Sarlina, following what her instructor did, took out a PADD. Surveying her surroundings, she noticed that the only person she recognized was Commander Hope. She wondered yet again why her transport ship had to be late. .Sarlina realized that most of the Cadets were standing at the back of the room. They were probably standing there because of the lack of chairs. There were a lot of people on the Hanson that needed to be briefed.
Sarlina noticed that one cadet seemed particularly uneasy. She was Bajoran and didn’t appear to be wearing a uniform. As she was moved to stand behind Matthew Reynolds, Sarlina glanced at PADD to see that it had been updated. The Bajoran, Shikako Kedzie would be training in operations, and she was a civilian. Sarlina was glad that Kedzie wasn’t just a cadet who had forgotten to change into her uniform

Fenel watched fasinated as S'reena placed the strange cusion on the CNO's seat, most of the cadets around her seemed to know what was going on, but Fenel was afraid asking would make her look like a fool. When the Bajoran Pilot sat down the chair gave the entire room errupted in failed attempts at stiffling giggles. She would have to ask Joan about this later.
The room became even more crowded as Kedzie, the counsellors and Seth enterd. Fenel began to feel a build up of nervousess tension, and needed an outlit. Turning to Damion she decided to start a conversation. "It's nice to see that StarFleet recruitment is going while, I'm surprised there are enough quarters aboard, I heard that a couple months ago two cadet's had to share. Apparently the computer messed up and stuck a Cardassian and a Bajoran in the same room. if it hadn't been for a lengthy away mission they might have torn each other to pieces." Fenel laughed. Her laughter died as she noticed Kedzie and Seth looking her direction. "Or maybe not." she added quickly.

Before Joan entered the room for the briefing, she noticed that S'reena had placed a whoopie cushion on the piolet's chair. Bern sat down and then darted back up when the cushion made noise. Joan just barely managed to stiffle her laughter. She could see that Fenel didn't understand what was going on exactly.
"The navigation cadet from last mission used that on the commander. Commander Hope got her by placing it back on the cadet's chair. It was a very amusing way to start a mission, and it still is. Those two have to be watched now, as they have proven they are a duo full of mischief. I wonder if that is the same cushion from that cadet." Joan says only loud enough for Fenel to hear. She walks into the meeting and sits down with her cadets standing behind her.
"Commander Hope, was that the same cushion from last mission?" Joan says hoping no one will become to suspicious to who put it on the seat this time. "I thought she took it with her?"

Jason nodded, and headed out the door, with E'Liana in tow. He headed down the corridor to the turbolift. After she had stepped in, he called "Deck 1."
He turned to E'Liana. "Now, about your performance. You did quite well with choosing to treat the Technician first. I purposely had it be the Captain so that you would have a dilemma between importance of injury and the importance of the person. You did quite good on that."
He paused, then continued. "However, your choice of order after that was incorrect. Yes, the Captain was having trouble concentrating due to his headache, but did you notice he never mentioned actually being injured? The headache could have been caused by anything, and possibility might have gone away eventually. The Helmsman, on the other hand, was actually injured. He had a concussion, and was bruised. Due to that, you should have treated the Captain last, no matter how much he complained. A concussion, depending on severity, can result in unconsciousness, memory loss, and in the most severe cases, possibly even a coma. However, because the Helmsman was walking, it wasn't very severe a concussion."
The turbolift opened, and they entered the Bridge. They continued through to the Conference room. "But don't worry, the Captain isn't anything like the simulation of him was," Jason explained as they got to the door.
Captain Marcell looked up at the mention of him. Jason noticed, and explained. "Don't worry, sir. I was just using a hologram of you in a training exercise for Cadet BeTor."
Jason took the empty seat there for him at the Conference table.

