Commodore Loskene was settling in to relax. He lay there for about 4 hours, and then decided to go to the gym. When he got up to leave he heard a beep from his cousel.
Loskene: Yeah, Loskene here.
James Matthew: Sir, message from Starfleet.
Loskene: Sigh....patch it down here please.
A screen came up from Loskene's desk and it activated.
Woman: Commodore Loskene, greetings.
Loskene: Ah, Admiral Chavez.
Admiral: I hope you've had some time to relax, because we have another assignment for you...
Loskene: Well, I suppose we've had a litt-
Admiral: That's nice. Now here is your mission: The planet, Rova III in the Aletian sector is expierencing a problem at the moment. The planet's core is becoming unstable. The planet has many volcanoes. They have been inactive for millions of years. However, now that the core has become unstable, they have been erupting. They were not prepared for it, and they are requesting medical supplies to help the wounded. Sooner or later, we may have to evacuate them. For now, we will assist in their evacuation.
Loskene: I understand Admiral.
Admiral: I will be sending a full briefing to you shortly.
Loskene: Aye, Loskene out.
Loskene took a deep sigh and slowly walked to the bridge.
On the bridge.
Matthew: Captain on the bridge.
Loskene: As you were. Well people, we have been giving new orders...We are to proceed to the planet, Rova III. They are in need of medical supplies. That means were gonna have to put off Shore leave for now.
Everyone looked down, dissapointed.
Loskene: Yeah, yeah.... Let's get going.
Joni Kel: What's happening on Rova?
Loskene: Killer volcanoes.....
Kel: Fun........
Loskene: Yes, this ship is always so much fun. Engage.
The ship quickly entered warp.
Michael Pasek: Hmm...Something is not quite right here.
Loskene: What is it Mr. Pasek?
Pasek: Well it--
The ship began to shake slightly...then violentely.
Aral Gibson: Well, that didn't feel very good!
Loskene: Ugh. What's going on?
Pasek: I don't know!
Loskene: Mr. Power, what's happening down there!?
Max Power: I don't know! I had just finished with something (gulp, slurp) and then the warp core started going amok!
Loskene: Shut down the warp engine, we can't take much more!
Power: Actually, shutting it down so abrubtly could also cause--
Loskene: Now!
Power: Yessir.
The Jefferson came to a sudden halt and everyone jerked forward, but everyone was still on their feet.
Loskene: Report, mr. Power.
Power: I think it's offline...
Loskene: Mr. Power, it is imperative that you find the problem and repair it. Time is of the essence and-
Michael Pasek: Commodore...Something is wrong. The viewscreen.
Loskene: It must be offline. I can't see anything.
Pasek: No, it is working.
Loskene; It can't be, it's pitch black.
Pasek: Funny...
Loskene: What's funny?
Pasek: Sensors are working...but they are not reading anything. Nothing is registering.
Loskene: Impossible. It must be malifunctioning.
Pasek: No sir, it really is working fine...
Loskene: Commander Matthew, please transmit a message to starfleet telling them of our situation. It appears that there is something wrong here...
Matthew: I'm connected sir.
Admiral: Yes?
Loskene: Admiral Chavez, this is the USS Jefferson. We have just had a problem with our warp drive. A few minutes ago it malifunctioned and-
Admiral: Hello?
Loskene: Sorry, must have a bad link. This is Commodore Loskene, I-
Admiral: Must be a problem with the comm system...
Loskene: Hello?
James Matthew: She has disconnected sir.
Loskene: Get her back.
Matthew: I can't establish a link sir...
Loskene: What is going on here... What are we, invisible?
Pasek: Something is dampening everything... Sir, something is wrong with the hull of the ship.
Loskene: What is it?
Pasek: It's in some kind of flux... It's disrupting everything.
Loskene: Flux... Where the hell are we?
Pasek: Somewhere...Not where we should be... We can't read anything...and I think it would be vice versa.
Loskene: Meaning?
Pasek: If I can't read anything outside of our own ship, it's difficult to imagine that anyone elsewhere will be able to read us...
Loskene: Well, that would mean that we just...
Pasek: Poof? Gone.... I hope not.
Loskene: ...

