Krythan smiled and turned around on one heel and marched to the lift but before the door could clos he called out, "By the way!" The doors began to shut,"Its Cadet Krythan Rogers." The doors closed and off he went to sickbay to begin his training.
<Anyone that could hear him>
The lift stopped and he stepped out, he had studied the corridors of the ship last night so he knoew where to go to reach the Sickbay. As he walked he thought about the Romulan women that had dissmissed him, he had heard rumors of a Romulan on a federation ship but had never seen it! It would be abit strange but he would manage...
He reached the Sickbay doors and walked. "Cadet Krythan Rogers, Reporting in to start training in the art of medicine." He said allowed. He was supposed to report to Dr.Paris as soon as he could and now seemed like a good time since he was there.

Angel hadn't been informed of a new cadet, and she realized that someone must have forgotten to tell her she would be instructing someone after all. She looked the cadet over, and wondered what to expect from him. She wasn't sure how this would work out, but she knew that she could make it work. She hadn't had any time to prepare anything, since she thought she didn't have anyone to teach. She realized that she could teach him many things, and that she could prepare in minutes. She would just have to give him something to do while she prepared. Just then she saw Brelev and a cadet come into sickbay just behind her new cadet.
"Welcome aboard cadet, I am Doc Paris. Grab that tricorder and follow me. Hello, Brelev, you are a suprise, as for the cadet I called for them to come here. She is no surprise, but it is nice to see that it won't be hard to get you here for your physical. I will remember this for next time as well. Come take seats on the two biobeds, and we will start. Cadet I want you to start to run scans on Brelev, and I will be there in a few moments." She said as she went for a tricorder for herself.
"Don't worry cadet, this won't take long, and then you and Brelev will both be back to your duties." She said as she started the scan. She started at the head and worked her way down. It only took a few minutes, and then she had the results to the scan. She put the tricorder down, and picked up a padd.
"This is for your record cadet, your name please, and I will need the spelling to make sure it is recorded right." She said waiting for the cadet to respond.
"I also need to know the last time you were sick, and if you broke anything in your life. When was the last time you had a physical? Do you feel there is anything else I need to know about you, allergies and the like?" She said rushing the questions, and not letting the cadet answer immediately.
(Tinyl)
"Thanks, I will make sure to put all that down. You may return to duty now." She said dismissing the cadet. She walked over to her cadet and Brelev.
"Did you find anything, cadet?" She said wondering what the scan showed.
(Krythan)
=/\= This is Dr. Paris, will the following please report to sickbay: Commander Hope, Commander Reynolds, and Cadet Farsir. =/\= She said over the comm.

Krythan took the tricorder and began doing the scans in the same manner as the Doc was and soon came to a sound conclusion, "Nothing wrong with this one whatso ever." He replyed and turned of the tricorder.
He was going to enjoy his time on the Hanson very much and soon he will be a doctor under the close inspection of Doc.Paris who was a very attract---"I really cant go thinking that way about my instructor.." He thought," although it is true..."

Jason heard S'reena's call to take the ship out of dock. This was going to be his cadet's first test and Jason would do everything to help him. He knew that most operations cadets didn't know the first thing to do in this situation.
"Cadet, contact all systems and check if they are running in the green," Jason said," if they are give the all clear and we are out of here."
<Tag Jason>
"No disrespect Commander, but I thought we were only aloud to leave space dock using only thrusters. Wouldn't that be confusing to Cadet Pride?"
Jason was about to say something, but Commander Hope beat him to it. Her explanation was ideal and understandable, which his cadet seemed to accept. He has guts Jason thought, I like guts.
"ETA to Ush?"
Jason looked at his cadet who already was looking at his station. He quickly found his answer and reported to Commander Hope.
"We'll arrive in alittle under two hours commander."
"Sir, Should I head to sickbay, or wait till I'm off duty?"
"Okay I never said this, but go to sickbay only when the Doctor says your name specifically," Jason said whispering to his cadet. The advice brought smile to both of their faces and both went to work. Jason wanted to teach his cadet how to organize and order maintenance work, repair teams, and giving out quarters. It seemed easy, but the operations officer must know what can wait and what cannot.
"Cadet what do you know about maintenance work?" Jason asked.
<Tag Farsir>
=/\= This is Dr. Paris, will the following please report to sickbay: Commander Hope, Commander Reynolds, and Cadet Farsir. =/\=
"Okay, we will continue our little lesson after we get checked out by the doctor," Jason said as he made his way towards the turbolift and awaited for his cadet and Commander Hope.

