Kedzie stared at Joan. No wonder Kedzie hadn’t joined Starfleet! With instructors making you think everyone is randomly going to die...And it all depends on you. It didn’t really seem like the most effective way to train people, by scaring them half to death. Kedzie sighed, knowing that blaming Joan and the whole system wouldn’t really get her anyway.
“Cadet would you please put this back for me when you put yours back?” Joan asked.
Kedzie smiled slightly back, briefly contemplating throwing the biosuit back at Joan, but only briefly. After all, Joan had been trying to teach the two Cadets how to deal with situations such as all the air support failing. “I have a question, though,” Kedzie said to Joan. “If the air support really had failed, wouldn’t we have had more time than the five minutes. While it may get to be harder to breathe later on, wouldn’t it still be possible for quite a while?” Kedzie asked, hoping that she wasn't completely wrong.

"Cadet would you please put this back for me when you put yours back." She asks as sweetly as she can. Matt was glad that he was able to identify the problem before the air ran out. As Matt and Skikako took off there helmets, they both gave a sigh of relief.
This was a hard simulation and Matt hoped that they never had to do it again. Matt and Skikako walked out of the bridge and went to leave their bio suits where they found them. Skikako did not speak much and that's the way Matt liked it right now, he was stressed out and tired, but this is what everyone must go through. It is his dream to become a StarFleet officer like the rest of his family.
Once they reached the storage locker, Skikako finally spoke.
"What did you think about the simulation?"
"I thought it was hard, I'm glad that we found the solution before the air ran out," Matt said with a smile.
"Yeah, I was having trouble at first, but I glad that I got over it," Skikako said. After they had both finished putting up there suits, and walked out and headed once again towards the bridge.

"Relax Commander Ford. They are just having a little fun, and right now Jordan isn't herself. She needs to be there to regain her natural self again. They are running a simulation on some sort of planet I have never seen. I am still there via the computer. If something were going to go wrong it would let me know, wouldn't it?" Joan says trying to calm the commander. Something seems wrong with him, and she is a little worried although she doesn't know exactly what is wrong.
"Well, Kedzie, we actually had fifteen minutes. That is pretty good since it could have been two for all we know. It depends on how many are in a certain area. If sickbay had lost life support a little bit ago, then with that big crowd it could have meant real trouble. There aren't a lot of us on the bridge, so we had more time." She says hoping that helps. She realizes they still need to get to the root of their problems.
"Okay you two, welcome back, but now we need to get a full understanding of what this virus has done. Scan the whole ship, and leave no nook or cranny unscanned. We need to find out how it works, and then find out how to stop it. This won't be easy, but we need to get it done." Joan says, and then heads back over to her station to wait for Reman to return.
"Okay, cadet, we need to help ops find out exactly what this virus has done to our ship, and find a way to stop it. Start scanning." She says getting up, so he can be on the inside.