OFF: Matthews, please correct me if some of this is wrong. Your bio and last post contradict and I choose to follow your post.
ON:
Upon arriving at her quarters, the first thing Joni did was kick off her boots and drop herself on the couch. Sighing she massaged her temples and smiled softly. For a second she opened her eyes, only to discover several Starfleet issue boxes. Fast she closed her eyes again and moaned in self-pity. Moving was nice, but all those boxes… in those 29 years she had picked up more junk then most people in a lifetime. She was such a packrat! Beside the countess boxes with clothes, knick-knacks, picture frames, memories and other things of value to her there was also her guitar in a case, boxes filled with books and several plants. All stuffed into her small quarters with a couch, a desk and an empty bookcase. She felt home already.
She slowly stood and peeled of her jacket, then dropped her pants before pulling off her top. She adjusted the temperature a little to make it a bit colder and walked to the bathroom. As she turned on the sonic shower she dropped the rest of her clothing before stepping into the shower stall. As she felt the simulated wet warmth on her skin she felt her muscles relax for the first time she had stepped on board. All the changes, the surprises and all the mess were demanding some attention, and since she was ignoring them with everything she had, her body was starting to protest.
Suddenly she laughed. “I’m as much of a mess as the bloody ship!” She said and shook her head. “Great help Joni, maybe it’s time to use some of your knowledge on yourself for once.” Fast she finished up and put on a knee-length dress with thin straps. The black garment fitted her nicely and made her feel comfortable. She was used to changing when she got home and changing when she would go out again, it calmed her and made her feel right at home when she actually was at home. It also allowed her to leave the thoughts of patients she was seeing or things she was trying to puzzle out at work. Where it belonged. When she was in Civilian clothes she was just Joni. And this also gave her the change to look at a problem she was facing from yet another angle. Without most of the pressure.
She moved to a desk and took out several sheets of paper and an old fashioned pen. When she wasn’t writing down anything professional it felt 10 times better using pen and paper. She sat down and started to make a to-do list.
1. Sort crew reports 2. Talk to crewmembers for evaluation and introduction. 3. Go over crew evaluations with Captain 4. Unpack boxes 5. Decorate
That brought her to the captain. Since minute one she had learned she would be placed on the Jefferson she had been intrigued with the Captain. She was itching to talk to him and find out what made him tick. Documentation on Species 8472 was limited, documentation of the way their mind worked was unfindable. And if there was one thing the Kel symbiont had always wanted was knowledge. Now if it was just about anyone else she would just contact them and tactfully pick them apart. That of course was out of the question with the captain of a starship, but from the small talk they had had she could gather that he was a kind, driven and rather hansom man. And the crew evaluations were coming up soon. Crew evaluations she should get a move on…

