Tarapik had just preapred himself for the inspection and stood in the ranks of the marines, next to major Methos, when the captain, a vulcan named T'lana, stepped to them and changed with the major the normal plesantries. Yhen he turned to Tarapik and said: "Cadet, we will shortly be conducting a series of security drills on the bridge, perhaps it would of benefit of you to join Cadet Halthor there, I am sure you will both learn something from the experience.” - The captain said. "Very well, captain" the young cadet responded "I, myself, belive it will be a most usefull excersise. Live long and prosper". He saluted in typial vulcan manner and left the office.
His first job was to go to his quarters. There he put his duty uniform back on, took his phaser and stuck it on his belt. Then he took a tricoder and also put it on his belt. Now he was ready for duty.
A few minutes later he stood on the bridge, facing an equally young and anxious cadet. This was Cadet Halthor. Tarapik turned to him and said: "I belive you are cadet Halthor? I am Tarapik."
"Well you heard the captain, cdt. terapik. Your going to come with me so we can do the security drill." The young Andorian responded.
The went into the turbolift and into the trace of the intruder. There was a communication between Vander Halthor and leutenant commander Daya and the cadets entered the turbolift. From there they travelled to the quarters, from wich the signal of the intruder was coming. The cadets stood in front of the dor and Halthor said: "Look what we got here the intruder seems to be trapped in this room. Open the door for us Cdt. Terapik."
Tarapik stepped forward, entered the security override code on the console and the door opened. Unfortunately the intruder wasn't inside, there was only a transmitter, sending out the intruder's frequency. Cadet Halthor made a check up with the computer and after recieving the results, and learning the intruder's positions, the cadets made a steady approach to the suspect.
They ran around the ship quite a time but finally got some crucial information for the intruder form Crewman Zycho. The man was almost sure that the suspect is on deck D. The cadets got into the turbolift and to deck D. They were surprised that there was no light there. "Cdt. Tarapik make sure you have your light turned on this is going to be very interesting." - Halthor said. Tarapik took his flashlight from his tricoder and turned it on. He nodded at the andorian. Then the two men carried on trough the deck. The chase was on!

Daya looked around as the alarms began to go off, and after receving messages from his cadet, Daya basically left the search to him.
"Alpha and Bravo teams to all main exits, Charlie team, spread out and began a proximity search around all restricted areas."
=^=Daya to cadet Halthor, i need an update, what do you have so far?=^=

=/\=Cdt. Halthor to Lt. Commander Daya, I have received your communique, and so far deck d lights are off, so we turned on our hand lights, and we seem to be in the darkness until the lights go back up, im afraid that with the lights down, and the intruder in black clothing that we cannot spot him or her unless notified by any of the crewman aboard the ship, until then we will continue our search until something comes up=/\=
The cadets were closely looking all over the ship, and with the crewman wandering about aboard the hanson the only thing that the cadets could have known about the intruder is that the area that they were in was the area that the intruder had gone to.
The situation at hand was a little difficult to figure out and the intruder continued on there way to wherever they wanted to go, with the cadets on there way behind the intruder.
If one of the crewman had come by with something to say to them, the cadets would certainly take it into account, and look for the intruder with all due haste.

Tarapik and Vander Halthor kept searching for the intruder with their lights on. Suddenly, Tarapik saw a brief movement with his peripheral view right behind and on the right of him. He turned his flashlight in that direction and for a brief moment the light repeled against a black figure. Tarapik took his pahser out and said: "Cadet Halthor, I noticed the intruder on our four o'clock. Follow me! I would reccomend setting the phasers to minimum stun." <tag Halthor> The cadets ran after the suspect. Now they could easly see him running in front of them. Tarapik pushed his comm badge and said: =^=Tarapik to Leutenant Comander Daya. We have spotted the intruder and are now chasing him.=^= <tag Daya, commander Hope>

