*Captains Quarters*
KezTrek had gathered everything from the last mission, and complied it all on one data chip, which was so well encoded it would take even her a good half hour to access the information, and she'd encoded it. Hiding it wasn't a problem, she hadn't been in SFI for no good reason, the chip she had used was sub-dermal, and a quick hypo injection later, the chip was safely hidden in a sub-dermal pouch near her ankle bone... a handy little place to hide what you didn't want found.
She was just fixing her uniform jacket when Daniel came in from his duty shift. After the fun of yesterday with her family, it was back to the daily grind, and Daniel had been on duty from 0600.
"You have time to grab lunch?" he asked her, giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"Not so much, I have a few reports to go over before my shift starts properly," KezTrek told him, apologetically.
"Ah the life of a Starfleet Admiral," Daniel said, he had a smile on his face, but KezTrek knew he was disappointed, it wasn't his fault, he knew that things would be like this once she took over the Tigershark and he never complained aloud, but she knew sometimes he felt like the third wheel, of the KezTrek, Daniel, Starfleet triangle that seemed to be their life.
"I'll try and get back for dinner," KezTrek said, going into the living area, to say goodbye to Paul before grabbing the padds from her desk and heading towards the Bridge.
=^= Admiral KezTrek you have a priority message coming through from Starfleet Command =^=
The comm call came half way to the bridge.
=^= Patch it through to my ready room I'm on my way there now =^= KezTrek replied hurrying her pace a little.
*Captains Ready Room*
Sitting down at her desk she turned on her monitor.
"Admiral Kieran, what can I do for you?" she asked when she saw the face of a human man in his late 80's pop up on the screen.
"Admiral KezTrek, you're looking well. And straight to the point as always I see. Ambassador Selan Miro was attacked three days ago while visiting Earth." Kieran told her.
KezTrek had of course heard of Miro, she was a Romulan, but she had spent most of her adult life working within the Federation, practically an outcast among her own people, because of her pacifist beliefs.
"Do we know who did it? And exactly what does this have to do with the Tigershark?" KezTrek asked.
"We know who did it, and as for what this has to do with the Tigershark, well apparently your reputation proceeds you. Miro has asked specifically for your ship to escort her back from Qro'nos, she's attending a diplomatic conference there this week. She was making an appearance on Earth with the Klingon Ambassador Korn before they went on to the conference when she was attacked. The Conference is due to last 4 days." Kieran explained.
"Of course, but why do I get the feeling I'm missing a vital piece of this puzzle?" KezTrek asked.
Kieran shook his head. "Because you are," Kieran told her, pressing a few buttons on the console in front of him, the screen split, and along side his image popped up a Starfleet Personnel file.
"Am I reading this right?" KezTrek asked.
"Very right Admiral. As you can see, this is a delicate situation, I'm disinclined to allow the Tigershark to escort the Ambassador at all, but she is insistent."
"It's fine Admiral, do we have any reason to think he'll try again?" KezTrek asked.
"We don't know why he tried the first time, it was madness, but we're taking every necessary precaution, but he escaped Earth before we could catch up to him, honestly he could be anywhere right now, but the Klingon's have ships patrolling their borders, and extra security at the conference, and Starfleet has every ship between here and the Gamma Quadrant watching for any signs of him," Kieran said.
"Right. Well we can be at Qro'nos in less than two days." KezTrek told him.
"The Klingon's have already been informed of your arrival, there shouldn't be any problem getting through the patrol's." Kieran said.
"Oh I wouldn’t worry about that Admiral," KezTrek smiled.
"Of course not, whatever was I thinking. I've transmitted all the information we have on the attack to you. Good luck Admiral." Kieran said, closing the channel.
KezTrek shook her head. Why did she always end up with missions like this? And what exactly was she supposed to tell the crew?
=^= KezTrek to all senior staff members, please report to the briefing room in one hour. =^= she ordered over the ships comm.
She got up and ordered a cup of raktajino from the replicater, before retaking the seat at her desk, and pulling up the files Kieran had sent her and began to read.

The shore leave had been short but well apreciated. The Tiger Shark was yet to leave Spacedock but Luke was already excited about getting out there again.
Luke finished applying salt-protecting varnish to his new surfboard. He had grown very attached to the sport and so decided to purchase himself a board. He had bought it from a Ferengi in the station. Luke had no idea why the Ferengi had had it but it was best not to ask questions of the Ferengi.
He stood up, and admired the now beautifully varnished board. It was plain white, with a red stripe down the centre and a small Starfleet logo on the bottom right hand side that Luke had painted on himself. It was just the little touches.
He stretched and yawned, scratching at his head. He gazed at his reflection in the mirror briefly, looking into his own eyes. He still saw tiredness, and they seemed empty compared to the life they used to hold but so much had happened since his liberation from the Slavers world...
Luke stood up, and smiled at the work he had just achieved. His father would be pleased. Luke raised the model of the Galaxy class vessel and gazed at the ship that he had laboured over for months. He had left no detail out. The amount of port-holes was exact and the ship was to perfect detail.
Luke turned round as the door opened and his father walked into his sons bedroom. It was only a small house in the suburbs of London however it beat the slavers world... Luke shuddered at the thought.
"What is this?" His father asked.
"A Galaxy class starship!" Luke said happily. "I've spent ages on it, come and Luke properly Dad!"
"I can see fine from here." He replied. "And all I see is a waste of time. Starfleet would never accept someone like you. Just accept it."
"You're wrong!" Luke said, tears beginning to stream from his eyes. The words coming from his fathers mouth stinging Luke like a thousand bees.
"I'll take this, and I want you to focus your attention on your studies from now on. Not some far-fetched dream of Space travel." His father left after picking up the model vessel.
Luke sat alone on his bed, rubbing his eyes.
Luke now gazed at the Galaxy class starship that now was placed carefullu on a shelf above his desk. His father had left it in Luke's quaters before he had left. With a simple note attached to it. A note that Luke didn't really understand:
"Do not search the skies for everything, some things are closer to home. Keep searching, ever wondering you may be lost forever."
Anf then on the reverse of the paper another piece of writing, this time in a different colour:
"I am proud of you."
Luke's thougts were interrupted by a comm call.
Luke sighed, the next mission briefing. He changed into a fresh uniform and headed towards the bridge. He would be early for the meeting but he could make some final adjustements to the navigation systems before they left Starbase in that time.

