Hello there fellow squadron ship mates!
I would like to see more crew members use their COC for anything that may be of an issue to them. Yes, we have the different department boards out there open for all members to use, but this will help commanding officers stay involved with their crew, and the other way around.
I'll leave it to the CO's on how they want to handle this, whether you go to your FO first or either one of them.
CO's and FO's, go ahead and go directly to the proper board member for your issues unless you need to come to me. Other than that, a courtesy PM to myself would be great so that I am in the loop as well.
Oh hey, there's no punishment or anything for not doing this. Most everyone has an open door policy, etc. Again, it's to ensure more involvement between you (the crew) and your command staff. But hey, if you don't let them know anything then they can't be blamed.
Thank you kindly ladies and gentlemen.

Yes, considering our current state of affairs regarding the CO position and my recent internet problems, you should certainly remember that the Colonel is where you go if you can't get your mits on me or until we get a new CO. Honestly folks ... he doesn't bite ... much.
