Orders had come through…transport Romulan political refugees to a secretive location, specifically Starbase G-6. They had become refugees from Romulus as they had chosen to side with the beliefs of the Debrunes on Qualinost, the planet Starbase Assailant was in orbit over. However, these refugees didn’t feel safe enough to be settled on that planet. For the time being, a request had been made that they be sent to a safer location.
Zhuk went ahead and sent a copy of these orders to each of his department heads, with notice that they would be under way within two hours. The refugees were already onboard, along with supplies that were also to be transported to SB G-6.
Grace had returned from her duties as tour guide. As she once again settled down in the soft plushy chair opposite Zhuk’s desk, Zhuk wanted to get her first impressions.
“So, what do you think of our new crew members?”

Nathan didn't feel comforted by the counselor's words at all. In general, he didn't feel comfortable in the presence of counselors to begin with. Not even his sister when she was in one of her counseling moods, which were infrequent, much to Nathan's relief. Truth to be told: Nathan was extremely nervous; he'd never had the full weight of an entire medical staff on his shoulders, let alone the full duties of a chief medical officer.
After dropping Freddy off at their new quarters, and activating the holonanny Snowfall had given him before departure from Bellicose, Nathan decided it was time to inspect his new domain. He'd heard that the previous chief medical officer often worked overtime, she he assumed all files and stocks would be in order. Much to his relief, after a brief inspection he indeed found that to be the case.
"Computer, activate EMH."
A bald character with a look of disdain on his face appeared right before Nathan, who took a surprised step back. "Please state....oh what the hell....I already know there's no emergency." The EMH peered at the blonde human. "Another CMO?"
"Yes," Nathan replied, "I'm Nathan van Breughel. Listen, I could use all the assistance you can give me." Quietly he explained his situation.
The EMH merely stared at him, dumbstruck. "Oh, fun," he said in a droll tone, then started an elaborate explanation of a CMO's duties. When the EMH was done, Nathan was certain his head would explode. He had a massive headache and had already forgotten half of what the EMH had droned on about. "Computer deactivate EMH and contact Ensign DaSilva."
=^= Communications established =^= the computer replied.
"Ensign DaSilva please report to sickbay," Nathan called, "and bring Ensign Darmek with you. All new arrivals are to undergo a physical before ship departure." ~and that includes myself~ he pondered, wondering if he'd trust the EMH enough for that.

Raleva wondered about her quarters for a few minutes. It was much larger than she had anticipated and she was glad to see that her bed was more than large enough. She knew that it would be prudent to rest and take some time to get situated before heading off to the rest of the ship; however, she was anxious to see her office. She was used to having a little nook of a cubicle at the University for student counciling and she was excited about having a whole office to herself.
She strolled down to the turbo lift, which was conveniently located just a few feet from her quarters. She smiled at two crewmembers, a human male and a vulcan female, and introduced herself as she joined them in the lift. She chatted cordially with them as the lift made it's way to deck seven. She departed and invited them to come and see her whenever they felt the need. They both thanked her as she headed down the hallway.
"Ok, now, it's supposed to be ... eh, the third door on the left, third on left," she said to herself as she walked quickly toward her goal.
She walked inside and smiled.
It was all she'd hoped for and a bit more. Very spacious and comfortable without the clutter of her former post. She would be more than able to do her job here, which was a bit comforting. She settled into the couch and relaxed in the ambience of the room. Suddenly there was a little chirp.
=^= Ensign DaSilva please report to sickbay and bring Lieutenant Darmek with you. All new arrivals are to undergo a physical before ship departure =^=
=^= Acknowledged. =^= Raleva replied tapping her combadge.
=^= Computer, locate Lieutenant Kosh Darmek. =^=
=^= Lieutenant Darmek is located in his quarters. Deck 9, suite 2. =^=
Raleva set out immediately and in a few short moments was again departing the turbo lift after making a few more friends on the way there. She smiled at the three young humanoid females and waved as she headed down the hallway toward Lieutenant Darmek's room.
She pushed the chime and awaited the young Zakdorn's response.

