Mission 4.3 - OCC comments

Well, I am apart from the rest of the party because I had an inexperienced pilot ... I and my party of three are doing to set out in the direction that they believe the rest of the crew is located. I have already planned to have my party captured by the Kreld.

I think that the rest of group B will come in contact with the Kreld and join them rather than allow themselves to be taken captive. My character will portray a minstrel from a land far away to the south and across some sea or another. The leader of the Kreld doesn't trust him and keeps him close ... and that's how our little group would be reunited ... or something like that.

Cyle, you will join my rag tag team in destroying the remaining pods, then doing some Search and Rescue. After we find the other pods we will run into the Kreid on our way into the mountains (or something like that)

David, sounds like a plan, fun part is Melain and her group should look like Kreid by then.

Have we decided what each are going to look like? I mean, I have a bunch of humans with me at the moment ... just how much different are these people gonna be?

Missed sumin here then coz i thought that the flare was caused by the Nev going bang. At this point all the pods are on the surface (apart from team A) so shouldnt team B's stuff work? or are we close enough to the sun to get the flare but not too close that we all cook?

The flare was coupled with an EM surge which disables all electronics. The surge basically covered the whole solar system, so nothing works. Its like what happened in War of the Worlds, only this isn't fixed by simply changing the battery in the torch

What if you wanted to try and repair ... say a universal translation circuit for personaly use ... could it be done without other electronic devices to do so? It's rather important to my little storyline ... as that was what my NPC PO Siever was about to attempt with a magnetic substance she discovered in their cave.

hmmm, I supose that the cosmetic surgery is out of the question then, Melain is going to flip if she can't treat injuries, but that's fine, I shall go adjust my posts

again, what do these people look like? I mean, are they going to be drastically odd like Cardassians or mild variants like Bajorans?

In my post I have described the appearance of the local aliens:

He appeared almost human apart from a high brow line and two ridge running from the centre of his brow to the edge of each eyebrow.

then there is also a complicated knot like pattern along the spinal column

we could still add things, I wa thinking that mabe they had odly shaped ears, a different blood colour etc, depending on how much we actually want to stand out. Of course as is, Frek stands out more then Melain or Hannah

Ok, I just got my translator ... in my next post we get captured. So, I guess it would be a good idea for a few of the group B to possibly be captured before us. I don't want to post two really long posts almost back to back.

Right, I've posted something that will give us something to do while we are waiting for Group B to progress to the right stage. Don't have anything too plot changing happening, but feel free to have some fun. At the same time, we want to find some stuff out about the Draamar that might be used later, and perhaps have time find out about us.