S'reena motioned for Reynolds and Farsir to go ahead. "I'll join you soon enough," she said, frowning somewhat. "What is it with doctors and always wanting us come down to sickbay," she muttered under her breath, "haven't I been in sickbay enough the last nine months?"
She knew Drew wouldn't give her the answer she'd like to get, and his stern glance told her that the doctor's orders were non-negotiable. The Romulan scowled under her breath. "Your turn'll come," she told him, "and I'll be certain to make sure you go down there when your turn comes."
S'reena turned on her heels and marched towards the turbolift, where she had to wait several minuted for the car to come back. "Sickbay," she said, as the doors slid shut behind her. With maddening speed, the car shot through the turbolift shaft and seconds later delivered her to the corridor which led to sickbay. "Commander Hope, reporting as ordered," she said, though she didn't sound too pleased.
She saw the cadet she had met earlier standing over Commander Reynolds, and she forced a smile. "Ah, I see you've been set to work already," she said, "liking it so far?"
<Rogers>
The Romulan turned to Dr Paris. "Just so you know, I've spent quite a lot of time in sickbay the last nine months due to my pregnancy, and I've had a physical prior to coming back aboard. Surely I don't need another one?"

Reynolds and Farsir arrived, and she had them take seats on the biobeds. "Rogers, Reynolds is in your hands, take good care of him." She said with a smile. "Cadet Farsir, I will perform a routine scan, and then I have some questions for you." She said getting the tricorder. Her scans took only a few minutes, then she put the tricorder down and got another padd.
"Ok, I need some information about your medical history. When was the last time you were injured or sick? When was the last time you had a physical, is this your first? Have you ever had anything broken before? Is there anything else I should know about your health, allergies and the such?" She said not letting him answer until she had all her questions out. It was a routine list of questions now, and she figured she should know about all of the crew. She could read up on the crew, but the cadet's she felt she had to collect.
(Farsir)
"Okay, cadet, you may return to duty." She said dismissing him, then she walked over to see how her cadet was coming along.
"How is it going over here?" She said talking to her cadet, then she saw Commander Hope enter sickbay, and she felt this wasn't going to go well.
(Rogers)
She walked over to the second biobed again and motioned for the woman to sit down, instead she just stood.
"I am sorry commander, I didn't realize that you recently have had a physical. I will do my best to track that down and read up on it. However, I do prefer to do my own physicals. I congradulate you on your newest members, and I will do my best to get this over with quickly. It only takes a few minutes, and then you are on your way." She said trying to get the woman to comply. She wasn't warned about the earlier physical, and she had hoped that this would be easier now that she talked with her, but she felt that it was only going to get worse.

S'reena glanced over at the medical cadet, who was busily working on Commander Reynolds. She hoped their latest addition to the instructing crew would be declared healthy, as she knew the ship had been without an operations instructor for far too long. At least one that was assigned to the ship; the Romulan thought back at the previous instructor, a 17-year old Commander first class. She had to admit that the girl had been good at her job, but she had thought her far too young and inexperienced.
"Make it quick," she scowled, but still made no move to sit down on the biobed. She figured that if she remained standing it would remain with a quick scan by tricorder, rather than being enclosed by the diagnostic semicircle.
She glanced around nervously, and caught Michael's encouraging smile from the other side of sickbay. The human made no move to approach, instead chose to watch from the distance to see how the new CMO would cope with his un-cooperative wife. Though S'reena no longer feared sickbays, she still felt incredibly uncomfortable being in one, and still avoided them as much as possible. Having recently experienced another birth that had been far from 'by-the-book' and had been extremely uncomfortable, it had increased her discomfort, even though her children were all healthy.
Her eyes locked with that of Paris, and held a touch of fear. "Are you done yet?" she asked, fighting to keep her voice level.

