As your Squadron CO I wanted to congratulate the entire crew of the Nevada for a job well done during this past inspection.

I know this ship has been going through some ups and downs lately, but things seem to be under control and it will only get better.

Melain, I don't get to see everything that you do with and for your ship, but I think that you are settling in well as its CO. Keep up the good work.

We dropped an another 3 undeserved places, I wouldn't call that a job well done. If anything, it has been a dissapointment.

Frek, I'm glad to see that you have high standards (I do as well), but in the grander scheme of these inspections I feel that you guys did well.

The inspections aren't just about how well the crew simms, they also reflect on how well the CO is doing his/her job in getting the crew to perform together.

This is Melain's first command, and it is in this light that I thought the Nevada did well.

Personally I feel any ship that scores in the 20's is doing awesome, and that 16-20 is pretty good.

So congrats again and yes you can do better.

Like I said, it has been a dissapointment. We all worked hard on it, including our new CO in a month where we had to deal with several crew problems. Considering the complexity of the missions we do, the loss of our CO, FO, irregular activity of most of the crew I defintely think we deserved better we got credit for.

But you did 3 points better than last inspections and thats with a change in CO and irregular crew activity. Thats something to be very proud of.

I m well aware that people are their own worst crirtics, I wasnt especially happy with the SBA score but the fact that it was an improvement on last inspections shows we are moving in the right direction and to be honest as Fleet CO its the pluses I m really looking at not the actual figure though the higher the better of course LOL Esp if it helps see off the Second fleet.

Even if you dont feel you deserve it Well Done all of you.

Frek, stop being a such a wet blanket!

Thank you for your support Zhuk and Magellin. I feel like I have had to deal with a great deal in my first month as CO, thrust into the fire. The fact that we were not last place in these past inspections is for me, reason to celebrate.

We will pull it up for next time, that I vow
