Hold your horses Mr. Uhlani. Your assignment to the Hepta has not yet been confirmed nor has your rank. You cannot take part in the mission until after myself and the Personnel Officer have made all the arrangements.

The training mission started on the 11th, today is the 19th so he's only 8 days late, and a week late in my book still allows for joining a mission.

His first option was OPS though now he would like to train as diplomat. We are still awaiting confirmation for his position from VA Paul Drew. It was I who told him to report in and I know him from another RPG.

Should you decide for an Ops position, I'll be your Instructor (you'd have to write yourself into the storyline and report to me after you've reported in to Captain Edards and Commander Hope). I don't know who your Instructor would be if you decide to be a diplomat, but at any rate, I'll see you aboard. Welcome!