Krythan was about to reply to the Commander but was interupted so he turned back to Reynolds, flipped the tricorder on and went to his work, moving the device in one movement from Reynolds head to his mid-section, "You seem to check out well enough..." Krythan smiled but looked back to the tricorder and his eyes opened wide, but he soon regained himself and looked at the other mans face;"Sir, How have you felt over the coarse of about a week?"He said slowly as the tricorder made a small beeping noise as if it too was in a state of alarm.
<Jason>
Before he could answer, Krythan called out to the doctor, "Doc.Paris, I think this man has a very large problem. You should come over here and take a look at these scans..." The device in his hand continued beeping while Krythan looked directly at the doctors face, made eye contact, winked and let a touch of a smile grip the side of his mouth but he soon returned to looking abit shocked. "This may be a medical risk to all personel he has come in contact with since he was infectected with 'it'." Krythan said to the doctor evenly.

Angel didn't know why the commander wished to stand, and it got on her nerves. She opened the tricorder and started her scans. She moved it up and down around the commander to get a good reading.
She heard the commanders comment. "Yes, commander, I'm done now." She said as she sighed and closed the tricorder. Suddenly she heard her cadet, and it didn't sound good. She went for a look-see.
"Oh dear, it is Rubatian Fever. Not good at all. You do know what to do, right cadet?" She said keeping serious not wanting to give anything away.

"Oh no..not that anything but that.."Krythan gasped at the name of the diesease, after all it was dangerous. "Yes ma'am, I do know what to do, we'll have to give him a good old fasioned shot right into the blood stream filled with a drug that could kill him if we overdose it."
<Paris>
Krythan frowned and turned to the Reynolds,"Sir, I will have to inject an almost leathal anitdote into your system...the chances of it saving all your organs are very slim but you will live. Perhaps you can get a desk job?" He gave a feeble smile and reached over to a tray with a hyprosprayer and a few canisters for it. "This may hurt alot...hold onto something, sir..." He said as he loaded the device.

OOC: This is a tripost, i guess you call it that. Ths is between Cadet Rogers, Commander Reynolds, and myself.
IC: Angel looked at the cadet. "Go ahead cadet, treat it. I will make sure no one leaves, and that the bridge crew stays where they are. We don't want this to spread." She said making sure not to laugh.
"What do you mean let this spread," Jason said getting more uncomfortable as the seconds passed, "look Commander Paris tell me what is going on."
"Yes, Ma'am." Krythan said with an cool and menacing gleam in his eye as he came close with the hyprosprayer that was filled with the drug that could very well kill Reynolds. "Cross your fingers..." Krythan said as he jabbed in and pressed the button that sent the drug into Reynold's system.
"I'm sorry commander, I know as much as you do, and Commander Hope, you won't be leaving any time soon. You will have to stay here since you were with him on the bridge, and with him while we found it. You checked out, but it might not be detectable yet in anyone's systems but his. We will have to treat everyone, including ourselves." She said, and then she gulped.
"What did you just put into me," Jason asked as he felt an immediate effect of the drug. Jason body jerked and convulsed as he fell onto the floor of sickbay.
"That, my dear commander was a deadly drug that is going to purge you system..I advise staying on the floor..." Krythan looked away and armed another hypersprayer with another un marked canister. "Doctor Paris."Should I go up to the bridge and see who else has been infected? Reynolds shall be in that state for about 5 hours..perhaps some sort of pillow should be used to protect his head?" Krythan said as he picked up a tricorder.
The pain going through Jason's body was immense, he wanted to get up and kill Doctor Paris and her cadet, but the burning pain inside his body didn't allow him that luxury. "Doc...tor I...m...going.....to... k..ill...you...for...givi......ng...me....this."
She looked like death was about to consume her. "No cadet, you can't leave, unless you go by transporter. We can't risk affecting the rest of the crew. I will have the bridge sealed as well as our sickbay. I'm sorry commander, it had to be done." She said quickly and moved to go to her office.
Krythan nodded to the doctor and turned to the body on the floor,"Sir, I will begin taking tricorder scans of your bio signs to make sure the disease is being destroyed." Krythan knelt down and began to move the device across Reynolds body. "Its looking good...scans show that you are being healed...slowly very slowly..you may loose your kidney."
"Doc....if...you...ever....call...me.....here....ag.....ain...I'll....beat....you....first," Jason said.
She couldn't believe how bad this had become, and she didn't like being threatened. She looked over at her cadet, and gave him a bit of a glare.
"Look...cade...t...you...will...not..under...any....circum..stan..ces..take my kidney," Jason said his head spinning because of the pain," or anything else."
Suddenly, Krythan broke out laughing so hard he got cramps. "Sir, since you seem to be in such a state I think it a good moment to tell you that..We got you fair and square. This is all a prank." Krythan smiled and looked up to the doctor, "thank you Ma'am for helping."
She couldn't keep it in any longer either. "Any time cadet. You best cure him before that becomes too bad." She said quick before he could do anything. "Although with what he might do to us, you might want to keep him that way." She said and burst our laughing again.
Krythan smiled and took out another canister,"This will stop the pain and convulsions." He said injecting the formula into the Commander. "Now I have about 2 mins to hide before you kill me."
The fresh feel of the hypospray went through Jason's body and the pain quickly disappeared. Jason got up to his feet and stared at the Commander. He wasn't mad at the cadet, but at his instructor who should of known better than use people as guinea pigs.
"No bloodshed in my sickbay boys." She said sternly.
"No blooshed, no freaking blooshed, doctor, if you ever do this again to anyone, I will make sure that you and your cadet get sent to the brig as fast as possible," Jason said not liking the joke at all.
Krythan stopped laughing and just smiled cooly, "Well it was fun for me at least."
"I have it on good authority that the brig isn't so bad, that is I have heard from Joan. I personally have never seen it." She said.
"Look doctor, I'm not joking," Jason said as he left the sickbay in disgust.
"You can go now, commander, everything is fine, oh and if this goes on anyone record, I take it. I knew what was going on." She said trying to shield her cadet.
Krythan sat on a biobed and calmed down, "Well it looks like I'll have more fun on this ship than I thought." He said replacing the equipment he had used for his play. Krythan made a note of what Doc.Paris was doing for him and smiled thankfully.
"Don't expect them to go that well all the time, cadet." She said as she smiled. "Now, please call the next ones for a physical, and make sure to get the admiral in there. He might not want to come if he gets wind of this prank."