S'reena turned briefly when she heard familiar voices behind her and to her surprise saw Andorian and Vulcan run side by side, their side-arms drawn. Her cloak billowing out behind her, the Romulan ran as though her life depended on it.
Before taking a right-hand turn, she stopped briefly and aimed her own weapon. The Vulcan span as the low-stun beam struck him in the shoulder, temporarily paralysing his arm. Satisfied with the result, S'reena tucked the weapon between her waistband again and rushed on. However her brief delay had cost her precious time and she knew security, and the two cadets in particular would be on to her in no-time.
To win time, she ducked in the nearest Jeffries tube and slid down the stairs to the deck below. She ducked side barely in time as a blue beam shot downward, grazing her right arm. Scowling at her own carelessness, she hurried on, knowing she'd be hunted until captured. Daya and Methos would no doubt be close by to check on the progress of their cadets, but she couldn't begin to guess as to what extend they would interfere.
Having no combadge with her, there was no way to check with them. Not that she thought it would be a wise idea to begin with. S'reena stopped briefly at the next interjunction to catch her breath, listening intently as she heard footsteps approaching. She wiped strands of stray hair out of her face, scowling as she caught her own reflection in one of the wall panels as she tumbled out of a hatch into the corridor. Her long hair had been dyed an unusual shade of blonde, and S'reena disliked her current appearance. However, it suited her purpose for now, but as soon as this was over she'd dye it back to her natural colour.
"Halt!" she heard shouted behind her, as she scrambled back to her feet, momentarily disoriented from her tumble.
"You wish," S'reena called back, as she darted away, cradling her numb arm. Sensation was already returning to the affected limb, but she had to be careful now. She was leading the two cadets into a merry chace across the entire Hanson, while the ship slowly entered orbit around the planet that had sought medical aid.

"Cdt. Terapik you alright, looks like she stunned your shoulder, thats an interesting spot to shoot at. Well now is not the time for me to cry for you, we got an intruder to chase after." Cdt. Halthor replied and then got cdt. terapik out from being stunned and then pursued the the intruder. The intruder now clearly ahead of them was spotted and on the run, and the cadets were that much closer to capturing the black robed intruder. The cadets were continuing there chase and the intruder somehow disoriented fell down into another corridor.
The chase was getting very close and personal. With the intruder momentarily stopped the cadets had the moment to yell out a quick "halt" with that notion the intruder got back to her feet and took off before the cdts could have a close encounter with her. The chase ment to get the cadets on the run had shown each of them that theres strengths and weaknesses would help them get through it and narrow there odds.
"Continue the chase, we are that much closer to getting in contact with the intruder its that apparent." cdt. halthor motioned and grabbed his phaser with the low stun setting and fired at the intruder but missed and caused one of the wall light fixtures to go out. "Woops, i didnt see that coming." cdt. halthor looked a little ashamed of breaking the wall light fixture continued on his wild goose chase.
The intruder seeing the phaser shot turned around very quickly with cat like reflexes and maneuvered out of the way of the shot. Seeing it only got her running even more, and the cadets almost out of a breath of air, grabed a near by handle and took a deep breath. "Dang, she is fast, we will have to continue running after her. I just hope she slows down enough for us to catch up." cdt. halthor breathing heavily stood back up and both cadets jogged there way along the hanson until the intruder had come a bit closer.
"Stop right there, we have you now, prepare for battle" cdt halthor motioned and looked at the intruder with eagerness.

S'reena flattened herself against the wall, pulling her cloak closer around her body. She willed the two cadets to come closer as she chanced a look around the corner. Sure enough, two cadets were blocking the corridor, her only way out as the corridor she was in had a dead end. The Vulcan stood to the left, the Andorian a little closer to her position.
Both of them had their phasers drawn and the Andorian's antennae were twitching in anticipation. The Vulcan looked extremely alert, even somewhat annoyed. S'reena smiled to herself and drew the rubber blade. "You'll have to come get me!" she taunted the two youngsters, then ducked as both fired their phasers in her direction, a little too close to her body for comfort.
Sure enough, the two got confident, sure that they got their quarry cornered and S'reena pressed herself flat against the wall again. When she saw an extended arm holding a phaser pass by, she snagged the arm and yanked it towards her with her right hand, while with her left pressing the blade against her assaillant's throat.
"I've got you, Andorian," she whispered in his ear, applying a little pressure to make her point. To Halthor, the blade would feel like the real thing, thus S'reena hoped he'd not make any foolish moves. "Vulcan, drop your weapon!" she called, only finding the Vulcan no longer there.

