Dan: =/\= Dan to Joktel. The Captain has asked to shut down the Communications array. He says it needs an overhaul =/\=
Joktel: =/\= Understood. Should I actually begin the overhaul? =/\=
Dan: =/\= No. I'll let you know when. Dan out =/\=
Dan continued his survey of the brig. From what he could tell, only someone who knew the exact specs on the EPS systems could have produced the counter-signal that cause the Plasma to focus itself.
Dan: =/\= Trek to Weill =/\=
Weill: =/\= Go ahead, Commander =/\=
Dan: =/\= I think I found your connection, Sir. The signal that the Romulan produced that triggered the subsequent explosion required exact knowledge of the operational specs of the Raven's EPS systems =/\=
Weill: =/\= Thank you, Commander. Weill out =/\=
Dan returned to the examination of the Brig. The EPS system was damaged for a 10-meter radius around the explosion point. A large amount of duranium plating had to be replaced.
Dan: =/\= Dan to Joktel =/\=
Joktel: =/\= More shut-downs sir? =/\=
Dan: =/\= Not for the moment. We've got some serious work to do down here. Send down Paria and a full repair detail =/\=
Joktel: =/\= Aye, sir =/\=

Commander Dixon sat at the console in Sickbay. He was completely absorbed in his attempt to come up with more information on the connection between Hallis and Deneki. He hadn't been having much luck and was pondering what to do next when he felt a soft touch on his shoulder. He looked over to see Dr. Amhil.
"Alex, we have just been asked to report to the observation lounge by the captain" she said. Alex was about to answer when he realized that he had just heard what she said. It seemed that his hearing was coming back on its' own. He was relieved.
"Why do we have to report to the observation lounge? I'm still trying to dig up information on the Ambassador and Admiral" Alex said.
"Because the captain has beamed the Ambassador and Admiral off of their ship and detained them" the doctor said unhappily. Alex stared at her in surprise. The captain was risking his career on some fairly circumstantial evidence. He and the doctor had better make some convincing arguments, as the only way to prove anything right now was to make one of the two of them crack.
Alex picked up a PADD and downloaded the data that he had gathered so far. The doctor already had hers and the two of them walked out of sickbay. Amhil kept the pace slow due to Alex's leg injury. They found their way to the turbolift and stepped aboard. The doors swished closed behind them.
Alex opened his mouth to set their destination when the walls of the turbolift suddenly dissolved into the random energy patterns of a transporter buffer. Alex tried to activate his comm badge, but it was too late.
When they rematerialized, it was in complete darkness. Alex's hand finally reached his badge, but there was no answering chirp when he pressed it. He could hear Dr. Amhil beside him, and she grasped his arm in the inky blackness.
Suddenly, a small light came on a few meters from them and Alex looked around. He thought that he was still aboard the Raven, judging by the design. Probably in one of the tiny cargo areas on Deck 15. There were two humanoid shapes here as well. One of them stepped forward. It was the Romulan that they had captured. Selent.
The Romulan looked over his shoulder at his companion and said "Nice work." The human behind him nodded happily.

Amhil woke up from her thoughts when she heard the captain's voice.
=/\= "Doctor, could you meet me in the observation lounge? Could you bring your data and when Dixon is ready, could you ask him to come along?" =/\=
=/\="Of course, sir. On my way."=/\= She quickly replied and turned to where Alex was entirely absorbed in the task Amhil had given him earlier. She smiled a little. She was sure at least a part of his hearing must have returned by now, so she walked up to him and touched his shoulder.
"Alex, we have just been asked to report to the observation lounge by the captain."
"Why do we have to report to the observation lounge? I'm still trying to dig up information on the ambassador and Admiral" He replied.
Amhil was relieved that he could hear what she had said. She quickly explained to him that the Captain had detained both the Ambassador and the Admiral, and saw the surprise on his face. He nodded and she waited while he downloaded the data he had found so far, on a padd. He was soon finished and they both made their way to the turbolift and waited for a crewmember to walk out, before stepping in. Amhil watched as the doors closed and the next moment she felt the familiar feeling of transportation as the doors seemed to disappear in nothingness.
It was dark. Very dark. Amhil couldn't see a thing and let out a small gasp. She stuck out her hand to were Alex had been standing a second before. When her fingers touched the soft fabric of his uniform she immediately grabbed it. A little relief washed over her when she knew that she wasn't alone here, wherever 'here' was.
She was just able to register that small fact before she saw a small light out of the corner of her eyes. She turned as it grew a little brighter and noticed that Alex was staring at something. Suddenly she saw it as well, two shapes, a few meters away. The right one stepped a little closer, a Romulan.
"Nice work!" The Romulan said and grinned to the other one, a human. Suddenly Amhil recognized the Romulan as their ex-prisoner. Amhil quickly looked at the walls again.
'We're still on the Raven!' She thought. And then; 'Nathan!'
Nathan was using the sans of the Romulan to locate him on the ship, which was practically swarming with security teams. If they found him, they would found Alex and her as well. She hoped that they were in time. Before....whatever these two guys were planning to do.

