Though TJ was still a little annoyed at not being clearly informed of Jordan's exit from the Hepta, he had to acknowledge she did tell him a "trip" was involved in her plan. And to have at least one crewman from the Hepta aboard would definitely help in assuring proper evacuation of the downed Jungle King.
There were generally always two sides to every situation. With what Jordan had planned, though it was helpful (TJ grudgingly had to admit), it definitely put a brake on the plans he had for the thing that had caused this problem. There was the chance now that a delay in firing had to occur, and that could prove fatal for the Hepta.
"Mr. Zoarial, continue monitorin' our distance from th' thing that's got th' Jungle King, an' keep us ahead of it – but not very far ahead."
<Zoarial>
"Ms. McCallister, 'tis time I be lettin' ye know your target."
"Aye, sir?" she questioned as she looked back at him. Zoarial noted her nervousness; indeed, most of the Bridge crew noticed. She seemed a trifle more agitated than her fellow crewmates in the nerve center of the Hepta.
"'Tis time ye find out just why it is I'm not wantin' ye t' fire until I give me signal. An' this is why – I want ye t' target th' warp engines o' th' Jungle King."
There was a gasp from the Tactical console.
"But, sir ... that would compromise the matter/antimatter containment units!" said the officer at the Science station.
"An' that, me fine gossam, is what I'm countin' on!"

Zoarial was busy tricking the object, continuously slowing down and speeding up, using the warp engines at their full capability.
Zoarial tapped his commbadge.
=/\=Commander Harash-kyat, how long will the engines hold out under this extreme circumstances? I would not like this "pretended breakdown" to cause a real one! Could you please keep me informed about the maximum speed aswell?=/\=
<<Harash-kyat>>
After this brief message, Commander Edwards spoke.
"Mr. Zoarial, continue monitorin' our distance from th' thing that's got th' Jungle King, an' keep us ahead of it – but not very far ahead."
Zoarial answered: "It neither comes closer nor gets away sir, I'm varying the distance between 1,5 and 2,5 million klom, please correct me if I'm too close or too far!"
<<TJ>>
Zoarial thought about what was happening, if they wouldn't get away soon enough after the destruction of the Jungle King's engines they might be dragged towards the object, and caught in the implosion aswell. He knew he had to push the speed to it's limits, and now that Commander Harash-kyat would tell him exactly what the capabilities were, Zoarial easup up a little. The crew of the jungle king was almost completely transported to the hepta, and soon they would be able to get rid of the object. Just a little patience now.
Zoarial smiled and continued playing with the console.

Jason watched as the latest crewmember from the Jungle King was beamed to the Hepta. He turned as he heard the door and the sound of quick, somewhat high-pitched breathing.
Turning, he saw the Ensign from the corridor earlier. She was hyper-ventilating, and leaning against the wall. Jason came over. He ran the medical peripheral over her.
Jason: I don't detect anything medical wrong. What are your symptoms?
Ensign: [between breaths] I can't stop.....thinking about Mike. Watching him...be consumed...by that rock. What...what if the....same thing...happens to me?
Extreme Paranoid Fright, Jason thought to himself, she needs counselling, not medicine
Jason: =/\= Black to Johnson. Doctor, we've got a frightened young Ensign that needs Counselling. I'm sending her to the Hepta. Meet her in the Transporter Room =/\=
Johnson: =/\= Understood. I'll be there =/\=
Jason: =/\= Black to Transporter room. Lock on to the woman next to me and beam her to the Hepta. Dr Johson is on her way =/\=
Transporter Chief: =/\= Acknowledged =/\=