Sam woke up, he felt strange. **Where am I?** Sam thought **Oh yeah, stupid. Duranium is cold and not a good matrass.** What a weird dream he had. Johnson dead, Delon badly hurt. "Luckaly it was a dream." Sam said to himself. **I should sleep that's better.** Sam thought and he tried to get some sleep.

"No, it can not be, it has to be here," Thirteen felt desperate. Who am I? Thirteen couldn't get the question out of his mind. He got up, and exited the quarters of the starbase. He felt confused, yet still couldn't place the emotion. It felt as if he felt everything all at once. Where he was going Thirteen didn't know, neither did he care. "Are you alright sir?" a young female ensign asked Thirteen, pulling his back to the real world.
Images flashed past his mind. Thirteen saw the house again, and the girl, and he terrified face and the Borg, and the boy. It all came racing past again. "No," Thirteen said, seeking support at the wall, closing eyes. "Commander?" the ensign asked, sounding concerned. Thirteen grabbed her hand just as she was to press her communicator. "That will not be necessary, I thank you for your concern," Thirteen said, walking off. The ensign's surprised gaze followed him until he disappeared around a corner.
Without thinking Thirteen entered the starbase's messhall. Thirteen raised his shoulders, and decided to take a seat. He stared out the starports, into the dark void of space. "Jim?" Thirteen looked around. He was certain that he'd heard something yet no one was there. "Computer, time," he said. *The time is 0413 hours.* Thirteen shook his head. This is probably part of the process, Thirteen thought.
"Can't sleep?" Thirteen looked around, and saw an old man approaching him. Both his face and the amount of pips on his collar indicated his long length of service. "May I?" the man asked pointing at the chair opposite Thirteen. "I do not see how that would be a problem," Thirteen answered. "Funny," the man said, "your language, your face, are you human?" "I-" am "-I do not know," Thirteen said. "You look human, yet there's something different," the man said. "I have been part of the Borg collective," Thirteen explained. "Ah, I see, interesting," the man said. "How does that influence your life then?" How does that influence my life, Thirteen heard the words echo in his head. "More than I wish it too at the moment, I find it very restricting," Thirteen told.
"Emotionally?" the man asked, "forgive me my curiosity." "Yes, I am as of late capable of experiencing emotions, yet I cannot distinguish them, neither detect what causes them, very... frustrating, as humans would say," Thirteen said. The man gave him an understanding nod. "Is there someone helping you with this?" "I have found my ship its doctor very capable of doing so, yes," Thirteen said. "But I mean a friend, a loved one, someone close?" Thirteen reflected the words for a moment. "I do not have friends and loved ones," Thirteen concluded. The man raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure?" Thirteen nodded. "Then let me tell you something my son, find them, make them, they are the most important thing in the world." The man got to his feet, and gave Thirteen a warm smile before he exited the messhall.
Thirteen couldn't remember exactly what'd happened the night before after the man'd left when he strode onto the Tiger Shark again, after he'd received a call that they were due for a mission again. He entered the bridge, and was met by a surprised gaze from commander Wood. "Are you okay Thirteen?" he asked. "I am functional," Thirteen answered, now manning the tactical station.
Almost an hour had passed after the admirals call, and Thirteen decided to just go to the briefing room. It was empty, and calm. Somehow Thirteen found it to be a comforting environment. Friends, the most important thing in the world, the words swirled through Thirteen's mind like ghosts. But they disappeared as soon as the other senior officers came trickling into the briefing room. Thirteen felt like he'd always felt again, emotionless, rational, logical.

KezTrek was the last to arrive in the briefing room, glad to see all her senior staff had arrived promptly.
"Well I suppose I don't need to tell you shore-leave is again postponed. I received a message this morning from Starfleet Command. I can't give you all the details, however someone made an attempt on Ambassador Selan Miro's life. I don't know how many of you will have heard of her. She is a Romulan National, but has spent the better part of her life working as a Diplomat, mostly within the Federation. In recent years she has been responsible in part or in full for several important treaties, and as you might imagine, the Federation is duly concerned." KezTrek paused for a moment to let the information sink in.
"Admiral, are we being sent to investigate?" Wood asked.
"No. We're being sent to Qro'nos. The Ambassador was transported there for a diplomatic conference shortly after she was attacked, our job is just to escort her home." KezTrek told them.
"So do we know how did attack her?" Luke asked.
KezTrek gave the young man a half smile. So full of curiosity. Reminded her a little of herself at that age.
"Yes, we know who was responsible for the attack. Starfleet Security is taking care of that, we're just responsible for making sure she makes it safely back to Earth." KezTrek said.
"Admiral, if it's not inappropriate to ask, who was responsible, I mean shouldn't we know, in case they make another attempt while she's on the Tigershark?" Wood asked.
KezTrek sighed quietly to herself. "Not for the moment, if it becomes necessary for you to have more information I'll give it to you, but for the moment, all information is need to know."
Several curious and cautious looks passed among her senior staff. KezTrek couldn't blame them, if she was in their position she wouldn't like being kept in the dark either.
"For the moment, Luke lay in a course for the Klingon border, Warp 6, we're in no particular hurry, there are four days before the convention is over, but I'd like to get there a little early. Thirteen, Danny, set up some VIP quarters for the Ambassador, I want every available security precaution, *without* making her feel like a prisoner." KezTrek ordered.
"Everyone else carry on about your duties as normal. We should arrive at the Klingon border in a little under 40 hours, and then another 8-10 hours to Qro'nos at Warp 6. You're all dismissed." KezTrek told them, waiting until the last officer had left before leaving herself.
Watching as the various officers returned to their duties, before taking her own seat on the bridge, padd in hand, silently watching her crew work around her.

The time had arrived for the briefing. Luke stood up and stretched. He had been hunched over the console since he had arrived on the bridge.
Max strolled in, right on time.
"It's all yours bud!" Luke said. "Just don't take her out of dock yet. I'm not sure what the Admiral wants to do."
"And you want to be in control at that point."
Luke merely smiled in response and walked off the brige into the briefing room.
Only Commanders Wood and Thirteen were there, they had both previously been on the bridge.
He took his seat and sat in silence, pondering what the next mission could possible be about.
The rest of the officers walked in gradually and J'Leera took her usual seat next to Luke. He started to talk to her but the Admiral strolled in at that point.
"Well I suppose I don't need to tell you shore-leave is again postponed. I received a message this morning from Starfleet Command. I can't give you all the details, however someone made an attempt on Ambassador Selan Miro's life. I don't know how many of you will have heard of her. In recent years she has been responsible in part or in full for several important treaties, and as you might imagine, the Federation is duly concerned." KezTrek paused for a moment to let the information sink in.
Luke did know of her. He kept up to date of Ambassadors now, his father being one. Ambassador Selan Miro was indeed an important official. Her relationship with the Federation was of great value. Luke had heard she had practically been outcast by the Empire. He was sure his father had mentioned her more than once. If Luke remembered correctly he hadn't had that many great things to say about her...
A flicker of a smile crossed the Admiral's face. Luke looked back.