Paria arrived with the Engineering detail. Half of them stopped dead with they saw the extent of the damage.
Dan: I told you it was bad in here.
Paria: Indeed it is. This is going to take some major work.
Dn: Indeed. Take over here.
Paria: Aye, sir.
Dan left the Brig. The Romulan had been in the room at the time, but now was gone. There was no cellular residue anywhere, so he hadn't been killed. Dan headed to his Office. He entered Engineering.
Joktel: Exactly how bad is it down there?
Dan: Half the room is charred black. And that place is made of solid duranium.
Joktel: That must have been one big explosion.
Dan: It was. I'll be in my Office.
Joktel: Yes, sir.
Dan went into his Office and sat at the console.
Dan: Computer, scan for Romulan life-signs onboard.
Computer: Working....There are Romulan life-signs onboard.
Dan: Odd. Computer, are there any shuttles or escape pods missing?
Computer: Negative.
Dan: Any traces of transporter activity?
Computer: Affirmative.
Dan: Who was in that transporter beam?
Computer: Unknown.
Dan: Where did they beam to?
Computer: Unknown.
Dan: Aside from changes in mass due to Fuel consumption and replicator activity, has the total mass of the ship changed?
Computer: Negative.
Dan: Then whoever it was is still here. Are there are gaps in sensor reading anywhere onboard?
Computer: Affirmative. Deck 15, Section 38.
Dan: =/\=Trek to Weill. Captain, the Computer can't find the Romulan. The transporter has been used, but apparently no ones left the ship. And I can't scan Deck 15, Section 38 =/\=

Weill: " <Affirmative Commander, hold position just outside Deck 15 section 38, I shall join you their shortly>"
Dantrek: "< Aknowleged Captain>"
Majeski: " Captain, i must object to this course of action, you will be putting yourself under significant risk"
Weill :" Yes Commander dont worry, objection noted"
Captain Gus Weill walked over to the Commander and out his hand on the Taller officers shoulder, lowered his head than lifted it and smiled
Weill: " Commander, dont worry, thankyou for your concern, but dont forget i have to hearts and double layered skin, i have extra protecting"
Majeski: " But sir you are not a Cat"
Weill: " Luckey i am not, if i were i wuld be dead, i think i have used up 15 of my 9 lives"
Weill walked towards the turboloft, soon enough he had his paher in his hand and had set the comm channels so that the bridge could hear everything that was going on.
Weill: " Commander Dantrek, you go left and i go right, < Transporter oom, get read to beam anything within 3 metres of me to the brig>"
Transporter room: "< Yes Captain>"
Weill: " Well Commander, lets go"
They walked into the now darkened area, the air was cool, the atmosphere despite this was becoming humid, the area felt cold even through the humidity, Weill was immediatly confused by the changing temperatures, he knew soemthing was going on, the flashlight on his arm was slowly spanning the area, Commander Dantrks was doing the same, suddenly , Dantrek stopped, Weil did the same Weill crouched and found a substance, it was green, he dipped his finger in it, it was Romulan blood
Dantrek: " Sir there is some more over here"
Weill: " Well lets keep moving"
Suddenly they saw an area that looked as if it was slightly darker than all the others, weill raised his phaser to preapre to fire, he saw a beam of light go across towards him, it missed, than Dantrek moved behind a panel, Weill followed suit, Weill wanted to lure them out of the dark area, so he fired again and again around their area,
One ran towards Weill and one towards Dantrek, quicker than both officers would give them credit for before they could fire they were upon them.
Weill also felt they were a lot stronger, he couldnt keep the Romulan under control, he than found his type two phaser and fired, it was on light stun, the Romulan was still concious which showed his new strength but he moved back in great pain, lcukily he had lost his phaser or whatever had created the beam, he collapsed the floor cursing.
Weill than moved to dantrek and grapped the other Romulan by the back, Dantrek's great size swarmed the Romulan and they were both on the floor, the Romulans now looked asleep.
Amhil: " dantrek over here"
Dantrek: " captain look"
Weill: " Beam them directly to sick bay"