Zoarial answered: "It neither comes closer nor gets away sir, I'm varying the distance between 1,5 and 2,5 million klom, please correct me if I'm too close or too far!" "'Tis a wee bit far, me fine lad. Let th' thing catch up t' about .75 million kilometers. Then, th' instant Ms. McCallister fires, move us into maximum usable warp."
TJ tapped his comm badge again.
"TJ t' Dr. Mackler."
— /\ — Mackler here. — /\ —
"'Tis needin' t' know I am th' instant everyone is aboard th' Hepta, both your away team an' th' survivors o' th' Jungle King."<Jordan>TJ returned his attention to the monitor and quietly tensed. This had to flow perfectly, or the Captain's day would be somewhat ruined. Captains were like that. For some reason, they didn't like it when you blew up their ship.
Secretly, TJ wished ONE was on the Bridge.
"Do ye have full power available t' weapons trained on me target, Ms. McCallister?"
"Aye, Mr. Edwards," she responded nervously.
"Get ready, then," TJ said darkly.
"Mr. Zoarial ... be prepared t' give us maximum warp th' instant she fires." <Zoarial>

"'Tis a wee bit far, me fine lad. Let th' thing catch up t' about .75 million kilometers. Then, th' instant Ms. McCallister fires, move us into maximum usable warp." Commander Edwards ordered and almost in an instant Zoarial felt stupid, he could have known 1.5 million kloms was much too far for the attack to be as effective as possible.
As Zoarial was busy mentally punishing himself, he suddenly remembered Commander Edwards' order, so he got his head back to the console. The Hepta was now 1.9 million kilometers away from the object. <<time to slow this baby down>>, Zoarial thought and he locked the distance indicator on the object. As everything was set, Zoarial watched the indicator count down.
1.9 1.8 1.6 1.4 1.1 kloms
And Zoarial found a too fast decrease in these numbers, so he sped up as quick as possible.
0.9 0.7 0.6 0.55 0.6 0.65
<<Easy now!>> Zoarial thought to the Hepta, <<We don't want a jojo effect do we>> And when the number was continuously changing from 0.73 to 0.74, Zoarial was satisfied.
Zoarial now locked the speed to the speed of the object, and began starting the next phase of the plan. He checked the maximum warp factor again, and programmed the 2nd automatic program to a steady increase of warpfactor untill Zoarial himself halted it.
Zoarial was one tap away from sending the Hepta as far away from the Jungle King as possible. He nodded to Commander Edwards and said: "Commander Edwards, Sir, all is set, we're one shout away from succes or failure!"
Zoarial looked around, and saw McCallister's nervous condition. He waited, sighed and hoped everything would go well.

-- Astrometrics --
Captain ONE continued to monitor the situation on both ships from Astrometrics. He watched Commander Mackler's unauthorized transport with horor - a noble effort, but extremely risky and, most importantly, unauthorized! He started then and there to plan Mackler's extensive lecture in the captain's ready room when this incident was over.
The computer simulation he was working on finished, and he was pleased at the results. "It is a shame this is what it will come to, but I see no other way," he thought to himself. He tapped a few buttons on the console, and in a rare move, he actually used the ship's site-to-site transporter instead of his own built-in device.
-- Bridge --
ONE rematerialized behind the center chair. "Commander Edwards," he said sharply, startling the already-edgy First Officer, "the instant everybody is off that ship, I want you to target a full round of photon torpedoes at-"
"The warp engines, aye cap'n!"
ONE stared at Edwards blankly for a second, wondering why he bothered with simulations if the commander already had it figured out. "I supposed it is always best to double-check," he reasoned in his head. "At least I know I have a competent First Officer."
"Good," was all ONE managed to spit out. He walked over to his chair, which Commander Edwards was more than happy to give up to his captain.
"Ms. McCallister, Mr. Zoarial, wait for the captain's mark," Edwards ordered, then sat down in his own chair, grateful that was the last order he had to give for a while.

