "Locate any more lifesigns apart from those in sickbay and on the bridge." "Two lifesigns detected in engineering. One lifesign detected in cargo bay two. Four lifesigns detected in the brig. Two lifesigns detected on deck 10, section 43 alpha." "Computer which of those are Human?" "Two lifesigns in engineering are Human." It decided to take care of the others first.
The aliens from the brig invaded engineering. They had obtained their weapons back. There was a fierce fire fight but Trust and Luke managed to stop the invasion. However, one of the aliens at an impossible angle continued firing. Suddenly, the firing stopped and load screams could be heard. The alien, which had been on the secondary engineering level fell from the gantry. A shadowy figure decended through the air. It came down. Trust charged at the alien, firing wildly. The alien hit Trust and he went flying to the back of engineering. It hit the doors at the entrance to the engine room and dented them considerably. The alien started at Luke. Luke ran, ran faster that he ever had before.
It had caught up with the Human. The one known as Luke. Luke had entered one of those shuttles. The shuttlebay doors opened and Luke's shuttle began to lift. It ran and caught the shuttle on one of the nacelles. It ascended through the floor. Luke was frantically pressing buttons. "You are weak Human," it said. "You run from your fears. You would make an inferior slave." "Oh yeah," said Luke. "Yes," it said. "I will suck out the life from your very body," it said revealing sharp teeth. "Suck on this," Luke said and suddenly he dissapeared in a transporter beam. The panel that had been behind where he was sitting flashed with the words 'Core overload". It yelled as the shuttle exploded.
Luke, who had beamed to the Bridge, admired his handywork as the viewscreen showed a large explosion in space. According to the sensors, the alien was still alive but would live out the rest of his days floating in space. Luke ran to Amhil who lay with a bloodsoaked face on the floor of the bridge. "Amhil," he said as he scanned the science officer with his tricorder. She was not seriously wounded. "Amhil!" Luke shook the woman by her shoulders. She stirred and sat up. "Are you okay," said Luke as Amhil got to her feet. She nodded and then they went to wake the commodore.
Luke entered the mess hall. He walked to the replicator. "Tomato soup, plain earth stile, hot". The bowl of soup appeared and Luke went and sat down at a table. He was glad that most of the crew were back onboard. All they needed to do now was find a way home. Out of nowhere Amhil appeared. "Luke," she said. "Can I sit down?" Luke nodded and Amhil took a seat. "I've been talking to Trust and he has brought something to my attention. Luke's heart started to race. He spotted trust grinning in the corner. Luke gave him an evil look. "What did he say?" said Luke. "That you're interested in me?" said Amhil.
;D I'll let you finish that one Amhil!

The tips of Luke's ears reddened and Amhil couldn't help but smile. Luke shot a glare in Trust's direction. Noticing this, Amhil quickly thought of something, hoping that Trust didn't get the worst of it. 'Do not meddle in the affairs of Engineers, for they take it personally and will sabotage your station.'
"Oh, don't give him all the credit. It was hard work to get that information!" Amhil said and took a sip of her coffee, trying to look innocent. Luke looked at her suspiciously. Amhil saw it clearly wasn't working, she sighed before continuing.
"It's not a reason to kill a higher ranking officer." She said, but Luke only frowned at this. "Well maybe just a little, but we have enough wounded as it is! Think of the poor doctor.." She added and her eyes drifted towards the chronometer on the wall.
"I think I need to go, my next shift begins in 10 minutes." She said, placing the cup on the table and standing up. She turned to leave but then remembered something and turned towards Luke again.
"Fancy joining me on the holodeck after my shift?" She asked.
"Sure, what program?" The engineer asked, looking a bit relieved and Amhil smiled.
"You pick something." She said and with that she turned again. On her way to the door she winked at Trust, who grinned in return.