Luke left the briefing room and relieved Max. "My turn..." He whispered jokingly.
Max got up and Luke punched in a few commands. He requested permission to leave dock.
=^= Go ahead Commander. God speed =^=
The Tiger Shark glided out of the Starbase and then shot to warp as soon as it was clear. Luke couldnt help but smile...

J'Leera was thinking about the data that she collected back on the Tzenketh planet. They had mostly conducted scans of the lifeforms that they encountered there and she was wondering how they might have adapted to the planet's unique atmosphere with its low levels of nitrogen.
She couldn't access that date though because it had disappeared, so in the meantime she decided to look at past studies that she had done on a pulsar star a while ago and do some new research.
Just as she started to compile the data that she wanted, she recieved the message for a senior staff meeting. When she heard that they would be going to the Klingon homeworld, she perked up, knowing what a great opportunity this was.
She was somewhat aware of what was happening with the diplomatic community since her sister was involved, but she did not know this particular ambassador. When the meeting was over, she wanted to consult the computer to see if there was anything on her. There might not be, she realized, knowing that it depended on the sort of work that she did. However, it was worth a shot. There really wouldn't be that much work for her to do anything, or so it seemed.
Which reminds me, she suddenly realized. I need to run down to the lab and run some tests on the equipment. I doubt that we'll run into anything, but better safe than sorry.

The briefing was over, and Thirteen got up and nodded at Danny. The two got into the turbolift and went to install the VIP-quarters KezTrek'd requested. "Should be an easy job," Danny said. Thirteen nodded, as they entered a decent quarters. "What did you have in mind captain?" Thirteen asked. "Don't know," Danny answered. "Shall I configure the internal sensors?" Thirteen asked. "Yeah, sure, then I'll start bugging the place," Danny smiled. Thirteen didn't get the joke.
Thirteen exited the quarters again, and went to the security station. There he sat down in the comfortable chair behind a console, and began the configuring. #System error: cannot engage sensor-detail alpha-10#, the computer screen showed. That is strange, Thirteen thought. He entered a few commands: -#-Bypass subsystem alpha-10-28, security override commander-Thirteen-pi-beta-26-18-#-. #System bypassed, access granted to sensor-detail alpha-10#, the screen returned. Excellent, Thirteen thought. The rest was easy, he reconfigured the sensor to even detect a single molecule of toxic.
Now to expand the sensor reach, Thirteen thought. -#-Expand sensor-reach to 2000%-#-, he entered. #System error: cannot expand sensor-reach to 2000%#. -#-Expand sensor-reach to *maximum*-#-, Thirteen entered. #Sensor-reach set to 1689%#. That should do the trick, Thirteen processed, getting up. Of course the system needed to be tested. He picked up a blank padd, and connected to it via the computer, uploading a program that would show everything the sensor's' would pick up.
Thirteen exited the security station, and went to find a turbolift. The elevator took his to the desired deck. Thirteen entered the science lab, and found J'Leera looking up. "Hi Thirteen," she said. "Hello commander, I am here to assemble a few toxins," Thirteen explained. "Formal as always," J'Leera smiled, "I hope you're not going to do dangerous things with them?" "Dangerous things?" Thirteen asked, "I do not intend to use them to harm others, they are simply for-" "It was a joke Thirteen, of course I trust that you won't be doing harm with them," J'Leera said, "now what can I get you?"
Five minutes later Thirteen exited the science lab again, now armed with three canisters with a various range of toxins. "Who, what are you up to?" Danny called, rising to his feet from next to the couch. "I have reconfigured the internal sensors, they should detect a single molecule of a toxin," Thirteen explained, "commander Laika has given me three mixtures of toxins, not harmful in these concentrations.
Thirteen took out a canister and released it's contents. Immediately his padd began to beep, showing the exact concentration, mixture and location of the toxic molecules. "I assume it works?" Danny asked smiling. "It is functioning as it is acquired to," Thirteen notified. He tested the toxins from the other canisters too, which also led to satisfactory results. "Okay, good job," Danny said, "what next?" "I do not know yet, I think I will optimize the sensors further. Now all they do is detect toxins," Thirteen said. "Good plan, then I'll keep on rigging," Danny said. Thirteen nodded, and exited the quarters, on his way to the security station again.

Luke's hands moved swiftly over the console. He was now so familiar with the Tiger Shark's controls that he could fly the ship with his eyes close.
The ship was well on course for the Klingon Border and Luke was nervously excited. He had never once visited Qro'nos, or even anywhere in the Klingon empire. The most Klingon he had experienced was a very brief lesson in the language by his father many many years ago...
"No No! You do not say it like that, you need to put more emphasis in the guttaral noise in the back of your throat. It needs to be harsher."
Luke was bored. It was a bright summers day outside and he was being forced to study Klingon. On finding out that his son was accpeted into the academy, Peter Dowding had been teaching Luke everything he knew. Granted it wasn't much, a little of Ancient Vulcan, a small portion of Cardassian, which his father never used because of the memories attached to that language, and some Klingon. Luke had grasped Ancient Vulcan well enough, his pronounciation of some of the rituals was not quite right but it would do.
"Can't we give it a break?" Luke asked. "It's nearly lunch anyway."
Peter looked as if he was going to yell but then his face calmed. "Very well." He said. "I have a private meeting to attend to shortly anyway."
Luke looked at his father curiously.
"Never you mind. Just stay out of the house this afternoon alright?"
Luke nodded in silent agreement.
The rest of that day was wasted away by the lake close to their house. Luke lay on the soft grass, allowing the suns rays to tan his body.
As the sun began to dissapar from the sky Luke woke up. The afternoon ahd been so relaxing that he had fallen asleep.
He got up and walked back to the house. His mother should be home by now and that usually meant food.
The front door creaked open as Luke wandered slowly through the porch and into the living area. He heard voices from the adjoining room and was just about to leave when he heard Starfleet mentioned.
"The boy has just been accepted there. Of course I am shocked, I didn't think they would let him in." Came the voice of his father.
"Why so?" Came a female voice of someone he did not know.
"I am not saying his isn't capable, far from it. It's just with his past, I would think that they would class him as emotionally unstable."
Luke was shocked to hear of his father speak this way.
"The slavers-world was of not fault of any of you, especially not Luke." The female voice replied...
Luke slowly crept to the small opening between the door and the doorframe and peered through the gap. The room was practically in darkness but Luke could male out two figures. One obviously his father and the other...
"Vulcan?..." Luke couldnt help but whisper. Luckily neither of the two heard which Luke knew was unusual, especially if the woman was Vulcan. She would of been able to hear that slight whisper.
"I must leave..." The female said.
Luke slowly crept back to the front door and waited just outside. A few minutes passed and then Luke decided that she must have gone. He walked in and closed the door loudly.
"I'm home." He called. His mind filled with questions and thoughts.
A light flashed on Luke's station, bringing him out of his memories.
"Admiral, there is a vessel aproaching." Luke said.
"What do sensors show?" The Admiral asked.
"It is a Klingon Warbird Admiral. Kre'thra class." Came the reply from the Tactical station. Thirteen was not there so a young female Lt. manned the post.
"They are changing course to intercept." Luke said.
"They are hailing." Said the Lt. at Tactical.