Using the tricorder, Xin-Ling, who had been joined by this time by James Davis, could detect a faint life form reading coming from one of the Jeffries tubes. She could not tell from the reading if the source was injured, or the strange effect the asteroid-thing had on the ship affected the readouts as well.
The tube was sealed shut by debris against its entryway, and so she and Davis began quickly clearing the area in order to get to the source of the tricorder reading. Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed the advancing rock formation where the bulkhead should have been.
"Work quickly," she said to her partner, as she, with a nod of her head indicated the truculent transformation of the nearby bulkhead.
Leaping into the tube, she made her way quickly to the man who had been trapped inside. Judging from his uniform, this was the missing Captain Bill Hamilton.
"Are you able to move?" she questioned, just before Davis' voice called from below.
"Commander Chan, the rock's nearly to the entrance!"
No time to be cautious. Injury better than death! she thought, as she dragged him as quickly as she could back to the entrance, all the while attempting to do so with some smoothness.
As she stepped out of the Jeffries tube onto the deck, Davis assisted her in getting Captain Hamilton out of the tube, which they barely did before the rock reached the entrance. With Davis supporting him on his right and Chan supporting him on his left, Captain Hamilton limped with some rapidity toward Sickbay.
"Xin-Ling to Dr. Mackler."
– /\ – Go ahead, Commander. – /\ –
"We find Captain Hamilton. Moving him to Sickbay now. He injured, but rock is advancing on us fast. If he is last of crew, we probably better leave quickly."
<Tag: Dr. Mackler>
As quickly as they could, carrying Captain Hamilton, Davis and Chan sped toward Jungle King's Sickbay.

Jason: Well, since he is the last of the crew, I suggest we make sure he's stable for transport and then treat him on the Hepta.
Jordan: I agree.
Jason and Jordan waited the anxious it took for Chan and Davis to bring Captain Hamilton to Sickbay. They needed to get off the ship. When he arrived, Jason scanned Hamilton as Chan and Davis carried him over and placed him on a bed.
Jason: Fractured ribs, internal bleeding, and a concussion. This man needs serious help. But because of the time it would take, I suggest we do transport him to the Hepta and treat him there.

As Xin-Ling and James Davis helped Captain Hamilton onto the biobed and then listened to Jason's initial prognosis, Davis kept his eyes on the hatch to Sickbay. Just as Jason finished his pronouncement, Davis saw it.
"The rock! The rock is just outside of Sickbay!"

Jordan had managed to get the rest of the crew of the Jungle King onto the Hepta and now they were the last ones to get off the ship. Jordan saw the rock starting to advance on them. She pulled out her combadge, put it back on her uniform, and hit it.
Jordan: Mackler to Sickbay. Five for transport. Get us out of here.
Man: Right away.
They transported to the sickbay where everyone was pretty busy with taking care of others. She helped the captain to a biobed and hit her combadge again.
Jordan: Jordan to TJ. Whatever your plan is, do it now.
TJ: Righto.

Previously, Cadet Franz had scanned for living bioforms on what he now called, for lack of a better term, a living asteroid. Others, particularly those who had been captured by it, just called it a nightmare.
Possibly, this thing had begun quite small, and grown in size as it attacked any hapless vessel in its way – and, as the crew of the Hepta had seen, it was not adverse to changing its course for an extra meal! And with each ship and crew it consumed, it had grown larger until it had reached its present massive size.
As the scan performed by the cadet had revealed no other bioforms on the asteroid other than the crew of the Jungle King, TJ's plan had been to evacuate the survivors, target the Jungle King's warp engines, and immediately move into FTL travel to avoid the effects of the massive explosion that would destroy the living asteroid – if they even could get away in time!
However, now that Captain ONE was on the Bridge, a fact much to TJ's liking, the final decision as to a course of action would be coming from the Commanding Officer. It was ONE's call.
TJ turned to face his superior officer, and said, "Captain ONE, 'tis your decision. An' whatever your course o' action, th' luck o' th' Irish be with ye!"