Tony leaned against his chair as the cadets and instructor filed in slowly. The cadets, showing respect, stood at the back allowing the instructors the seats at the table. It was only now that Tony could see just how many people he had on board this mission. The more the merrier! he thought to himself.
The last pair, Black and BeTor walked in, mid-sentence. Tony heard his name and turned to look questioningly at them. He couldn't help looking at the part Klingon cadet. He tried to hide his curiosity about her as Black said, "Don't worry, sir. I was just using a hologram of you in a training exercise for Cadet BeTor." Tony nodded briskly.
"I believe theirs been a seat saved for you over there Doctor, but I'm afraid cadet you'll be stuck with second class there at the back." He winked nodding at the wall the cadets (and Civilian) had congregated at.
"Alright, lades and gentlemen, looks like we're all here, how about we start, then." Tony stood up and walked toward the display screen and activated it.
"This, my friends, is the Ink Patch." A few cadets remarked quietly to their neighbors while the rest stared in awe at the beautiful mass of color on the screen. "It's a nebula in a fairly unremarkable sector. We've been asked to give it a detailed examination. The last mission to it was not thorough enough to be helpful to starfleet. Hopefully our results will be more conclusive."
"Security and Tactical," He said pulling out a PADD, "You will be making a tour of the Hanson and it's shuttles to get a better idea of the ship specifications. Your job is to figure out how to increase the efficiency of response to an intruder. Your results, if they are well done, will be forwarded to starfleet to help in ship protocol."
"Medical and Counseling teams, you have already started but you will be doing a examination of the senior staff and some of the senior cadets."
"The task of the operations people are to examine all shuttles on the Hanson especially the Aerowing, as it was subjected to some trauma last mission, with the Maquis." A few of the cadets looked startled at the mention of the Maquis but didn't say anything.
"Engineering, is to assist the operations people and repair any damage. Navigation, take turns at the helm and if needed do simulations on the holodeck. Science!" Some people jumped at his loud voice and he inwardly grinned, he had done it just to keep them alert. They were starting to look less attentive. One of the veteran instructors had developed a glazed look that Tony had got rid of.
"Science, your instructors have already prepared work for you to do. Please follow their instructions. If any cadet is asked to help with a different department please do so. Ms. Kedzie, please join the operations team. If anyone has any complaints please see me or your instructor. When we reach the Ink Patch you will receive new instructions. Dismissed!"

The crew slowly filed out of the briefing room. James was one of the first to leave, being closest to the door of all Instructors. It would be a busy few days checking out all the shuttles. He started looking around for his Cadets. There was a lot of work to be done and he would get on it right away.
He saw a young girl in a civilian's uniform coming out of the briefing room into the hallway. "Ms Kedzie I presume?" The girl stared at him. "Yes sir." "I'm James O'Connor, your Instructor. We haven't had a chance to meet yet, I was.............delayed on my way in."
<TAG: Kedzie>
James looked around for another few minutes but since he hadn't met his new Cadet yet, it was quite useless to be standing around like this. It could be solved more easily. He looked at Kedzie. "Well, let's take a look at the Aerowing. It is said to have suffered most so we'll check that out first.
=^=All Operations Cadets, this is Commander O'Connor. Please report to the Aerowing on Deck 9 immediately.=^=
A few minutes later, James and Cadet Kedzie arrived at the Aerowing. The large shuttle was in the centre and filled nearly the entire dock. "This ought to be good," James murmered under his breath.

"However," S'reena added, glancing at Marcell to verify that he was done speaking, "the last time we were at Ink Patch it had a rather unusual and unpleasant effect on crewmembers who had been in space for a long time. Cadets were not plagued by this phenomenon as at the time none had been in space long enough. The effect of the nebula on the crew was that it made them invisible to those new to space."
She paused, letting the information sink in for a moment. "Those invisible could see one another, and as it appeared they were just out of phase with the rest of the ship and crew. This however had some unpleasant results, causing them to fall through bulkheads, and even decks. And when they did phase back for a moment, this resulted in severe injuries."
She gazed around the senior staff and cadets. "We cannot say for certain that this won't happen again, so I urge you all to be extremely careful once we near Ink Patch. It would be advisable to work on something that could possibly shield us from this effect."
S'reena sat back down, watching everyone file out of the briefing room. Absentmindedly, she rubbed her wrist which had been broken during that mission. She shuddered at the thought of again dropping down endlessly through the Hanson's decks.
As Yrdis and his cadet walked past, she tapped his shoulder. "Are you all right counselor?" she asked quietly, "you have this look on your face as if something is greatly troubling you."