"On Screen." KezTrek said, standing up, and straightening her uniform.
A large Klingon with long, scraggly greying hair appeared on the screen.
"Identify yourself!" he barked abruptly.
"jIH oH Rear Admiral KezTrek puqbe' vo' T'Plet" KezTrek replied, deepening her voice, keeping her frame taunt, and tall.
"You speak Klingon... intriguing. What is your business here?" KezTrek noticed the looked the Klingon was giving someone of screen, likely checking up on her.
"We've been assigned to escort Ambassador Miro back to Earth." KezTrek told him.
" KezTrek, daughter of T'Plet. You are of the house off Kar?" he asked.
"Yes." KezTrek replied, keeping her expression even.
"Hahaha... a Vulcan who is off a Klingon House."
KezTrek's eyes narrowed.
"I have show myself worthy in battle. You challenge that?" she asked.
"I wouldn't dream of it." The Klingon laughed gruffly.
KezTrek flashed a look of displeasure.
"You're free to continue on your way." The Klingon told her, cutting the channel.
KezTrek backed down, sitting again in her chair.
"Luke carry on to Qro'nos," KezTrek ordered.
Luke nodded, and KezTrek turned back to the small screen beside her command chair. Several seconds later, her eyes flickered upwards as she noticed something out of the corner of her eye, before she had any time to react she felt the pull of a transporter beam, and the next thing she was aware of was the Cargo Bay, being filled with her crew as they were beamed in groups.
"KezTrek to security..." nothing happened, more and more people were being beamed into the cargo bay, and apparently, the comm was down.
"Admiral!" Her senior crew surrounded her.
"What the hell is going on?" KezTrek asked irritated.
"It appears everyone has been beamed into the cargo bays... I think we're in bay 2," Wood told her.
"I want every exit point in the bay checked. Wood... try and gain computer access from the console." KezTrek pointed vaguely to the cargo transport console.
Before anyone could move to follow KezTrek's orders, a voice came over the ships comm.
"Crew of the U.S.S Tigershark, you have been temporarily incarcerated, and this vessel seized. No one will be harmed, please do not make any attempts to escape. As soon as my mission is complete you will all be released." The voice was detached, but several sets oh eyes widened in shock as they recognized the voice.
"Admiral... that voice it's... it sounds like Captain K'Vada," Wood said.
"Sam K'Vada?" KezTrek asked for verification.
"Yes Admiral." Wood confirmed.
"Damn it!" KezTrek hissed.
"Admiral?" Danny questioned.
"Captain K'Vada was responsible for the attempt on Ambassador Miro's life." KezTrek informed them.
Several shocked courses of 'No' and 'That’s impossible' came back at her.
"Apparently it is possible. Thirteen, Danny, check every possible way out of here. Wood, Rye, J'Leera... get onto that console. I want computer access... try and get the sensors up, find out where on this ship K'Vada is. Buster, Luke, do a head count, make sure everyone is here, and uninjured." KezTrek ordered her senior staff.
"Admiral, why would Captain K'Vada do this?" J'Leera asked.
"I don't know. But I do know if we don't stop him, he'll get another chance to kill Ambassador Miro in about... 10 hours." KezTrek said, dismissing them with a nod. She followed around Buster and Luke, checking on her crew.

After the briefing, she went straight down to the science lab and gathered her crew togeather.
"Okay, people!" she said. "I want all of the equipment checked and callibrated. Everything must be in perfect order!"
"Is something wrong?" Ensign Holman ventured to ask.
"No, nothing is wrong," she shook her head. "In case you haven't heard yet, we are about to leave for the Klingon homeworld, details of which I am not permitted at this time to discuss."
"Of course," Holman replied.
"You are dismissed," she said to the group and they hurried around the lab performing their duties. She turned to the lab's main console and began to check on people's work. So far everything seemed to be moving smoothly and efficiently. Nothing seemed to be malfunctioning yet, so she hoped to have it done within a few hours.
Unfortionately she was wrong and one of her team members discovered a slight glitch in the ship's main sensors.
"What is this?" she asked.
"I have no idea," Holman answered. "It just popped up."
"Well, get on it. We don't want to spend all night down here."
"Aye, Commander."
The next morning arrived and they still hadn't fixed the problem. She said that we'd have 40 hours until we reach Qro'nos and that was 20 hours ago!
"Okay people," she announced. "We're going to arrive later today and this problem absolutely must be fixed or..." she was caught in mid sentence as the room suddenly began to fade.
"...we will..." she looked around and was shocked to see that she was no longer in the lab. "What just happened?"
Before she could react, a strangly familar voice came over the ship's comm. system. Could it be? she paled at the thought. No, it can't.
Then Wood finally said the name. K'Vada. She didn't want to believe it. Admiral KezTrek then said something that stunned her even further. All she heard was, "responsible for the attempt on Ambassador Miro's life."
"Admiral, why would Captain K'Vada do this?" J'Leera asked, but wasn't surprised when the Admiral didn't really know. After all, this didn't make any sense at all, so how could her former CO really do such a thing?