(O.O.C what, I go to work and you guys all start posting? I feel so unwanted ) Brelev had expected to be treated by Angel, having the medical cadet do the exam wa somewhat... uncomfortable. At least the ship had a medical cadet though, the fleet was short on them some ships limited to nurses and EMHs only. Her arm tenses involentarily as The cadet reached for it. 'Please, I do not like being touched." She informed him. "Oh, my apologise." cadet Rogers replied, he gave her a quick scan and asked the standard questions. When Brelev mentioned her infertility he looked up breifly, but left the issue alone. "there's nothing wrong with this one." he told Angel, closing up his tricorder. "Thank you cadet. Now if Angle is done proding Cadet Nurem we can go." She looked over to see Tinyl already off the biobed looking impatient. "Right then, to the holodeck." Brelev led the way out of sickbay to the holosuites. "I'm familiar with one program I believe you will find helpful. Are you familiar with the different Tactical duties compared to the Security duties?" <Tag Tinyl> "You see the fleet has a large number of CTSo trained individuals resulting in the two positions being split up. It's important to know where the duties of one end and the other begins so you don't trod on your collegues toes. This program is geared toward Security. You are accompanying a medical team tending to refugees in a volintile enviroment. There are rebels nearby who wish to steal equipment and terrorize the patients. Since the medical team is too busy to deal with these individuals it is important that you keep them at bay I will be playing the head physician in order to judge your preformance. feel free to freeze the program at any time to ask me a question. Computer begin Program." The blank room dissapeared and was replaced with a small village in a clearning showing signs of a battle. A Securiy team of five individuals appeared as well as seven medics and a slew of patients.

Jason quickly checked all of the ships systems, all systems where green. "All systems are functioning normally sir," he announced
"What do you know about maintenance?" Reynolds asked.
"I feel I do rather well with is sir," Jason replied.
The order to report so sickbay came in. He followed his instructor to the turbolift since they both were going anyway he thought might as well follow someone who knows the way.When they arrived he was told to take a seat. He noticed that this was a medium sized sickbay. After a few minutes of waiting doctor Paris came up to him "Cadet Farsir, I will perform a routine scan, and then I have some questions for you." She said while starting the scan, Jason nodded. She put the tricorder down ""Ok, I need some information about your medical history. When was the last time you were injured or sick? When was the last time you had a physical, is this your first? Have you ever had anything broken before? Is there anything else I should know about your health, allergies and the such?" Jason was getting frustrated with her going from one question to the next. Every time he was going to answer one of them she started asking the next one. He kept his calm showing the best he could. When she was done he answered "Last time I was sick was eight months ago. um injured was a few weeks back doing some gymnastics. "I have a few physicals but from starfleet. and I don't think I'm allergic to anything,"
"Okay, cadet, you may return to duty." She said turning away from him to go talk to someone else.
He walked out head to the nearest turbolift to go the bridge. When he arrived at the bridge he returned to the ops station. A few minutes later Reynolds came back looking like he was mad.
"Is everything okay, sir?" he asked concerned.