*Kosh finished his bridge duty and finally received his mission briefing from the captain befor the ship departed. He spent the next few hour organizing threw pads on security. Details for the new mission security given to him Zhukarak by were followed to the letter. Kosh took a small twenty minutes nap before hanging up some thing on the wall, and unpacking for his new life aboard the Jefferson. kosh was in his small kitchen eating when the chime sounded.*
Computer open the door Come in I am in the kitchen whoever my certain guest may be
*Raleva entered the door and found a small room with 3 doors on all sides, with a large Nausican battle bike in the centre of the room. The walls of the room were covered with the remains of exploded Ultritium concussion shells, antique Laser pistol klingon fire sticks, and an andorian ushaan-tors.*
Kosh: Yes who is it
Raleva: kosh it lieutenant Raleva remember?
Kosh o yes from yester day is this a soacail visit or ??
Raleva: no you need to report to medical with me for are pre departure physical
Kosh: to bad it seems my meal will have to wait shall we?

Leo had gotten back onboard the Jefferson, after his short R&R, feeling refreshed. He had recived orders that he was suppossed to return to the Jefferson. ~ Must be a new mission.~ He thought.
He walked through one of the docking tubes and into the ship. He nodded to the crewmembers he passed and didn't think as he nodded at a group of people in civillian clothes. He was 4 meters past them when a thought struck him. He spun around and took a double take.
He saw that they were looking at him with mild intrest as well. He looked at them and relized,~pointed ears, slanted eyebrows, forehead rigdes, smiles? Romulans? Why the heck would there be Romulans here.
He saw a one of them chuckle when they saw relization spread over his face.
"What are you laughing about?" He said this in Romulan and straight faced.
" Just watching one of My romulan Brothers look dumbstruck." He replied in Romulan also straight faced.
He looked at each of them then they all burst out laughing, including Leo. He watched some crewmember walk by and throw a scared look at the bunch of people laughing at their heads off.
"I didn't know we would be having Romulans on the ship.If I did I would have made some sort of preperations for you. But I'm guessing I'll find a memo and my new orders when i get to my office later. But at the moment, I have to report to the Bridge to have a little chat with the Captain. I'll be talking to you later."
They nodded and went their way and Leo went straight to the Bridge. When he arrived he went straight to the Captains readyroom. He waited paitently at the door while it chimed inside.
" Come." He heard from inside. He walked inside and saw that Grace was already there talking with him. Leo saluted them both and said.
" If this is a bad time sir, I'll come back later. I just wanted to talk to you about our, ahh, guests."

Chris was in his bed sleeping when he got a new message on his padd from the captain with the mission orders. Chris got out of bed put the padd on a table and walked into the shower. He showered up and put on his Uniform that he just adorned with his Lt. JG pin. He then picked up the padd and began to walk to the elevator.
He stepped in and began to look over the Mission details. Chris then walked to the helm chair and sat there looking over the mission information.
The doctor requested chris's presence in sick bay for a check up. Chris got out of the chair and walked to the bridge elevator. He said. "Deck 7"
The elevator stopped with a jerk and chris walked out and into the deck 7 corridor. Chris found sick bay and walked in to his surprise Kosh and Releva were both not present at that time. Chris waited for the doctor while still looking over his mission information.

Raleva strolled into Lieutenant Darmek's quarters looking around with apraising eye. It was a very ecclectic collection of artifacts. Apparently, Mr Darmek had a rather broad taste for antiquities. She smiled at the young zakdorn as he mentioned his dinner.
"I am afraid you must put it off," she said plainly, "the good doctor is awaiting our arrival."
The tactical officer finally relented and stored his dinner. The two walked down the hallway toward the turbo lift. He was unusually silent and Rali wondered if he wasn't trying to make contact with her again. After the colonel's warning she'd blocked her receptors and she hoped the Lieutenant wasn't wasting his time or energy with her. She smiled a bit to herself. Her mother was the only one that would be capable of breaking her block and Rali doubted very much that her mother would ever let another Betazoid in on her secrets.
They reached sickbay after only a few minutes and Rali smiled at the new navigations officer and doctor.
"Ensign De Silva and Lieutenant Darmek reporting for medical review, Doctor," she said still smiling.

