Everyone had reported to the Hanson, and S'reena was glad to see that instructors and cadets were getting along quite well, for now anyway. Who knew what would happened when they would embark on a mission? The first officer sat down in her regular chair, and fussed with her usual annoyment over the uniform tunic that kept creeping up on her no matter what she tried.
Captain Marcell would be due for duty on the bridge any minute, S'reena knew, so she thought she'd better have a status report ready for him. "All hands attention, all departments status report in five minutes," she called over the ship's intercom. Knowing she could depend on the crew, she knew she'd have the reports sooner than the ordered five minutes.
"Commander?" the aCOO called from behind her, "I'm getting a priority one distress call from Theta Aries ma'am."
"What's on Theta Aries?" S'reena enquired, turning towards Gordon and his cadet at the navigation station. "Set a course for Theta Aries, maximum warp," she ordered, completely forgetting they were still docked.
"A Borg colony ma'am," the aCOO replied, just as the COO instructor and his cadet walked onto the bridge, "a small group of freed Borg, they say they're under attack and they're defenseless."
<rite let's get under way folks, instructors you know who your cadets are..call them to you and start posting:)>

Cadet Zoë sat in the right-hand chair on the Bridge with her instructor standing next to her chair. They had been going over crew evaluations quietly when the call had come for status reports. Cadet Zoë listened to her instructor carefully as they made ready to report. Not too long after this came the distress signal. Cadet Zoë looked over at Commander Hope in a bit of wonder as the nature of the distress unfolded. Borg? Even freed Borg Zoë was wary of...but if they needed help Starfleet would provide it, she was sure. Cadet Zoë tried to remember everything she had learned about Borg and Theta Aries. What a way to start her training!

Realizing there are probably a few scans still to run and not seeing her instructor at his post, she gets to her new station and sits to run scans. She realizes that engineering might need some help, so she quicky gets hers started and sends the engineering console a message asking if she can be of any service to them as well. They tell her to see if she can pick up any bugs in the system, and she starts those scans as well. A tall older looking man enters and walks her way smiling.
"Hello, sir, I am Cadet Anderson, and I have started runnning a few scans on the ship and the new planet to see if I could get any information. I am also scanning to help engineering. They want to see if there are any bugs in the system from the last mission, and I figured they could use all the help they can get." She says smiling and before he can utter a word, but she doesn't look up from her console as some of her scans are competing themselves.

Crave sat at the security console, arms crossed. A bored stare covered his face. "Commander Wesson?" Crave heard S'reena's voice call. "Hmm, what?" he said, focussing his attention, "oh sorry, guess my mind wandered a bit." S'reena gave him a penetrating look. Crave sighed. "Yeah I know, we represent Starfleet and need to set the example." The penetrating look turned into a glaring. "Okay okay!" Crave said.
=/\= Cadet Dontai, please report to the security station on the bridge, commander Wesson out. =/\=
Five minutes later the 8472 exited the turbolift in humanoid form and entered the bridge, heading for the security station. Just as Crave was about to start his instruction of Dontai, the attention was drawn by an incoming distress call. "Borg? Freed Borg? Now this is going to be a hell on an interesting mission!" Crave said, sounding exited, while a big smile took over his face. S'reena gave him another look. Yeah yeah, I know, keep it down, Crave thought.
Commander Hope ordered the Hanson to Theta Aries, at which point Crave turned to Dontai. "Okay, at least we, well not actually we, but especially you, are going to have a very interesting job. You've just heard the information we've got on the mission. I would like you to come up with a plan of preparation, meaning that as soon as we get at the point of distress this ship's security and tactical details are in such a state that we can act immediately if so necessary, but also that we can respond appropriately in all situations we might encounter," Crave explained Dontai, "that sounds like a lot of work and planning, which in fact it is. But to begin with, there are a few questions you should ask yourself."
"Number one," Crave began his list, "what is the most important if we arrive at the scene considering this ship and her crew?" He paused for a second to give Dontai time to let the question sink in. "Okay, number two: how do you think you can best organize this planning, so where do you begin creating this, and how will you work to eventually accomplish a full security and tactical detail able of coping with all situations, especially the dangerous ones?"
Crave eyed the 8472's humanoid form. "We'll just begin with answering those two questions, well of course, again, not we but you are going to do so. Of course I'll assist where necessary. I'll give you one tip to begin with: you haven't got all day. You work under a certain amount of time stress, so be sure to keep an eye on that. When you're done we'll evaluate, and, if necessary, discuss your answers. Very well cadet, dismissed, and good luck, you know where to find me if you need help... or when you're done of course."

