"My wife, Maria, she's just having a bad day. Don't worry too much about her." Max, the husband of Tante Maria, consoled. "You are doing a fine job." He bit his tongue a bit noticeably at the remark. The truth really was that they needed all the help they could get.
The Bajoran waitress, Kayla, let out a shy smile. "If you say so."
News of the USS Hepta missing had an impact on business. With worrisome family members and friends, and the USS Hanson on a subsequent search and rescue mission, there was not a lot of action on the Promenade. The only people frequenting the diner were new cadets and acting ensigns, oblivious to the uncertainty that loomed over the Academy.
Kayla, however, didn't mind. She still got paid. Sure, there were less tips, but she didn't receive many anyway. The only people who tipped were the young men. She fancied that they were more respectable officers than their miserly elders. Unfortunately, the truth probably lay opposite to that.
Kayla was almost twenty years old now. She enjoyed the Starbase. The last month or so she had spent her time at the Starquake - a coffee serving arboretum in the Promenade. Met another Bajoran waitress there - similar name - same occupation. It was quite amusing until they found that both of their hearts were aimed at the same marine. A feud had erupted ever since, and Kayla hadn't been back to the establishment since. The marine had since left the starbase, but the anger between the two girls remained.
She sat at a table closest to the counter, Max having already walked into the back, and tapped her serving padd. Only thirty credits tonight... Not too bad for the slowness, but it meant she wouldn't have any replicator rations for anything extra... or for father.
The last transmission she had with the prison wasn't too pleasant. He didn't sound too good anymore, as if he had given up. She was almost there financially - enough to get him out. Then she would get off the Starbase, pay the appropriate people to secure his release... and get as far away as possible.
"Coming!" she shouted to the Trill in the back, asking where his order was. Her thoughts and worries had to be put aside.
Tante Maria shook her head angrily, and Max popped out of the back room long enough to calm down his wife. Kayla wasn't exactly a model employee, but there were no other options. She would have to do until there was a replacement option.

Lorna had arrived on Starbase Conqueror, the Hanson wasn't due to ship out for a while and until then she would be living on the base. It had been a long while since she had lived on a base rather than a ship but it made a pleasant change. She knew the extra time would give all of her records a chance to catch up with her.
She had settled in her new quarters, not that she had brought many things with her and then checked on her future CO and crewmates. She had found out that Admiral Drew was off base so there was no way she could report in to him. The rest of the instructors seemed to be around so hopefully she would have a chance to meet them before they all shipped out togther.
Lorna walked round the base exploring, she ended up walking into a bakery on the main promenade 'Tante Marie's'. She ordered a coffee and a pastry and settled at a table. The bakery was evidently popular, she scanned the crowd trying to pick out faces from the crew bios she had been reading. She waved to a likely looking person.
Tag: anyone who wants to meet the Hanson's new Doctor.

Polly turned, nearly spilling her coffee when someone didn't watch where he was going. She cursed under her breath, steadied herself then spotted someone waving. The girl had just come back from sickbay, where she dutifully visited her ill husband twice a day, pampering him with home cooked meals, much to the CMO's chagrin.
Taking a careful sip from her cofee, Polly Edwards walked up to the woman. "Hello, I don't think I've seen you around here before. Are you a new instructor or a new cadet?" Truth to be told, to Polly the woman looked a little too old to be a cadet, but Polly was a poor judge of age anyway. "Or were you looking for someone in particular?"
The young woman sipped her coffee again, carefully wiping a strand of bright blond hair out of her eyes. She'd been experimenting with dyes, having grown tired of her red hair, and it had turned out a very yellow blonde. "I'm Polly Edwards," she introduced herself, "and I live here on the base. My husband is Captain Thomas Edwards, Hepta's commanding officer. Though, he's on long term medical leave now after he suffered what appears to have been a massive stroke."

Noah maneuvered his wheelchair down the Promenade. He had a mild sweet tooth right now, and a mild case of boredom along with it. Tante Maria's was probably the best place to kill two birds with one stone, he thought.
He pushed his wheelchair toward the Bakery, and as he entered it, he found two women at a table. One was Captain Edwards' wife, unless he was mistaken. He hadn't yet had a chance her. The other was a Commander in a teal uniform. She was probably new. But then again, for all he knew, she could have been serving on Hepta for over a year and he wouldn't have known.
He had to chance it. He wheeled his chair over. "Good day, Mrs. Edwards," he said first to TJ's wife. He then turned his attention to the unfamiliar women. "How do you do? Noah Bates, Hanson's Chief Engineer."