She sat up, noticing she had been hovering over the piece of paper for a while. Crew evaluations…
She stretched and stood, walking to her personal terminal.
“Computer, open professional files Joni Kel… Open personnel files…Open file James T. Matthew…”
Slowly she set herself to work, reading, making notes and making mental notes when something stood out. One of the things was in his personal background. He was part Trill, this of course surprised her a little, but mostly it was a nice surprise. A surprise that caused her some pain.
‘So that is what a child of Susy and me would have looked like…’
She sighed and looked up. Dariën. Dariën and Susy. She wasn’t Dariën anymore. But she could feel his pain and anger. Feelings that had haunted him until he had died. Trill and Betazed had refused to allow them to marry or have children. But that had been over 70 years ago… maybe the rules had been lifted or had gotten more handle-able. Susy had handled it better then him. When their third request had been denied he had smashed most of the things in the house in rage. She had calmed him down, cried with him and then picked up her life. She had always said; “Dariën, it wasn’t given to us to have children, but I have you… and that is all that I need.” And when she had died he had smiled though his tears and thanked every God and Goddess on his knees that she didn’t have to go through the pain of loosing him. Dariën was a strange Trill. One way more interested in finding love then any other Trill she had ever known. She herself had always thought that it would be nice to have someone to spend her life with, but she had put other things above it. When she was joined though that had changed and she had understood the importance of love and companionship. But still she wasn’t searching for it. It would be nice, but not necessarily needed. The Kel symbiont had fallen in love already, why do it again? But she had learned that it was an important thing that she should embrace… and if it did happen… she promised herself she would. For now though there was a long report left to read on the first officer.
She worked for a couple of hours and then got called to the bridge again. Fast she took out her second uniform and put it on. She brushed her hair, checked herself in the mirror and then headed up to the bridge. A few minutes later the captain came out. By the look on his face she could see that what he was about to tell them wouldn’t be the best news they had ever had.
And indeed, no shore leave wasn’t good for the crew. But after hearing what they were supposed to do she agreed that this couldn’t wait and she knew the crew would think the same. They were after all all Starfleet. And a human life far outweighs shore leave.
She sighed and sat back, nodding. Killer volcanoes. Fun. The ship set itself in motion while she was going over her thoughts and she, just like the rest of the crew, looked up surprised when the ship started shaking. Only grabbing her chair kept her from launching forward when the ship stopped.
She looked up to the captain with a bit of a worried face, which only grew in intensity when the Comm went dead. Slowly the silence set in as everybody pondered over the situation.
When the silence lasted too long for her own liking she gently tapped the captain's arm. She smiled at him softly, comforting and then said:
“Captain, may I suggest that we could use the sensors we have left inside the ship and see if there is anything out of the ordinary to see beside the warp core? If we can get the ship repaired then we should have a chance to get out of… this.” She gestured with her hand to the vieuwscreen. “And maybe there is something about the phenomenon in the database.” She suggested. “At any rate I intend to have my shore leave, and it will not be inside this phenomenon!” She said lighthearted, trying to seem strong and unconcerned. But deep inside her heart she was just as worried as anyone else.

Mr Power started to work on the bbq.
"Ensign, sir! This is not the time nor the place!" A crewmember shouted at him.
Max "Your right. Contuine on for me."
Max passed the crewmember a pair of tongs and a "kiss the chef" apron.
Max looked at the warp core.
Max "Are we stuffed?"
Crewmember "Kinda."
Max "Glenn?"
Glenn "Yep. We're stuffed."
Max walked to a console and saw a report of this "Flux" that was intrupting the ships ability to do things.
Max thought to himself. "hmmmm...we certainly are in a pickle. Good to see that main power is still online. Only the warp engine isnt. Strange"
Max (speaking now) "Crewmember Glenn. Check the power supply for the warpcore. I know its different to the power supply for the rest of the ship. Um, Dilithiam crystals (is that wat it called? :S). I feel thats why warp is off. We still have thrusters though. Maybe if we were to slowly move?"
Glenn "Good idea Mr Power Sir! May i ask why Crewmen Jones is walking around with a "Kiss the Chef" Apron on?"
Max "WALKING AROUND? This is an outrage! he should be at the bbq!"
Max found Crewmen Jones and sent him back to the bbq. He then commed the Commodore.
"Commodore Loskene, Mr Power here" Max said.
Loskene "Go ahead Mr Power"
Max "Well, it seems thrusters are still online. Maybe if we thrust our way a bit by bit we could escape this flux. The Flux is only intrupting the power supply to the warp core. Just a theory. Max out"
Max left the commodore to decide wat to do, while he started preparing the thursters to thrust.
Glenn "Sir, the thrusters are online, why are you trying to make them online?"
Max "Good point...why dont you take it up with the Cheif of Engineering?"
Glenn "Um...i am"
Max "Good. Tell me how it goes."
Max goes back to his console and work.