S'reena frowned at being told not to leave sickbay for an unknown length of time, whereas earlier the CMO had just given her a clean bill of health. She moved forwards when she saw Reynolds topple off his bed and the two doctors standing there doing nothing to make him even remotely comfortable.
She yanked a pillow of the nearest bed and gently lifted the commander's head, shoving the pillow under it. She shot a glare at both doctors and grinded her teeth in witheld anger. Soon enough though, the cadet broke into a grin, and told Reynolds that it had all been a joke. "That is not funny cadet," S'reena snapped, then fixed a glare on Angel. "Nor is it becoming an officer to aid in such a humourless prank. You will both be certain to know that I shall report this to Admiral Drew once we get back to the bridge."
<Rogers/Paris>
The Romulan held out a hand towards Reynolds and helped him back to his feet once the counteragent to whatever Rogers had injected him with had kicked in. "Are you all right commander?" she asked, as she supported him out of sickbay, "that was a foul trick, unbecoming an officer."
<Reynolds>
A few minutes later, both commanders re-entered the bridge, neither looking very happy. In fact, S'reena's face bore a look of thunder, and it was a clear message to everyone not to bother her with anything trivial right now. When she looked at the main viewscreen, she saw an image of Ush getting larger and larger, and she knew they would enter orbit soon.
With a scowl, she sat back down in her seat and leaned in towards Drew, who was giving her a surprised look. "You might want to have a stern word with Commander Paris and Cadet Rogers," she whispered at him, "they just pulled an extremely nasty prank on Commander Reynolds. I am certain sickbay internal sensor logs will show you what has happened. I took the liberty of having the computer make an encrypted copy while we were on our way back to the bridge. It will be at your disposal when you need it."
<Drew>
Now that her report had been delivered, S'reena looked less tense and more her usual self even though the angry expression didn't leave her face anytime soon. "Prepare to enter standard orbit of Ush," she told the navigations team, "as soon as we enter the system. OPS, any sign of population?"

Cadet Pride attention went straight to his console as the readings came in. He knew this could turn into a big problem left unchecked. He also knew his instructor was testing him to see his response.
Cadet Pride automaticaly switched to back up systems and the ship settled down. He then began to run a level 1 dinogstic on the ship Primary dampeners and started the necessary repairs nothing major just some minor adjustments.
Cadet Pride then signaled engineering to let them know what he had done. He had learned it didn't hurt to have a secound set of eyes check his work.
Cadet Pride sat back and stared at the view screen he knew he would have to report to sick bay. They always asked so many questions how can you do these things, Maybe this time he would have some fun with the docs.
Cadet Pride turned and looked at his instructor Commander Graxen and asked a question. Sir what is the Ush system like other then Teac and earth They are the only systems I have ever seen. He waited the Commanders reply.

Cadet Pride heard the commanders orders. Yes Sir he didn't know if this was how she wanted to be addresses . He hadn't had a chance to meet with the commander to get a feel for here. One thing was for certain after her return from sick bay. He could tell that he didn't want to cross her.
Commander we will be prepair to drop out of warp in 15 mins will start senors scans as soon as we enter the system Commander.
Commander we are also on back up systems for the dampenors will switch back to primary systems in 5 mins a minor glitch in the system easy repair Engineering has also been informed
Cadet Pride returned his attention back to his console. He could tell that the commander would be asking him in exactly 5 mins if the repairs were done and after the mood she was in returning from sick bay he didn't want to be on the bad side of here not this soon into the mission

Jason read the other scans incase anyone needed more information on the planet. Jason sent a message to cadet pride at the comm. "please comfirm if I did the scan right" it read.