Where sickbay had first been virtually void of crewmembers, save for the occasional on-duty nurse, suddenly sickbay seemed to be crowded. Tentatively rubbing his temples in the hope his headache would go away, he walked up to Pemberton. "You must be Chris Pemberton," he announced, then motioned him towards the first biobed, "please lay down there I will be with you shortly."
Then the human doctor turned to Darmek. "You please take the second biobed, I will first attend to Miss DeSilva." He gave her a friendly smile. "Ladies first," he admitted, then cast a somewhat nervous glance at Darmek and Pemberton as he directed Raleva towards the third and most furthest biobed. "Could I have a word with you after your physical?" he whispered at her, "it's rather....personal."
While the new counselor pondered over her answer, Nathan proceeded with his physical. He felt more comfortable around female patients and truth to be told, he'd never had a male patient in his life! Yet outside sickbay, he was a nervous wreck around women, though he was determined not to let his preference towards the male population of the crew show too much. After all, he already was seeing someone, despite the someone having gone missing without a trace.
Quietly, the diagnostic semi-circle closed over the counselor and he requested that she remain perfectly still for the next several seconds. After about a full minute, the circle opened and he motioned for her to sit up and please roll up the sleeve of her the arm which she used the least. "I require a bloodsample," he explained, "and I really don't like using hyposprays for that. I'm an old fashioned doctor I suppose, even though this is my first time as chief medical officer. Anyway do you have any allergies or any other information that I need to know about but that may not be in your medical records?" He motioned for her to please wait in his office, after telling her she seemed to be in good health.
<DeSilva>
Next he turned to Darmek. "While I now know you really don't like civillian doctors, I assure you I am most qualified," he told the young Zakdorn. He knew Zakdorn possessed little tact, though the comment the young man had made earlier had stung. "And I am going to do my very best to keep this crew healthy. Now, please lie down and remain as still as possible for the next minute. Do you have any allergies or other information that I may need to know about that may not be in your medical file?"
<Darmek>
He watched the diagnostic board intently, adjusting it for the Zakdorn's physiology. "You seem to be in perfect health," he told the young man, "you are released to your duties, or whatever activities you were undertaking before being summoned to sickbay."
Lastly, he got to Pemberton, repeating the routine and questions. "Oh my," he murmured, "you have a low erythrocyte count, though your haemoglobin levels seem to be just fine." He reached for a hypospray and selected one of the vials from a tray. "I am going to inject you with a dose of erythropoietin and I want you back in here in two days to see whether it has any effect. In addition I want you to do some high-altitude training on the holodeck for one hour each day for the upcoming week. Then you are to return here in a week for an additional check-up."
He watched the young man intently. "It's nothing to be concerned about just yet. Low erythrocyte counts can occur through any means...it doesn't have to mean anything. I am certain we'll have you fixed up in no time. In the mean time, you're released to your duties.
<Pemberton>
When the physicals were finally done, he returned to his office. "Thank you for your patience," he told her as he sat down behind his desk. "As you know I am a gynaecologist, and I have no experience in dealing with male patients. I am going to need advice on how to properly deal with them. They aren't women, and women is all I've ever had for patients...." He gave her a somewhat embarassed glance, and he felt his own discomfort increase now that he was no longer dealing with her as a patient, but rather as a collegue. "I eh..." he started, then faltered. "I...am...also not quite eh...used to dealing with women outside sickbay," he finally confessed.

"Thanks doc and I will do as you ask." Chris got up and walked into the hallway and into the elevator. He then said. "Bridge" And the elevator started. Chris walked onto a bridge that had a couple other people on it but mostly engineers and science officers. Chris walked to the helm chair and sat down waiting for the captain.