Hawking and the cadet they had entrusted him with, Shakespeare, had taken their positions at the operations console. The COO that had working at the station before their arrival had already started the preparations required to leave spacedock. The distress call still blinked on the small screen.
“They didn’t provide further details on who the aggressors are,” Hawking noted.
“The connection was cut,” S’reena informed them, “We need to try to get the connection back. I also want all available data on Theta Aries”
“We’re on it sir,” Hawking replied before turning to Shakespeare. “Let’s get on it. I’ll try to get contact. You find the data requested by Commander Hope.”

"Set a course for Theta Aries, maximum warp," Commander Hope announced from her chair at the center of the Bridge.
"Yes Ma'am" my cadet and I replied at the same time.
"Ok, Ms. Paris you have the conn, just relax and be smooth with it. Once we have cleared Spacedock, set the course and speed and Let me check it before you engage it."
With that Cadet Paris set to work.

OOC: This is Franklin on the wrong account! IC: The science cadet had just begun long range scans of the planet, when suddenly, a big red button lit up on the science panel, and an alert klaxon sounded. Anderson startled and looked up from her work, and pressed the button. Nothing happened. She pressed it again, without much effect. She then looked at Franklin, who stood there, waiting for the cadet to undertake the correct course of action. The panel still beeped, and Commander Hope looked towards the science console. "Is everything alright?" Franklin bowed, and whispered in Anderson's ear. "That button indicates someone is trying to access sensor output. One of many things a science officer must control on a starship." Given this hint, Anderson knew what to do. Without a doubt, she pressed the appropriate buttons, and allowed the operations console access to the sensors. Appearently, they were trying to crossreference data on the planet with the library, so Franklin suggested asking the duty ops officer if he needed any assistance.

YrDis quietly watched as Cadet Zoe reviewed the crew evaluations for the Hanson. It seemed that the cadet already had a good handle on the duties that she would be handling as an instructor. It was nice to see.
The tension level on the bridge went up as their mission was announced. A Borg colony. YrDis hadn't been aware that there was one in the Federation. Reaching down, he called up all the data that the database had available on Theta Aries.
It was a small colony of about 200 Borg that had asked for asylum after the Borg incursions into the Federation. The ship they had been aboard had been heavily damaged by Federation forces, and the Borg had been cut off from the collective because of the damage. They had been taken captive, and as a group they had asked for asylum in the Federation, a request that had been granted. The Borg had been given an area on Theta Aries to try to begin a new life outside the collective. The Borg had been placed on the planet by the USS Cheyenne.
"Cadet Zoe, please call up the logs of the USS Cheyenne from the library computer and see if they might have any more useful information regarding the Borg."
<Zoe>
The turbolift door swished open and Capt. Marcell tromped to his chair and sat down. Marcell was slightly slumped, his eyes with a mild glaze and focused inward. YrDis had never seen him in such a state before.
Commander Hope on the other hand, looked pretty sharp and actually somewhat cheerful. It seemed that the day was going to be full of surprises.

The 8472 had gone out of sight, and Crave got up. With Dontai working on the report there was very little for him to do until the creature was done. He looked around the bridge, observing the other instructors telling their cadets what to do. He rested his eyes on someone that was disturbingly familiar. Paul Franklin. Crave narrowed his eyes for a second, then straightened his collar and walked over to the older science instructor.
"My my, lieutenant, long time no see, what a-" unpleasant, Crave thought "-surprise," he continued. The man gave him a penetrating look. "Lost your cadet already mister Wesson?" Franklin asked, barely hiding his sarcasm. "As a matter of fact my cadet is already busy," Crave explained with a disliking undertone in his voice.
"So, how did you end up here? I'd figured you might already have retired," Crave asked, enjoying the moment. Paul was silent for a few seconds. "They found me quite capable," he said, glaring at Crave. So I see, Crave thought while his lips curled into a smile, you even made it as far as lieutenant. "Well, I enjoyed our little catching up chat, but I need to get back to my station. I'll see you around." Old man, Crave added in his thoughts. "Oh, by the way," Crave said, turning as he was about to walk away, "good luck miss Anderson, you'll need it." He gave her a warm smile before he walked back to the security station.

