The Jefferson made it's way slightly away from the El Salvador.
"Sir, we have all critical systems operational... should head for starbase?" Johnson asked from the helm.
"As much as I'd like to say yes, Mr. Johnson, we should stay to assist the El Salvador with repairs until they are ready to make their way to starbase with us. Open transmisson to the El Salvador, Mr. Gibson."
"Transmission open, sir." Aral said, repeating the only thing he had said for the last hour.
"El Salvador. Jefferson here again. If you require assistance we have teams ready. The sooner we get your systems up the sooner we get back to starbase."

Having been instruceted by the Doctor that he had to stay in sickbay overnight, he had immediately sought to get as much of his work into sickbay as he could. Grudgingly, the Irish doctor and first officer had allowed him whatever he wanted into sickbay, and had even let him out of his bed, on the condition that he was monitored by the computer at all times, something that Harrias had agreed to, realising it was the only way he would get what he wanted. Now sitting on the edge of a bed by a control panel in the wall, he was attempting to bring as many systems as possible back online, when the screen next to him came on, and the face of Commander Gibson appeared on it. "El Salvador. Jefferson here again. If you require assistance we have teams ready. The sooner we get your systems up the sooner we get back to starbase.""Thank you Jefferson. Please send any personnel you have to our sickbay. I will give them instructions from there. El Salvador out."He was still a bit short on the pleasantries he knew, and he did regret being so unkind to the people who were helping them, but he was irritated at being kept in captivity. Okay, he recognised that as an exaggeration, but nevertheless it was how he felt. He then tapped his commbadge, and had Kivan bring down all of their own teams. He was about to turn sickbay into his own personal briefing room, but he didn't really care whether any of the medical staff minded. If they were going to keep him here, this would be the result. A few minutes later, both sets of engineers appeared together. "Thank you all. I will be short, so we can get out of here. I have a set of PADDs lying on the table. There should be eight teams of three yes?" Everyone looked around, and started counting rapidly. After about ten seconds, they all started nodding. "Good. There are eight PADDs on the bed over there. On each PADD there are a few jobs. When you complete each job, tick it off on the PADD, and that will get transmitted to me. When you have finished all your jobs, simply tick the additional box at the bottom, and then if you come back here, I will see if there is anything more for you to do. Off you go." The collection of engineers moved over to the other bed, and each team picked up a PADD, glanced at the top job, and then left sickbay to go in direction they knew they had to. Harrias on the other hand was working on the warp core. He had rerouted all the programming to the panel in front of him, and he had a last team of three men on the warp core, to give him aide with anything that needed changing manually. This was, he knew, the largest job of them all, and quite likely the last one that would be finished. Over the next two hours, the computer next to him started to bleep regularly, and each time Harrias glanced over to see what job had been finished, and he then tested that the system that had been fixed was working, and then he counter-ticked it, to confirm it had been done. After the two hours, the first team arrived back, and he sent them to fix one of the systems that another team hadn't got onto yet, and he removed it from their list. The rest of the teams trickled in through the next few hours, and Harrias sent them all back to their normal rosters, until after six hours, all the job had been completed except his own. He sent the Jefferson's engineers back to the Jefferson, and was about to start back on his job when one of the head doctors walked in with a large smile on his face. "You have all done well today. Now though you are going to bed, and you are not going to argue with me. Bed. Now." Harrias opened his mouth to argue, and then realised how tired he was, and trudged over to his bed, and collapsed into it. ---THE NEXT MORNING--- When he awoke, Harrias could feel the ship moving. He looked in confusion at the doctor by his bed, who had been the same one who had ordered him to bed the previous night. "Kivan finished the job for you. We are now heading back to starbase at Warp 6.5. The rest of the repairs will be done there. Once I have finished this last scan, you will be free to go, although I would appreciate if you would check back in this evening."Harrias nodded slowly in acknowledgement of this, and then when he got the okay, he left sickbay, heading first to his quarters to had a quick shower, and then up to the bridge.

<<USS El Salvador, Bridge>> Finally the ships were moving again. There was nothing worse for a CNO than a ship dead in the water. Due to all the repairs going on he hadn’t realized that their CEO has had an accident and after realizing what huge effort Harrias had put in to get the El Salvador functional again he decided to relay a short personal message to Harrias’ quarters.Congratulations on getting us moving again Mr. Harrias and hope you are about to recover from your fall. Our soon arrival at the starbase will definitely give you time to recuperate fully and consider yourself invited for a drink or two, as soon as we have docked! Agalacticae out. With the stars passing by the two ships, that once again silently glided side by side through the vastness of space Agalacticae could not help wondering why none of the joint missions with the Jefferson were “simple” missions…
He was not sure whether the Jefferson was heading for Assailant as well, but if so they should definitely plan to have some shoreleave together. Thanks for a great mission Jefferson!