Loskene: Do your very best Mr. Powers. Well, as it seems that we are helpless at the moment, maybe we should get some actual work done... Let's see....Oh yeah crew evaluations...
Joni Kel: Where should we..
Loskene: Your office if you'd like. My ready room is a mess right now, never did get a chance to clean it.
Loskene and Kel entered the turbolift. There was a painful silence on the way down.
Kel: So.....I've been reading up on crew evaluations. This is one interesting crew.
Loskene: Yes, it is pretty...unusual.
Kel: You have an officer who has written one of the best bios and has even been nominated for a Literature award (Aral Gibson), Mr. Pasek has a robot named Orko, a very dedicated first officer and Mr. Power...well, he is interesting.
Loskene: What about me?
Kel: What?
Loskene: Am I as interesting?
Kel: Oh, yes. I've just begun to read yours.
Loskene: I see....Hm...I think the enviromental controls are a bit off, it's hot in here.
Kel: .... So....from what I have read so far, you are very intriuging. You could probably make a autobiography if you wanted to.
Loskene: Actually, the thought has crossed my mind...It's just that I'm so busy these days. Work.. work...and uh....yeah.
Kel grinned as Loskene struggled to say more.
Kel: Well, it certainly seems like your busy, you can't even finish your own sentence.
Loskene: Heh, yeah....Well, we are here...
Loskene (To himself) Must have been the longest turbolift ride....

The page shook as Aral's fingers shuddered, turning the page, and his eyes were just about to run across the final words of the 20th century novel, when his combadge- halfway across the room- began to sound. Aral's eyes darted from 'The Shining' book in his hand to the combadge, a mini battle waging inside his head. Finally, with a grunt of annoyance, he leapt from the bed and for his dirty uniform.
"Gibson here." He said with a frown.
"All senior officers to the bridge. New mission." Came what Aral assumed was Matthews' voice.
"On my way." Aral said changing from his civvies into one of the few clean uniforms he had left.
~On the Bridge, once the commodore and counselor leave~
Luckily the repair crew had been able to get Aral's torpedoes online but Aral couldn't see any useful point to them being on line with them being in this flux.
OFF: I'll be LOA for about a week starting monday. just to let ya know.

OFF: I'm sorry, are you having a barbeque in main engineering in the middle of a crisis?
ON: Alexander was in his new quarters, unpacking his things. He was on a Sovereign class starship, the U.S.S. Jefferson no less. It was the best he could have hoped for, the Jefferson was the flagship of the alpha fleet.
All of a sudden, the ship shuddered violently and the red alert klaxon sounded. Alexander was already on his way out of the door when the call sounded, "All senior officers to the bridge."
It looked like his first mission was going to be as interesting as his last.

Joni smiled as she watched the captain. More in tune with her feelings and having an insight in other person’s she was far less anxious then the captain. She quite enjoyed the ride actually. It gave her a chance to take a close look at the captain without anyone questioning any motives. Not that she had any alternative motives… well, almost... Okay, maybe she wasn’t all *that* comfortable…
She couldn’t help but blush a little as he asked her if she found him interesting. She wanted to tell him that he was by far the most interesting person she had ever met… but she had managed to bite her tongue and tell him that she had just begun to read his bio. In truth she could probably recite it already.
Her heart skipped a beat as she saw him struggle with his words and with himself in general and she had to bite back the urge to put a finger on his lips and tell him she understood. Instead she made quite distracted small-talk and lead him to her office.
In a contrast to her own quarters her office was fully organized and functional. There was a desk, a small table and two chairs in the room along with a bookcase with a collection of her favorite books and some raw material on psychology, mediating and interspecies relations.
“Please, sit down.” She said as she softly brushed his arm with her hand. “I’ll be right there.” As the captain took a seat she moved to the desk to take out two PADD’s and then walked to the replicator to order a pot of blueberry tea and two cups.
“I’m not quite sure if you drink anything, or if you like blueberry tea-" She said as she came walking back. “But it is my favorite.” She added, smiling at him. She sat down the cups and teapot before handing him a PADD. "Feel free to ask for anything else." She added, smiling and slowly tearing her eyes away from his.
“Where would you like to start captain?” She asked after clearing her throath, trying hard to focus on her PADD instead of studying him… Slowly she sat back and tried to find her 'counselor Kel'-face to hide her 'Joni'-face that was badly threathening to show what she was feeling inside...