right this post does the following: - make the life support thing a holodeck item - short out the holodecks - place all cadets where they ought to be...no excuses!
S'reena was startled when she suddenly heard Joan's voice ordering Reman to scan the ship. She hadn't been aware that Joan had come back. "That would be a good idea," she cut in, giving a glare at Joan.
As the cadet started to scan for the virus, together with his fellow cadet Yevar on the auxiliary science console, S'reena pulled Joan aside, out of hearing range from the cadets. "Just what were you thinking, creating a holo situation of a life support malfunction!" she exploded, "do you want to give this virus new ideas?"
She had wanted to shake the younger woman, but she couldn't find the strength to even lift her arms. She was also beginning to experience trouble breathing, and her legs were beginning to feel as if she were carrying lead in her boots. Yet she didn't want to acknowledge that something might be wrong with her.
She left Joan standing on her own and found her way over to the tactical station, where Damion and Ghost were engaged in a heated debate. Just as she approached them, the lights on the bridge dimmed briefly, then lit back up. "What was that!" she yelled.
At OPS, Kedzie looked puzzled. "It seems that the holodecks have shorted out," she reported.
"Were there people on the holodeck?" S'reena asked.
<Kedzie>
"Hmm," S'reena mused, "have them beamed directly to sickbay." She turned back to Damion and Ghost. "Damion, I want you to work with Cadet Yevar on tracking down the virus aft to middle. Ghost, you work with Cadet Jared on tracking the virus bow to middle. Report any oddity you find, however trivial you think it may be."
She sat down in her chair and sighed, wiping a hand across her brow. She was feeling increasingly hot and weak, but with Tony off duty, she couldn't just leave. She tapped her combadge. "Bridge to sickbay. Cadet BeTor, what is the status of the patients that have been infected with this virus, and what is the progress on finding a cure?" She felt her breath constrict in her lungs as she anxiously awaited the answer.
<BeTor>
"Thank you cadet," S'reena replied as tears streamed down her face. ~my poor children~ she thought, as she angrily wiped the tears from her face. It wouldn't do for the instructors and cadets on the bridge to see her crying.
"Mr Reynolds," she finally called, after tapping her combadge, "what is the status of the Aerowing?"
<Reynolds>
"Thank you Mr Reynolds. Engineering, ETA on getting our impulse and/or warp back online?"
<Rio>
S'reena nodded to herself, though she found it hard to do so. The image of the bridge seemed to be turning around on its own axis and she had to grip the armrests to keep her balance. "Mr Gonto, since we apparently don't seem to be going anywhere, I want you to join Mr Reynolds in the Aerowing bay. See if you can assist him. Mr Seth, Mr Gordon, please assist anywhere you can."
<Gonto/Seth/Gordon>
Finally, she tapped her combadge again. "Doctor Black, how is Ms Jordan doing?"
<Black>
S'reena sighed audibly as she listened to the answer. "Very well. Please involve Ms Vise and Counselor Blayne - if he is well enough - on the quest for an antidote to this virus. They may be able to get answers on health problems more quickly than any doctor might. Please put Mr Blayne on." S'reena waited a minute for Blayne and Vise to acknowledge their presence."
"Ms Vise, Commander Blayne, please screen every crewmember on health complaints, and see who of the patients in sickbay are infected with this virus. List any possible cause of infection. Work with medical and science and correlate your findings."
<Vise/Blayne>

E'Liana was still somewhat annoyed that her supposed CMO and instructor had not yet contacted her or indeed helped her in any foreseeable way. She carried on regardless, although she was feeling more and more fatigued with the situation, due to her lack of sleep or indeed rest of any sort for the past several hours. She was, however, very grateful for the assistance the two Counselors had given her with the less serious patients, and now all of them were attempting to find the reason behind various crew members illnesses.
She looked at the two Half-Romulan children sadly, wishing she knew more about the situation. She had managed to stabalise them, but apart from that, there was no noticeable response from either child.
"Bridge to sickbay. Cadet BeTor, what is the status of the patients that have been infected with this virus, and what is the progress on finding a cure?"
Although her Commander's request had been general, she knew the real meaning of her question was "how are my children??", so she decided to try and be sympathetic.
"Commander, we have managed to stabalise the majority of the patients. I tried to use use Cordaline, but it had no effect. What seems to have worked so far is delactovine, but I have yet to find a plausible reason why. Yarna seems to be particularly ill, and although I HAVE stabalised her, I don't know how long it'll last...she seems particularly vulnerable. I'm sorry Commander."
She was silent for a moment, allowing S'Reena to compose herself. "If you don't mind me saying, Commander, it may be helpful if you could come to sickbay for a full medical. I need to see if you and your husband are exhibiting any similar symptoms as your daughters. Are you feeling ill? Please let me know if you would be able to come to sickbay"
<Tag S'Reena>
"However, I still need to discuss my limited findings with Dr Black before I go any further. BeTor out."
<Tag Black>
E'Liana watched the children lying there quietly, they were so small they were able to share a biobed. ~I hope they pull through...~ Once again, she scanned them, knowing full well that her results would be the same as before, and silently wiped away a tear...

“Were there people on the holodeck?” S'reena asked.
“Yes, the two medical instructors, Commander Black and Commander Mackler were in holodeck two,” Kedzie responded, hoping that neither of them was seriously injured. She scanned their life support. “Commander Black seems to be all right, but Commander Jordan seems to have been injured.”
“Have them beamed directly to sickbay,” S’reena decided.
“Yes ma’am,” Kedzie tapped a few commands, her fingers doing what they had to before she had fully thought them through. She had done this enough times before, be it practicing the correct positions, actually teleporting someone, or during a holodeck simulation, that she knew instinctively what buttons to press.

"Ma'am the Aerowing is virus free, Commander O'Connor and I purged the sensor array, which was were the virus was located. It seems that the virus was a recursive encryption algorithm, which is what the Maquis use," Matt said trying not to sound a bit flustered by the attitude of the Commander.