Zhuk and Grace had spent about twenty minutes talking about the new crew members. The chime to the Ready Room rang out indicating that someone was at the door.
Lt. Leo Potter came in and saw the two staring back at him expectantly.
"If this is a bad time sir, I'll come back later. I just wanted to talk to you about our, ahh, guests."
It was then that Zhuk remembered that this fellow marine was part Romulan, kindred to the refugees.
"Ah, yes. They are refugees from Romulus. We are taking them to a safe location, SBG-6 in fact. You must not have read the complete mission profile that was uploaded to your PADD and personal terminal."
Zhukarak briefly continued explaining their situation with the Debrunes and the reasoning of this mission. It was obvious that Leo was a bit excited to have some of his own kind on the ship. There weren't many Romulans serving in Starfleet. Zhukarak could understand his excitement.
"Was there anything else?"
<Leo>
"I'm delighted that you feel this way. Oh, before I forget, we have a new CTSO, a Kosh Darmek. Get with him and coordinate security between his people and yours."

"Alright sir, watch your step as you get off, and sorry about the delay..."
Acting Ensign Daran Kellar grumbled to himself as he walked away from the shuttle. His arrival at the Jefferson from Starfleet Medical had been delayed as the shuttles' main reactor had sufferred a malfunction on the trip. Now he was late for his assignment aboard the Jefferson.
Daran pulled out his PADD and quickly downloaded a map giving him a path from where he was to where the Jefferson was docked and briskly started following it. Quickly he arrived at the ship and boarded using the main gangway.
Now that he was aboard ship, he had to make his first decision, go to Sickbay first or report to the captain. He checked his PADD. Colonel. Marine. Probably make more sense to report in first.
A/E Keller boarded a turbolift and went to the bridge, which seemed a busy place. It looked like preparations were well under way to leave. Nervously, Ens. Keller rang the chime to the Captain's...Colonel's...ready room. The door slid open and Daran slipped in.
Inside, there were three people looking at him expectantly. The one behind the desk was clearly the Capt...commanding officer. There was also a female who appeared to be first officer and a marine officer. "Sir, Ensign Daran Keller reporting for duty, sir!..."
The Colonel and First Officer exchanged a glance then looked back at the obviously newly minted officer...

"No allergies and no worries, doctor," she replied to the doctor's questions.
Rali was more than relaxed as the doctor completed her examination. She noticed a hint of apprehension on his part and she had to bite her tongue. It was tempting to try and get into a discussion with someone that obviously required some counciling; however, it was not her place to entrap him whilst he was going about his duties. She made her way to his office and waited calmly for the good physician to finish his examinations. Several minutes later, he came in and anxiously moved to the desk. She smiled as the doctor spoke up.
"I eh..." he started, then faltered. "I...am...also not quite eh...used to dealing with women outside sickbay," he finally confessed.
"I can understand that," she said pleasantly, "I have some similar problems with my own clients, but I usually try to remember that they are only people, with the same strengths and weaknesses that enable and hamper you and me everyday. Uneasiness is more than common within our professions, doctor. But if you would like to discuss this further, then your pyschological evaluation would be a most opportune time."
She smiled at him once more and continued, "I shall expect you sometime tomorrow, shall I?"
<Tag Nathan>
"Wonderful! Now I am afraid I must report to the bridge, my shift is due to begin in a few minutes. Good day, doctor, and I'll see you tomorrow," she said with a wave as she exited the sickbay and made her way toward the turbolift and the bridge.

Just as Lieutenant Potter was about to leave, a new arrival entered the Ready Room.
"Sir, Ensign Daran Keller reporting for duty, sir!..."
Zhuk looked at Grace...Grace looked at Zhuk. Neither was expecting this. Zhuk rose to receive the PADD from the ensign's hands.
"What is your assignment?"
"I am to be the Chief Medical Officer. It's all a last minute change from Starfleet Command. It's all explaind there, in my orders."
Zhukarak read through the orders given to him. Sure enough, CMO of the USS Jefferson. There was an addendum for the CO of the ship, that would be him. It was a notice that Nathan Van Breughel would remain on board and be the assistant. This was to be his on-the-job-training before he was considered as a full fledged practitioner of general practice medicine. It made sense.
"Alright then, your orders seem to be proper. I'll let you go ahead and tell your new assistant that he is...your assistant. Somehow I think he will be relieved of this news."