It was like someone sucked the air out of the cargo bay when it became clear it was their former Captain, who they all trusted, that had not only assasinated the ambassador, but had hacked into the Tiger Shark computer as well. They were totally under the control of a seeming mad-man, and had only 10 hours to either incarcerate him.... or kill him.
Rye, J'Leera and Wood walked towards the cargo bay transporter unit, to attempt to access the main computer. One would think that with their combined knowledge of computers and algorythms, control would be restored before their time runs out.
"I guess we could best try to access the secondary enviromental relays... they are usually not affected by lock-outs.. If we're lucky, we could try and bypass command relays then." Wood suggested. "Would we not run out of air and heat then?" J'Leera wondered. "Err.. Isn't that powered by the primary system?" Rye thought out loud.
Wood smiled insecurely, J'Leera had a point there.. "Uhmm.. yeah. That would indeed be true if he closed down the primary vent arrays... Which would mean he desires to kill us." Rye shrugged, "Well, it still sounds like the best option we have.." J'Leera nodded, and the three started working.... without much success yet, on the computer.

KezTrek watched her officers out of the corner of her eye as she moved around talking to people here and there. There was a young officer in a teal uniform, Ensign pips on her collar, who was sitting back against the wall, a group of other officers around her.
"Is everything okay?" KezTrek asked moving closer to see what was going on. The Ensign was clearly pregnant, and if KezTrek wasn't mistaken, the pain etched on her features was from contractions.
"How long have you been having contractions Ensign..." KezTrek forced herself to place the face with a name in her head, "...Cassidy?"
"I've been having pains all morning, but I'm not due for another five weeks Admiral." She said, fear tinting her voice.
"You'll be fine Ensign." KezTrek said assuredly, catching Buster's attention from where he was on the other side of the room.
"Admiral?" Buster came over, leaving Luke still counting heads.
"I think Ensign Cassidy is in labour Doctor. Apparently early, you'd best stay with her." KezTrek told him, ordering one of the other Ensigns near by to get the first aid kit.
"Everything will be fine Ensign." KezTrek said again, placing a reassuring hand on the young woman's arm.
"Take good care of her Doctor." KezTrek told him, moving away, and over towards Luke.
"Is everyone accounted for?" KezTrek asked him, her eyes briefly flickering towards where Daniel was sitting with Paul near by, giving him a brief nod. She'd get to him when she could, he had to take care of everyone else first. When he returned her nod she knew he'd gotten the message.

While Rye and J'Leera were trying to figure out the mechanical details, Danny and Thirteen withdrew in a corner of the cargo bay and started planning a strategic take-over of the ship once they'd finally been released. "If I can get to Deck 5 Alpha, we could at least get to the Armory to get phaser rifles," Danny said. Thirteen nodded. Danny could almost hear him think the same thing. "The problem with that is however, that we would have to climb all the way up there because Captain K'Vada will instantly know it if the turbolifts are used," Thirteen answered. Damn! Danny hadn't thought of that yet. Thirteen was right. Stealth was their best option. "All right, what do you suggest?"

OFF: Part 1 is before you all are captured part 2 is you are captured.
Part 1: Sam woke up. He felt the Ship moving. **Good. Now to get my info** So Capt. K'Vada workeed on a terminal and he thanked that the TS hadden't updated it's computerdatabase. This would go so easy. "Computer Command override authorisation: Alpha 112 Pi, Capt. Sam K'Vada SFI Command clearance 11." Sam said and he gotten complete acces. He looked what the TS was doing and also wrote a transporter protocol for a massive beam out. He was ready, he only had to wait.
Part 2: Sam saw that the TS had made contact with the Klingon ship. He folowed the conversation between the captain and RA KezTrek. WHen it was finished he waited on the course corrections. "Computer execute Program K'Vada 2." Sam ordered and with that all the TS Crew members were beamed to cargobay 2, there was a level 10 forcefield around it and Sam was beamed to the bridge. Sam walked to the ops station ==^==Crew of the U.S.S Tigershark, you have been temporarily incarcerated, and this vessel seized. No one will be harmed, please do not make any attempts to escape. As soon as my mission is complete you will all be released.==^== Sam told them. Now that was done he could finish the next part of the mission. "Computer howlong before we reach Qro'nos?" Sam asked "12 hours" The computer replied. "Computer warn me when the crew tries to escape." Sam ordered and the computer bleeped. Sam sat down and watched and lissend to his former crew. He doze of a bit. **********Daydream************ Jackson walked behind him and they were running. At that moment Jackson got shot. He fel down. "No Jackson." Sam cried and tried to walk back. "Come on capt." Samson said and grabbed the capt. They runed away as fast as they could. But they walked into a trap. What happend after that he couldn't remember but he only knew Ambassador Miro was a danger to the Federation. She had to die. But how? **************** He quickly came around when someone tried to use the turbolifts. How could he forget them. The quickly put them off line around cargobay 2.
OFF: I've got you all. Oh BTW I'm sitll Capt. K'Vada here. ;D