While the intruder, that was apparently a female, was illogically loosing time, taunting Halthor, Tarapik took his chance and threw himself behind her back. He nearly grimed when he saw the surprise in the movements of the intruder. Then Tarapik threw himself like a spear and fixed her on the floor. He quickly pressed the intruder's nerve center on her shoulder with his fingers and felt that her body dragged down in his hands. He then walked to cadet Halthor, that had fallen during the fight, gave him his hand and helpeed him stand up. <tag Halthor>

"Well its looks like the intruder got back up, damn shes got a hell of a nervous system, we better hold up." cdt halthor responded before being given a hand from cdt terapik.
"Thank you cdt. terapik, ill be fine, it was only rubber from what it seems. We better catch up with the intruder if we know whats good for us, always on the run, eh. Well we got a intruder on the run and we ill be damned if i dont catch her." Cdt Halthor looking at cdt terapik grabbed his hand and sprung back up.
The cadets continued on with the search and with the light fixture still broken out in that corner there was bound to be someone to go and fix it. Maybe the fixes would come out of his cadet pay check but it was bound to happen. You cant go around doing something wrong and not go and pay for it
Cadet Halthor looking a little sore, tried to maintain a steady jog but could only walk, "Cdt Terapik, im sorry im going to have to do this to ya but can you give me some of those energy restorer pills in the medpack." Cdt halthor looked at terapik and then he got the pills, chewed on them and within moments his energy would be back again. "Cdt. Terapik, lets do this, ive got as much energy as the andorian sun." the cadets ran like they could never run before and with them on pursuit the intruder was that much closer to being caught.

Only the briefest thought as to where Commander Hope had disappeared to crossed Kiral's mind as she looked down at the science station. Now that she was in a lab, she was confident in what she was doing. Most traces of nervousness vanished. She had been setting up experiments since she was a teenager. I'm not going to screw this up, She told herself. She looked at the experiment and smiled. Thank goodness it's not physics.
Several containers before her held different labeled compounds of chemical elements. Some of them were familiar to her, but there were a few that she had never heard of in any of her lives. Well, first I need to find a problem. Simple scientific method here. Using a tricorder, Kiral determined that several of the compounds were unstable. That looks like a good problem to work with to me, she thought. Maybe I could stabilize them by adding them to other compounds...
Kiral worked in silence. Within minutes, she was lost in her own world. When the ship's alarms went off, announcing an intruder and breaking the silence, her head snapped up so quickly she almost hurt her neck. She looked around wildly, an older part of her wanting to be part of the action, another part wondering if she should panic.
Kiral noticed the instructor who had led her into the labs was sitting at another station. The other woman wasn't panicking. Kiral calmed down gradually. There's nothing for me to do in this sort of situation. That's a job for security. Unless someone tells me otherwise, I should just stay here and do my work.
In a moment, she was once again deeply involved in setting up her procedure.

T’lana raised an eyebrow as Major Methos approached her. With the ship on such a high status of alert, she would have expected the Marine Officer to be leading the search for the intruder. However, she had to admit that logic was on his side, if there was indeed an intruder aboard the ship, then his first priority would be her safety.
“Very well Major, you may accompany me,” she said in her icy tones, “I will be finished here shortly.”
As the intruder alarms continued to sound loudly around her, T’lana made further notes on her padd on the reactions of the engineering crew. Currently most of them seemed to be hurrying around rather emotionally securing the warp core, and other critical systems.
“I believe I have seen everything here,” T’lana finally said, deactivating her padd, “we will now proceed to the bridge.”
As she turned to leave, she saw Methos jump in front of her, phaser in hand, apparently sweeping the area.
“Is that really necessary Major?” she asked, as he continued to walk closely in front of, ready to pounce of anyone who dared approach them.
“I believe so ma’am,” Methos replied.
Closing her eyes, T’lana tried to remember her relaxation teachings, ever since she had come aboard this ship; it had been a struggle to keep her emotions in check. The entire crew were just so emotional, and acted most illogically.
Her trance was broken by the sound of Cadet Halthor’s voice over the comm system
=/\=“Captain, we have caught the intruder, we are currently on deck five.”=/\=
“Very well Cadet, Major Methos and I are on our way to your location,” T’lana replied.
Entering the turbolift, T’lana eyed the phaser that Methos was still clutching firmly in his hand, from the look on his face; it was almost if he was willing to have a violent encounter with someone.
“I believe you may lower the weapon Major,” T’lana said as they arrived at deck five, “this is after all only a drill.”
OOC:
My apologises for the shortie. Halthor and Tarapik, good work with this, I’ll leave you to bring the prisoner in.