“Ms Vise, Commander Blayne, please screen every crewmember on health complaints, and see who of the patients in sickbay are infected with this virus. List any possible cause of infection. Work with medical and science and correlate your findings.”
Sarlina sighed, she could tell that this would take a while. She walked up to one of the people who had been waiting, quite impatiently, in sickbay. “I am sorry for the delay,” she tried to apologize, fairly unsuccessfully, “But as you can see, there are quite a lot of people here. What are your symptoms?” Sarlina asked.
“Well, aside from boredom and impatience, I have a headache, my ear keeps buzzing, and I don’t seem to be able to move my right arm,” Sarlina’s Betazoid patient complained.
“Does the buzzing in your ear block out other sounds?” Sarlina asked, a little louder than usual, just in case in did. “Can I see your left arm?” Sarlina asked, hoping that she could compare the scans of the two arms to find out what was wrong with the right one.
After looking at Sarlina strangely, the patient held up his arm. “I can hear just fine, as long as I focus on the sound I want to hear, rather than on the buzzing.”
Sarlina finished her scans of both arms. “I can’t do anything for your arm until I analyze the information from the scan, but I am going to give you something for the buzzing in your ears, tell me if it doesn’t work.” Sarlina decided not to bore her patient by telling him exactly what she was giving him, if she told him, he would probably just forget the information. Besides, he was Betazoid. If he really wanted to know, he could probably lift the information from her brain, or something like that. Or ask her.
“It isn’t working,” he grumbled.
“That’s because I didn’t inject it yet,” Sarlina explained. After injecting him with the hypospray, he told her it was working, and she looked at the information from him. She thought his arm was probably a symptom of the virus, and she couldn’t do anything about it until she had gathered more information from other patients. With a sigh, she went up to another patient to do exactly that.

William did a double-take. He hadn't noticed Joan there. "You tried to kill me... and you were in the holodeck." The science officer frowned. "How'd you get here?"
"Um... walked? And sorry about that," said Joan apologetically. William looked confused "Me attacking you," she tried to clarify for him."
"Do you need to go to Sickbay Commander?" asked Reman.
"You do look a bit unsteady," commented Yevar.
William started to nod 'yes,' but then shook his head violently from side to side. I must have really messed him up, thought Joan.
"Won't go back there," Ford mumbled. "Bright lights, bad little metal sticks..."
"Sticks?" asked Joan, confused.
"Maybe he means hyposprays," suggested Reman.
"I think he needs to go to Sickbay," said Yevar.
"Commander, report to Sickbay. That's an order," said the First Officer in an irritated voice. Ford hung his head and, muttering, walked back into the turbolift.

Jordan took both of her hands and rubbed Jason chest up and down. She looked up into his eyes, and leaned in. She was just about to kiss him, when things began changing.
They heard a noise almost like static. Jason looked up, and was surprised as the holodeck grid fluctuated. Both Jason and Jordan pulled back in surprise. Suddenly, it seemed the holodeck began fading because their original clothing was restored, and Jordan was in her uniform.
The holodeck grid blew out, raining sparks down upon them. Jason then discovered that they were near the hologrid wall, and Jordan was closer to the wall than he was. She was burned as the sparks flew.
To Jason's surprise, a moment later they were caught in a transporter beam. They re-materialized in Sickbay, which was fortunate. Jason led her over to a biobed, and treated her burns, which were few, due to how much of her skin a uniform covered.
After he healed her burns with a dermal regenerator, he turned to look at her. "Well, you've had quite the day, and it's getting late. I don't see anything wrong with you, so you're free to go back to your quarters."
She looked up at him, and touched his arm. "Would you mind escorting me?"
"Not at all." He turned to E'Liana. "I'll be back in a few minutes," he said, as guided Jordan out of Sickbay. As they walked down the hall, he remembered something. "Oh yeah," he said, tapping his comm-badge, "Black to Ops. I had trouble with getting the holodeck doors to open. I know it's getting late, so would you mind checking that out in the morning?"
<Ops cadets/Instructor>
They continued to her temporary quarters, and Jordan gripped his arms, leaning on him and smiling. When they reached her quarters and went in, he finally spoke.
"Well, here you are. Unless you need anything, I'll be heading back to Sickbay," he said.