Luke was shocked to hear the Admiral speak Klingon. Luke only had the slightest clue to what she might be saying. The Admiral said something about T'Plet, so he assumed she was talking about her lineage.
Luke foccussed in on the coversation again.
He saw KezTrek looking unpleased at the Klingons 'humour'.
Luke hid a smile as the Klingon gave them free passage. The Admiral surely had shown him. It was amazing how quick the Klingon stood down...
Luke recieved the order to resuemcourse to Qro'nos. He swung the ship around and accelerated to Warp 7.
Just as he was finishing the last code sequence Luke felt the familiar tug of a transporter beam.
He materialised in the Cargo Bay and was stunned to see that many others were also appearing. It looked like at least half the crew, maybe more.
Luke immediately moved over to the Admiral, whatever was going on she was the Commanding Officer and was in charge. Secondly, Luke wasn't sure what he could do to protect the Admiral if the TS had been boarded but he would like to think that he could at least help... if the need arose.
When Captain K'Vada's voice came over the comm Luke was more than a little stunned. What was the Captain playing at? He turned to face the Admiral as she beagn to hand out orders.
Luke nodded. Counting the crew was no easy task, and with no technology such as a tricorder to aid him it was going to take a while.
He and Buster began to move about between the tightly packed Officers and crew.
"We aren't going to get ot done like this." Luke told Buster. "We need to get it organised."
Buster nodded in agreement and waited for Luke to carry on with what he was saying.
"If everyone would just stop moving..." He muttered.
The Admiral signalled for Buster to go over to her. Luke hoped no one was injured. He was going to follow but realised he had orders to carry out.
An idea struck him.
He walked over to a pile of empty containers and climbed to the top of the varible mounatin.
"All crew!" He yelled over the din of confused Officers. "We, at this time need nothing more than your co-operation. It is currently one of our top priotities to check if all the crew are here and of everyone is alright. To make this process easier, I would ask all of you to get into your departments. So the basic run-down is: Bridge Crew, that is both night and day shifts, Security and Marine Officers, Enginneers and technicians, Medical staff, Science officers, this includes counsellors and lab workers, Operations officers and finally Navigation and Astrometrics. If you are unsure where to go then find someone else from your department."
Everyone began to move.
"Hold it!" He called. "I need the Deputy-Department heads to report into me now, we will then allocate places in the Cargo Bay for you all to sign in."
Luke had asked for the Deputy-Department heads seeing as the senior staff were working on orders from the Admiral at this time.
When the places in the Cargo Bay were sorted, Bridge Crew in the far left, Security and Marine Officers in the far right, Medical staff in the bottom left, Science officers in the bottom right, Operations officers in the top centre and Navigation and Astrometrics officers in the bottom centre Civilians were asked to stay together ina group as Luke was just about to assign a counsellor to make sure the civilians were all there, Luke moved around the sections and placed an empty Cargo container in front of each Deputy-Department head. This was to serve as almost a desk. The officers from each department lined back into the centre.
Luke was amazed at how fast the crew had responded and realised what a fantastic crew he was serving with.
Admiral KezTrek walked over to Luke.
Luke nodded. "Reports coming in so far that no-one is missing however double checks are taking place. What do you need me to do now Admiral?" Luke asked.

As Thirteen'd left it, the security station was empty when he returned. He sat down at the desk, and called up the sensor configuration screen. He entered a few commands, but was stunned to find how easily accessible the systems were. I cannot recall the systems in this state when I left, Thirteen thought, calling up a command input log. He scrolled down, and found what he was looking for. #Last command entered: Expand sensor-reach to *maximum*#, the computer screen showed. That is strange, that command has been entered by me, Thirteen processed. He couldn't figure why the systems had changed, nor what had caused it and how it had been done.
Computer glitches are not unfamiliar, Thirteen thought, I will have it checked. Without needing to override safety and command protocols, Thirteen used the (what he saw as) computer glitch to his advantage, easily managing to recalibrate all internal sensors, setting them all on the maximum security protocol. Now all he that remained were another few on the spot tests, and Danny's bugs still needed to be coupled to the computer. Thirteen updated the sensor data viewer on his padd, and was about to exit the security station, when all of a sudden a blue haze blurred his vision. When the light was gone again, Thirteen looked around, confused. He found himself in the cargobay, along with what seemed to be the Tiger Sharks entire crew.
Thirteen looked around, and quickly discovered the position of rear admiral KezTrek. He moved himself through the crowd, and managed to reach the admiral, already finding the other senior officers assembled there.
=/\= Crew of the USS Tigershark, you have been temporarily incarcerated, and this vessel seized. No one will be harmed, please do not make any attempts to escape. As soon as my mission is complete you will all be released. =/\=
The voice sounded familiar, and Thirteen could right away attach the image of captain K'Vada to it. The senior officers, especially those that served under Sam K'Vada, exchanged stunned looks. KezTrek quickly pulled them out of that state, dividing tasks. Thirteen and Danny were assigned to get them out of there, and Thirteen was already determined on achieving nothing less. The withdrew to a corner of the cargobay to plan the escape. Danny hadn't thought of that yet. Thirteen was right, stealth was their best option.
"All right, what do you suggest?" Danny asked. "I do not know how well captain K'Vada has sealed us in here, but we might try and manually breach the cargobay doors," Thirteen suggested. "Well, we might, but they're darn big and heavy!" Danny said. "True, but perhaps I can manage," Thirteen said, now moving towards the doors. Danny followed, and opened the hatch next to the door for manual control override. Danny entered a few commands, but did not succeed in opening the doors. "I will connect myself to the computer, and see what I can do," Thirteen said, sticking out his right hand. Two leathery and infamous tubes shot forward and plugged into the computer.
Thirteen twitched and turned for about a minute. The inner struggle of hacking into the Tiger Shark's computer was exhausting and futile, and he soon released himself. "I do not know what captain K'Vada has managed to do, but I was unable to break it," he explained. "Blast, now what?" Danny asked. "I may have an idea," Thirteen said. "Up there," Thirteen pointed at ceiling, "goes a jeffries tube straight over the cargobay. This is not a cargobay for nothing, I do not know what kind of cargo we have here, but there must be something useable, something we can use to get through the ceiling and into that jeffries tube."
"Okay, that's an option, but how do you plan to get up there?" Danny asked. "Most cargobays are equipped with an antigravity unit, I am sure that commander Fitzpatrick can modify it in such a way that we can get up there," Thirteen explained. "Alright, well, it doesn't sound easy, but at least it's a plan," Danny said. Thirteen nodded. "I suggest we get to work, we must do what is in our power to retrieve the Tiger Shark from captain K'Vada his hands, and we will emerge successful," Thirteen said, for some reason full of confidence.

After coming on board the Tigershark, Dontai stayed in his quarters for a while, until he felt it was safe and went to go explore his new home. Not many people noticed he wasn't wearing his Starfleet uniform. Dontai wandered the ship decks, but avoided making direct contact with the ship's crew for now.
Dontai hung around the ships decks bored, until he found the mess hall, sat down and bid his time and pigged out .While he awaited he pigged out on ice cream and pizza. Just has he was going to finish it he felt the pull of a transporter beam, and the next thing he was aware of was he was in a Cargo Bay.