Fenel was about to leave with her Instructer when she heard S'reena's comment to the Captain. She had been excited about the prospect of investigating a nebula, but know was not to sure she wanted to go any where near it.
"Out of Phase?" she commented to Joan. "Have they ran any tests to find out how this happend last time they where at the nebula, it could be a ripple in space, or some other anomaly that could be avoided?"
"Not that I'm aware of, but I haven't been on the Hanson very long, this is actually my first mission as an instructer." Joan replied. This explained why the instructer seemed so young. She was intelligent and mature, but something about her showed her age. It was probably her sense of fun, a good trait for an academy instructer dealing with nervouse cadets
"Should we check out the previose scans of the nebula to see if we can turn anything up?" Fenel asked, she wanted to know exactly what they where getting into. "Or did you have something else in mind?"

OFF: Sorry, sorry, sorry. *winces* I'm coming! Jordan swore loudly as she realized that she had fallen asleep, AGAIN. She bolted out of her temporary quarters on the Hanson and raced towards the nearest turbolift. She had gotten on the Hanson when she had been invited to come along on their mission and had found her quarters easily. She had dropped off her things in her room and fell asleep on the bed. She had been fighting with a few snotty cadets who had thought that because they found out they were older than her, that they should be able to push her around. Wrong answer. She promptly told them off for it, with a little help from a Klingon commander named Akleth (right Tony?). She reached the turbolift and tapped her foot impatiently.
Jordan: Computer locate Jason Black.
Computer: Commander Black is in Conference room 3.
Jordan started laughing and hoped greatly that she wouldn't be TOO late to the meeting. Once she arrived on the correct deck, she ran to the door and slipped in silently. The first person to make eye contact with her was S'reena. She mouthed, Sorry. Fell asleep. . S'reena smiled and nodded once. Jordan listened to what the captain was saying and paused a moment when she heard S'reena speak. Out of phase? she thought. How? She then thought that this was most likely going to turn out to be a VERY interesting mission. She was brought back to her surroundings when someone tapped her on her shoulder and she looked into the face of her former cadet, Jason Black. She smiled.
Jason: So what do you think of the mission?
Jordan: Sounds fun. And considerin' the amount of trouble our ships seem to get into on these sorts of missions, it certainly won't be dull.
Suddenly there was a pop! and Draco appeared in front of Jordan. She heard people around her gasp or in one case a small scream that was quickly stifled. Jordan sighed and shook her head. Everytime Draco appeared in front of people that didn't know about him, they jumped. But she could understand why as he looked like a dragon only smaller, and cuter. Draco complained to her about how he was hungry. No. she told him for the umpteenth time. Until ya digest the rest of the haggis ya gorged on in the base, ya will not eat. That's final. Draco "pouted" and Jordan rolled her eyes.

A few minutes later, James and Cadet Kedzie arrived at the Aerowing. The large shuttle was in the centre and filled nearly the entire dock. "This ought to be good," James murmered under his breath.
Matt was already there waiting for his instructor, since he didn't want to be in the briefing room any longer than necessary he felt that he could have a head start and check on the Aerowing.
When Matt heard the shuttle bays doors open he looked at who had come in.
"Hello sir, I'm Cadet Matthew Reynolds," Matt said to the Commander.
"Good to meet you cadet, I'm Commander James O'Connor and this is Shikako Kedzie," James told Matt in a response. Matt gave Kedize a nod and a smile and then turned to the Aerowing and said,
"Sir she took a real beating in the last mission."
"Well thats why were here," James said.