Jordan yelped in pain as she got burned when the holodeck blew out. Jason healed her and she was almost her old self again until he was sending her off. She then turned the seduction back on a little and touched his arm. She asked him to escort her back to her room and he agreed. She then thought about how... interesting their bout on the holodeck had been and she looked at him out of the corner of her eye.
Jason: Well, here you are. Unless you need anything, I'll be heading back to Sickbay.
Jordan: Actually, I do have somethin' I'd like your help with though I probably should have brought this up when we were in sickbay instead of now but...
She shrugged and smiled at Jason. He nodded.
Jason: Ok.
Jordan walked and sat down on the couch in her quarters and rolled her sleeve up. There were white marks on her arm and Jason came over and sat down next to her. He looked at the marks, frowning.
Jordan: These appeared after I got bitten. I have no idea what they are.
Jason looked at them closer. Jordan then put her hand under his chin and raised his eyes to meet hers. He saw the look in her eyes and smiled gently. He leaned forward and they kissed. Jordan brought a hand around the back of his neck and held him close as she leaned back against the arm of the couch. Jason had to move so he wasn't squashing Jordan but was still under her spell. Jordan's fingers quickly and stealthily undid the jacket Jason had on. When he pulled back momentarily, he found the jacket undone. He laughed quietly and took it off, dropping on the floor off to the side. Jordan tried to look innocent without success and laughed. She then undid her jacket and dropped it off to the side as well. Jordan then sat up and kissed Jason. She ran her fingers under his shirt and slowly started lifting it up. Jason became slightly impatient and ripped it off over his head and tossed it off to the side.
Jordan:(laughing) Someone's impatient.
Jason leaned back down and went back to kissing Jordan. A few minutes later, Jordan felt something cool on her stomach and realized that it was Jason's hand. She opened her eyes and looked at him. He raised his eyebrows and she nodded once. She raised her arms above her head and he pulled it off of her. Jordan ran her hands over Jason's muscles again, amazed at them then saying.
Jordan: I'm impressed at how muscular ya are. I'm nothin' but skin and bones. ____________________________________________________________ Draco was sufficiently furious that he hadn't been able to warn Jason about Jordan's odd behavior and that he seemed to be enjoying the new Jordan greatly. He went off to find Jordan and found her in her quarters with Jason on the couch. He had never really understood why humans did things like this with each other though he thought he had an incling. He swooped down on Jason's head and clipped him with the tip of his wing. Jason scowled at Draco and looked at him. Jordan warned Draco to stay out of this but he knew he had to ignore her as this was not the Jordan he knew. He landed on a shelf and tried to think of something to do to pull Jason out of this spell that Jordan had put him under. He tried to concentrate on Jordan and got a flash of a woman trying to push her way out of an enclosed space. He concentrated on that flash as hard as he could and realized that it was the real Jordan trying to break out but the virus was holding her in. He dove again towards Jason but pulled up before hitting him and screeched in his ear. Jason winced hard and got up off the couch to chase Draco for a moment.
Jason: What is the problem?
Draco landed on Jason's shoulder and crooned worriedly, looking at Jordan. Jason looked at him and then at Jordan, who was lounging on the couch. He started to walk back towards her when Draco appeared in front of him, wings spread, his eyes swirling yellow and orange in warning. Draco hoped this would work otherwise he would need to find Joan.

Jason stopped with Draco blocking his way. Jason nodded, and looked at Draco, patting his shoulder. Draco took the hint, and landed on Jason's shoulder. Jason walked into the other room with him.
When they were alone, he turned to Draco, and whispered. "Yes, I know Jordan's acting strangely. Go get my med-kit from Sickbay and bring it back." Draco disappeared, and Jason grinned.
Jordan looked up at him puzzled. "Where's Draco?" she asked, still laying back.
Jason smiled mischievously "I got rid of him by telling him to retrieve my med-kit. He won't be able to, but we both know he won't give up." He went back over to her, and sat back down. He leaned forward again, looking into her eyes. He leaned in, and kissed her passionately.
After a few moments, Jason felt a hand touching the skin of his stomach. He pulled back, and saw Jordan had a hand partially under the tank-top he was wearing. He nodded, and lifted his arms and let her pull the shirt off him. She smiled wickedly and rubbed his bare chest, sighing at the sensation.