"Are you all right commander?" she asked, as she supported him out of sickbay, "that was a foul trick, unbecoming an officer."
Jason gladly took Commander Hope's help and exited sickbay. Jason was still angry that a Starfleet officer and cadet would do something so stupid and dangerous. The fact that they had fun with it enraged him even more. Jason was very pleased to learn that the women next to him would at least talk to the Admiral about this incident. Jason didn't want anyones records tarnished, but the pain that he was put through was horrible and a part of him wanted them to get a formal reprimand and at most a demotion in rank.
"Thank you Commander, I'm glad to know that you will at least give me a pillow," Jason said hoping that his superior officer would appreciate the joke.
<Tag S'reena>
Once they arrived on the bridge, they both separated and went to their perspective stations.
"Is everything okay, sir?" he asked concerned. Jason smiled at his cadet and was pleased to know that he cared for the well being of his crewmates.
"I'm better now Mr. Farsir, I'm doing much better now," Jason responded to his cadet.
"Prepare to enter standard orbit of Ush," she told the navigations team, "as soon as we enter the system. OPS, any sign of population?"
"Cadet, take these controls and start the scan," Jason said pointing out the controls that he would need to do his task.
"Sir, I am reading a population of approximately three-hundred million on the planet." Jason quickly checked the scans and was pleasantly, but not really surprised that his cadet had done the work correctly.
"Good job Mr. Farsir, if I don't do my job, I know that you will take from me," Jason said as he began to work once again.

Angel knew that it would be a very short time before the commander blew, and she found she was right.
"Commander, my office please before you head to the bridge and report us." She said hoping the woman would follow. Once there, Angel closed the door, and turned to look the woman in the eye. She knew this was going to be the hardest things she ever had to do.
"Commander, I am the one who should be punished, not him. He was my accomplice, and we worked out the details earlier. I said he could take the credit for it, but only if he didn't get into any trouble with it. I knew something might go wrong, and I did tell him to wait. This is all me, and he was just following orders as far as I am concerned." She said hoping this would work, she knew that the cadet could be in far worse trouble if she didn't step in. She had been warned and he had not, nor had she done anything to stop this from happening. She knew better than to disobey an officer, and she wasn't sure why she had done it now.
"I know what I did was wrong, and I know I have it coming to me punishment wise. I wouldn't expect anything less from you or the admiral. I do expect both parties to seek revenge on me, and I hope that they get their chance. Please just don't punish my cadet too harshly, as he didn't do anything wrong." She said, hoping this would convince her.
(S'reena)
A little while later she had left and Angel was left alone in her office. She sat down behind her desk, and took out her two padds with the information the cadets had given her, then she remembered that she still had people to check out yet before she could begin on the reports. She tapped her commbadge.
=^= I need the following to report to sickbay: Cadet Pride, Commander Graxen, and Admiral Drew. Thank you =^=
With that done, she set about getting the cadet’s records in motion while waiting for the next patient, or for the admiral to arrive, which would not be a happy meeting, and Angel knew it.

S'reena shot the CMO an angry glare. "if you knew what you did was wrong, then you also know that you should have advised your cadet against such an action." She paced the office, feeling she'd been in sickbay way too long, and Commander Reynolds was waiting for her at the door.
"Since you aided your cadet, you are both going to bear the consequences of your actions. However, I have no doubt that your willingness to take full responsebility for this action will work in your favour. Yet, know this commander, you are fully responsible for your cadet's actions as he falls under your supervision and guidance. Allowing him to pull such a dangerous stunt may tempt him to do it again after his graduation. Have you forgotten your oath doctor?"
She gave Paris a final angry stare and turned on her heels to leave the office. At the door, she turned once more. "Also, you should know better than officers seeking revenge. Revenge is also conduct unbecoming, and if I find out Reynolds is planning such an act, he will be diciplined also."
<Paris>
Now, S'reena ignored Paris altogether and continued to assist Reynolds to the bridge. (see other post from yesterday for that part)

Cadet Pride heard the message to report to sick bay. He turned to look at Commander S'reena.
Commander do you with for me to report now or at the end of my shift.
Cadet Pride was hoping the Commander would at least let him finish his shift first. After they way the commander had looked after returning from her exam he was in no hurry to get his exam.
Cadet Pride hated exams they always asked him so many question. Since he had learned to control his body on every level they always wanted to know how. Cadet Pride had been taught these skills by his adoptive family. Cadet Pride never realy knew how to explain it the one time he did it caused more questions then it had answered.
Cadet Pride sat at his station awaiting the Commanders reply. Hoping he could finish his shift then report maybe something would come up and he could drag out having to report alittle longer.