Matt turned to Aerowing. "Sir she took a real beating in the last mission," he commented.
"Well that's why were here," Commander O'Connor replied. Kedzie turned to look at the ship, and was a little surprised at seeing just how damaged the ship was. It obviously did need some repair. The only question she had was how they should start. Probably with assessing the damage, but she wasn't quite sure how to do that. Would a tricorder work? she wondered. She guessed that never having learned about this in a classroom would have its disadvantages.
"How do we begin Sir?" she asked, deciding that it would be better to ask what should be done rather than to just hope she had guessed correctly.

the three officers stood before the airlock. Through the windows they could see the shuttle had been beaten up pretty badly. James couldn't wait to get to work. He punched in the lock combination and wanted to step into the airlock, only to discover the doors hadn't opened. James saw the Cadets looking amazed. "What the hell," he muttered and punched in the lock code again. Nothing happened.
"Computer, why won't the airlock doors open?" After a few seconds the computer's metallic voice rang through the small corridor. #the airlock doors are open# "Computer, open arilock doors" #The airlock doors are.............# A hiss of static interrupted the computer, but a few seconds later it resumed #unable to comply# "Computer explain" #Please restate request# "Computer, explain why the airlock doors will not open" #Unable to comply# "Oh for heaven's sake, it's like talking to a brick wall," James exclaimed angrily, slamming a fist against the wall. The computer calmly resumed. #Please rephrase request# James sighed. "I'll take that back. You get a more intelligent response from a brick wall."
James began to get very irritated. He had a dislike for malfunctioning computers and an especial dislike for talking malfunctioning computers. Kedzie and Reynolds watched the proceedings. Reynolds tried to override the computer's inability to open the doors but all he got was a few measly sparks out of the wall panel.
"Computer, open the airlock doors, authorization O'Connor 1919Black" #Unable to comply#
=^=O'Connor to Engineering, could you please send someone down here? I'm gonna smash this computer if I don't get someone to reason with it soon.=^=

After the meeting everyone went to do their seperate things and Jared was somewhat forgotten about. He went and found Sprite folded up in a corner of the bridge and tapped on his shell. The head popped out.
'Sprite, is there anything in your files about falling out of phase?'
Insofar as Sprite's head could look quizzically disdainful, he managed it.
'Not in my experience' replied the tiny voice.
Jared considered this. Maybe remodulating the shields to provide screening from whatever had caused this could work. Alternatively, structural enhancers of some sort attached to armbands to be worn by the crew to maintain their shape. As a backup, they could be fitted with tracking ships so if they drop below a certain level per deckspace then the computer would beam the person wearing it into the transporter buffer to avoid them falling out of the ship entirely. The trouble would be making sure that some poor sod who's just fallen over or bent down to fix something wouldn't be whisked away into semi-existence. The other downside would be that Jared would have to disable his tracker since he never had been and intended never to be in a transporter beam. This was more a problem because he had been born in space so would be one of the most susceptible to it. Oh well, better go and see what Commander Ford thought of it and if he had any ideas.

(OOC: Since our CEO is on LOA, and we don't have an Engineering Cadets, I'll step in just this once to help with Engineering)
=^=O'Connor to Engineering, could you please send someone down here? I'm gonna smash this computer if I don't get someone to reason with it soon.=^=
James Rio asked the Computer, "Computer, where is Commander O'Connor?"
"Commander O'Connor is at the Aerowing Shuttle Dock"
"Bates, go down there and figure out what's wrong before O'Connor really does smash something," Rio ordered his Asst CEO
"Aye, sir," Bates responded. He grabbed a tool kit and left Engineering.
Lieutenant Michael Bates was tall but wiry fellow, known for his agility rather than strength. His pale face provided a stark contrast for his black hair, the two accentuating the other. His almost black eyes provided the same contrast.
He went over to a turbolift. "Aerowing Shuttle Dock," he ordered the Computer. He could have just ordered it to Deck 9, but Main Engineering and the Aerowing were on opposite ends of the ship, and Michael didnt want to work his way through a couple hundred meters worth of corridors. After a few minutes, he arrived nearby, and headed to it. He found O'Connor and a few Cadets gathered outside the Dock. "What's the probelm, Commander?"
O'Connor turned. "The Computer refused to open the airlock to the Aerowing. It keeps insisting it's already open."
Bates touched the panel next to the Airlock. "Computer, open the Aerowing airlock. Engineering override, Bates Phi Tau One."
"Unable to comply. Airlock door is already open."
Bates went around the side of the Aerowing to a maintenance panel. He pressed the key, but it didnt open. He attempted it again, but still got no response. "It would appear the airlock is the only thing that won't open." He pulled out a small hand-held device, pressed it to the panel, then force the panel open. He then went over, and pulled a panel off the diagnostic console in the Dock. He then connected a data cable between the two panels.
He stepped around the console. He ran a diagnostic. "The command is getting to the Aerowing, but the command pathways are frozen. In essence the command is stopping dead in its tracks."
He went to check it further, but couldn't get the console to work. "Now I'm getting no response from the console. It appears to have the same problem as the Aerowing." He pulled out the data cable, but the problem persisted.
"I'd say we've got ourselves a Computer virus."