Dan watched as Alex and Amhil were beamed out. He moved over to a panel and held a light up to it.
Dan: Let's see what I can do about getting these Environmental settings fixed. I like this temperature, but I don't think you'd like it very long, Captain
He worked the console for a moment.
Dan: Impressive. The Romulans managed to lock out even me.
Weill: Can you bypass it?
Dan: I believe so.
Dan crouched and pulled off a panel. He rearranged a few isolinear chips and tried the console again.
Dan: There we go. Resetting controls to standard.
The lights came up, the humidity went down, and the temperature went to normal. Dan stood, and looked around.
In the corner were bits and pieces of equipment, including an exposed panel. Dan examined them more closely.
Dan: Looks like our Romulans stowaways were attempting to build a make-shift transmitter.

Alex and Dr. Amhil materialized in Sickbay, and the doctor was immediately swarmed by the other medical personel, demanding to know if she was alright. Amhil quickly assured them that everything was OK, then turned to Alex. "Are you alright commander?" she asked as she scanned him with a tricorder.
Alex nodded calmly and tried to figure out what had just happened. The Romulan and friend had managed to beam them directly out of the turbolift, but, DanTrek and the captain had managed to recover them pretty quickly. Things seemed to be moving pretty fast on this mission. As he was standing there thinking, the captain's voice sounded. "Commander Dixon, are you alright?"
Tapping his communicator, Alex replied. "Yes sir, not much worse for wear."
"Good. If the doctor says it's alright, I would like you to get back down to Deck 15 immediately. We could use your opinion." the captain ordered.
Alex glanced over at the doctor and she nodded reluctantly after glancing at the tricorder. "The doctor says it's alright. I'll be down in a minute." He closed the channel to the captain, then requested a site to site transport to where the captain and DanTrek were.
Alex materialized in the area he had just left. The captain and engineer were in a corner, examining a pile of equipment. The captain glanced over his shoulder and gestured at Alex to come over. The science officer joined the other two and looked down. There was a small stack of assorted Starfleet equipment there. It looked as if it had all been picked up by the two infiltrators from around the ship. "Dan thinks that they were trying to build a transmitter, but isn't sure. What do you think?" the captain asked.
Alex sat down in front of the pile and picked through it carefully, becoming increasingly puzzled. "Transmitter? Yes, some of the components here would do that, but there's some extra equipment here that wouldn't be necessary for making a transmitter." Alex pointed at a larger computer unit. "This would be more suited to utilizing the Raven's life support and security systems, and this junction here is configured to interact with Sickbay systems."
"What do you think that they were trying to get at?" Trek asked.
Alex shrugged. "I can't tell yet. But it looks to me like they were trying to access the anti-intruder protocols. Maybe they were trying to access ship security systems to incapacitate the crew. Then they could have delivered the Raven to whomever they wished."
Captain Weill and Trek shared a look. An interesting concept.

Weill was itching to find out what the affair was all about, he was about to say soemthing than a voice pacthed through to the communications array, Weill knew the voice it was the senior security officer guarding the Admiral, Weill was slightly irritated he didnt like being interrupted when he was about to say something,
Weill: " Yes Lt what can i do for you?"
Braham: " Well Captain, The Admiral is demanding to speak to you"
Weill: " Well can you inform my lord and master that he can demand all he wants, i will come down when i am ready"
Braham: " Well sir he says he can help you find the intruders"
Weill: " Ok Lt thankyou, tell the Admiral i shall be down shortly"
Braham: "Yes sir"
Weill looked around and the two officers returned his weary face, he than turned and walked down, before he entered the brig he was stopped by am urge not to do what he was having to do, it weas not right a Captain being senior to an Admiral, especially an Admiral that had once been Weills squadron Commander.
Hallis: " Oh Captain you decided to turn up"
Weill: " Yes Admiral sorry for the delay, we had to clear upo and retrieve some ships personnel"
Hallis: " Ok well if you get your science officer down here i will explain"
Weill: " <Commander Dixon can you get soemoen to relieve you and come to the brig right away>"
Dixon: "<Yes sir>"
Weill: " < Doctor Eddons can you come down here to the brig?>"
Amhil: "< On my way Captain, do i need anything>"
Weill: " < No medical emergency Doctor, dont worry, just i need your views>"
Amhil: "< Ok Captain on my way>"