"Thank you sir. I know that Dr. van Breughel is aboard. I'll talk to him once I get down to Sickbay." Daran hesitated for a moment, seeming to take a look around the ready room for the first time from his stiff stand to attention.
Colonel Hrisvalar sighed inwardly. Another green officer to break in. "Why don't you stand at ease ensign. You'll be more comfortable.
"Yes sir, thank you sir." Daran replied, and stood at a very stiff parade rest. "Umm, what's our current mission sir? I was assigned to the Jefferson very suddenly and there didn't seem to be time to get a mission briefing to me."
"We're carrying a group of Romulans and supplies to Starbase G-6. They are political refugees who are following the teachings of the Debrune at Qualinost" The colonel replied.
Keller glanced quickly over at the Marine lieutenant who was also in the ready room. It was clear to Hrisvalar that the doctor could tell the lieutenant was part Romulan. "Well then, I guess that I had better brush up on my Romulan physiology." And Andorian, Kellar thought to himself, glancing at the colonels antennae.
"Do that" Hrisvalar replied. "I'd also like you to examine our guests. I think that Dr. van Breughel has already completed crew physicals, but I'd like to know a bit more about our passengers."
"Yes sir." Keller hesitated for a second. "Sir, if I may ask, where did the refugees come from? It will assist my exam if I knew the route they took to get here."

The young doctor was green when it came to being a new Starfleet officer, but ready and eager to start in his official capacity as the chief medical officer.
"The Romulans came from various planets within the Star Empire. I believe that most are from Barradis III, and a few others I heard mention of Yadalla Prime. Feel free to ask them during your examinations."
"Aye sir, thank you sir. I shall be on my way then."
"Come, I'll walk with you. I was just on my way back down to the marine deck."
Lieutenant Potter proceeded to escort the new doctor from the Ready Room, and off the bridge.
Zhuk looked over at Grace once more.
"This should be an interesting voyage."
Theel'zhiin hopped onto Grace's lap and bowed his head for that soft carress that he knew he would be receiveing.

"I shall expect you sometime tomorrow, shall I?"
Nathan was just about to answer that he'd rather get the psychological evaluation over with right now when two newcomers entererd sickbay. One was wearing a green uniform and looked distinctly Romulan, driving Nathan to that conclusion because he was most certainly not looking as stern as he'd seen Vulcans capable of looking, and he looked to be somewhat close to smiling.
The other newcomer was wearing a teal uniform and was looking around sickbay with an air of someone belonging here and owning the place. "Yes tomorrow will be fine," he told DaSilva, "please excuse me."
Nathan walked up to the two newcomers. "Can I help you?"

Raleva straightened up her new waiting room and office and studied her schedule. She was expecting Dr. Van Breughel as well as Lieutenants Darmek and Pemberton as well as several crewmembers and she had to admit she was a bit nervous. Before she'd had to survey professors and self conscious students ... this time she would have to learn to understand Starfleet officers.
She took a seat at her desk and sighed. Perhaps she had expected too much from her new crew, afterall, few people rushed to have their brains picked over by an outside party. She played with her PADD and sighed once more.
'... And now we wait ...' she thought to herelf.

"We do have quite the crew. All young and ready to show what they can contribute." Grace lifted Theel'zhiin and rose with Zhukarak following right behind her.
They walked onto the bridge as Zhukarak continued the conversation. "Thankfully we are on a peacful mission. I wouldn't want them to be subjected to any hardships for the moment. This is a good introduction for them and they can feel good about it as well."
They both took their seats, facing the large display screen to the front. "Yes, A mission of mercy is always a good thing." Grace concurred.
Theel'zhiin disappeared from Grace's lap and decided to go 'between'. To the surprise of Raleva, Theel'zhiin 'popped' in her office. It seemed that he had found someone else to be fond of, much like Grace. Theel'zhiin had a sense for good people.