Off: Um no...i made the crewmember cook the bbq.
On
Max was munching on his steak. It was a tad underdone, but none the less refreshing.
Max was pondering why they had fired the thrusters. They were in full working order, and scanning the database, it has worked on a number of occasions in other situations.
He submitted a report to the bridge, in the hope of someone reading it.
Back to his work, Max started to think of ways to fix the warp reactor.

=/\= Main Sickbay, Jefferson =/\=
After receiving his orders and getting settled in at the office he went to the Main Sickbay .
By his reckoning most of the Medical officers were there. He quickly did a headcount and walked up a sloped bit of floor so he was elevated above them.
“Thank you for all coming,” the room fell silent, “well as many of you may have I have guessed I am the new Acting Chief, medical Lt. Jon Rockwood. There is a lot of work to be done here and it is important that we all get to work.” He looked down at his PADD and notes. “Cadet Terry Meek M'tel tr'Talvok, front and center”
The officer emerged from the crowd and stood before him, “Nice to meet you Cadet, you will be in charge of the new medical supply’s coming on board today it will be your Job to make sure they are stored in cargo bay 09 on Deck “
“Yes, sir” said the shocked Cadet’s, “but how am I going to manage all that sir ?”
your all young then he Jon smiled, “You’ll be in charge of getting all three operating rooms ready, by then I would have gone over the personal records and assign teams to man them “ if you need more help make sure you Take enough people to get this done as quickly as possible, at the moment the Medical department is not ready to Answer any kind of an emergency right now that will change By 01730 Hours People.”
“Yes, sir.” The cadet walked off and started to organize his tasks.
“Anybody else that hasn’t had specific orders must help with the getting the new crews and officers coming on board Physical” He paused, “Okay people lets get going!”
The room was suddenly full of action with Engineers grabbing equipment, he smiled he didn’t think it could have gone any better.
He would have stayed but he had to start work on the last set of orders given by Cmdr Matthew .

Cmdr Pasek we need everything you have on Rova III within the hour Ensign Power let get those engines up and running it don’t look good for the Squadron commander Ship to be dead in space and to have to be Towed to Rava III By a service ship I thank it would be safe to say that would be a career ending scenario Let get it done Chief Engineer
COO/ Ensign Dimítrij Fos I need for you to draw up a emergency Evacuation Plan for removing as many Rova III Civilian as we can using all of the Jefferson Main transporter & The service transporters as well .
Acting CMO /Lt. Cmdr Jon Rockwood I know your new to the Jefferson and just came on board but your Department will be in the forefront of this mission so let get those emergency medical teams ready to be deployed as soon as to take up station round Rava III .
CNO/ Ensign Alexander Johnson I need you to plot the fastest course to get us to RavaIII we have already lost some Valuable time with our warp engines being off line we need you to make that time back up .
CSTO/Cmdr Gibson let hope your skills wont be needed on this mission but it been my experience they just may so let keep a torpedo or two in the Launch tube senior staff meeting in conference room #2 in 2 hours before my meeting with the Captain

Fleet Medical Officer's log, Lt. Cmdr Jon Rockwood
Acting Chief Medical Officer's log 900826.48
~ Officers Living Quarters deck 5, ~
Lt. Cmdr Jon Rockwood had just been assigned his living quarters by a very pesky little ensign who treated him like a child on a tour of some amusement park. He had grinned and beard it, trying not to be rude to the ensign. It was obvious that he was just out of the academy. Pilots have a term for someone like him, Green.
When he had arrived finally at his living quarters he of course did the usual things, assigned an access code to the door, and looked around first. It was only a small bit Smaller than quarters on a star Base , but since he was used to those he had no use or want for more space. if Anna and Sofia were alive today but that's only a petty reason to want them alive.
Anna was his wife and Sofia was his daughter. They had died in a transport accident over a year ago. Right after Sofia had returned from the clutches of Bain who had kidnapped her almost right after birth three months earlier. With all the time he had spent with Sofia, it didn't add up to even a week. Barnes was now unpacking, and came upon the picture of his wife and daughter. He placed it on the table closest to his bed.
He then went to the closet to put away the multitude of clothing he had brought. He hung up the four outfits he had beside the two other uniforms, other than the one he was wearing, and walked out of the nearly empty closet.
Since the person that was supposed to arrive to show him to his new office in the main Sickbay had not arrived and the fact that he was hungry he went over the replicator and replicated a dish his mother used to make, Tuna Casserole. It came out steaming he brought it over to the table, sat down, and started eating it but this meal would be a short one he had a lot to get done before the senior officers meeting ..
~Lt. Cmdr Jon Rockwood , M.D. Chief Medical Officer, USS JEFFERSON