Luke nodded. "Reports coming in so far that no-one is missing however double checks are taking place. What do you need me to do now Admiral?" Luke asked.
"See is Thirteen and Danny need any help." KezTrek told him, taking a few moment to just watch the people around her moving around, and getting into their departments. She noticed all the children being moved into one group as well over in the corner, Jessie Sanchez one of the school teachers was getting them settled. Paul was sitting with one of the other children, he seemed content enough, but KezTrek hated the feeling in her stomach the one that said she'd put her little boy in danger.
"Captain, we're all accounted for." Max Bower came over to her. He was a helm officer, she supposed Luke had asked him to double check the figures.
"Thank you Cmdr, go and stay with your department." KezTrek ordered him, moving over towards the Cargo bay doors, which as predicted stayed closed.
KezTrek stood up on one of the cargo containers, and waited until everyone silenced and turned their attention to her. Sometimes being the Admiral was good, having to shout at the top of your voice to get attention gave her a sore throat.
"Everyone, I know you're all concerned, and scared, but right now I need everyone to remain calm. We have no idea how long it maybe before we will be released, but it will do no one any good to panic. For now I want everyone to stay within your departments. I can't tell you much about what is going on, except that for the moment, this ship is not under our control. If anyone has any problems, please tell you're deputy department heads, and they will try to help."
KezTrek jumped of the cargo container, and moved back among her crew. She looked over towards Buster, who was still sitting with Ensign Cassidy. Her eyes moved around and caught on the security department, most of the others were sitting but there was a young man with standing, looking around cautiously, she didn't recognize him, and she prided herself on knowing everyone on her ship.
Walking herself over to where the security personnel were sitting, she saw the young man move back against the wall, almost like he was trying to hide himself.
She took a minute or two taking to the other security officers, giving them orders to keep the peace as it was, because undoubtedly the longer they were trapped, the more restless people would become and that’s when arguments started.
KezTrek moved back a little from the group with Daniel.
"You okay?" she asked him.
"I'm fine, so is Paul. For all accounts no one was hurt." Daniel said.
"Good. Do you know who that new Ensign is?" KezTrek asked Daniel quietly.
"Not sure. We got a few new people lately." He replied.
KezTrek nodded and with a small comforting tangle of fingers she moved away from Daniel over towards the new Ensign. "Ensign, I'm Admiral KezTrek."
"Yes Ma'am, I know, we heard about you in the Academy, I'm Acting Ensign Dontai." He said, his voice had an even timbre, but KezTrek knew nerves when she saw them.
"Welcome aboard Ensign, surely not what you were expecting, and please, I'm too young to be a ma'am. Admiral is fine." KezTrek said putting on her most reassuring voice.
"Yes Ma'am, Admiral, sorry." Dontai said.
"Relax Ensign. We're all a little stressed by current events I'm sure. Just stay with your department, and you'll be fine." KezTrek assured, giving him a small smile before moving on again.
She continued to make her rounds of the crew, until she came up towards Wood, J'Leera and Rye.
"How's it going?" she asked them.

Before Luke moved over to where Thirteen and Danny were he approached Max who was currently checking up on Luke's department.
"How is everybody Max?" Luke asked quietly.
"A little tense, but no major problems. No one likes being cooped up though." He replied.
Luke sighed. "Yeah I know, we're working on a way out. Just hold tight and make sure everyone remains calm. In fact, can you work with Counsellor Karling - the crew know and like you. Maybe if they see a friendly face acting calm and just chatting they will begin to relax too."
"Sounds good Sir. I will run it past the Admiral first but I will be happy to."
Luke nodded and patted Max on the shoulder. He walked over to Thirteen and Danny and tried to make himself sound as enthusiastic and relaxed as possible.
"Alright lads?" Luke asked, wondering if he sounded to casual. "The Admiral has asked me to give you guys a hand. Where do you need me?"

Buster helped Cassidy the best he could, mostly through comforting words. He was very uncomfortable helping patients with only a first aid kit anyway, but luckily there wasn't need for the aid kit just yet. Cassidy seemed alright for the moment, she was indeed not due for some time. The only problem seemed to be that Buster didn't know how long they would still be locked up. He had no idea what K'Vada was up to, and for all he knew they could be in the cargo bay a little while longer.
He looked around for a nurse, and to his surprise he noticed that one was standing right besides him, watching him stunt around. "Could you please help me, ensign?" Buster asked.
The nurse didn't respond and just kept looking at Cassidy. Buster couldn't tell wether the nurse was feeling sorry for her, or just analyzing the situation.
"Ensign?" Buster asked again, with the same results. The nurse was looking with a blank expression on her face, as if she was in deep thought.
Buster tried again. "Miss Newman?" The nurse finally responded to her name and shook herself awake from her stare. "Sorry doctor, yes, what can I do?"
"I'd really appreciate it if you could either find or make a small private area, in case we can't get to sickbay before ensign Cassidy's labour". Buster responded. "Use some crates to create and cover some private space if you have to. You can ask others for help".
"Yes doctor" Nurse Newman said, and hurried away in the crowd. Buster turned his attention to Cassidy again.
"Don't worry, everything is fine, it would be good if we could get to sickbay, but even if that turns out impossible, there is nothing to worry about. There have been many pregnancies outside of sickbay, and in fact it doesn't make a lot of difference".
Ensign Cassidy didn't look entirely assured. Buster knew he wasn't too good at making people feel assured, something he should be as CMO.
"We are working on getting you some private room now. You know, just in case".
Ensign Cassidy nodded hastily. "Thank you doctor".
Buster gave a friendly nod back. Cassidy smiled for a short while, and then leaned back and closed her eyes for a bit. Buster stood up and sighed. He looked around, a few crewmembers had gathered around and looked at the scene. Buster sure hoped Newman would hurry up with that privacy spot.

OFF: Most of the first part play's inside Sam his head.
ON: Sam was still on the bridge. He was checking up on his crew, oh no it wasn't his crew. Why did he leave the TS. Why was he so dumb to go into SFI? "Why was I so compleatly dumb?" Sam said out loud "Please restate your request." The computer asked without emotions. "Never mind." Sam ordered and the computer bleeped. There were so many questions in his head. Why didn't I died? What was my last mission and what happened there? The more he thought about it the more questions he gotten back. The only thing he knew whas that Ambassador Miro had to die. But Why? He couldn't remember but the only thing he knew was that she was dangerous. If he had the time Sam went back to Betazed and go on a mental search, but there wasn't enough time, just not enough. So Ambassador Miro will die.
With that Sam his attention drew back to this world. Just in time to hear the plan of the TS crew.
Let them he tought. The forcefield behind that door is different then they know, it's not only persone selective but the security overides will take at least 7 hour to break. And that is for a complete computer borg expert like Seven of Nine. When that has happened I'm already gone. But Sam wasn't inhuman. It was time for the crew to eat. "Computer execute Program Program K'Vada 3." Sasm ordered and the computer bleeped. With that enough food for 3 day was beamed into cargobay 2. Sam watched them <TAG: the rest>
With that Sam doze of. Sam saw a face, it was some how familliar. If he could remember who it was. If he could touch that face maybe it would make a difference. But he couldn't move his hands. Than an unknown object came closer. He was afraid. It hurted and then out of the blue he was again in the dessert on Andoria. There was that feeling for the first time, Ambassador Miro had to die. There was also a device in his left hand. It was a bioreadings scrambler. That was a good surprise.
A few minutes later Sam was a wake. "Computer estimated time of arrival at Qro'nos?" Sam asked "4 hour and 11 minutes." The computer replied. "What is the status of the transporters?" Sam asked "Only operational at your vice command." The computer answered. "Good." Sam said and walked to the replicator "Andorian ale with one plate of canard a l'orange." This was replicated.
OFF: Well I think I'm gona win this one?

