I apologise for my fairly short post (8th April). I will edit it later to add more.
Unfortunatey it's from lack of time.

No worries, Seth. Your post meets s47's minimum length requirement for a post (2 paragraphs, totaling at least 5 lines), so you're fine.

And. less importantly, it meets the "Nack thinks its fine" guideline... So no worries.

Boy, I'm tired!! ~What's my name again?... oh, yes, ~Lucy Sounds good, Lucy! If you need a quick summary - shoot me an email: nack10101 at yahoo.com. I get email over my phone, and can shoot back a relatively quick reply.
You are in a KOA campground and on your computer? How is that camping? *pulls the power plug and moves the toilet to the out-house.* There! Now you are camping!
Nurse Ranquist really needs some help. Nack is being a bit irrational right now.

The general one post a week rule has you covered anyway - so there's no need for explanation. Technically, you are not even a member of our crew yet.

Sorry I've been gone the past few days everybody, my internet connection was down. I won't go into details but let's just say that it involved an internet cable, a dog that likes to chew, and a vacuum cleaner. Luckily it looks as though I haven't missed anything. Cheers!

The dog chewed the hose on your vacuum cleaner, causing you not to be able to clean for weeks. The dust and dirt piled so high in there, that you lost site of your computer, and cannot post for a few days. In the mean time, you saw the Internet cable - and considered strangling the dog with it... except you remembered that you still needed it to post on S47! Eventually, you buy a vacuum cleaner, you forgive your dog, and you post an OOC post not wishing to express the details.
*sits back*
Was I even close?

Lol Captain you got the last part of the last sentence right at least! Ok, the dog chewed through most of the cable. Someone ran the vacuum cleaner over the cable and finished it off, so Jon was close. I don't know the breed of the dog, I don't really know a lot about them...

I am thinking there are roughly four weeks left in the current mission. I Just wanted to set the mood for the close-out of the story:
Currently, there are two sides to the Waterson story Nack has put forth:
Nack's side: Waterson is up to no good - Based on facts nobody seems to be able to verify.
Commander Trek's side: Waterson is fine, Nack is going insane from increased workload. We need to put this past us and get working on trying to catch the thief.
Please explore what decisions your characters are coming up with on their own, based on what they are experiencing right now. It is quite clear Nack has gone bonkers - but does that make him wrong?
I don't know completely how this story is going to end, so don't worry about trying to guess a "right" outcome. Commander Waterson is quite the group-player, and in the interest of a good story - will not take personally any false assumptions about her character. There are no preconceptions here. I do, however, have a decent idea of a series of plot resolutions in my head... which will enact based on where everyone takes the story.
Let's see where this goes, folks!

I would like to stress again the importance of not moving people about the ship without their permission.
I know, I know - I said that Commander Waterson wouldn't take personally any false assumptions about her character. To clarify, what I meant by that was, if you/I/someone suspects her of something and she didn't do it, then she won't get mad.
The normal general rules apply for moving characters, however. Nobody likes being told that their character is somewhere when it wasn't planned. Sometimes you see myself, or Dan Trek doing it... but I assure you, we've asked permission first.
This is not a big deal, just something I felt was worth mentioning.
As I said in the last post, we are less than four weeks left.. and Nack neeeeds answers people. Get movin! lol

Park's just left you and Dr. Grey, after talking about a drug that was stolen from the hospital on the planet. Hopefully that clears up where you are at the moment, at least. I don't think you have a specific duty to do at the moment, although it keeps getting mentioned that Nack is going to get counseling soon, I think...

Seth nailed it.
I think everyone was trying to give you a way into the story - I don't think too many people moved you. The people that have moved you only did so out of necessity.
I was referring more to the wanton moving of Commander Waterson in my previous OOC post.
Right now, if you want to join in easily, you can find Nack and start giving him some counseling. It was implied that Dan Trek has asked you to do that, since he is worried about Nack's paranoia.
Good luck! Let me know if you have any further questions.

Just in case you weren't aware, the Ferengi are among the species that Betazoids can't "read".

Hello fellow Trekkers.... Trekkies.... whatever.... I went to Star Trek: The Experience! It was great. Ate at Quark's Bar. I had a Talaxian Wrap and husband had a Photon Torpedo. We got the package deal where we went through the History of the Future Museum and that leads to the Borg Encounter and the Klingon Attack. [Glad we saw them in that order] I bought a comm badge to replace the one I lost a couple of years ago plus a Starfleet Academy Alumni teeshirt. I had to go back the next day to get the Starfleet mouse pad I'd forgotten. The whole thing cost about $125. I was led to believe that it was more costly than that. It really is an Experience! I'd go back in a flash. Right now we're in San Francisco. We had a dinner last night that was $125 all by itself. Got lost trying to get out of the city afterwards. All in all we've had a great adventure. Gas is an average of $3.87 a gallon. In some places it's $4.66 but the next block is $3.99 so don't believe the first place you stop at. Okay, on to our mission.... I'll get a post out tomorrow morning. Right now I'm excited and tired and whipped. But I did read all the posts and have an idea. It will be more character development than anything else. Not fair to ask you to respond or tag Lucy when I am still in transit. This weekend will see the end of the travels. We'll be at my brother's in Oregon where we shall settle for a couple of days. My brother's wife owns a few race horses and they intend to show us the "inside of the barn." According to my brother, "The place where the jockey's all cuss." Just like when I was a kid.Seth, I am intrigued by your character. There should be someone like Seth Helacaan in Starfleet yet I've never seen one before. I think Lucy should notice Seth's attitude somehow. Going to bed now! Ta-Ta

That reminds me, I have a picture of myself sitting at Quark's bar last May.
I also met Penn Jillette, the magician/comedian/self-proclaimed-philosopher:
I know Mr. Park was going to be heading out there one of these days. Maybe you and him can submit some fun pictures? Naturally, the Ferengi mug replaced my real face to protect the innocent... well, maybe not so innocent.
I'm glad you are having fun out there! How is the house situation? I haven't heard much about that lately.