S'reena pulled Joan aside, out of hearing range from the cadets. "Just what were you thinking, creating a holo situation of a life support malfunction!" S'reena exploded, "do you want to give this virus new ideas?"
"I wouldn't dare do a thing like that. Besides who says it needs our help creating ideas on how to harm us?" Joan says feeling two inches tall.
After being left alone, Joan heads back to her seat. She hears her stomach, but ignores it right now. She goes to move her left arm, but nothing happens. She looks over at it, and frowns. She realizes something is wrong.
"Joan, Draco needs you in Dr. Mackler's quarters. Something is up down there, and you better hurry." Leena says, in her usual clicks and clacks, and Joan looks a little inconvienced. She then remembers something.
"Leena, you can speak many different languages. I need you to stay here and help me by translating my wishes for the cadets, and send me the latest updates they give. Will you do this for me?" Joan says and Leena nods smiling. Joan leaves hurrying for Dr. Mackler's quarters.
Once she is outside the quarters, she doesn't know if she should knock or burst in. She decides on the second one. She burst in to find them kissing, and she finds she is jealous.
"Hey you two!" She yells, and they come apart looking surprised. She walks over and sits in the middle of the happy two.

BeTor said "Things are not going well commander. The only thing that seems to be helping at all is delactovine, but it is merely helping with the symptoms, not a cure." Blayne nodded and turned to Sarlina.
"I have been taking information from patients as to their actions before they started feeling badly, but everything seems to be unrelated. It looks to me as if they are being infected almost randomly" the counselling cadet said.
YrDis shook his head. He wasn't sure that what he was about to suggest was the best thing to do, but he thought that he would run it by the medical cadet to see what she thought. "E'Liana, I was infected for a short while with the virus and was cured. What you probably don't know is that while I was on our last mission, I was infected with Borg nanoprobes. They were supporting my immune system and helped me resist the infection. Dr. Black ended up having to deactivate the nanoprobes and flush them from my system, but when he did so, it took the virus with it. I'm pretty sure that that the schematics for the nanoprobes I have are in the medical computer. Do you think that we could use this process to cure people who are already infected?"

After transporting the two CMOs to sickbay, Kedzie followed Joan’s orders to scan the ship. She soon found a problem, or, rather, two problems. Turbolift one and deck four, section 18, both seemed to have vanished. Kedzie decided to investigate the section first, since it was connected with the rest of the ship and she could see how it interacted with the other sections. Just to make sure that there was suppposed to be a section 18 on deck four, Kedzie called up the ship schematics, and saw that it was there.
After informing Joan of the missing section and turbolift, Kedzie tried to talk the computer into realizing that it was wrong, a portion of the ship hadn’t just disappeared. “Computer, who is on deck four, section eighteen?” Kedzie asked.
“There is no deck four, section eighteen,” the computer answered. Kedzie tracked the movement of a lieutenant that she saw was heading towards the section in question. When the lieutenant arrived at the section, the dot that had represented him disappeared.
“Computer, locate Lieutenant...J’Mir,” Kedzie ordered.
“Lieutenant J’Mir is not on board the ship,” replied the computer.
Kedzie frowned, then decided to contact the allegedly non-existent lieutenant. “This is operations Cadet Shikako Kedzie to Lieutenant J’Mir, where are you?”
There was a moments pause as J’Mir tried to figure out what Kedzie meant. “I’m on deck four, section eighteen,” he eventually responded.
“Thank you,” Kedzie replied, the situation no clearer than it had been before. A couple of minutes later, J’Mir evidently reached the end of section eighteen, as his dot appeared again. “Computer, locate Lieutenant J’Mir,” Kedzie requested again, trying to verify that J’Mir was once again on the ship, according to the computer.
“Lieutenant J’Mir is on deck four, section eighteen,” Kedzie sighed in frustration, she didn’t feel that she was getting anywhere with this. Kedzie turned to Matt and tapped her commbadge to talk to Joan, and told them about the situation as she saw it.