~science lab two~
Rachael D'Oro stood beside the lab-table, her hands poised behind her back as she observed her cadet. She seemed very knowledgeable about what she was doing, though she did seem momentarily distracted when the intruder alert was sounded.
In response to that, Rachael walked over to a side panel and started distributing phasers among the laboratory personnel. Then she tossed one to Mallen. "Prevention is better than having to cure," she smiled as she observed the cadet's contraptions. "So, explain to me what you're setting up here and what hypothesis you've come up with."
<Mallen.....take it away...be creative>
~elsewhere~
S'reena rubbed her shoulder where Tarapik had nervepinched her. Thanks to the armoured padding she wore over her catsuit, the pinch had been somewhat deflected and she'd only been temporarily dazed. The cadet had made a fatal mistake when he'd diverted his attention from her to his crewmate, and she would brief him on that error after the drill was completed.
Now though, she jumped to her feet and sprinted away, knocking both cadets over again as she darted past. She didn't get far as Tarapik recovered first and grabbed for his phaser, quickly changing the setting to stun. Taking aim and pulling the trigger, the red phaser beam struck the Romulan first officer squarely in her back and sent her sprawling.
S'reena blinked as she regained consciousness, just hearing the last part of the cadets reporting they'd caught the intruder. She caught sight of Daya who stood in the shadows of wherever they were now; S'reena didn't recognize the area of the ship. The security chief looked down on her in disdain and interest, but S'reena knew he'd step in the minute the cadets went too far in their interrogation.
She tugged at the bonds which held her down to a chair, her cloak wrapped uncomfortably tight around her body to restrict any other possible movement on her part. She felt like a prey in a spider's web, and she didn't particularly like this situation. There was an explosion of light as suddenly something impacted painfully with her jaw, and only then did she realize one of the cadets had asked her something.
Daya seemed to disapprove of the method, but didn't step in. S'reena blinked again, trying to focus on the situation, without giving herself away. A gleam of metal caught her attention and she saw the Andorian wielding her personalised weapon, her treasured Honour Blade. "Return. My. Blade." she said through gritted teeth, "that's mine, none touch it but me!"
(halthor/tarapik....until I say stop, continue the interrogation, without realising it's S'reena. I'll reveal that after you both respond to this...but leave the revealing to me)

The fact that there was an intruder on board didn't bode well for anyone. Jason would normally be on the bridge with the Captain, but at the moment he was in charge of the engineering department and that's where he was.
"I need the warp core to be reinforced," Jason ordered as he told the secuirty personal in main engineering to close any and all entrances to main engineering except the main entrance.
"Understood," the security guard responded as he began with the door next to him. This was only a drill, but Jason wanted to make sure that everyone knew what to do if an intruder actually was onboard. Word spread through the grapevine that the intruder had been caught, which caused some members of engineering to relax.
"Do not relax, we have not heard anything from the Captain and until she tells us we are still on high alert," Jason said as he continued to secure engineering.

"Im going to have to confiscate this blade from you, as you are an intruder aboard this vessel, and it is my duty to perform the task of interrogating you. This is contraband, and almost got me killed. Please surrender yourself and hand me your arms so that i can put some harnesses on them so we can proceed to the brig for questioning." Cdt Halthor was concerned that the intruder would not take to kindly to this but it was the orders of the captain and lt. commander daya that the intruder be turned into the authorities.
As a cadet from the starfleet academy, cdt. halthor was primed and ready for anything in any given situation. With this new situation involving a intruder and his own code of conduct, the cadet had to do what was right and let the intruder know that they would have to be interrogated and brought to justice.
Any contraband was also a danger to the crew and must be dealt with appropriately. As such, the cadet motioned to the intruder to hold out her hands so that he can attach some safety harnesses. "These wont be to tight and everything will be okay as long as you do exactly as i tell you." cdt. halthor motioned to the intruder.
With the harness on the intruder, she stayed in the darkened room with the cadets and lt. commander daya watching over the situation. Time would tell if she would speak up and tell her real identity or not.
"Well think of it this way, once its all said, and done, and you answer all our questions you will have a less sentence than most" cdt halthor replied to the intruder and had a careful eye on her.
"Now tell why the heck were you aboard the hanson in the first place, wreaking havoc to the security personnel and causing the hold ship to go on red alert." cdt. halthors tendrills pointed straight at the intruder with them going here and there.
"If i were you id get to the chase and tell us everything, starting with who sent you." cdt. halthor paced back and forth in the interrogation room, while scratching his white hair and contemplating on a appropriate way to handle everything.