Zoarial found himself trembling a little bit, but he mannaged to stop it and relax. Now that Commander ONE was on the bridge, and because he had approved Commander Edwards' plan. It would be allright.
Zoarial made a quick checkup with everyone on the bridge After he had run down his checklist, he wanted to be up to date with the engines performances.
Her tapped his commbadge.
=/\= Cadet Zoarial to Commander Harash-kyat, could you please inform me about the possibilities of the warpengines? I wan't to get out of here as fast as we can, it would be a nasty site getting swallowed by the big bang! =/\=
<<Harash-kyat>>
Zoarial eased up as he was sure about a safe escape, and as soon as everything was in place he started to plan a route back to the starbase.
"Commander Edwards, I would like to know if the energy released at the soon to come situation is going to expand rapidly, who can I adress with the question to monitor this event?"
<<TJ>>
Zoarial continued: "Thank you, this way I can find out when to start the returning procedure, but we wouldn't want to fly through the created energy wave would we?"
<<TJ>>
And Zoarial waited for the final order to get the hell out of this nasty situation, he could barely stay patient, because he was curious about how all would end.

"'Tis limited t' light speed, accordin' t' me studies in th' matter, me lad," TJ said in answer to the cadet's question.
"But t' be gettin' a more detailed analysis o' th' situation, 'tis Commander Penfold ye should be seein'." Zoarial continued: "Thank you, this way I can find out when to start the returning procedure, but we wouldn't want to fly through the created energy wave would we?" "Faith, an' I'd say not! Such a thing would likely be upsettin' your entire day!"

But Zoarial didn't have the time to grow impatient since Commander Edwards responded very quickly:
"'Tis limited t' light speed, accordin' t' me studies in th' matter, me lad," TJ said in answer to the cadet's question.
"But t' be gettin' a more detailed analysis o' th' situation, 'tis Commander Penfold ye should be seein'."
Zoarial felt stupid that he didn't think of that earlier, it was so obvious! Zoarial paused for a moment in thought, and tapped his commbadge.
=/\= Cadet Zoarial to Commander Penfold, I would like to request some information about the energyexpansion that is soon to come. Commander Edwards informed me that the energy would expand no faster than the speed of light could you please confirm that? Thank you! =/\=
<<Penfold>>
<<Great>> Zoarial thought, but he remembered his other question so he tapped his commbadge again.
=/\= Cadet Zoarial to Commander Penfold again, could you also please inform me when the energyexpansion is slowing down? I want to know when I am able to turn the Hepta around and return to the Conqueror. My thanks for the second time =/\=
<<Penfold>>
Now that Zoarial had aquiered this information he immideately wanted to find out when he had to start returning to the starbase, but his mind caught up with his thoughts <<First things first Zoarial! Let's get the Hepta out of trouble and in the safezone, then we will be able to think everything over in a more timeconsuming manner>>
Zoarial felt he was a little bit worn down, so he quickly fetched a glass of cool water. Refreshed he got back to his seat in front of the console, and he waited for the final order.

As Cmdr Penfold monitored his department's activities from his office, the comm system chimed unexpectedly.
=/\= Cadet Zoarial to Commander Penfold, I would like to request some information about the energy-expansion that is soon to come. Commander Edwards informed me that the energy would expand no faster than the speed of light. Could you please confirm that? =/\=
Penfold took little time to respond. "I took the trouble of calculating it mathematically, just in case the Captain needed solid confirmation. It's not always a good idea to rely on just instinct, you know." He nodded matter-of-factly, as if agreeing with himself, even though there was no-one else there to see him. "The energy expansion will be confined to normal space-time relativistic dynamics. The tachyon eddies will cause no damaging effects and quantum fissures should not reach the extent of creating a subspace shock-wave. It probably won't even have time to reach the speed of light, but it will be fairly close."
=/\= Thank you! =/\= <<Great>> Zoarial thought, but he remembered his other question so he tapped his commbadge again.
=/\= Cadet Zoarial to Commander Penfold again, could you also please inform me when the energy-expansion is slowing down? I want to know when I am able to turn the Hepta around and return to the Conqueror. =/\=
"No problem, cadet. I can monitor the kinematic progression from here. I should be able to give you a live feed on the energy's effective relative motion, if you'd like?"
=/\= That won't be necessary, sir. Just give me an expected time-frame for me to work with. =/\=
"As you wish. I'll be on the comm in a jiffy!"
=/\= My thanks for the second time! =/\=
Cmdr Penfold's furry little hands went to work as he immediately began setting up the sensors to record and relay any nearby anomolous energy signatures above the expected thresh-hold. He hoped that the high-resolution energy analysers of the Hepta would give them a significant advantage in keeping out of the energy's way.