Dr. Keller and Lt. Potter left the Captain's ready room and boarded the turbolift. The doctor was thankful that he could say "Sickbay" and the lift would take him there. He had never been aboard a Sovreign class vessel before and didn't even know what deck Sickbay was on.
He glanced at Lt. Potter out of the corner of his eye. The marine officer seemed preoccupied with something, but the silence was weighing on the doctor. "So, how long have you been aboard ship, lieutenant?"
<Lt. Potter>
Just after he had finished his answer, the doors of the turbolift swept open. Daran was unsure about which way to go, but the lieutenant wasn't and marched out, with the doctor following closely in his footsteps. They quickly arrived at Sickbay and walked in. The room was empty and Daran looked around. This area was his. Not bad for a brand new officer. However, there was a civilian in the middle of the room looking at them expectantly. Daran assumed that this was Dr. van Breughel. He walked up to the two of them and said "Can I help you?"
Daran stuck out his hand. "Hello Dr. van Breughel. My name is Dr. Daran Keller and I have been assigned as CMO to the Jefferson. I understand that you were to have the posting, but I was moved from my original assignment to here. I hope that's OK with you."
<Nathan>
"That's great Dr. van Breughel" Daran said enthusiastically. He was privately very relieved. He wasn't sure how the resident physician would take being relieved of the CMO job, but he seemed quite happy about it.

Chris then looked at his schedule on his Padd and noticed he had to do his little survey thing with the Counsler. So he got up out of the helm chair and walked to the elevator. He got in the elevaotr and said. "Deck 7." The elevator started with a jerk and stopped with a jerk. Chris walked out and walked a little down the hallway.
He opened the door and walked inside. He saw Releva. "Hello Releva I'm here for my Survey."

Raleva was literally sitting back and twittling her thumbs when the blue lizard she'd met early appeared on the far side of her office. She smiled at the little darling and motioned for him to join her at her desk. He floated over and perched on her desk. Rali knew better than to consider such creatures wholly docile, but he was so adorable ... all she could do was tickle him under his little chin and coo over him.
"Ah, there's my little love," she said as the little lizard moved closer and seemed to enjoy her touch.
A few moments later, Mr. Pemberton entered and she smiled at him, with the little blue lizard now in her lap and nudging her for more attention.
"Yes, welcome Lieutenant," she said graciously, "Have a seat."

"Alright, let us begin," she continued with a slightly milder smile, still stroking the her lovely lizard friend.
"So, I see you just arrived from service onboard the Hepta? How was your experience?" She asked leaning back in her chair.