Tarapik turned away his attention from the intruder for just a mere second, to help Halthor up, but when he turned back she wasn't there any more. The cadets ran again after her, with only one brief stop, so the Andorian could take an energy pill.
During the chase Tarapik kept considering what had just happened. At first the Vulcan was puzzled, then he realized what had happened. There was only one possibility, contradictory to any logic - he had made a mistake. As he would learn later on, the intruder's shoulder had been shielded, but now he didn't know that. To him it seemed that all the complex estimates he had calculated for just part of the second, so that the pinch could be accurate and effective, were wrong. His Vulcan side had betrayed him again...
Tarapik's very being was filled with illogical anger toward himself, then toward the Vulcans, and then toward everything. The human in him was prevailing, overgrowing any logic or even mere common sense. The Vulcan Tarapik turned to the really angry human-with-pointed-ears Tarapik. He was running forward faster and faster, led by his animal instincts, lying deep in his human side. Eventually something in him snapped and the anger defeated him. He drew his phaser and fired.
The red beam struck the intruder in the back, pushing her on the ground, unconsciousness. Then Tarapik regained control of himself...
He took note of the situation. This hadn't happened for a long time - the illogical human in him had taken control, just for some seconds, and the chaos was at hand. The intruder was shot, fortunately just with a stun beam. Anyway, this caused disgust even in the Vulcan's now-logical mind. Well, the situation was under control, and despite crudely, the intruder was captured.
Later, as the intruder was securely tied up, and the senior officers were at hand, the interrogation could start.

"Now tell why the heck were you aboard the hanson in the first place, wreaking havoc to the security personnel and causing the hold ship to go on red alert." cdt. halthors tendrills pointed straight at the intruder with them going here and there.
S'reena smiled, a smile which was obscured by the shadow her hood cast upon her face. "Why, I live here," she answered, casting a sly grin in Daya's direction. Daya returned the grin, but quickly smothered it and the scowl returned to his face. "And I was ordered to do it. Seems I did a rather good job on it too."
"If i were you id get to the chase and tell us everything, starting with who sent you."
"I just told you I live here. Now who would you think would send the first officer to be chased around the ship?" S'reena caught Daya's warning glance towards the two cadets, drawing their attention.
"Perhaps you should verify whether the real first officer is aboard?" Daya suggested while holding out his hand towards the Andorian to demand S'reena's blade. He knew what value it held to the first officer, and he wasn't going to let anything happen to it.
(Tarapik/Halthor)
S'reena's eyebrows raised at the statement, then smiled. ~bless you Daya~ she thought to herself, then glanced up again at her 'captors'. "Take off my hood," she suggested, upon which the hood was promptly yanked away. "I am Commander S'reena Hope, first officer USS Hanson." She could tell by the glances the two cadets were casting eachother that they were not convinced. "Go on, ask the computer."
The Romulan knew of course that T'Lana would've been thorough, and the computer would answer in denial, thereby putting her into deeper trouble. However, S'reena trusted completely in Daya preventing them from going too far in their interrogations. He'd play along, but only so far.
(Tarapik/Halthor)
Suddenly the deck lurched violently as the entire ship shook from shell impact. S'reena shot a surprised glance at Daya. "Is this part of the drill?" she asked under her breath, when both cadets were briefly out of hearing range. "We aren't in any enemy territory are we?"
"Not to my knowledge," Daya answered, then pointed at Tarapik. "Get back to the bridge and assess damage. Assume this is part of your training, but keep an open mind towards real attack. Captain T'Lana should be on the bridge to answer any questions you may have. Major Methos should also be on the bridge."
(Tarapik)
He then turned towards Halthor. "Continue to interrogate her and report back to me. I am going to sweep the ship, I'll be back soon. Contact sickbay if you need any drugs to get the truth from her."