Captain ONE read the reports coming in from the Jungle King, and he didn't like them, not one bit. This thing seems to be... alive... or something, he pondered. He wondered how this thing might have come into being. As it seemed to have the capacity to grow as more ships became stuck to it, ONE wondered if perhaps this thing had started out rather small. It may have latched onto a cargo vessel like a barnacle, then slowly spread throughout the whole ship. Then with each ship it happened to grab, it became bigger and faster and stronger. But wait! Captain ONE started as he thought of something that could change the outcome entirely. His train of thought, however, was interrupted by Jordan's report and TJ's subsequent comments to the captain. ONE didn't respond, but rather stared at TJ for a moment or two. Captain ONE then stood and walked slowly over to the Tactical station. "Thank you, Ms. McCallister," he said as he took over there. Commander Edwards spun around in his chair and looked at the captain with a confused look. "Cap'n?""TJ, do you think this object started out this large?""Nay sir, I'd guess she's been growin' wit' ev'ry ship she devours.""Exactly. It started out as a tiny bit. And what has our plan been so far?""T' blow 'er to tiny bits!" TJ said excitedly, realizing what the captain was implying. He stood. Captain ONE went back to the consol and furiosly typed commands, explaining as he went. "We should have, yes, three tricobalt devices aboard. What'd you think Edwards, one or two? One should be fine, but better safe than sorry, I'll fire two. Get a more complete disintegration that way anyway. And let's throw in a normal round of photon torpedoes for good measure. I'll fire those first at the warp core, so we have a three part explosion going on here - a warp core and two tricobalt devices. Yes, that ought to do it." TJ had never seen the captain talk so furiously, or so informally for that matter. "Are you ready Zoarial?""Aye sir, coordinates standing by, ready to go to maximum warp.""Good. Do it.""Now sir?""No, when we're eaten alive. Yes, cadet, NOW!"Cadet Zoarial pressed the magic button to make them get the heck out of there, while Captain ONE fired the big guns at the big object... asteroid... thing. (They never did come up with a good name for it.) -- 10 minutes later -- ONE was in his Ready Room, monitoring the blast area. When he determined it was safe to go, he tapped his combadge. "Mr. Zoarial," he said, "take us back to the starbase." OFF: Well done cadets! You've done a super job this mission. It's been fun, and I hope you learned something about something.
Graduation will be held tomorrow evening on the Starbase Conqueror.P.S. Feel free to wrap up here and/or sim back at the SB.