Loskene and Kel entered the room and sat down.
Kel: Sir, I have a question...
Loskene: About what..
Kel: Well, your sir.
Loskene: What do you wish to know?
Kel: Do you have any family? The reason I ask is, it's not on your bio.
Loskene: I didn't mention them in the bio...because I didn't feel it was needed.
Kel: If I'm not being too bold...can I ask why?
Loskene: I don't really have a family...Well not anymore anyway. My family were living in a pocket of fluidic space, along with a few others. A colony if you'd like. A hostile beta quadrant species were testing some kind flux weapon... It disrupted space, and the entire colony was destroyed. My sibling and secondary parent were the only ones who survived.
Kel: I'm very sorry to hear that sir...
Loskene: Well, it was years ago...
Kel: When you say sibling...brother or sister?
Loskene: Neither actually.
Kel: Whatever happened with this hostile species?
Loskene: We never found out. Some of the people back in the main fluidic cluster have theories. Ranging from a small colony of surviving Iconians, or perhaps an alien species yet to be discovered. It was on the fringe of the Beta Quadrant, very close to the edge of the Milky way galaxy.
Kel: I would have figured you would find them and... you know...
Loskene: We did try to locate the alien species and the lost colony, but unfortunately our interdimensional gateways only connect to similar gateways elsewhere in the galaxy.
Kel: Where are your sibling and parent now?
Loskene: Back in the main cluster... I haven't spoken to them in 5 years.
Kel: I can understand why you didn't put that in your bio...I apologise for bringing it up...
Loskene: No, it's alright. It's been a while since I have actually thought about it.
=^=Commodore Loskene, this is James Matthew.=^=
Loskene: Go ahead.
Matthew: We seem to have found an answer to our problems. Apparently, we hit some kind of interspacial bubble. We seemed to have snagged that bubble and are caught in it.
Loskene: Any way to burst it?
Matthew: Well, we are still working on that sir...
Loskene: Please tell the engineering and science teams to come up with an answer and quick, we need to get those medical supplies to the colony.
Matthew: Aye sir. Matthew out.
Loskene: Well, Ms. Kel...I must get to the bridge... I'm going to assist the science team.

Mr Powers was getting frasutrated. The thrusters worked fine, and he knew that if they used them, they would escape this bubble.
Off
Come on! just try it! It worked on Voyager in the hologram stuck thing, and Janeway said she did it before. Why not here?

Johnson didn't know how to explain it, he didn't know what it was, it was just a feeling. He couldn't explain it to himself and it was frustrating him.
"...Lietennant!" came Commander Matthew's voice.
"What?" said Johnson, having been jerked from his thoughts.
"I said I'll need you to plot the fastest course to Rava III." replied Matthew with a hint of annoyance in his voice.
"Of course commander, I'll just need the engines."
"We're working on it." Said Matthew, and he went back to his chair.
What was this? Alexander immediately turned back to his preoccupation.
Just then, Commodore Loskene entered the Bridge. He exchanged a few words with his first officer, then turned to make his way to the science stations.
Johnson decided to tell him; it could, after all, prove to be important.
"Captain..." said Johnson.
"What is it Lieutennant?" Loskene inquired.
"Sir, I've been having this feeling...I don't really know how to explain it, I...I just feel that we're not where we were." Said Johnson, knowing that it sounded lame.
"Could you be more specific lieutennant?"
"Well...I, feel that we're in another place, or another time or another reality, I'm sorry sir, I just can't explain why I feel this or how I know this. I just think we should be careful when trying to exit this phenomenon."
"Noted." Said Loskene. Then he frowned, "Are you completely human, lieutennant?"
"As far as I know sir."
Loskene frowned for a moment. then went off to the science stations.
Alexander turned back to his console, frowning.