The two CMOs were beamed into Sickbay, and Jason immediately started treating Jordan for some minor burns. After a hurried conversation, Jason agreed to escort Jordan back to her quarters - a decision which irriated E'Liana no end. ~ There are countless patients in need of treatment! Jordan may be ill, but I have two comatose children here! What is wrong with him?! ~ Deciding to give Dr Black a few minutes to come back before she yelled at him, she got back to work. E'Liana looked around Sickbay once again in dismay. No matter how many people her makeshift medical team treated, more just kept turning up. This wasn't the only problem, however, as the symptoms proved incredibly various. The Half-Romulan children were comatose, whilst the two CMOs were all over eachother ~Can this possibly be the same thing?~ She wondered. Just as she was about to administer medication to suppress the symptoms of yet another patient, Mr Blayne walked up to her. Do you think that we could use this process to cure people who are already infected?" E'Liana mulled over this for a moment or two. "You may be onto something there. However, I'm reluctant to start injecting Borg Nanoprobes into people - especially to the children - without knowing what the consequences could be." She thought for a few moments more. "Actually, I have an idea. If you could, create a simulation and see how it runs with that procedure in mind. If you go to the holodeck, have the EMH with you. Ordinairily, I would go with you, but I'm reluctant to leave the patients, especially the two girls. But don't go just yet, I need to get Black and Mackler back here." <Tag Blayne> It was now that E'Liana realised that her supposed CMO had not yet returned from Jordan's quarters. "Computer, locate Black" "Dr Black is in Dr Mackler's quarters" ~The P'tagh! He calls himself a CMO...~ "BeTor to Black....BeTor to Black, please respond." E'Liana gave a decidely Klingon growl of annoyance. "BeTor to Mackler...respond NOW I am in need of assistance in Sickbay." Again, there was no response, E'Liana sighed. "Locate Black and Mackler." "The specified Crewmembers are not on board" For a moment she was puzzled, until she realised that they must've broken their commbadges. Sighing, she told Blayne that she needed to go and physically retrieve her CMO and that she would be back as soon as possible. "Page me if ANYTHING changes. I should be back very soon." On her way out the door, she picked up a tricorder and set off at a run to Dr Mackler's quarters. Once there she rang the 'bell'. No answer. "Dr Mackler, please let me in...Computer, Medical Override, BeTor Beta 6314" The doors hissed open slowly. E'Liana was...surpised, to say the least at what she saw. Trying to stop from grinning like a teenager, she walked over to the trio, all three of whom were shouting. Lt McCormick was about to slap dr Black when E'Liana interviened. "Not now, Lt, I have patients in need of help" The Lieutentant looked annoyed, but stepped back. "I haven't got time right now, BeTor" replied Black. Jordan is very ill, I need to keep an eye on her." E'Liana scanned all three of them whilst replying. "Dr, with all due respect, we have more important patients to worry about right now. If yo do indeed need to keep an eye on her, then the most effieicent idea would be to take her to Sickbay. I require your help, and Mr Blayne has an idea..." Dr Black totally ignored her, and was just staring at Jordan. ~Not him too~ E'Liana moned inwardly. She looked at her scan results. The two women were most definately infected. Jason on the other hand...it was harder to tell. ~Perhaps the earlier stages~ "Why didn't either of you reply to my hails?" E'Liana enquired. "We were 'busy'" Jason replied shortly. She sighed. "After much consideration, I believe it is in the best interests of this crew that I relieve you of the position of CMO and take over myself for the time being until Dr Hope is back in Sickbay and then I shall inform him, for reasons of being unfit for duty. I have found you acting irrisponsbily with a fellow CMO in a somewhat dire situation, and in a manner unbecoming a Starfleet officer. If you wish to appeal my decision, please speak with the Commander. I'm sorry." E'Liana turned on her heal to make her way to Sickbay to make a Log. <Tag Black/Mackler/McCormick> OOC: I hope I'm allowed to do what I just did! Also, Blayne - if I'm overstepping a mark, just let me know, I just thought that because it's your idea, you should be the 'discoverer' of a cure (if it is one..)

After Cadet BeTor leaves, Joan knows how to fix this, and slaps Jordan. Jordan blinks and then looks down and screams. She runs for cover and puts something on. With the spell broken Jason puts his clothes back on too, and Joan just smiles at him trying not to get mad.
"I'm going to leave now that things are alright again. After this mission is over, we need to talk. Right now though I have a job to do." Joan says and heads back to the bridge.
"Alright, Kedzie, I got your message. I find it very strange that section doesn't show up. It must be a sensors glitch. Matt, you said you had to clean up the Aerowing's sensor array, could that need to be done to the Hanson as well? Find out, Cadet Reynolds. Good work Kedzie, is there anything else wrong?" She says turning her attention to the cadet.
<Kedzie, Matt>
"Right, let's clean that up." She says and heads over to her own station.
"Fenel, what have you found from our scans?" Joan says looking for some new insight that might be found with the science station. She spies Jared over working with ghost.
<Fenel>
"I see. That can't be good. We need to find out why that happened." Joan says shaking her head, and finding she can't move her fingers on her right hand. She heads over to find out what Jared has found.
"Report cadet." She says and scares him as she says this. He jumps and she smiles.
<Jared>
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. That shouldn't be happening, we need to get with ops and fix that right away. Have, Kedzie help you right now." She says and head over to see what Leena has been doing.
"'Some group of cadets you have in your lap now. You really are gullible." Leena says in Routian.
"Well I had to do something, a few of our instructors have gone missing, and are probably in sickbay as we speak. They need an instructor, and two are mine already. I couldn't stand by and do nothing, besides I can keep up with them." Joan returns in the same language so no one can understand them. She notices a few looks her way, and just smiles.
"What is wrong, and don't tell me nothing. I know there is something wrong, and you can't fool me." Leena says, still talking in the dead language, and Joan sighs.
"I can't move my left arm at all, and now I'm losing the movement of my right hand. I don't know what is wrong, but I wish it would stop." Joan says, and looks over at Leena.
"You should have a doctor look at that." Leena counters, and is interrupted by all of the cadets at once. Leena just smiles at Joan, and shakes her head chuckling. She decides to bring them all in for a pow wow. They all come into form a circle around her.
"Report." She says looking at her cadets.