"Commander Dixon can you get someone to relieve you and come to the brig right away"
Alex tapped his comm badge. "Yes,sir. Right away. Dixon to Lt. Collaan, please report to Deck 15, section 38 immediately." The Bajoran acknowledged and Dixon left DanTrek puzzling out what the Romulan and human he and the Captain had captured were up to and started making his way to the brig. He still had the PADD with the information that he had tracked down linking up Hallis, Deneki and the Romulan and spent some time reviewing it as he made his way through the Raven. It seemed pretty thin. He entered some custom titles onto the PADD that would display when he walked in. Hoping to put the Admiral on his guard a little.
As Alex approached the brig, he became steadily more nervous. He had never actually spoken to an admiral before, and here he was, about to accuse one of biomodification. His career was certainly taking some interesting turns.
Too quickly, he arrived at the door to the Raven's security area. He entered quietly and stood with his back to a bulkhead. He could see Admiral Hallis and Captain Weill together in a cell. They weren't speaking and were clearly waiting for he and the doctor to show up. Both were clearly absorbed in their own thoughts.
Taking a deep breath to hide his discomfort, he fixed a neutral look on his face, walked to the forcefield entrance and nodded at the Ensign manning the console. The ensign nodded back, dropped the force field and Alex entered the cell. Unfamiliar quarters for an Admiral.
The sound of the force field dropping snapped the two officers out of the reveries. Admiral Hallis looked over at Alex with a stern look, plainly trying to intimidate the young commander. Alex stared back, as he sat down in the chair opposite the Admiral and put his PADD down. On the small screen was the title Admiral Hallis; BioEngineering evidence. The Admiral looked down at this and Alex could see him frowning slightly. Alex was hoping this would put him off balance for a bit.
Captain Weill could see the PADD as well, but gave no sign as to whether he approved or not. "Thank you for coming, Commander. We're just awaiting the doctor now." The admiral sat back, clearly prepared to wait silently.

Dan continued studying the equipment scattered through the room as Alex left. Lt Collaan arrived a few minutes later.
Dan: You must be Lt Collaan.
Collaan: Yes, sir. Commander Dixon asked me to come here.
Dan: I know. He was here when he made the call. What exactly is your specialty in the Sciences?
Collaan: I'm head of Planetary Sciences.
Dan: Interesting. You'll still be useful. Alright, here's what we've got. Our Romulan intruder had hooked up this computer unit to the Ships computer. This junction over here is for Environmental control, this is for Security, and this is rigged for Medical systems. Current theory is that they were going to incapacitate the crew and take over the Raven. We have to figure how they were going to do that, and what systems they were going to use.
Collaan came over and crouched at the Medical juncture.
Collaan: Well, it looks like this juncture was set to link up with the Environmental controls. Could they possibly have set the two to coordinate and release something to anesthetize the crew?
Dan: Most likely. Then they could have used this console attached to the Security system to change Command Codes so they could access the critical systems.
Collaan: And commandeered the Raven entirely.
Dan: Exactly. The Captain needs to know this.
Dan entered all the new findings into a PADD and put a message on the top: Alex, hand this to the Captain. He beamed it to the Brig next to where Alex was standing.

Majeski stood on the bridge and looked at ther new helm officer lydia summers with shock , as he heard Dixions report, that the computer cannot locate the Romulan,
Then Majeski got and idea being a navigation officer for over 20 years he grinned at the idea and turned to Lydia "Mrs Summers can you invert the ship please?"
"Sir?" She asked quizzicly
"Just do it" Majeski said
Every one gawked at thier first officer , why did he ask that in the first place?
"Done sir" Summers said
He smiled to himself and boy was the Romulan gonna hate him for this
he walked up to the ops console and asked him can you shut off the artifical gravity in Deck 15, Section 38.
The ops officer blinked at him "yes sir"
No one on the bridge had a clue to what was going on but they did what they where told
he hit his commbade "Majeski to dixion"
"Dixion here , ummm msir I heard a hudge racket comming from Deck 15, Section 38. i dunno what happened "
Majeski grinned "I know"
"I beg you pardon sir?" Alex said
"Open the doors and look for yourself" Majeski was now grinning "I call it for the romulan a sweet surprise"