----------------=/\=Sick Bay=/\=---------------------
"Here it comes!” Dwain thought to himself as the XO of the Jefferson walked towards him as he was sitting on his bed in Sickbay!
He jumped to Attention in a crying Voice" "Attention on Deck!"
"You don’t have to act like you’re a Infantry Marine, Soldier!"
"But back there at the Flight Deck when you were doing your details you should have followed your Safety Regulations and Guidelines that is what they are in place!"
"Sit down! I hear your Legs have not fully recovered yet, but let me make it clear to you:" he paused.
"One more time and your next Flight will go to a Correctional Facility and I personally will bring you there!"
"The Co has made the decision that you are to pull extra Duty shifts for the period of the next three month."
"In this Duty shift you will not be a Flyer but a Mechanic so you learn how to properly Maintain in your Shuttle without harming yourself and the rest of the Shuttle docking station!"
"If you have a Problem with this, I have to tell you, I don’t give a rats [word deleted]!!! You have endangered the entire Station, your live and the Lives of your Comrades!"
"Your Duty is to defend the Federation and it’s Citizens and not to blow them up!!!!!!!!!"
The Xo yelled out in raging Anger!
Dwain fully understood why he said that, because it was true!
He endangered the Lives of his Comrades and in case of an Attack the Lives of the Civilians down on star base Assailant ! It was not the Co`s nature to get in Anger but when it came to his men being put into Danger out of no reason he did get Angry at times such as this!
Having calmed down the Xo said:
"Doctor, is he relived from Sickbay?" he asked.
"Yes, Sir but he is not to exceed the stress to his leg muscles for the next weeks and he is to report to me once a week!"
"Understood Doctor! You Mr. Tanks are to return to your Quarters and get ready to report to your Flight cmdr. he will put you in the current schedule!"
After that is over you will report to the Chief on Shuttle Deck for your Extra Shifts! Understood!"
"Sir, yes. Sir!"
"Dismissed!" with that the Xo left Dwain behind and left Sickbay.
Dwain , as ordered went to his quarters to get his Gear and report to his Flight, cmdr.

The torpedoes were ready to be launched in a second, all they needed was a target and Aral's finger on the launch button.
"Cmdr. Matthews sir." Aral summoned his superior over to his console.
"The torpedoes are ready sir, just like ya asked."
"Very good, Mr. Gibson. As I said, I hope we won't have to use them or your expertise.... but it's good to be prepared." Matthews came off as a very by the book officer to Aral.
"You mentioned a meeting sir?" Aral said off-handidly.
"Yes, I'll go and speak to the captain." he said and marched over to the commodore. Several moments later, the commodore yelled to the bridge.
"Meeting- Conference room 2!" He saw the commodore tapp his combadge to contact the cheif engineer to come up. Aral handed over his console to Ensign Matthews <No relationship to the FO, I created Darryl Matthews about 8 months ago> and headed into the conferance room just behind Lt. Johnson.
They took their seats.
"Ok, people." Commodore sat in his chair and leaned over the table, very soberly, "We can't spend the rest of our lives in this bubble, we must find a way out. Idea's?"

Max rushed in with steak stains on his uniform. "Whats this?!" The Commodore asked. Max "Um...Im not going to lie to you Commodore" and just sat down. Commodore "Um...ok. Ideas?" Max "Yes! i've been suggesting this idea from the start! we still have thrusters, the bubble is distrupting the flow of the anti-matter reactor and dilating the crystals we use to fuel it." Loskene "Yes and...?" Max "Well, maybe if we just moved forward a bit using the thrusters, we could burst the bubble!" Max sat there waiting for the reply Off: Good tag Mr Gibson sir