At least we're going to stay busy thought Matt.
"A computer virus, a damn computer virus," Commander O'Connor said. Matt and Kedzie just stood there trying to figure out what to do. Matt realizing that the Commander was rather occupied, went to the contral panel next to the one Lt. Bates was working on. The Aerowing shuttle needed to be repaired so why not run a scans of the shuttle.
"What are you doing Cadet Reynolds?" Commander O'Connor asked Matt.
"I'm running a detailed scans on the Areowing to see how badly it is damage from the inside," Matt said.
"Good thinking, cadet," Commander O'Conner said," now we just have to get inside it."

As Dr Black stayed behind, chatting to various Senior members, E'Liana decided to take the long way back to Sickbay to become more aquianted with the ship.
Smiling at various crewmembers she passed on her way, she wandered back, thinking about what she had just listened to. ~ I wonder why it happens...Has anyone ever fallen through the ship? ~ she shuddered slightly.
After walking around for a few minutes, she decided to go back to her Quarters and tidy up - she had left it in a bit of a mess earlier, in her hurry to report for duty. Her image of Kahless has unpacked from her pair of socks - it needs padding you see - and onto pride of place in the main part of her room. She then proceeded to unpack her clothes and look at the PADD she found in her bag from her half-sister:
Hey Ellie, I hope you find this, and don't throw it away in your mad rush to 'organise'. I wish I was with you, but I'm glad I went with mum to the Confrence...I won't be able to talk to you for a while, but I wish you all the luck possible...that brother of ours is saying something in Klingon to me, God knows what though. My Klingon lessons aren't going too well, but he hasn't got cross - yet!
I'd better go, before he asks me the way to the bank again! ;-)
Mary x
E'Liana smiled at that, and looked at the picutre Mary had attached of the entire family. ~ How did she know I would forget a picture? ~ She mused a little while longer, before realising the time and hurrying to Sickbay....

YrDis jumped slightly as S'Reena touched his arm. "Are you all right counselor?" she asked quietly, "you have this look on your face as if something is greatly troubling you."
YrDis looked back at S'Reena. "I'm fine commander. Thanks for your concern, but my cadet and I have a lot of work to do." YrDis took Sarlina's arm and ushered her away from the First officer.
"Now Ms. Vise, although we will be reviewing the senior officers, our primary job is to evaluate the cadets. Our recommendations will become part of their review and will help decide where they are assigned. I would like you to go to the shuttle bay and observe the cadets under stress. We are going to shorten the time they have available to repair the Aerowing and see how they handle it. Any questions?"
<Sarlina Vise>
The two of them chatted while on their way down to the shuttle bay. Once there, YrDis turned to Sarlina. "I'm sorry cadet, but my head is feeling a little strange right now. Talk to Commander O'Connor and tell him that the captain wants the Aerowing repaired in three hours. Please keep an eye on the cadets in the shuttle bay and report to me when you have accumulated some observations."
YrDis watched as the young counselling cadet walked into the shuttle bay, then he turned and started walking to his quarters.