Weill was standing in the brif, in front of the Admiral, Weill would not take his eye off of his once superior, he stared, thinking about whay this man had done what he had, why, for what purpose, what would he gain and most importantly, why didnt nayone notice or make connections until now.
Suddenly and officer materialized and handed a padd to Weill, Weill read with interest and he realised that theses officers had at one point the power to cause immense damage to the Raven.
Weill: "Mr Dixon take a look at this, and keep an extra eye on our"guests", dont let them move and inch, our position may depend on this"
Dixon: " This is interesting sir, shows how close we were to losing"
Weill: " Yes and if they had the power to do that, they may have other plans"
Dixon: " Yes, i will get my teams working to think of other possibilities"
Weill: " Well as long as theses cant move than we will be ok"
Hallis: " looks like you have soemthing interesting there Captain, care to share it will us?"
Weill: " No"
Deleki: " No need to be so uptight captain"
Weill moved away and than he saw Commander Dantrek appear at the door.

Off: Sorry for not posting so long. I was a 'bit' busy with school *shakes fist at school building*
On:
When Amhil had returned from the cargo area back to Sickbay (though she had been on her way to the observation lounge with Alex) she had to calm her medical personnel first, telling them she was all right.
=/\="Doctor Eddons, can you come down here to the brig"=/\= The captain's voice came over the comm.
=/\="On my way, Captain. Do I need anything?" =/\= She quickly asked.
=/\="No medical emergency, Doctor, don't worry. I just need your views."=/\=
=/\="Ok, Captain. On my way"=/\= Amhil answered. She left sickbay and thought about the things that had happened the past few hours. She was a bit confused but she knew not even a tiny bit as confused as some crewmembers were. They had to have not even a clue about what was going on. And there was something big going on. Amhil had been shocked when she first found out about it, and she hoped that now everything was worth it and that they were right.
Suddenly Amhil bumped into someone and the next moment she was on the ground, while the other let out a small cry and padds were send flying everywhere. Amhil blinked and looked up and saw a nervous ensign getting to his feet.
"I'm so sorry!" He muttered and helped her up.
"No, it's my fault. I wasn't looking where I was going." Amhil quickly said and started gathering the padds.
"I'll do it!" The ensign said and grabbed the padds. Amhil raised an eyebrow.
"I'll help you.." She started but the other shook his head.
"No need, thank you, goodbye." And the next moment the ensign was quickly striding away, leaving Amhil standing in the middle of the corridor.
"Well......that was weird." She said, before continuing on her way.
When she entered the brig she first saw Dantrek near the entrance. Then she saw the Captain and Alex, who seemed to have been waiting for her, and the Admiral, looking non too pleased.
"Sorry that I'm a little late. I was..err...delayed." Amhil said.

Weill: " Well now we are all here, lets get this started"
Hallis: " Yes please do!!"
Weill: " Well i have to ask you a few questions which are related to my current mission and i think the links between you and the aim of the mission are even stronger than we thought at first glace"
Hallis: "Well come on"
Dixon: "Well First Question we would like to know the link between you and our Romulan guest"
Hallis: " I dont know any Romulans"
Weill: " You do"
Hallis: " Ok i do, but i first met them years ago"
Weill: " I take it Ambassador Deleki were there to"
Deleki: " Yes i was"
Weill: " Ok, so what happened on your trip to Romulas 30 years ago"
Hallis: "None of your buisness"
Weill: " Answer Admiral, please"
Hallis: " Ok, well where shall i start"
Deleki: " We start sir, we are in this together"
Hallis: " Well we went to Romulas, or rather i did, as a represetitive of the United Federation of Planets, i got to the planet and met Ambassador Deleki and we got along and still do, for all theses many years, but back to the tale, we were asked to help a young set of Romulans and we gave them medical aid, as i believed it might help our relations with the Romulan Star Empire, but i foud the Rmulans had manipulated us into helping them and so i was compromised when i found we had helped give them the knowlege to implant more into theses youthful Romulans than was natural"
Deleki: " i tried to keep the Romulans quiet as it could spell the end of our careers and nowbody would understand"
Weill: " Yes they wouldnt understand, had you told the truth something could have been done"
Hallis: " Dont be a fool, the Federation is not all forgiving like you seem to think"
Weill: " Please continue"