Paris had sat down at her desk, and she was dazed. She hadn't thought about that, and wondered what she had done. She would just have to talk to the cadet, but what to say.
My oath, have I forgotten the oath I took when I became a doctor? Or the one I took when I became an instructor? Pranks are good and all, but is there such a thing as going overboard with a prank? I think there is, and I have just witnessed it. I need to remember that, and to have my cadets in the future not pull such stunts. Messing with someone's health is going overboard, and I shouldn't have allowed this prank. I now know for the future, if I even have a future as a doctor in the academy now. I have jeopardized my career, and I have allowed my cadet to do the same. I have grown reckless, and I can't allow this to happen again to anyone. She thought, and looked to see where her cadet was. He was finishing putting away the hyposprays.
"Cadet, come into my office." She said through the open door, and she straightened her uniform, knowing this wasn't going to be easy. She knew it had to be done though, and that she had to set him straight. How am I going to get him to change his micheivous ways and use them for something good? She also thought, and decided she would ponder this as she kept a better eye on him.
(Rogers)
"Take a seat, cadet. We have much to discuss. Due to our latest prank, I have been thinking. I do believe we went overboard with it. Messing with someone's health should not be an allowable prank, and I shouldn't have allowed it to happen. We are going to be punished for this, and I accept whatever I have coming to me. I am responsible for you while you are here, and I hope your punishment from them won't be as harsh as mine. However, I should punish you myself, but since I am the one who allowed it to go on, and I helped you with it, I do not see myself as the one who should punish you. I will leave that to our superiors. We need to take this engergy of wanting to prank people, and put it to better use. Are there any hobbies you might consider taking up instead of this one? Maybe if you tell me what you wish to learn while here on the Hanson, it might make my job a bit easier on what I might teach you, not that I don't have any ideas already, but it is always good to hear what the student wants to know. If you don't have any answers now, I urge you to consider them, and get back to me later. I am here to help you, but I think we need to remember that I am here to help you learn medicine and how to cure people not harm them." She said, stopping to let him think and drink in all she had said. She had a couple good ideas, and right now she decided on something.
(Rogers)
"Cadet, follow me, and be quick about it. I have a couple items that need to be tended to, and the first one is our physicals. I will perform one on you, and you can perform one on me. After we are done with this, we need to get the medical staff's physicals done as well, and nothing like the present, so don't go anywhere Dr. Hope. After we have all this done, I will show you how to log the information we have gathered into the computer, so you can always have something to look, since there are so many patients on a starship. We can't remember them all. When this is all done, I have a task for you, that is if the last three don't show up for their physicals any time soon. Let's go cadet, up on the biobed." She said as she walked from her office to the nearest biobed, and when she got there she pated it.
(Rogers)
"Don't be afraid cadet, it won't bite. Besides, if we don't get yours done, then how do we know you won't infect the crew. We should have done our own first, my mistake, and I will remember this for next time. No fear cadet, good." She said, and grabbed a tricorder.
(Rogers)
She started his scan, and had the results in a few minutes. "Ok, since you are new to the fleet, I have a couple of questions for you. When was the last time you had a physical performed, or is this your first? Have you had anything broken before? When was the last time you were in a sickbay, was it for anything serious? Is there anything else I should know about your medical health, for example allergies?" She said putting down the tricorder and pulling out a blank padd.
(Rogers)
"Ok, now its my turn cadet. Hop up and we will switch places, and you will find I have no fear of sitting on one of these." She said and chuckled. "Now, if I find you mess with me and my medical health, you will be one sorry cadet." She warned, switching from fun and jokes to being serious all at once, and she hoped the talk they had earlier had done some good, but she couldn't be sure.