Before Thirteen and Danny could answer the sound of a transport hit Luke's ears. He spun round as the sound was coming from behind him.
There was a pile of crates that looked familiar.
"Theyre food crates!" An Ensign who often serviced the replicators cried out.
Luke could sense that if this situation wasn't properly controlled then it could get out of hand.
"Excuse me gentlemen." Luke said, a little more official than his greeting to the two officers.
He walked over to the crates which were already gathering quite a crowd.
"OK, everybody back to your departments!" Luke ordered. "This food may have to last a while, I am sure the Admiral will make sure that it is fairly distributed."
There were a number of groans and mutterings that followed the order but the crew did as they were told. Luke didn't like to give orders to people who werent in his department. Even though he may be a superior officer it felt uncomfortable, almost like he was being egotistical. He held no Captaincy or the rights of a first officer so he felt like he was being too demanding. However in this instance quick and decisive action was needed. What Luke had said about the food lasting was true but he was more concerned about what the food may be hiding. He thought some scans might be in order. Just to check that it did not contain anything untoward.
With the help of a few other officers he pushed the crates into the centre of the room where no departments were placed. He then motioned for the Admiral and Dr. Buster to come over.
"What do you recommend we do Admiral? I speak from personal experience that food sent by a captor is usually hiding something." Luke spoke from hsi memories on the slavers world. The food that was sent was often drugged to subdue possible rebellions.
<TAG Admiral KezTrek>
"Buster, do you have a tricorder we could use?" Luke asked.
<TAG Buster>
As Luke looked around the cargo bay he could tell people were concerned. Luke felt no such fear, perhaps he was too used to this sort of happining. He knew they would get out of this and he could draw on the skills he had learnt on the slavers world to help.

The first thing she did was to round up her crew and check to see that all of them were present. "What happened, Commander?" Ensign Holman asked. His face showed obvious concern, which was understandable. She looked around the room and noticed that the rest of her crew shared similar feelings. "Okay everyone," she announced. "We may not have our equipment down here, but that doesn't mean that the transporters left our brains behind, right?" They nodded, wondering where she was going with this. "So, if we still have our brains, doesn't that mean that we could use them to figure out how to get out of this mess?" She watched as they nodded, suddenly forgetting their fear and remembering their duties. "Good, then I want you people to start figuring that out. I'm going to help Commanders Wood and Fitzpatrick in the meantime. If there are any problems, just come to me." She pointed at Holman. "Ensign! You're with me." She turned and walked to where Wood and Rye were and got to work immediately. "How's it going?" she asked them. J'Leera looked up and saw Admiral KezTrek waiting for an answer, so she stood up to report. "We haven't been able to access the main computer yet. Whoever did this, if it weren't K'Vada, they did a very good programming job. They've installed a high level encryption code that we've been unable to break yet. However, we still have some theories that we're working on. Tag: Admiral

Commander Rye Fitzpatrick strolled through the corridors of Starbase Bellicose, and entered his base quarters. He looked around at the spartan quarters, and longed to be in something more...like home... Rye left the quarters, and headed towards one of the base's holodecks, and hololabs. He stepped up to the control interface in Hololab Beta 72, and began writing a new program for himself to enjoy. After half an hour of design, his new program was complete. He saved the program onto a data storage device of his own, and headed towards one of the currently availible holodecks. He stepped inside the holodeck, and inserted his storage device onto the arch, and initialized his new program.
Rye stood, looked around, and searched the familiar area. He began walking around the yard, looking at the bright sun's glow on the green grass. He entered a nearby house, and stopped for a few moments.
(=/\=)"KezTrek to all senior staff members, please report to the briefing room in one hour.(=/\=)
"What do ya know..." Rye muttered to himself upon receiving the call."Computer. Please save the active program on the storage device in slot Beta 7214, and close all programs. Disengage storage device in slot Beta 7214." The surrondings of his home dissolved into nothingness, and the arch of the holodeck appeared amidst the crystalline shell of the holodeck.
After removing his storage unit, he went to his quarters, and gathered the few belongings he'd brought on to the Starbase, and continued on to his primary quarters on board the Tiger-Shark. He decided to go to the mess hall, and have a quick bite to eat before he went on duty. He entered the mess hall, and immediately went to the replicator.
"2 eggs with bacon and tomato, no toast."
Moments later, Rye's meal appeared. He sat down at a table and began to eat his meal. After he was about half way through, Danny approached Rye with a meal of his own.
”Danny, it’s been ages since I’ve seen you. How’s it going?”

Rye finished his meal with Danny, and walked quickly to the turbolift to get up to the bridge. As he arrived, he saw Luke entering the briefing room. Rye decided to follow, and by the time he entered, Wood, Thirteen, and Luke were sitting comfortably at the briefing table. Rye greeted them all, and then sat down into his normal position around the table. A short while later, once the rest of the officers were in the lounge, Admiral KezTrek explained their mission involving the ambassador.
At the close of the briefing, Rye returned to the bridge, where he manned the Engineering console. All of the ship’s systems were operating at peak efficiency, and the Akira-class vessel was speeding towards her destination.

Rye was having a small conversation with Luke about the Navigation control systems, when an alarm at Tactical attracted both Rye and Luke’s attention. A young woman there spoke, and indicated that a Klingon Vessel was approaching. Luke noted that they were changing course to intercept. The Klingon vessel hailed the Tiger-Shark, and Admiral KezTrek greeted the Captain in Klingon. Rye was somewhat surprised to see that she spoke the language, but was amused at the response of the Klingon Captain.
Once the Captain was satisfied, and the vessel returned course, Rye thought everything was back to normal. And it was, at least for a few seconds. All of a sudden, Rye saw the Admiral, and Luke disappear in a transport beam. Before he knew it, he was too…