Alex sat as the Admiral and Ambassador continued with their story. To him, they sounded very believable. However as he continued to listen, he realized there were no pauses, breaks or hesitations in the recitation. Almost as if they had been practicing this for years in preparation for the day they were discovered.
Alex decided that a question that would bump them out of their routine might be a good idea. Admiral Hallis was just about to continue with his explanation of how much his work with the Romulans had benefitted the Federation when Alex interrupted him. He doubted there was little an Admiral would hate more than being interrupted by a mere Commander.
"Sorry sir, but I was wondering if you could shed some light on how the Romulan ships that attacked the Raven knew so much about the Raven and our mission." Alex sat, staring at Admiral Hallis expectantly.
The Admiral crashed to a halt as the question, with its' implicit accusation, hung in the air of the overcrowded interrogation room. Hallis turned on the young commander with an excellent I outrank you stare and growled, "I don't know what you mean."
He barely retained a calm expression as the Admiral stared hostily. Alex certainly hoped the Admiral was guilty of something. If not, that question would probably earn him an assignment on an extremely remote Federation outpost. "Sorry sir, I will try to be more clear. Not long ago, the Raven was attacked by 3 Shrike class ships. Those ships are quite old, but were nearly immune to our offensive systems and did some damage to the Raven. My scans determined that the ships might have done the Raven severe damage except for extensive defensive modifications that the Engineer and Chief Tactical Officer completed very recently. It would seem that the attacking force had very up to date information regarding the Raven. Do you know how they might have come by that?"
The room was silent as everyone waited for the Admiral's response. The Admiral shifted slightly in his chair and finally said, "I wouldn't know, Commander, perhaps the information came from a source aboard the Raven" Hallis said, glaring at Alex. "If I might return to what I was talking about..."
"Just one more question, Admiral" Alex piped up, interrupting Hallis again. "There was a genetically altered human smuggled aboard the Raven inside a probe while we were docked at Starbase Assailant. It seems that the types of genetic alteration between the Romulan and the human were very similar. Do you know how the human might have received similar genetic modification to the Romulan the you helped so many years ago?"
The Admiral's eyes bored into Alex and the tension in the room was extremely high. "I wasn't aware that this was going to be an interrogation, Captain Weill."
"Neither was I, Admiral. However, Commander Dixon has some interesting questions. Do you have any answers?" Weill replied.
While Weill and Hallis were talking, something important occurred to Alex. Picking up his PADD, Alex typed out a fast question and forwarded it to Lt. Collaan.

Lt. Collaan was sitting at the Science station on the Ravens' bridge when a text message addressed to her showed up on her console. Curious, she accessed it and saw that it was from Commander Dixon. It read:
Collaan, find out how a probe with a human inside could possibly have gotten aboard the Raven. I didn't order a replacement. Find out who requested it and how it was delivered. Now.
Dixon
The Bajoran grimaced slightly. Alex didn't normally give orders in such an..order like... way. Things must not be going very well with the Admiral.
She started by accessing the Raven's maintenance records, then ordered a data link with Starbase Assailant's Maintenance Facility.

Weill was getting slightly irritated, he felt that this was going literally nowhere. He felt that he needed people to organise and work on the specific areas. He had called for a local expert from Assaliant to help on the genetic engineering, to help the Doctor. So he pulled away from the brig and with him he took the staff that were there.
Weill: "< All senior staff report to the observation lounge>"
Dixon: " Sir, i think we are making some headway"
Weill: " I hope so Commander, i am getting quite irritated, i just want to co-ordinate the information"
Weill and Dixon made their way to the observation lounge and they were first, than bit by bit some crew went i and Weill saw Commander majeski outside the door, he was hovering, Weill excused himslf than walked out to greet his illusive FO once again.
Weill: " Commander come into my ready room for a minute"
Majeski: " Yes sir"
They walked in and faced one another
Weill: " Commander what on the earth is going on, you are in a daze and have played little or no attention to my orders of late"
Majeski: "Sir"
Weill: " I order reports and you send fewer than asked, and i dont even get reports from you let alone any original information"
Majeski: " Yes sir, but"
Weill: " No buts, either pull yourself together, this mission could have ended me and i wont allow that, now lets go to the observation lounge and lets get this mission done"
They walked into the observation lounge and the room was now full.
Weill: " Thankyou for coming at such short notice, but i think we need to regroup and find out where we are all at, i have also called in a Biological specialist to help you Doctor, so we can make some headway"
Amhil: " Thankyou captain, i am sure we can get more done"
Weill: " Well there will be various teams, Dixon and i will continue to interrogate the Admiral to get the information we need, i would like Commander majeski to co-ordinate the Doctors work and Commander Dantreks.............. All clear, now can i have reports, from Doctor Amhil, Commander Dixon, Commander Dantrek and than Commander Majeski"