Jason watched as Draco appeared on Jordan's shoulder. He had obviously asked for something, and been turned down, as he pouted and Jordan rolled her eyes. After a moment, Draco looked over at Jason, realized who it was, and then disappeared, reappearing on Jason's shoulder.
"Hello there, Draco. Good to see you again." He looked over at Jordan. "You might have to be careful, lest he become bonded to me....And before you say anything, I know its not likely."
Jason watched as E'Liana left the Conference room. He didn't mind. She had a few minutes anyway. He had kept her busy since she got here anyway. He turned back to Jordan. "So, shall we go to Sickbay?"
Jordan nodded, and they left and headed to Sickbay. "Deck 5," he called, as they stepped into the turbolift. "It's good to have you aboard. I'm looking forward to working with you again."
"As am I. Now, what is this going-out-of-phase I keep hearing about?" she asked, curiously.
"Ah yes. That was a particularly interesting mission. We went to investigate a nebula on the Federation border. But as we neared it, we got pulled into it somehow. Then problems started happening. Those that had been exposed to artificial gravity fields and warp fields for long periods of time, due to serving on a starship, due to radiation from the Nebula, went out-of-phase. As it was my first mission, I wasnt affected by it. However, most others were, and it was me and Cadets left to rescue everyone."
"Interesting," she said, as the door opened and they exited the turbolift. They went down the hall, and into Sickbay.
When they walked in, he looked around. "Well, its not the size you're used to on the Hepta, but we do alright. Suits our needs perfectly."
A few minutes later, E'Liana came in. "Sorry I'm late, Doctor," she said, and then noticed Jordan.
Jason then realized they hadn't met. "Oh, E'Liana this is Doctor Jordan Mackler, Chief Medical Officer of the Hepta, and my Instructor back when I was a Cadet. Jordan, this is E'Liana BeTor, my current Trainee."
"Pleased to meet you," Jordan said, smiling.
E'Liana smiled back. "Likewise. So, Doctor Black, what do you want me to do now?"
"Well, as you recall, the Captain asked us to examine the Senior Staff, so we'll start with that. One of the things you must learn as a Chief Medical Officer is that members of the Crew will be particularly resistant to coming for physicals. So your first challenge in that respect is to go to the Captain himself, and request him to come down to Sickbay for a physical. The Captain is often the most resistant person on the entire ship to coming to Sickbay. So, I'm sorry that you just came from his presence, but I need you to go back to him and request that he report here."

"I'm not sure what kind of information they have on this thing. I want you to gather what information there is, and then if there isn't much or none at all I want you to start scanning it. We need all the information we can get. Truthfully this is my first mission as an instructor, so I am not sure about that." Joan says to Fenel, and then notices damion is talking to a friend.
"Cadet damion, I need to see you." She says turning to face him, and he comes over quickly not sure what is going on. Joan smiles, "Cadet, this is not a time to socialize. You need to return to your station on the bridge and scan for threats. We need to be prepared for any kind of threat on a mission, and continue to memorize the ship." Joan says dismissing both cadets.

Fenel stared blankly at the counsel in front of her before taking a deep breath and getting to work. Joan had not given her an easy task, but it was not impossible. Simply a matter of pulling up the old mission logs and scans, then doing some research on her own.
She began by looking for the logs. She could find logs from the mission before, and the mission after, but there was a noticable gap in the archive. Either the captain and crew got lazy and didn't make logs, or something's wrong with the archives. She decided to put away the logs and check the scans. Same situation, there where scans from the prevoise mission, and scans of the one after, but the Nebula scans where absent. Concerned Fenel ran a broad search on the Ink Nebula, the results came up negative. It was as if the Hanson has never been there.
=A=Cadet Yevar to Captain Marcel=A= Fenel decided to try and verfiy she was searching correctly.
=A= Marcel here, what's the problem cadet?=A=
=A=I'm running a search on the nebula so we can try and fill in some of the blanks, but nothing is showing up on the records, was there a computer problem on that mission? =A=
=A= Not that I'm aware of, you may want to speak with opps and have them investigate this. Problems with the records is not something to be ingnored. =A=
=A= should I continue the investigation?=A= Fenel asked.
=A= I see no reason why not, but you'll have to do it the old fasioned way cadet and speak to the crew about what they remember. =A=
=A= understood Captain=A= ask the crew, I'm a scientist not a detective Fenel sighed and pulled up a list of the crew on the prevouse mission. Not counting cadet's she hoped that this would be the same list of instructers who visited the Nebula. Top on the list was Dr. Black, she'd have to pay a visit to sickbay.
armed with a PADD and a list of questions she headed for the turbolift. A few minutes later she was walking down the corridor towards Sickbay. The doors slid open and the smell of cleansers and dual scent of medicines hit her. She had never been very comfortable in hospitals or any other medical facility, but as long as they didn't poke and prod her she'd be fine.
There where two Doctors on board at the moment, and one cadet, who would probably end up with more attention then she would like. Fenel approched Doctor Black. "Doctor, I'm running an investigation on the Ink Nebula and the computers have lost all records. do you mind if I ask a few questions?"