Max stepped onto the bridge and just barely dodged a falling ceiling plate.
"Geez, havn't you guys fixed this place up yet?" he said as he walked past Aral.
"Well, everything's seemed to have fallen apart since you left!" Aral replied sarcastically, stepping infront of the turbolift to pick up the ceiling plate. Organized fellow that he was, Aral leaned it against the wall.
"Just goes to show, you don't have to be an intelligent commander to be important." Max shot over his shoulder as he stepped up to the captain who was sitting relaxed in his chair, staring blankly at the screen, "Cap'n, we've got the engines going steady. We can hold at least warp 6 for 8 hours."
"Maybe we can beat the El Sal to Assailant..." Johnson mumbled from the helm. Loskene ignored the comment and turned to Max.
"Good job. Well, Mr. Power, looks like your going to have some time to relax. Don't eat too much, I want you back on duty by the time we reach starbase." The commodore said, his face suprisingly serious. Aral laughed and continued working.
OFF: Well that was a long and interesting mission! As always, it was good serving with the El Salvador!

"Approuching Starbase, commodore." Came a yawn from the helm as Aral got back on the bridge. It had been quite a few hours since he had gone off duty and it looked like they had made good time.
"Request clearance from starbase, Mr. Gibson." The commodore said, noting his return.
Aral quickly did so, "We have clearance, port 4."
"Bring us in, Mr. Johnson."
"We're docking..." The bridge felt a small bump, "We're now docked at Starbase Assailant."
"Great." Aral said, "Now its the starbase that can worry about those ceiling plates."
"Alright, finish up as much as you can and then go off duty." The commodore ordered and Aral smiled.

Lying on the sofa that Harrias had in his quarters, he was slightly surprised to hear the quiet whistle that he had set up as the alarm to tell him when he received a message on the console. Walking slowly over to it, he opened it, and read it in a few seconds.
Congratulations on getting us moving again Mr. Harrias and hope you are about to recover from your fall. Our soon arrival at the starbase will definitely give you time to recuperate fully and consider yourself invited for a drink or two, as soon as we have docked! Agalacticae out.
Harrias smiled as he read it, and wrote an equally short, and rapid reply.
It was a piece of cake. An extremely hard and inedible cake, but cake nevertheless. I'll be up on the bridge to see us in, but a drink sounds great! Harrias.
After cleaning up, he arrived on the bridge. He saw that as the captain was currently off the bridge, Deis Irae currently held the bridge. He briefly considered heading back to his quarters, worried that she might try and sedate him or something, but got over that quickly, and moved to the engineering console on the bridge. He flashed a quick smile at Commander Agalacticae, who had noticed his arrival, and acknowledged it with a brief wave.
As Harrias was about to walk down to have a short chat with their helmsman, he started a routine that Harrias knew well.
"Approaching Starbase, reducing speed to 3/4 impulse." Came the professional voice of Commander Agalacticae.
"Open channel t' Starbase"
Then, from the other side of the bridge, Commander Savot's cold efficient tones, "Channel open."
"This thi USS El Salvador, requesting a berth Admiral."
Admiral Magellan had appeared on the screen, and replied, grinning at them dangerously. "Welcome home El Salvador. No trouble with bumps in the night I hope? Or pricks on the neck?"
"Aye. Yeh've heard?"
"I've felt, but we'll talk once you're in."
Harrias saw Robert's fingers start to manipulate the controls once more, and they cruised gradually into their familiar berth, and stopped without so much as a shudder.
"All in Commander." He said, turning with a smile. The Irish female smiled at him, and then dismissed the whole bridge staff, letting them start their leave early. As Harrias was leaving she collared him.
"Make sure you still check in with th' doctor."
"Aye sir."

Remeti sat in the observation lounge, a tiny smile on her face. they were finally back..home. Well at least they weren't on the mission anymore.
Remeti stared at the messege. She'd been avoiding Steve pretty much since she'd left him in the hands of Dr. Irae. So now...she grinned at the messege. Well now she knew for a fact that he'd be very curious and would meet her in the holodeck. She chuckled. He was in for a big surprise. She pressed the send button. Well now there was no turning back.
OFF: Thanks for the nice mission. NOw this post is also in the thread i have been waiting to use in the El Sal forum

OFF: Crew of the Jefferson, thank you once again for joining with us in what was once again a spectacular feat of cooperation. The mission was a little rocky in parts, but hopefully through our experience we can head those minor things off in the future. Fare well, and may you come in safely next time as well.

OFF: Very good mission everyone. Kudos to the El-Sal and a great job by the my crew! ;D
ON:
Commodore Loskene was still feeling a bit groggy from his expierences but he was happy to finally see the Federation again.
CNO: We are now docking sir. ......... Done.
Matthew: We are being hailed commodore.
Loskene: On audio.
Voice: Welcome home USS Jefferson. Commodore Loskene, please report to the Starbase staff for debriefing as soon as possible.
Loskene: Acknowledged.
Gibson: Finally...Good to be back.
Max Power: I wonder if they have good food here.
Loskene: Huh?
Max Power: Eats.
Loskene: Oh.
A women with black hair entered the bridge. She caught Loskene's eyes. For some reason he began to feel strange. He became hot and nervous.
Joni Kel: Sir, I am the new counselor, Ensign Kel.
Loskene: Welcome aboard Ms. Kel....
Joni Kel: Your last counselor sure left in a hurry. It took me a while but I found the crew profiles. I will be ready to go over crew evaluations when you get the chance.
Loskene: O-ok... Oh, and welcome aboard.
She walked off the bridge and Loskene let out a sigh.
Matthew: Something wrong sir?
Loskene: I'm not sure. I feel strange. Maybe I'm getting sick. Well, I need to get over to the starbase. Feel free to throw your uniforms in the laundry for the moment.