"Here is the blade, Lt. Commander Daya, as ordered, hopefully this will be taken care of" the andorian looked with honor and duty while passing the blade over to daya. Inside thoughts were going through his mind telling him wither this was a good decision or a bad one.
Upon taking off the hood, to the intruders request, it would seem that she appeared as the romulan first officer, Commander S'reena Hope. But both officers looked in wonderment as to who she really was and the fact that she had to be checked by the computers for further analysis.
"Computer, tell me if this is indeed the Hanson's first officer, Commander Hope." cdt. halthor looked in at the results and waited for a response from the computer.
"Analysis is a failure, this is not Commander Hope, and who you have cannot be identified." cdt halthor was intrigued by the answer and looked back at the intruder.
"As you call yourself, commander hope, it would seem from the computer data that you are not the real commander hope, why is that? maybe you are someone else, just wanting to use another identity to plunge us into a deeper search for who you really are."
<tag hope>
"Aye sir, will do" cdt. halthor nodded to his instructor and continued with his interrogation.
"So you think you are telling the truth but the computer says you are not, maybe a computer failure on the ships behalf maybe, but i will know for sure who you are and if what you have told me is true then the captain of the ship has used you as a pawn in the chase so that you can be used effectively as an intruder." cdt. halthor was perplexed but then went to the notion before that was mentioned by lt. commander daya to use drugs to get the truth from her.
=/\=Cdt. Halthor to Sickbay, bring me small doses of truth serum so that i can proceed with the interrogation and have the necessary means to end this debacle.=/\=
<tag sickbay>
"Excellent, now i have the serum i need, and now i can use it to get the truth from you." cdt. halthor grabbed the serum injected it into a hypospray device and looked over the intruder and waited for a response before the serum was wrongly used.

Mallen gratefully accepted the phaser and tucked it into her belt. Simply having it with her gave her a sense of security. She looked up at D’Oro, thanked her, and stopped for a second, trying to think of exactly what she’d say to describe her experiment.
“Well, it’s simple chemistry, once you go past the compounds and look at the individual elements that compose them. Here we have Oxygen and Argon. They don’t bond well. In fact, Argon’s a noble gas, so naturally, they wouldn’t be able to bond at all, but they’ve somehow been forced to bond, and they don’t like that. It’s the same over here with Hydrogen and Xenon, another noble gas. So that’s why they’re unstable.”
Kiral was almost knocked off of her feet as the whole ship quaked suddenly. One of the beakers slid towards the edge of the lab table, and she just managed to catch it before it dropped. She put it back on the table, and pushed the others back into place. When she continued, her voice trembled just a little bit.
“Oxygen and Hydrogen bond easily to make water, of course. The two noble gases wouldn’t bond, but they’re much better off on their own. So, if we mixed the Argon and Oxygen compound with the Xenon and Hydrogen compound, and added a bit of energy to break the existing, unstable bonds, we’d end up with Argon gas, Xenon gas, and simple H2O.”

After listening to the Lieutenant’s response to her work, Mallen looked at the messages on her PADD. One of them was particularly interesting. “Lieutenant, apparently the security cadets have caught the intruder and are holding her in one of the interrogation rooms. She claims to be Commander Hope, but the ship's computer can’t confirm her identity." As a biologist, Kiral had often worked with blood and cell samples, which was exactly what they'd need to confirm an identity. "I believe I may be able to help with this dilemma, and it will be good practice for me. Should I go?” Maybe I should find the other science cadet… Warrick?… and have her come with me. This will be a medical job for her too, and I’ve been looking forward to meeting her, Kiral thought.