OOC: Thank you for "giving" me a color for my posts ONE, I think this one is less annoying then the navy I tried IC Zoarial didn't know what took the Commander so long, but at last Commander ONE began speaking furiously "We should have, yes, three tricobalt devices aboard. Yes, that ought to do it." Zoarial was a little bit confused by this tactical talk, but before he could exactly figure out what it meant, Commander ONE turned to him: "Are you ready Zoarial?" "Aye sir, coordinates standing by, ready to go to maximum warp." Zoarial responded quickly. "Just one tap of the button away!""Good. Do it." "Aren't I supposed to wait till you've fired? Do I have to do it now sir?" Zoarial answered in his own thoughtfull way. "No," Commander ONE responded, a little agitated, "when we're eaten alive. Yes, cadet, NOW!" And without further hesitation, Zoarial put the Hepta in warp drive, whilst at the same moment, Commander ONE fired his round of torpedoes at the unidentified object. >>Thing<< Zoarial liked to call it. When the projectiles hit the object, it seemed as if nothing happened, as if time stood still, they were just hanging around in mid-space. But then, it seemed minutes but is wasn't more than a second, the explosion came. Zoarial thought he felt the heat coming from the explosion. The explosion gained more speed than the Hepta at first, and the moment Zoarial thought it would catch up, they were suddenly flying at warp-speed. He saw the factor climb up from 0 to 3 very quickly, and when the indicator reached 4.5, he halted the increase. Zoarial felt everything to escape the explosion was out of his reach now, and though they were fairly safe from the explosion, he kept his eyes fixed on the monitors. When they got further away, the explosion seemed a large fire ball at first, after some 30 seconds it looked like a bright star, but when they got further away it was just a disc of light, just like the picture of a galaxy. Zoarial's main concern was the safety of the whole crew, including the rescued crewmen from the Jungle King. He tapped his commbadge: =/\= Cadet Zoarial to Cadet Black, have you felt any energy from the explosion? I think that the most vulnerable people on the whole ship are in sickbay, did everything go well?=/\=<<jason>> Zoarial's tenced muscles eased up, and some ten minutes after the explosion, Zoarial got a message from his commbadge. =/\=Penfold here...=/\="Aye, sir?" Zoarial replied tapping his badge. =/\= The dissipation has reached sufficiently low density. You can skirt us around the radiation field whenever you like now. =/\=Commander ONE, who had also recieved the message, said to Zoarial: =/\= "Mr. Zoarial, take us back to the starbase." =/\= Zoarial smiled, they went back from the mission, it was a while ago now since he undocked the Hepta, and it felt like he knew everything about steering a ship now. Zoarial had calculated that they would be back to the starbase in about 6 hours at the current speed. He smiled, he could finally get some rest in those hours, he had been awake for 3 consecutive days. He put the Hepta on autopilot, selected some members of the crew to monitor the speed and distance to the starbase, and he told him to wake him up an hour before the ETA. Nevertheless, Zoarial instructed the computer to do the same. And as Zoarial walked to his cabin, he could only smile, because of the good outcome of the mission.

Jordan felt a slight warming as they sped away from the exploding UDO. She smiled as she thought her little anagram. Unidentified devouring object. She went to work on the people in sickbay. Fortunately, no one was severely injured enough that drastic measures were necessary. She made her way over to the captain and examined him. He had a broken shoulder and many bruises and cuts. Xin-Ling said she had found him in a jeffries tube. What was he doin' in there?[/color] she wondered. She put him under and went to work on his injuries. She had finished with him a while later and left him to wake up on his own. Considering what the man had been through, he probably needed the rest. Her leg started to throb again and she made sure that Jason and the others had everything under control before she made her way back to her office and sat down in the chair. She then took a deep breath and pulled a hypospray injector out of a drawer and injected it into herself. The pain subsided a moment later. She now waited for the fateful time when she would be summoned to a repratory meeting with TJ and the captain.

Black: =/\= Indeed, our patients are the most vulnerable. But fortunately the energy was only enough that those of us standing up had a problem. Since all of my patients are either sitting, laying down or unconscious, we're all fine down here =/\=
After checking all of the patients once more, Captain Hamilton most of all, Jason leaned up against a wall. He then heard the hiss of a hypospray. He noticed that none of nurses where near enough to patients to give hypos. But glancing over in another direction, he saw Jordan lower a hypo from her neck. She sighed a moment later. He walked into her Office after she put down the hypo.
Jordan: What can I do for you, Jason?
Jason: Don't try to hide it. I noticed you injecting yourself.
He walked over to her and ran the tricorder over her.
Jordan: Don't worry, I feel fine.
Jason: Of course you do, now. Thats what this was for ::He held up the hypo and put it back down:: I may not be your Doctor, but I am a Doctor. I want you to rest for 24 hours straight when we get back to Starbase.