Jared was intently viewing the results on his screen when McCormick interrrupted. It was unexpected to say the least.
'Report cadet' she said
'The ship seems to be losing parts of itself. Either they are disappearing which is improbable at best or parts of the ship have been shutting down rendering sections of the systems useless.'
'Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. That shouldn't be happening, we need to get with ops and fix that right away. Have, Kedzie help you right now.'
Jared had a little time to complete his comparison before Joan called all the science team together. He wanted the whole science team to hear this.
'Report' she said
Jared looked directly at her with a grave expression. 'The virus in the ship is exhibiting similar symptoms as in the crew. Parts of the ship are shutting down, as parts of the brain are also shutting down in the infected crew. I accessed the sickbay's findings on the virus, BeTor did a good job of cataloguing the symptoms as she went. S'Reena's children have lost all of their higher functions and will soon lose their lower ones too and they will die. Drs Black and Jordan have lost some of their higher functions and may also go the same way as the children. Also, I have noticed that you are exhibiting similar signs of loss of these, Lieutenant, as well as the obvious lack of use of your left arm. You must report to sickbay before it's too late, otherwise you'll probably end up dead too.'
Jared had been blunt, he needed to be. It seemed unlikely to him that S'Reena has escaped infection and if McCormick went to sickbay then it was more likely that S'Reena would so she could find out if she was infected or not.
=/\=Jared to BeTor, Lieutenant McCormick is still infected with the virus, she needs treatement. Jared out=/\=

"Jared to BeTor, Lieutenant McCormick is still infected with the virus, she needs treatement. Jared out"
E'Liana looked up from the scans she had been analysing and called to Michael. "Dr Hope? Could you go and see how Lt McCormick is? If necessary, bring her back here?"
~Poor man, he needs to get out of here before he sees them. His daughter's are unconscious just a few feet away...~
"BeTor to McCormick, just to let you know that Dr Hope is coming to assess your condition and to see if you require further treatment in Sickbay. BeTor out."

When Joan slapped her, Draco felt a sting and squeaked in surprise. He was frustrated that he couldn't transport the medical kit to Jason but then he realized what Jason had done. His eyes swirled red and he appeared back in Jordan's quarters to see her to running past him into the bedroom. He approached Jason and hissed at him then disappeared, reappearing in the bedroom. Jordan was sitting on her bed, curled up. He gently probed and found that the real Jordan was back, for now at least. Jordan saw him and smiled weakly. I'm sorry Draco,[/color] she said to him mentally. She then got up the nerve to get off the bed and she pulled another jacket and long-sleeved shirt out of her things and put them on. She pulled her hair back and took a deep breath before returning to the first room. Jason was also trying to put himself back together as she came out and she didn't make eye contact with him but just headed out of her room, straight for sickbay. Draco flew beside her and warned her when people were approaching so she could cast her eyes down. Jordan reprimanded herself for letting herself be taken advantage like that by the virus. She was beyond embarassed, which made her remember the last time she had been this embarassed. It had been a long time ago when Tony was still FO on the Hepta. Her face felt hot even from the memory of what had happened. She walked into sickbay just as she saw S'reena's husband leaving. She walked up to E'Liana.
Jordan: What can I do to help?
<E'Liana> OFF: She won't realize she's been relieved of duty until someone reminds her now that she's back to her normal self.