Brelev was finally beginning to feel like she had sickbay under control, then the ship gave a violent shake. Was this part of the Drill? It had to be, they where nowere near enemy territory. Either way it was her job to act like it was real. "Michael, Alanna, Ellena, get those biobeds cleared off and prepare for casualties." =A=Doctor Brelev to all medics, report to sickbay immediatly.=A= The Hanson had a handful of crewman trained to help out in sickbay when necessary, given the nature of that shudder their services would be needed soon.
=A=Bridge to sickbay, prepare for casualties=A= Crystal's voice sounded over the comm system.
=A=Already on it, care to give us any details?=A= Brelev asked.
=A=you know as much as we do, however that was weapon's fire=A= Crystal replied.
Brelev took a moment to lament the fact sickbay always seemed to know next to nothing before headed into Ward 1 to help her team.
=/\=Cdt. Halthor to Sickbay, bring me small doses of truth serum so that i can proceed with the interrogation and have the necessary means to end this debacle.=/\=
The intruder, Brelev had almost forgot about that part of the drill. He wanted a truth serum, that was a little edgy. She had Sodium Pentathol in stock, but never liked the idea of using it. Of course, if she did not know this was a drill she would hand over the serum reluctantly, but do it never the less. =A=You'd better know what you are doing cadet. I'll send a nurse down there with the serum, and she will administer it.=A= there was no way she was letting a marine cadet touch that stuff.
Brelev found the serum and drew out a medium dosage. "Ellena, take this to cadet Halthor and administer it to the intruder he has in custody." She handed it to the nurse. "Don't take too long, we are going to need you up here." -----------------
Ellana took the serum and headed down to the brig, the ship was still shaking violently. She arrived in the Brig to find Cadet Halthor and Cadet Tarapik hovering over a cuffed women dressed in black. She looked an awful lot like the first officer and Ellana was about to point it out when the marine cadet got up and rushed over.
"Excellent, now I have the serum I need, and now I can use it to get the truth from you." cdt. Halthor grabbed the serum injected it into a hypospray device and looked over the intruder and waited for a response before the serum was wrongly used.
"Umm, I think I was supposed to do that." Ellana mutterd, was she suposed to stay? Probably not, the doctor wanted her back in sickbay. "Okay, well good luck then." she added as she headed out of the brig.

S'reena watched Elenna's eyes widen in surprise when she entered the brig area. Being more awake now, S'reena started recognising her surroundings, but her aching back wasn't helping to concentrate on matters at hand. With Daya gone, there was no way to keep this cadet in check, and she feared on what he might resort to.
Quietly, she shook her head when the nurse was about to speak up, and the nurse shrugged in response. Both watched as Halthor loaded up a hypospray, as Elenna erroneously had handed the truth serum to the cadet, against Brelev's orders.
S'reena writhed in her bonds as the cadet came closer. The Romulan was fully aware of the contents of Sodium Pentpthal and she couldn't begin to guess how she'd react to a full dosage. "Don't," she whispered, almost in sheer panic. For her to get any form of sythehol or alcohol into her bloodstream was extremely dangerous, even possibly lethal as she was highly allergic to it.
Just as Halthor pressed the hypospray against her throat and released the contents into her bloodstream, she saw Cadet Mallen enter the holding cell area, carrying a science kit. S'reena stiffened as the truth serum coarsed through her veins, hitting her system hard. She gritted her teeth against the agony it was causing and furiously blinked back tears.
Her breathing-rate increased at such speed that within seconds she was near to hyperventillating. She glanced up at Mallen, almost pleading. "Help me," she breathed, ignoring any questions Halthor shot at her in rapid-fire.

"By Andoria, what have i done, get her some help cdt mallen, she is hyperventalillating and you have the science kit with you. Do something for crying out loud, this might really be the first officer and i dont want her killed." cdt. halthor responded to cadet mallen entering the holding cell area and quickly asked if he could help in the procedures.

"Good she looks better now, thank andoria she is going to be fine, i think my questions can be delayed until further notice." cdt. halthor replied to cdt. mallen and then cautiously awaited commander hopes awakening.

"Im really sorry about all this its was only meant for interrogating purposes and i had no way to find out who you were. Please take that into consideration" cdt. halthor responded and waited for the commander to come to her senses.