"Yes, sir!" Zoë replied as she hurried to look up the logs of the USS Cheyenne. While she was waiting for the report back she took a glance around the Bridge.
It seems that Commander Wesson and Lt. Franklin knew each other and it wasn't exactly pleaseant. Zoë noticed the strained voices and the fake smiles, as a Counselor it would be her job to keep an eye on the crew and their relationships with each other. She made some careful notes with one hand and with the other directed her search through the USS Cheyenne's logs. Her observations would go into her final report. These things had to be watched or crew member's personal feelings could interfere with the mission. They were both instructors and out-ranked her, but Zoë was determined to do her job. She also jotted a note to look up any past altercations between the two officers.
Her consol beeped indicating it was done, she had found the records. It seemed that the USS Cheyenne didn't have that much more to offer on their encounter with these Borg, other than the surprise of the idea of freed Borg. It seems most of the crew were uneasy about being around the Borg. Cadet Zoë looked carefully at the Ship's Counselor's notes, to find out how he handled the situation in regards to the crew. Not much to tell, seems some of the crew reported nightmares, anxiety attacks and were treated thusly and provided counseling and sent back on duty after a period of rest. Cadet Zoë took careful notes on all of this in her padd.
Just then Capt. Marcell came in looking very drawn and tired. Cadet Zoë took note of this and made sure to write a note to remind herself to look into the Captain's stress levels and relaxation techniques. He was no good to them if he wasn't relaxed and sharp, and that was her job.
Cadet Zoë then turned to Commander Blayne and gave him her findings by handing over her padd.

YrDis took the PADD from Cadet Zoe and read over it carefully. Not much to go on, really. He imagined that the Cheyenne's crew and the Borg had very little to say to each other on what must have been a very uncomfortable journey. Well, they were going to have to get most of their information the hard way, as usual.
Blayne also noticed the constant taking of notes on the part of the counselling cadet and made a mental note to have a chat with her about that. It was fine to keep things in mind regarding crew members and their mental states, but he had learned from his last few missions that if the crew felt their actions were constantly under review and examination, they might become distrustful of their counsellor, which defeated the purpose entirely. It was a good idea to keep the times when you were observing the crew to yourself.
However, on the other hand, Mr. Wesson's comments and attitude were completely out of place on the bridge of a Federation ship. YrDis decided that he and Zoe would discuss this issue to see what should be done, if anything.
"Mr. Paris. ETA to Theta Aries?" YrDis said loudly.
<Cadet Paris>
"Thank you cadet. Captain, I would like to go over these findings with Cadet Zoe. May we leave the bridge?" YrDis asked. The captain nodded blearily, so the Commander and Cadet left the bridge and made their way to the Crew Mess.

(OOC: Little note there YrDis: Cadet Paris is female)
Jason was in Sickbay, filing the physicals' reports for the new crewmembers. Mr Vlass's blood-chemistry imbalance was simply due to improper diet. Jason had given him a recommended diet, and a nutrient injection for while the proper electrolyte levels were being restored.
=/\= "All hands attention, all departments status report in five minutes," =/\= came Commander Hope's voice of the comm system.
Jason lifted his head and thought for a minute. Sickbay seemed to be in order. However, a second opinion was common in the Medical field. He leaned forward, tilting his head to the left. "Hey, Michael! Anything else we need to do to prepare?"
Michael leaned back, looking through the glass. "Not that I can see."
Jason nodded, then sent a message to the Bridge saying Sickbay was ready. He then noticed his Cadets weren't here yet. He hit his comm badge.
=/\= "Doctor Black to Cadets Tintagel and Reynolds. Please report to Sickbay as soon as possible." =/\=

Illito walked into yet another sickbay. Her second time in one, ever. She glanced around the room quickly, making a note of where everything was kept in case for when she would need to know. As far as she could tell, everything seemed to be in its proper place, but her opinion on that sort of thing didn’t really mean very much, as of now. She had a lot to learn, she admitted to herself. But that was okay. She could do with a challenge.
“Cadet Tintagel here,” she reported, walking towards Doctor Black. “Is there anything you want me to do?” she realized that might sound a little hostile, so she modified her words. “Anything I can do to help?”