Krythan noted that all the fun had been taken away the moment she started her speech, if there was one thing that he had learned since he had gotten there it was that he was stuck between two rocks..one being the doctor the other being who ever was going to lecture him about star fleet protocols and what-not.
He nodded and kept serious through her entire talk and through his physical. But something she said bounced about his head, He was allowed to pick a topic of interest that she could teach him or he could pick a hobby. He scoffed at the hobby idea but the idea of performing life saving surgeries and diagnosing deadly diseases he could not pass it up.
"Ma'am, I understand everything that you have just told me and am thankful for it as well."He smiled lightly and began to take her bio scans,"Can you teach me about sicknesses and surgery? I have always been interested in the genetic make-up of deadly bacteria and of the inner working of the human body." He had an odd look in his eye something he only felt when deeply passionate about something, "I swear to be an honest member but it would help to learn about these things for the future..." He completed the scans and questions and waited for her reply.

Tinyl took a deep breath as the doctor began her ramble about the physical. This was not the first one she'd had now would it be the last.
"This is for your record cadet, your name please, and I will need the spelling to make sure it is recorded right."I also need to know the last time you were sick, and if you broke anything in your life. When was the last time you had a physical? Do you feel there is anything else I need to know about you, allergies and the like?"
Tinyl waited for the doctor to finish speaking, running each question through her head. She shook her head as she responded to each question slowly and deliberately.
"My name is Tinyl Nurem, speaking slowly and spelling out her name for the doctor. I have not been sick, except for headaches due to being Betazoid and telepathic." She explained. "No I have never broken any bones and my last physical was just before leaving the Academy." She finished speaking and waited quietly while the doctor finished writing on the PADD.
"Thanks, I will make sure to put all that down. You may return to duty now." Dr. Paris said dismissing the cadet.
Tinyl slipped off the biobed and sat down in a chair next to the door waiting for Commander Brelev.

Drew watched the view screen as Ush gradually took up the entire view, it was a large M-Class planet, that reminded Drew in some ways of Earth. Orbiting the planet were a number of satellite systems, which all seemed to be turning there forward sensors towards the Hanson.
“Bring us into orbit,” Drew ordered, “then open a channel to the central administration office; we want to speak to Prime Minister S’yon.”
“Aye sir,” Cadets Pride and Farisr both replied.
A few seconds later, the image of the green planet below was replaced by that of a middle aged male of a mostly human appearance, but with dark purple skin. The ears were slightly pointed like a Vulcan’s and blue spots dotted the face.
“I am Rear Admiral Paul Drew, of the Federation Starship Hanson,” Drew said, introducing himself, “I believe you have requested our assistance?”
“Hanson!” S’yon exclaimed, “thank goodness you are here!”
“Is there something wrong Prime Minister?” Drew asked, the other man’s voice sounded very high and stressed, and now Drew looked more closely, he looked like he hadn’t slept for days.
“Wrong!” S’yon again exclaimed, but this time with anger in his voice, “we were attacked Admiral, they attacked our test ship, killed the pilots, and stole our navigation systems.”
“I am sorry to hear that,” Drew answered slowly, “is there anything we can do to help?”
“We are fine,” S’yon replied angrily, “we have told your Starfleet Medical before, we do not need your assistance.”
“I was referring to the stolen technology Prime Minister,” Drew replied, “I am well aware of your planet’s needs to support itself medically.”
For the last century, the Ush population had been suffering from a deadly, incurable disease, but had refused all of the Federation’s help to try to develop a cure. Although relations were cordial, the Ushens were reluctant to accept any form of help, especially if it made them appear physically weak. It had taken months of negotiation to convince them to let Starfleet help with the launch of there new test ship.
“If you can help us recover our lost technology, we would be most grateful,” S’yon replied.
“I will arrange for an Away Team to come meet with you and your security people,” Drew answered, “we will also start to scan the area for any nearby ships.”
“We will be ready to receive you,” S’yon replied, then closed the channel.
“Prepare an away team,” Drew said, turning to face S’reena, “make sure to include medical as well, see if we can help them in anyway with this disease.”
“Admiral, you know what they will say,” S’reena replied, “they will see it as a sign of offensive.”
“Then tell them it is standard procedure to send medical officers with an away team going into a possible hostile situation,” Drew replied sternly.
S’reena didn’t bother to reply, instead she rose from her chair and headed for the turbolift, calling out the names of her away team behind her.
<S’reena, you can decide who to take, or if anyone fancies going on the away mission, then just write yourself in>
“Start scanning the area,” Drew ordered to the remaining crew, “look for any other vessels in the sector.”