<off: I've been dealing with a husband flat on his back in bed since last Wed. Sorry it’s taken me so long to get this out but I haven’t been able to sit here and concentrate like usual>
"Hello Cadet, did the bridge get a little dull?" Brelev asked, not entirely expecting an answer.
Dana shook her head and tapped the PADD at her side. “No Ma’am, I brought my work with me. I set up the lab to keep recording data while I was in here with you.” She knew an answer wasn’t required but told the Commander what she’d done anyway.
Doctor Brelev continued "I'm glad you are here, as you can see we are a little busy. I have a task for you that involves a little bit in both of your fields. I need you to do some research on the plague that is running rampart on Feta IV. I started doing some delving myself, but was needed elsewhere. You can start by looking at the symptoms, and the treatment that have been attempted. Then together we might be able to brainstorm something that is going to work. With any luck we'll be able to crack the code. You can use the computer in my office; I still have some of the files up from Star Fleet medical on this manner."
“Thank you Ma’am, I’ll get right on it.” Dana said. “I won’t keep you from your other duties.”
As she left the doctor and settled in her office a site wide comm. came over the combadges of those in the sickbay compound.
=A= Bridge to sickbay, an intruder has been reported on board in your vicinity. Prepare for casualties=A=
Dana pondered leaving the work the Commander had given her, but saw that sickbay was in good hands and she’d be called if necessary. But for the meantime she’d keep to her work and keep her wits about her. There wasn’t much she could do until injured actually began arriving.

Major Methos walked into the brig alone, because the Captain had returned to the Bridge to get a status report. When he got there he saw that Cadet Mallen was there also. Methos saw that she was trying to do something with a science kit, but Methos knew that she wouldn't be able to do much, except find what was wrong. Methos stepped up and said, "That's enough Cadets, I'll take it from here. Halthor and Tarapik, wait for me in the security office, dismissed."
After the three cadets left, Methos tapped his comm-badge, =/\=Methos to Sickbay, Commander Brelev can you come to the brig with a med-kit?=/\=
<Brelev>
=/\=Thank you, I will be waiting for you. Methos out.=/\=
"Commander, how are you feeling? I hope that we got here in time," Methos asked S'reena.

The stygian gloom of the command centre was something Loran didnt think she would ever get used to. The stark functional consoles and the preponderance for red was something she was not use to either when in the Trill Defence Force or from the memories of Starfleet.
The ship was exactly where she expected it to be. The Intrepid class ship was sleek and arrow shapped, it reminded her of the kind of starships Trill had all those years ago when she had been alive.
"They do not detect us" Krork growled from the centre seat,
"I told you they would not." Loran replied off handedly, "On board you will find all the technology and personnel you need to finance your houses activitys for years."
"We shall see" Krork stared a moment at the figure beside him. It was strange to think that this person was the young woman he had known some 30 years ago.
"Trust me Krork, when have I ever led you astray? and besides my new circumstances whilst still new to me afford us a certain advantage. Take us in, fire dirsuptors on these locations"
***
The Hanson bridge had calmed a little now the drill was coming to a close. Security reported that the intruder had been apprehended.
"Sir I m detecting a sub-space disturbance," a cadet at helm reported
"Location?" Crystal asked rising from the centre seat and crossing to the broad Conn console,
"Dead ahead."
"On Screen"
Before them a Bird of Prey appeared shimmering out of the blackness and bearing down upon them.
Crystal was unsure if this was part of the drill or not, the intruder had to come from somewhere she supposed, would T'lana and S'reena be so thorough?
"Their weapons are charging" Jason reported from Ops
"Shiel..ds" Crystal ordered as the first green bolts struck the Hanson. The ship rocked violently and sparks showered them. The remaining bolts struck the now erected shields.
"Damage report, Weapons" She ordered,
"Weapons and internal comms are out " Reynolds announced "they hit the main bridge power relay, we are on back ups"
Crystal thought quickly,
"Helm plot a course out of here, go to warp. Reinforce fields and return fire if we are able"
Reynolds looked up from his console as it flickered before his eyes, "They are making a second pass... Hang on they arent firing, I m recieveing a transmission... aww hell"
His hands dashed over the console,
"Jason?"
"They have our Shield Command Codes, they are lowering now"
As they did so there was a low hum and in a blaze of vibrant red light 15 klingons and a trill man beamed on to the bridge.
"This ship is ours" Krork growled pointing his batleth at Crystal,
The trill man dressed in a somewhat shabby and ill buttoned admirals unifrom nodded to the Klingon,
"Told you it would be easy. Don't try and reach for your phasers" he said to the assembled bridge crew " I m carrying an energy dampening field."
Krork grinned broadly "You were right Loran, your new body and memories are most useful. You..." he pointed to 10 of his warriors, "start rounding up the rest of the crew, kill any who resist."