(O.O.C the mission on the last trip to the Nebula was not archived, so I'm having to do this the hard way)

“A computer virus,” Commander O'Connor said. Kedzie stood around, trying to figure out what she could do. She was briefly aware that Matt went to work on a control panel, and she followed him to see if she could help with anything.
It appeared that she could not; he seemed to know his way around the systems just fine. As she watched his work, she noticed Damion nearing them. He received a summary of the problem before offering an idea. “Site to site Transport?” he suggested, “Maybe the problem can be repaired from the inside?”
Kedzie considered the idea, then decided to comment on it, hoping that her comments weren’t out of line. “I don’t want to enter the ship if there is a possibility that the virus might spread to the main computer systems, so we can’t teleport out. The atmospheric controls may still work, but I’m not sure how much I would like to be isolated from the rest of the crew. I’m willing to transport in, as long as there is some sort of guarantee that I will be able to transport back out again.” Kedzie thought over what she had just said. Although she may be being a little unreasonable, putting her own discomfort over her...duty, she didn’t really think that the repair of the Aerowing was that important, especially since having the ship wouldn’t do that much good if they couldn’t get it out of the airlock. Or if it was taken over by a virus.
“Do we know if the virus has spread to any other parts of the computer?” she asked. “And would it be possible for it to infect the main computer from the maintenance panel, or the airlock door?”

After Bumping into the others on Deck 9 Damion had returned to the bridge to use the internal sensors , and got caught talking to another cadet on the way by Lieutenant McCormick. After being instructed in his errors Damion nodded and resumed a post at the science station.
After pressing a few commands the computer started reading out information on all decks. Damion had asked specifically if there were any weapons where there shouldn't be like hand phasers and then decided to check the shield grid and transporter logs too so if asked he would know exactly who came aboard and when.
For a few minutes while the scans came back he studied the ships lower decks , deciding that they were the most vulnerable part of the ship as fewer crew use Decks 14 and 15 than the others , and wondered if his plan would work there.
When the scans showed nothing ad normal he decided to scan all shuttles.Something was out of line....
=A= Security to Commander O'Connor =A= O'Connor here? came the reply =A= Just thought you would like to know , sir , that there is a weapon out of place on the aerowing, seems to just be sitting on a console by pilots seat . There was a pause =A= Thank you cadet , O'Connor out.
Damion wondered if this would make any difference , but after double checking scans showed no-one had been on the shuttle since leaving the station ... he hoped he was right.

OOC: I don't know any names of evasuve maneuvers/i couldn't find any, could anyone help me out? Also sorry about my tardiness in posting, my internet is kaput, i have to borrow someone else's for the time being.
IC: After the briefing, Travor, Seth, and DJ walked onto the bride and took there places around the helm.
DJ told Travor to practice some evasive maneuvers while they were enroute to the nebula. Travor started pushing the various buttons, on his console, that would put the ship through the varrious maneuvers.
While Travor was doing the maneuvers, DJ was quizing him on the reasons for the varrious evasive manuvers. Travor was doing his best to answer correctly, but for the current maneuver he was stumped, "Sir, I am totally blank here. Can you tell me why we use the <maneuver A>?"
