I ve asked this before but I am interested to know what the current state is with members?

Myself, the Section Admiral and Mc7of9 all have characters in STO we need two more to make a Section 47 fleet there.

So are you in STO - if so what rank are you and who are you.

And if your not what do you think about the announcement that STO is due to go Free to Play?

I used to play, way back when the game was new. I made it until Season 2, but then my computer's limitations and STO's upgrades made it impossible for me to play anymore. I'd love to start up again, but I'd have to get a new computer first.

I haven't tried it and I doubt I will. I haven't the patience for full-screen computer games.

Last trek game I played...I think was Starfleet Academy, or errr goodness what was it called again. Command & Conquer type game...move ships about with clicking them and stuff. Did like birth of the federation though only ever had the trial and I got the vulcans to join the rom empire (that was fun)

My computer won't play them anymore though, at least...the one that ran on XP already wouldn't play some anymore so I doubt this one will...who knows I might try sometime when I find them...if I still got them.

But STO.....nah..don't think I will unless they make it such that my PS can do it....which I doubt.

I have to admit ... STO is something I'd love to have a go at.

Time constraints have been the only thing keeping me from spending money on the game thus far. I've heard 'plenty' of good things about the game, graphics, entertainment value, and I don't know how many other things.

Should 'free-play' become a reality, I'll certainly be getting in there.