Daran stuck out his hand. "Hello Dr. van Breughel. My name is Dr. Daran Keller and I have been assigned as CMO to the Jefferson. I understand that you were to have the posting, but I was moved from my original assignment to here. I hope that's OK with you."
"CMO?" Nathan blurted out as he took the offered hand, "but....." He fell silent for a long moment and actually felt the weight fall off his shoulders. "No I don't mind," he said, more flatly than he intended. Of course he was riled that the CO hadn't seen fit to inform him before the new CMO arrived, but he was also rather relieved. "Actually, it's great..that means I can return to just dealing with female patients like I'm used to." His grim expression was replaced by one of sheer relief.
"That's great Dr. van Breughel" Daran said enthusiastically. He was privately very relieved. He wasn't sure how the resident physician would take being relieved of the CMO job, but he seemed quite happy about it.
"And now that you're here," Nathan continued, while he nodded towards the marine, "perhaps you could attend to Mister Potter's physical. Thank you lieutenant, for directing the doctor down here as fast as possible."
He turned back to Keller. "And you're lucky to have arrived late, you wouldn't believe the mess this sickbay was in! It was a disaster!" He gave an exhasperated sigh. "Now if you'll excuse me, I've already had a long shift. I need to spend some time with my son. Doc, I've got an appointment with Miss DaSilva tomorrow morning so I'll be a little late for my shift."
<Keller>
"Yes thank you. Have a quiet shift doctor. Good night." He flashed a smile at the new doctor, who actually looked rather cute in Nathan's opinion, then left sickbay in what seemed to be a hurry.
Once he stood outide he rested his back against the wall for a few seconds and took a few deep breaths. He was quite relieved to be out of sickbay, ánd be relieved as CMO, it was more than he could handle.
Nathan took a quiet stroll down to his quarters and was greeted by two mewing kittens and a four-year old covered in flour. "Freddy!" he exclaimed as he picked up his dusty son, "what've you been doing!"
"Polly and I are making pancakes!" the boy cried, looking mighty proud with himself. "Look!" Freddy presented a plate to his father with what his own mother would've dubbed a 'ratjetoe'. It didn't even remotely resemble a pancake though it was clearly made of pancake batter.
Nathan tousled his son's hair, beaming with pride as he crossed glances with Polly, his son's nanny. "Very good, now why don't you let Polly finish, while i get you cleaned up hm?" He wiped a bit of egg-yolk from his son's apron. "You look like goodly mess."
Freddy giggled as his father picked him up and carried him over to the bathroom. Quickly he stripped down and stepped into the tub while is father let the warm water run and added a fair amount of foam to the water.
"Where's Freddy," Nathan called, pretending to search for the boy in the foam, "hey Polly have you seen Freddy?"
From within the heap of foam, Freddy giggled uncontrollably, then splashed his hands on the water, splattering his father with foam and water.
A little later, the two were seated at the table as nanny Polly presented the stack of pancakes.
~~ next morning ~~
At 09:00, Nathan pressed the chime on DaSilva's quarters, assuming that was where she also held practice hours. He waited patiently to be admitted. "I'm here for my psychological evaluation," he stated nervously and rather unnecessarily.

I don’t know if the comment “I now know you really don't like civilian doctors, is appropriate I am just a little new to the whole idea. As long as you and Daran manage keep the crew healthy, I believe that we will co-habitate fine on this vessel. As chief of security I am sure you can understand me being a little apprehensive.
And I have no allergies that I am aware of
Kosh: Well ill get going now before my dinners cold plus iv got a appointment with raleva, I assume every thing checks out
Nathan: yes but ill review more in detail latter and let you know if there a wee
*kosh finished his dinner then as he look at he tactical support roster he noticed marines were on board as well as a marine officer ill need to coordinate with him tomorrow he thought and finally retired to his bed chambers.*

"Being a little late is not a problem, Dr. van Breughel. Enjoy your visit with the counsellor." Dr. Keller watched curiously as Dr. van Breughel hurried out of Sickbay, then looked over at Lt. Potter. The marine looked back at him with a similar expression. He had never seen a doctor so anxious to leave a Sickbay before. Daran shrugged and turned to the Marine. "Well lieutenant, it seems that it's time for your physical. Shall we get it over with?"
<Lt. Potter>
Daran smiled inwardly at the expression on Potter's face. He was never surprised at the reaction of a Starfleet officer to a request for a physical. It was never good. The doctor gave Potter a thorough but fast physical. The lieutenant was in excellent physical condition, although Keller could see that he had had a few broken bones as a child. There was certainly nothing wrong with him now.
Dr. Keller noted all this in the lieutenant's medical record, then said "You're perfectly healthy. That should be that for another year or two. You can leave now if you like."
<Lt. Potter>
Daran watched as the Marine left Sickbay. The room became extremely quiet, except for the occasional beep of medical equipment. Rather bemused, he started poking his nose into various areas of Sickbay. He had originally been assigned to a medical frigate in Sector 414 before he was diverted here and appointed CMO. Not at all what he was expecting after graduation.
Dr. Keller finally found his office. There was a replicator set into one wall, so he ordered himself a coffee and sat down behind his desk. It was still extremely quiet, and he wondered where the rest of the medical staff was.
Activating his desk console, Daran called up the records of the rest of the Jefferson's medical staff and settled down to read.