Roz Drouet was sleeping in the shuttle that was making its way to the Raven. Art Cline was sitting next to her and watching her sleep. He gently kissed her forehead and she woke up.
Roz: We there yet?
Art: Not yet.
Roz: So why did you wake me up then?
Art: I didn't know what I did would wake you up.
Roz leaned back in her seat and looked at him.
Roz: You're the sound sleeper not me.
Art: You're no longer being hunted by your father or by anyone who followed him. Relax a bit.
Roz watched him carefully.
Roz: Easier said than done when you've been raised to always be on your guard in case someone attacks you.
Art: Then I guess you'll have to learn to change that tendency. The universe doesn't revolve around you you know.
Roz's eyes flashed green and Art realized his mistake. He started to apologize but Roz rose out of her seat, grabbed her bag, and walked to the far end of the shuttle to wait for the arrival of the shuttle at the ship. Art sighed and rubbed his face. Roz muttered to herself for the rest of the ride. They arrived at the ship a while later and Roz stepped off the shuttle before Art could grab her.

As The meeting ended Majeski decided to stop for food on his way down to sick bay he passed by the shuttlebay where he saw a beautiful redhead woman get off he actually stopped and gawked *wait a minute why am I looking at a human* Blinking he shook his head and didn't think nothing of it and wandered to sickbay to wait for Amhil and Dixion
On the way be bumped into Lt peter belina "off" Belina walked straight into Majeski and fell over and Majeski looked down at him and picked him up "please continue mr Balina and wandered into sick back
2 hours later
Majeski stood beside Amhil and nodded she held a vial, and she looked at him "You want me to make a what?"
Majeski stood with a calming expression on his face "A truth serium"
Amhil's expression was of slight shock and horror "Sir to use on an admiral"
Just then Dixion walked in withouteeven looking at dixion majeski simply said "Where gonna combine you efforts with good Dr Amhil to get the dear old Admiral to talk"
Dixion looked blankly at Majesk then looked at Dr Amhil with a panicked look on her face.
"Umm sir May I ask?" Dixion started
"Oh yes, you may" Majeski said
""And how do we plan to make the admiral talk"
"Truth serium" Majeski said
"On an Admiral" Dixion said...
"He's in coustody, it's perfectly alright commander" Majeski said

"You want me to make what?" Amhil couldn't believe what Majeski was saying.
"A truth serum." Majeski replied calmly while Alex walked in. To use a truth serum on an admiral was not something you did everyday. Majeski told Dixon what he wanted to do, and his reaction was the same as Amhil's.
"On an admiral?" Dixon asked and frowned.
"He's in custody. It's perfectly all right, commander." Majeski replied, but Amhil shook her head.
"Still....Does the Captain know of this?" She asked and Majeski turned to her again. He waited for a moment before replying.
"No, not yet."
"Well in that case, no....sir. I won't be making any of this truth serum without the captain's permission. It is an admiral we're talking about." Amhil answered and for a second she and Majeski stared at each other. Finally Majeski gave in and sighed.
"All right, doctor. Have it your way, it doesn't matter anyway." He said and Amhil smiled.
"Thank you, sir. I was planning to give my report to the captain soon enough anyway. After we meet with the biological specialist I will ask him about this matter." Amhil said.