Jazire's eye fluttered open. With a quick glance around at the broken glass and unconcious councelor, he closed it again and moaned.
My sickbay... Jaz simply laid there for a few moments before moaning again and pulling himself to his feet.
"Purmau." He croaked. "Miss. Are you alright?" He limped over to the Caitian woman and with difficulty crouched beside her. She flinched and then one of her whiskers twitched and her eyes opened.
"Doctor." She said as if trying to maintain at least a bit of dignity.
"For gods sake call me Jaz." Purmau laughed back. Jaz supported her into a syanding position and then helped her sit on one of the biobeds that wasn't covered in glass shards. He ran a tricoder over her.
"You've got a broken rib." He said and then ran the tricorder over himself. "If i'm reading this right i've got a concussion." Jaz looked at Purmau. "That explains the why you look like you've got stars hovering around you."
Purmau chuckled and Jaz smiled, then they both groaned. Purmau clutched her side while Jaz sat next to her and held his head.
"We're a sorry pair, aren't we?" Purmau offered.
"Yep." The trill smiled making sure he didn't strain anything doing so. "Do you remember what happened?"
"Last thing I saw was that injured crewmate of ours jumping off the bed, spitting saliva, slam you into the wall and then I went flying through your office." Jaz nodded slowly.
"I suppose we should contact the bridge."
"Uh huh." Purmau replied and reached for her combadge. "Purmau to bridge."
"This is Soto. The intruder is gone."
Purmau nodded and probably to the captains amazement said, "Thanks man." and tapped her combadge out.
Jaz looked at her incredulously, "Thanks man? I've never said that to a captain before."
"Me neither." Purmau stretched out on the biobed. "I'm going to sleep."
Jaz forced his legs to get up to walk over to a drawer and pull out a hypospray. "Help you sleep with the rib broken." He pushed it gently into Purmau's neck. She sighed and then drifted off to dreamland. Jaz smiled and then silently walked over to another biobed and laid down. In the same fashion he injected himself with the medication and also let reality fade away into sleep.

Luke entered the holodeck 10 minutes early. He wanted to get everything ready. "Computerm" he said. "Begin program Dunsmore Alpha 12". The Computer beeped and the beautiful image of the untouched, unpolluted beach of Bellicose Island, Pacifica. Luke loved this island. It was petite and was very romantic. The sun glared and the sky was clear blue. "Computer," said Luke. "Change the atmospheric conditions to be consistent with sunset". The beach went darker and the half sun glared as its other half was covered by the beautiful Cerole Ocean.
Amhil entered the holodeck. She looked stunning. "Wow," she said as she saw the sunset. "It is pretty amazing isn't it?" said Luke. He and Amhil sat on the golden sand. Luke draped his arm around Amhil's shoulders. She smiled. They chatted for about half an hour and then they looked at each other and exchanged a kiss.

~Getting knocked though doors was no fun and being told about a broken rib and concusion was even less entertaining, the fuzzynesss was keeping some nagging feeling I had from forming into anything solid. The blissfull slumber that came was quite welcome.~
OFF: I'd post more, but posting about a catnap seems silly to me

OFF: Have to agree with you Purmau, i should of posted us doing something more interesting like picking up every single shard of glass, what ya think? Ok, Ok, bad idea.
ON:
Jazire Dax woke up to the sound of Captain Soto's voice over the shipwide intercom.
"Welcome back on board everyone! You'll be happy to know that the alien presence on our ship is gone. I'd like reports from all department heads after you've been able to get a look at the damage to your department. Again, welcome back!"
Jaz thought about having to do a report, and then he remembered the state of his sickbay. He pulled himself into a semi-sitting position propped up by his elbows. The concussion was causing his vision to be slightly blurred but he could see well enough to stand and make his way to one of the medical shelfs. He pulled off a cordical stimulater and attatched it to his head, programing it to monitor and assist with his bodies repair of his rattled brain.
"Computer, time?"
"The current time is 0300 hours." The computer chimed.
"Bloody hell, we've been asleep for 8 hours." He rubbed his head and then looked at the sleeping form of the beatiful Caitian woman.
"Miss. Its 0300 hours. I should be treating your rib." He whispered into her ear. She groaned and turned over and then whimpered before sitting up.
"I suppose thats a good idea, doctor."
"Jaz."
"Jaz." She repeated. The trill handed her a medical robe and gestured toward a changing room. She came back a few moments later and Jaz wrapped her the area surrounding the broken rib in a bandage to protect it from movement. Then he gave her a dose of painkiller.
"It should heal on its own."
"Thanks, Doc- Jaz." Purmau corrected herself. Jaz smiled widely.
"Well, I think we should both be doing our department reports. Afterwards would you like to join me for a drink in 10 forward? If thats not blown to peices too?" He put on what he thought was his most charming smile.
