Hi gang:
Yeah, surprise! It's me! I've finally gotten around to making some time to post.
The new mission has us taking on a nomadic offshoot of the Vulcan race. These guys separated themselves out during the split that occurred between the Romulans and the Vulcans. This race, however, has retained more of its Vulcan flare - the increased physical strength - along with their telepathic skills. The biggest difference is, like the Romulans, they have NOT suppressed their violent emotions and employ the use of psionic or psychic warfare. (We can elaborate the premise to include psionic weapons, if you would like - weapons rumored to be extremely powerful. The "Toj par-doj" were outlawed in pre-Surak Vulcan history. I've taken these terms from non-cannon works, mainly a Star Trek comic.)
I'm limiting their ability to violently reach into our minds to having to be in close proximity with us. (In other words, they have to mind-meld/touch us to do real physical harm, BUT, like Spock, they can influence us without contact to do things we wouldn't normally do.) But, if we decide to allow them psionic weapons, they can fire on us. Since it's something never encountered before, it could cause extensive damage.
Their purpose: to increase their strength by commandeering ships (any ship will do) and once their Armada is strong enough, conquer a planet from which to establish a home world.
Any questions? Want to flesh out the details? Here's the place to do so.
Let's have some fun!!!

Well, doesn't the episode leave the three pieces to the weapon in the hands of the Vulcans we all know and love from the Federation?
Perhaps you're thinking that there may be two of these ancient weapons? That'd be cool, if you wanna.

No, I just wanted to make sure you remembered it and to consider the exact way it worked. Plus, remember that it was scattered throughout worlds once graced by the proto-Vulcans.

Here are some guidelines which you may or may not choice to use during this mission. None of the following will be fact until someone choices to post it in the mission.
The Psionic Warrior is a soldier of exceptional mind, body and ability. The Psionic Warrior has dedicated his/her life (since the age of two) to the dark power of "The Mind" and using that power to crush their enemies. The Psionic Warrior has many skill levels ranging from trainee to Ultimate Warrior.
Sefar may hold the level of Ultimate Warrior as their leader and he may also control a device, not unlike the Tantulus field Kirk used in the Mirror universe, which could allow their mind control to be united against one enemy. The nature of mind control has always been a one on one battle.
The training of the Psionic Warrior is strenuous at best and downright brutal at worst. But if the training were any less intense the Psionic Warrior would not survive his/her First training battle with a Master Psionic Warrior. They must be stronger, faster and smarter than those that they oppose. The study of "The Mind" builds both mind and body, becoming a way of life not just a philosophy. In that respect it is very much like the martial arts training of old earth. The ability to focus the mind, body and nature into one. By drawing on "The Mind" and focusing it through his/her mind the Psionic Warrior can affect the physical world with a thought.
Physical training involves years of study and practice in gymnastics, body building and hand to hand combat.
Other areas of training include an understanding and knowledge of all other lifeforms weaknesses and the quickest way to kill them.
All Psionic Warrior are Master Psionisists. But due to their ability to draw on "The Mind" they can focus on psionic abilities at half of the energy cost.

It seems apparent that it would be better if the line about the New Order ships having all Vulcan life signs would be better ignored in favor of having the other victims of the New Orders conquests also populating the ships.

How about you've been sitting around watching everything go down and have opinions about it all and go from there.

I decided to jump in the best way I could. Just let me know how you want me to come in. Blasting away or stealth entrance. The combat armor Larok has with him is a limited prototype being field tested by Traks on the Raven and Larok. It is designed for stealthily entry onto a ship. It has some borrowed Borg shield technology as well as a Romulan personal cloaking device. The cloak uses a lot of power and causes the suit internal temp to rise on a ship as the heat can not be bleed off into space. Just a little heads up. You want crazy ok.

Well Sir here is a bit of the missions beginning:
Kay had made it to her quarters and just finished her shower when Falco called her from the bridge. He noted there were 28 unidentified ships heading toward them on long-range sensors. She acknowledged and told him she would be there momentarily. Her curiosity piqued. It was rare to run across an unidentified ship. Starfleet’s databases were brimming with every known ship across several quadrants – even several in the Delta quadrant.
She settled in on the bridge and pulled up the scant data Falco had gathered. She saw the size and configuration of two of the ships matched that of a Cardassian Galor class, four of them appeared to be modified Ferengi designs, one was distinctly Federation yet none of them bore any identification beacons. But, Kay was unprepared for what she read next. All life signs aboard all 28 ships were Vulcan.
Falco was by her side, sensing her next question. “I cross-referenced it with all Vulcan databases and there’s no record of any of these vessels.”
You might want to come in stealth with 28 ships against you and try to get the Majesty crew to help in what may be a tough battle. These Vulcans are like Romulans on steroids and have mind control power beyond anything seen up to this point.
You could send the Paugh for help since 28 ships is a large number to tackle alone.
Just a suggestion since you must make the final choice. Good Luck!

Umm, Larok about your most recent post: Unless someone has moved us Lorna, Hawk and Falco are all on the Paugh so having the Sehlat beamed to the Merrimac wouldn't help much.
Also as I have been reading Hawks posts the mind inside Hawk's body is not that of a Sehlat is the mind of some poor unfortunate victim of a prior experiment. That mind had been in a Sehlat for some time so it probably isn't the most well balanced.
Anyone else feel free to correct me if I have got any of this wrong.

You are correct and I PM'd Larok with the information needed to fix his post. I also asked that all members helping he please stay in contact with each other so the facts match.
Thanks ALL ;D