"Thank you, Cadet. Captain, I would like to go over these findings with Cadet Zoë. May we leave the bridge?"
Cadet Zoë waited obediently beside her instructor while he gained permission from Captain Marcell. The Captain's bleary response worried Zoë, and she was lost in her own thoughts as the Captain assented and she followed Commander Blayne to the turbo-lift.
"What's on your mind, Cadet? You seem..hmm..preoccupied?" her instructors voice cut into her thoughts gently, they had an almost amused tone to them, she should have known she wouldn't be able to hide her worry from the experienced Counsellor.
"Nothing..sir...I.." she trailed off and her instructors expression gave the hint he didn't believe her. Zoë decided to press on.
"The Captain, sir, he seems very tense, and then there's Commander Wesson and Lt. Franklin, it all seems a bit much, sir. I guess I am feeling a tad overwhelmed. I guess I am wondering..How do you keep your own mental health when you are supposed to look after everyone else's? I enjoy helping people, sir, I am just afraid it may be a bit much for me..sir."
Zoë finished with an embarrassed smile, her instructor's demeanor exuded calm and trust, it made you want to confide in him, this was something every Counsellor should have. Zoë hoped one day she could have that, she was just a young, un-joined Trill and the world's problems seemed mighty big at this moment. They had barely gotten onto the ship and already it seemed a bit over-whelming!
"I'm sorry, sir," Zoë apologized as they exited the turbo-lift and walked towards the Crew Mess "I am sure it's just first day jitters..I am sure they will pass." she tried to sound confident as she said this, but was sure her nervousness would show through. She chided herself gently in her mind as they sat down at a table to discuss the crew. She had to remain stable and calm, for the crew's sake.

Shaking off the mistake, she quickly contacts ops to see how she can be of assistance. No reply, so she concentrates of her scans again, when all of a sudden another light starts to flash followed by three other. Unfortunately she has no idea what is going on, but lucky for her they are just lights and no sounds this time. She looks over at her instructor to see what is going on with all of these lights, and a four and fifth pop up.

S'reena too, hadn't missed the nearly hostile encounter between Wesson and Franklin. She stole a glance at Yrdis, knowing that he too hadn't missed it, and from his glance she also knew that he would be talking to either of them. Well, he and/or Ms Zoë anyway. At present, she was more concerned with the captain, who looked as if he hadn't had any sleep in days.
She slowly leaned towards him and whispered, "are you all right sir?" She grew even more concerned when all she got for an answer was an annoyed grunt. From then on, she made a point of just ignoring his physical state and turned towards Anderson and Franklin. "Any data on Theta Aries?" she asked. "Ms Paris, ETA to destination?" (you may make up any number here)
She turned around and faced Wesson and Dontai. "When we near Aries, go to full tactical alert, we want whoever is attacking the colony to know that we mean business if it comes to defending them."

OFF: the ship's status can be made up, but since the Hanson just left space dock there's nothing wrong with the ship, and all systems should be nominal.
ON: "Okay, hold it there for just a minute cadet!" Crave said placing his hand on Dontai's chest. "First: calm down! Second: don't start talking as if you are this ships captain ór CTSO; you are not. Third: I want you to rationally and calmly make up a plan how to take care of this situation.
"Okay, at least we, well not actually we, but especially you, are going to have a very interesting job. You've just heard the information we've got on the mission. Nine buttons were flashing on the science console. Franklin smiled, "You seem to be having some incoming results, Cadet." He pointed each group while indicating their function: "Aft, forward, lateral and ventral pallets. Those are the long range sensors, and these here are the navigational arrays. You needn't worry about those, helm should be monitoring those. Please bring up the long range array." Anderson did, and together, the instructor and cadet looked at the results. While pointing at the monitor, Franklin explained the scale and diagram specifics. Intrepid classes could be quite... annoying when it comes to those. Anderson noted that there were unusual energy spikes, noticable from this distance even. The Lieutenant noted it may be because of the Borg origin, but decided this would prove an interesting challenge for the cadet.
Just at that moment, Hope enquired as to the status of the scans. Franklin responded, "I believe the operations departement is researching the livrary for data on the colony, but we have discovered some interesting things already. Cadet Anderson will inform you." Franklin looked towards the cadet, who was feeling quite uncomfortable.