Jordan couldn't help but smile at Jason. He just wanted to make sure she didn't get into any more trouble than she was in already.
Jordan: You're right in sayin' that you're a doctor but I am too and I know what my limits are and how to treat any injuries that I now sustain, considerin' they aren't too severe. At least I hope I know my limits. And as to the keepin' me off my feet for 24 hours, that may very well be easier said than done. I have plenty to do with our gettin' back to the base soon and I could get a lot of rest but Commander Edwards and the Captain may want to speak to me before then. So you'll have to take what you've just told me up with them too.
Jason paled a bit at the thought of telling the Captain and TJ to basically go away and leave her alone for a day. Jordan put a hand on Jason's shoulder and he looked at her.
Jordan: Don't let Commander Edwards or even the Captain push ya around. Unless they give you a direct order, then you'll have to do as they say. However, until then, ya can make sure I'm safe and restin' all ya want.
Jason: I can try my best.
Jordan smiled even harder and then Draco came babbling into the room, reprimanding her about her little trick that she pulled on all the crew. Jordan's eyebrows went up and she replied to him that he had gone with her. Draco hissed at her saying that that was besides the point. Jordan sighed and kept listening to Draco prattle on like an old woman. Jason smiled and walked back into sickbay to see how things were going out there.

After some 4 hours, Zoarial was woken up by one of the cadets, though Zoarial was still tired, he jumped out of bed and put on his clothes. After a quick wash and a short meal he went inside a turbolift. Flightdeck please.
Zoarial was back on the bridge again. He seated in front of the console and switched to manual control. "Attention Everyone!" he yelled. "We are way in front of schedule, the ETA is now an hour earlier. We're going back to impulse speed in 2 minutes, everybody stand by!
And slowly, Zoarial built down the warpfactor. From 4.5 to 4, 3.5, 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5, 1 and then slowly 0.8, 0.6, 0.4, 0.2, 0.1 and he switched off the warp-engine.
As the warp-field faded away, Zoarial went to full impulse speed, and slowly approached the Conqueror.
Zoarial looked at the distance indicator on his left. Estimated time of arrival 5 minutes He informed everybody on the deck.
It was a mere countdown from now on. When the Hepta was only one minute away from the starbase, Zoarial slowed down to minimum impulse speed and enjoyed the sight of the approaching starbase. At first only a dot, but then there came color, and shape, and finally everything in sight was starbase.
Zoarial switched on the communicator.
"Cadet Zoarial requesting entry in the academy ship spacedock"
"Affirmative!" Zoarial heard through the speakers.
And he began the entry manouvre. It seemed only yesterday that he piloted the ship out of the dock, so Zoarial could remember every single detail.
He followed the route, marked for ships that wanted to enter the spacedock. Once Zoarial entered, he turned a smooth corner to the right and saw the place empty where the Hepta had once been, before leaving a month ago. Zoarial remembered this time, left was right, right was left, and as slowly as possible he directed the Hepta into it's rightfull position.
Ok! The Hepta is in place, lock everything on!It's been nice working with you.
OOC: Thank you everybody for this wonderfull introduction to section 47!

This is just a reminder that within one or two days after the graduation, which will be listed somewhere on Starbase Conqueror, please fill in the Debriefing Form located at: www.s47.org/academy/acadrev1.php
Once you have graduated from the Academy and have filled in the form, be sure to contact the Personnel Office if you have a preference in ship assignment. If possible, you will be accomodated. Ship assignment will take anywhere from a couple days to about a week.
Also, remember that after your graduation, you will be earning points be means of - Weekly Trivia
- Official Polls
and will no longer be earning for simming. The two above sources, trivia and OFFICIAL polls, will move you steadily up in rank.
It's been great simming with all of you. Enjoy the rest of your stay at Section 47! ;D

I decided to post my reply inside Zoarial's original message (#116) since it wasn't very long.
Looks like we've got ourselves another fine bunch of cadets. Well done! ;D