Roz looked around the room momentarily when she stepped off and saw a very peculiar person pass by. He was about 5 inches taller than her, extremely handsome, and blonde hair. She noticed he looked back at her and then he continued on his way. She didn't want to wait for Art to come off the shuttle so she pulled the strap of her pack over her shoulder and made her way down the nearest hallway. She managed to find her temporary quarters on the ship and realized that she should try to find the captain as soon as possible. She put down her bag, straightened her jacket, and walked down the hall.
Roz: Computer would you tell me where Captain Gus Weil is?
Computer: He is located on the observation deck at this moment.
Roz didn't want to lose him but as she was rounding a corner to the observation deck, her combadge went off.
Gus: Captain Weil to Ms. Drouet. Please report to sickbay.
Roz sighed as she walked back to the turbolift. She pulled her hair back and waited as it sped off to sickbay. A minute later, the doors opened and Roz stepped out and walked down to sickbay. She saw a woman holding a vial and talking with the peculiar person she had seen earlier. There was also a young man that she remembered from when he had been on the Hepta.
Amhil: ...After we meet with the biological specialist I will ask him about this matter.
They paused once they noticed her.
Amhil: May I help you?
Roz: No, but from what I've heard you need mine. I'm Rosalyn Drouet, call me Roz for short. I'm the biological specialist.

The uncomfortable silence that was left when Majeski requested to drug the Admiral was filled with the unexpected entrance of a civilian that Alex actually recognized. Roz Drouet hadn't changed much since his brief stint aboard the Hepta as a cadet. Dr. Eddons turned and said "May I help you?"
Roz replied "No, but from what I've heard you need mine. I'm Rosalyn Drouet, call me Roz for short. I'm the biological specialist."
Alex smiled slightly. She hasn't changed at all. He stepped forward and put out his hand, which she took. "Hi Roz. It's been a while. How are things?" Alex pulled his now sore hand back. She had a strong grip.
"Not bad, Alex. How are you?" Alex could see her glance at his neck, and her eyes widened slightly in surprise. "You're a commander already? You were just a cadet not long ago!"
Alex shrugged. "Just lucky, I guess." Now that he was a closer, Alex could see that she had changed a little. Roz's eyes were tense and looked a little worried, and she was standing with a readiness that said she would be prepared if someone attacked her. He resolved to himself that he would not surprise her unnecessarily. He turned and said "Roz, this is the Raven's first officer, Commander Majeski and the Chief Medical Officer, Amhil Eddons." The Raven's officers stepped forward and shook Roz's hand as well.
There was another silence, that Alex decided to fill. "Sorry Roz, but I wasn't aware that you had been assigned to the Raven. What aspect of biological science will you be studying while you're here?"

Roz nodded to the CMO and to Majeski. She was still surprised that Alex was now a commander. Everyone she knew was changing while she herself didn't.
Roz: I'm not really specializing more in one area of biology than anything else. Pretty much you name it and I know something about it. Especially when it comes to human and xenobiology. On my way here, I read up on what has happened so far. Am I right in assuming that you still haven't caught whomever was hiding inside the probe?

Weill waked back into sickbay and found a few staff including Roz Drouet standing around a bio bed.
Weill: " Ah met everyone i see"
Drouet: " Yes thankyou"
Dixon: " Sir we are about to prepare the sirum"
Weill: " What sirum?"
Dixon: " The truth sirum for the Admiral"
Weill: " Who asked you to do that?"
Dixon: " Commander majeski sir, i wasnt sure but felt "
Weill: " Yes well dont do it, i can understand where is coming from but the man is still an Admiral and he deserves not to be manipulated in such a fashion, even to the fact that it is almost illegal"
Dixon: " So we cant officially dose him"
Weill: " No........howvere there is a problem with the replicator in the brig, it might produce such a substance if pushed, that would be an accident"
Dixon: " Yes sir, i will have the replicator attended to"
Weill: " By law they must be fed now, would you get the drinks for them Commander Dixon"
The Commander walked to get the food, Weill felt quite proud of his little part of accidental work

Now that the Admiral was detained and the likelyhood of the Raven being forced into doing something was small, Dan felt like it was a good idea to the Engines and Communications back up just in case. Since the Captain ordered the lock-downs, he would have to authorize their removal. So Dan headed to Sickbay.
Once inside, Dan saw that the Captain, Amhil and Alex were all there.
Dan: Captain, given that the Admiral is detained, I would like permission to bring the Engines and Communications back online.
Dan then noticed a civilian standing there that he didnt recognize. This must be the Biological Specialist the Captain mentioned, Dan thought.
Dan: Greetings. I am Commander Dan Trek, Chief Engineer.
He extended his hand.