The First Officer asks for a report from our station, and she hears her instructor say she will give it. Realizing what her instructor just said, she feels like she was just tied to a set of train tracks. She notices the FO is looking directly at her, and she wishes she could make herself disappear. She doesn't understand why this person makes her so nervous, it isn't like the FO is going to hurt her if she makes a mistake. Liz realizes she is making the FO wait, and wonders if she is getting mad because of it. Liz gulps and looks at the sensors one more time seeing some new information, in which she has to check it again making the FO wait longer. Liz realizes exactly what she is looking at, and wishes she doesn't have to give a report on this.
"The sensors show large spikes, but that could be due to the borg; however there seems to be a lot of stress on the sun in that system. It seems to be failing them, and the strange thing is the sun is actually a young one which should last them a good couple billion years." She says not looking up from her console, trying not to show how nervous she really is, and hoping not to mess up her report. When she gets no answer from anyone, she finally looks up at the FO. She isn't sure, but she thinks the look on the FO's face isn't good, and she is afraid of what might come next.

Hawking sight in frustration, all his precious efforts to restore contact had been in vain. As he saw it this could have several reasons. The signals could have been jammed in an apparently very effective way, the transmitter was no longer their, or perhaps there was nobody left to operate the transmitter. Either way, it didn’t look good.
He ignored the two quarrelling instructors, instead glancing over all the cadets. He hadn’t had the time to meet all of them properly. Thank god that idiot Andorian that was on the Hanson’s last trip wasn’t here anymore. It was a true miracle he ever got through the academy, Hawking thought. It took engineering ages to fix the turbo-lift he broke.
Hawking turned his attention back to the cadet under his care. “Mr. Shakespeare, how are the result coming from the query your were running on Theta Aries?”

Before she sits down, she goes over to Hope's chair before Hope sits down and puts a whoopie cushion on her chair. Angel then hurries over to her seat before Hope can take notice, at least she doesn't think her commander saw anything. She tries not to laugh as she submits to her instructor.
All of a sudden a loud farting noise comes from behind her. "What did you eat, ma'am? Must have been the burritos again." She says hoping to cause mischief all around the ship. She is happy she got a jump on one person and can't wait for her next victim.
Hearing the order she responds quickly, and finds she and her instructor respond at the same time. He tells her to relax. She hears him also say to set a course and speed and then to let him check it before engaging. She sets the course for the planet and the speed for warp six. She lets him check it.
<Gordon>
Commander Hope asks her for an eta, and she suddenly realizes she has no idea and looks at her console before replying.
"Eta to Theta Aries in one hour." She reports still laughing about the incident before, but trying not to show it. She thinks the commander will get her in return, and feels she must watch her back now.

YrDis smiled calmly. He remembered this reaction to his first training mission as well, and knew that this cadet would find her way. He directed them to an empty table in the mess hall and sat down. The attendant came by and accepted Zoe's order, and an order of coffee for YrDis.
"You're right, Zoe. It is just first day jitters. Your instincts are good though, and that is one of the most important things a good counsellor can have. There does seem to be a lot of tension on the bridge right now, and that's not a good place for it. It's a stressful place at the best of times." YrDis paused briefly as the attendant returned with their orders and took an appreciative sip.
"The primary problems right now seem to be Commander Wesson and Lt. Franklin . Captain Marcell is another issue. Personally, I would just continue to observe them to see if their behaviour continues. If it does, then steps will have to be taken. We should also continue to monitor the captain." YrDis paused again and watched as Zoe got caught up with her notes. "Cadet, it will be your job to monitor Mr. Wesson and Mr. Franklin, while I'll keep an eye on the captain. This should be done while they are on duty only for now." Zoe nodded.
Yrdis continued. "Oh, and one other thing cadet. I know that counsellor training usually recommends that you take notes when seeing unusual behaviour, but I would suggest that you only do that when your subjects can't see you. I've found that people get nervous if they think that their actions are being observed and recorded all the time, and that is something that you don't want to happen as a counsellor. They may even start to avoid you, which would be much worse." Zoe absorbed that piece of advice with a nod, then decided to prod the counsellor a little.
"Umm, sir? You haven't answered my question about how you keep your own mental health while keeping an eye on everyone else's" Zoe prompted gently.
"Sorry. You're right. Starfleet chooses their counsellors in large part based on their mental stability and strength. However, if I'm feeling stressed out over my duties, I usually sit in my chair and look out at the galaxy for a while. By the time I'm finished seeing how immense it is, my problems, whatever they might be, seem far more small and manageable" the counsellor concluded. "However, you will find your own way to deal with that kind of thing. Do you have any other questions, cadet?"