Hearing others notice her condition made her less than happy. She didn't want to leave the bridge at such an important time. Doctor Hope showed up quickly walking over to her little group.
"Good work, cadet. Hello, doctor." She says not happy to see him. He throws a padd at her left side, and she is a little slow at trying to catch it. He doesn't look happy. Leena isn't amazed though. Dr. Hope scans her finding very little wrong. In fact he finds a small trace of the virus in her.
"From now on, cadet, only call if someone really needs medical attention." He says a little annoyed. Joan looks over at Leena wanting an explanation.
Well your virus protector finally kicked in. I wondered how long it would take. Too long in my mind. Sorry I should have said something earlier about that. I think while you were affected by the virus I got a bit of a, well for lack of a better word, buzz from it as well. Now we are ready for this thing. It might take awhile before you get the rest of yourself back though. Leena explains and just smiles up at Joan, who shakes her head and chuckles.

E'Liana heard the doors of Sickbay open up behind her.
"What can I do to help?"
Jordan seemed to have totally forgotten about the events which happened just a short while ago, and was apparently volunteering for work.
"I'm afraid you can't at the moment, Doctor. You are too ill."
<Tag Jordan>
"Well, the fact remains that you are a potential risk to the patients if you care for them. I suggest you pick a biobed and get comfortable so that I can monitor your condition, sorry." She smiled weakly at the other woman, knowing she wasn't best pleased.

Cadet BeTor requested that YrDis simulate his attempt to cure the virus using holograms, and he thought that was a good idea. Contaminating someone with nanoprobes wasn't the best way to cure a cold sometimes.
He scanned the room until his eyes came to Yarna Hope. He accessed the computer and said "Pull up the most recent examination of Yarna Hope from before the present mission and send it to Holodeck 1."
"That facility is not in service" the inhuman voice replied.
YrDis closed his eyes in exasperation. "Fine, we'll use the holoemitters in Sickbay. Computer, activate EMH."
"Please state the nature of the medical emergency."
"I need to simulate that child over there in a hologram. We are going to simulate infecting her with nanoprobes to see if it will shore up her immune system against the virus that we have aboard ship" YrDis explained.
"Turning the child into a Borg seems a tad extreme to cure a virus. Wouldn't chicken soup and a blanket be a more logical first step?" the hologram said.
YrDis shook his head at the unnamed holographic programmer who tried to instill a sense of humour into this version. "We've tried the chicken soup and blanket concept already. It didn't work out. We're moving on." Thankfully, the hologram nodded and a simulation of Yarna Hope appeared on a console in the doctors office. YrDis pulled up records of his latest treatment aboard the Hanson, and simulated an infusion of nanoprobes into Yarna. The child appeared to weaken slightly, then her reactions improved.
"We need to see the long term effects of this. Speed up the simulation" YrDis ordered. The EMH nodded and entered the necessary commands. YrDis watched the readouts on the medical scanner.
"Cadet BeTor, if you have a second, could you come over here and look at this please?" YrDis called out.

"Cadet BeTor, if you have a second, could you come over here and look at this please?" YrDis called out. E'Liana finished off another patient and wlaked into the office, seeing the EMH and YrDis leaning voer a computer screen. The EMH noticed her first and started. "We have noticed that the Borg nanoprobes seem to have a positive effect on our first simulation and that the long term effects appear to be positive." He said in a formal manner. E'Liana stifled a smirk at the look on YrDis' face at being ignored by the hologram. "You have tested this on how many people?" Asked the Cadet, directly at YrDis. "Just the one simulation at the moment, shall I run more tests?" "I think that due to therather controverisal nature of the 'cure', we should do a few more simulations beforehand. Then, with Dr Hope's approval, we shall test it on a couple of patients who are able to give us their consent - we don't want a law suit on our hands afterwards...if they go well I shall inform the Commander. Then she and the good Doctor consent to it being used on their daughters. I'm a little reluctant to use it on them as of yet, despite the fact that they are in most danger. We need to remember that although they are the patients in the worst condition, this means that they are also the most fragile so we need to be sure of anything before we go too far. Agreed?" <Tag YrDis and Dr Hope (Whoever wants to be him, as I want another opinion >

OOC: Sorry Its Taken me soo long to reply:
IC: In the holodeck, Commander Berns told Travor to do a simulation on departing the space station and had the computer load the simulation. As the holodeck walls were replaced by the Hanson Bridge, Travor took his place at the helm. He waited for the holo-Captain to say take us out. He punched a few buttons on the console and the ship started moving away from the station. When there was enough distance between the station and the Hanson, Travor Turned the ship with a few more touches of the buttons. As the ship reached the desired trajectory, Travor Touched a few buttons and the Hanson started moving at 1/4 impulse. At approx. 300,000 Km, Travor hit a few more buttons, slide his fingers up the console and the Hanson went to warp 2.
He truned to Commander Berns and asked, "So, Commander how did I do?"