S'reena stood up from her chair as Dontai left the bridge, seemingly in a hurry. "Cadet Dontai, get back here this instant," she called after him, then pointed to the now unmanned tactical station. "Your place is overthere, and you will not leave it before your duty shift is over!"
Obviously reluctant, the human cadet stomped over to the tactical station. "You will not leave the bridge without express permission from either myself, or Captain Marcell," she continued, "further more, you will address your instructor as Commander Wesson, until he gives you permission to do otherwise. Is that clear?"
When the human nodded in silence, she sat back down, only to jump up instantly again when a farting sound echoed over the bridge. She felt her face turn a darker shade of green; even though she was sure she hadn't done anything, she still felt embarassed. She turned when she heard a giggling sound coming from the navigation station, and she narrowed her eyes as she saw the cadet try not to burst out in laughter as she manned her station.
S'reena turned and saw the offending object: an old fashioned fart-cushion. Eyes shining mischievously, S'reena decided that she'd get back at the younger woman, but with a vengeance. Excusing herself for a moment, she entered the readyroom to add a little modification to the cushion, so that it would emit a distinct but mild smell for a short while when being sat upon. Returning to the bridge, she saw her chance clear, for Cadet paris had gotten up to stretch her legs a little. Giving Gordon a knowing look, and a glance that told him not to warn the cadet, she placed the item on the seat, and it wasn't even noticeable as it had the exact colour now as the seat at the navigational station.
With almost an angelic face, S'reena returned to her own seat and waited for the cadet to sit back down. In the mean time, she'd also gotten two cups of coffee, and pressed one in Marcell's hands. "Drink up," she ordered, "you look like you've been to Gre'thor and back. We have an hour until we reach the colony, perhaps we ought to call a briefing in about half an hour?"

Jason, while sitting in the chair in his Office, looked toward the door as he heard it open. Cadet Tintagel stepped through, and looked around for a moment. She then walked over to him.
“Cadet Tintagel here. Is there anything you want me to do?” She seemed to think it a poor choice of words as she repeated herself. “Anything I can do to help?”
Jason put down the PADD he was studying, stood up and stepped around his desk toward her. "Welcome to Sickbay, Cadet. Of course there's always something for you to do. With a ship of 150 people and new crewmembers arriving every mission, cadets particularly, theres plenty to keep Sickbay busy. But first, to acquaint you with Sickbay and its personnel. Follow me."
He went through the door to the main area of Sickbay, and she quickly followed. He turned to her. "And here," he said, waving his arm to indicate the room, "is the main area of sickbay, including 3 standard biobeds, and one surgical bed with containment fields. Here is the the majority of our medical work is done, including examinations and surgery. And here are two of our medical staff." He indicated two women standing at one side. "This is Rachel Mitchell, our Chief Nurse, and Matai, our Medical Technician."
They both smiled warmly, saying "Welcome aboard, Cadet" and "Welcome aboard" respectively.
He then turned and pointed to the side. "And through that glass you can see my Office, and then on the other side of my Office is the combination medical lab and morgue. Fortunately we don't have to use the morgue very often. And in there, currently working on processing some scans is our Assistant Chief Medical Officer, Doctor Michael Hope, husband to our First Officer."
Michael looked up from his work, smiled and nodded, then returned to what he was doing.
"Now, as for what I want you to do. There are a few new Instructors that I have not yet seen. I want you to go find Commanders Wesson, Hawking and Rio and ask them to report to Sickbay for physicals. Officers, particularly Senior Staff, are often resistant to physicals, so an in-person remainder is often necessary. This will be good training for you, to prepare you for even more resistant Commanding Officers and First Officers in your future assignments. If there are any problems getting any of the three to cooperate, please let me know. Any questions?"

Illito nodded at Mitchell and Matai, smiling, aware that she was not able to get the same emotion evident in her smile as the two had been able to get in theirs. “It’s nice to meet you too,” she replied, before continuing to follow Dr. Black on his tour.
Did she have any questions? She had a lot of questions. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem to know how to phrase them, or if she would get an answer. “Where can I find the instructors?” she asked. “Will they all be on the bridge?” She paused, and thought of another question. “Should I go for them one by one? Or should I ask them all to report down at once? Or,” she paused, getting an idea, “Should I tell them all to report down whenever they can? Then, maybe, they won’t come all at once. Unless there’s a sudden time when nothing is going on and all three come down at once?” She glanced at him, realizing that she had probably been talking too fast, and hoping that he would be able to answer her, or at least tell her which of her options was the best one.