The blond woman came over to Lorna and smiled."Hello, I don't think I've seen you around here before. Are you a new instructor or a new cadet?" Now that made Lorna smile, not that there was an age limit on becoming a cadet but cadets her age were, to say the least, unusual. "Or were you looking for someone in particular?"
"I'm Lorna Holsen, new Medical Instructor on the Hanson. I've only just arrived so I'm still looking around."
"I'm Polly Edwards," the other woman said "and I live here on the base. My husband is Captain Thomas Edwards, Hepta's commanding officer. Though, he's on long term medical leave now after he suffered what appears to have been a massive stroke."
Lorna nodded sympathetically. "Stroke recovery take a long time to heal but normally all the cerebral damage is repairable." In order to distract Polly from what was most likely not her favourite topic of conversation. "So what's it like living on Conqueror? It seems pretty busy."
Before Polly could answer a man in a wheelchair arrived at the table, Lorna felt she vaguely recognised him. "Good day, Mrs. Edwards," he said to Polly, he then turned to Lorna "How do you do? Noah Bates, Hanson's Chief Engineer."
"Pleased to meet you, I'm Lorna Holsen the Hason's new Chief Medical Officer" She now knew where she recognised his face from, the crew bios she had skimmed through earlier.
"So how long have you served on the Hanson?" she asked.

The bakery was filling up again, a clear sign that things were getting back to normal. Officers were once again pouring back in. The absence of Cadets was concerning, though. At least, that is what Kayla had overheard.
Often, high ranking officials of Section 47, and specifically it's academy, frequented the establishment. They carried themselves differently, Kayla noticed, even if they happened to be in plain clothes. They were easy to spot, and were sought out by the Bajoran girl. They ordered the most, and subsequently, left the largest gratuities.
The word was, since the Hepta went missing, Cadet influx dropped. Kayla thought it was an obvious consequence of a ship of Cadets going missing. Although, the chances of two ships going missing were probably small, and the Hanson crew, now that they have returned for their search unsuccessfully, will undoubtedly coddle their next batch of Cadets. Bow would likely be the best time to be a Cadet.
The young waitress wrinkled her nose at the thought of joining Starfleet in the first place. "Too much learning, not enough fun." she had told her father when she was younger. The beautiful girl would have rather been wild. She wished now she had rubbed noses with more books and less boys. Her current situation was a constant reminder of that poor decision. She made the best of it anyway.
"The Hanson must be back," Maria said.
Kayla shrugged. "All I know is, the officers leave better tips than the regulars here." The regulars, however, were regulars. And even if they tipped less, they tipped more reliably. Who was better at tipping - officers or civilians - was a close call overall because of it.
A small table of newcomers had assembled since Kayla last attended the seating area. She made her way over with her padd.
"Oops, I'm sorry sir." she said to the officer in the wheelchair. The seat back poked out a bit further than she had anticipated, and her slender hip caught the corner as she passed. She put her hand on his shoulder. "Would you like anything to eat or drink?" She looked up at the others, signaling that the question was intended for all of them.

"Pleased to meet you, I'm Lorna Holsen the Hason's new Chief Medical Officer. So how long have you served on the Hanson?" she asked.
Chief Medical Officer...it'll be interesting to see what this one thinks of the chair, Noah thought to himself. "The first time, second time, or both?" Noah asked, and chuckled slightly. At the Doc's puzzled look, he explained. "I began serving on Hanson a little over two years ago. I served for 6 months, but then one mission artificially aged me. I had decided to retire, but then after 18 months of that I got bored and returned. Hanson just got back from my first mission since returning."
Just then, a passerby jostled his chair. "Oops, I'm sorry sir," she said, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Would you like anything to eat or drink?"
She was evidently waitress, and one hired since he'd been gone. "Coffee will be fine. Anything for you two ladies? It's on me," he said to the women sitting with him.

Then one of the waiting staff jostled his chair as she tried to squeeze behind him.
"Oops, I'm sorry sir," she said, "Would you like anything to eat or drink?" Lorna looked at her empty pastry plate and thought for a second or two which was long enough for Noah to beat her in answering.
"Coffee will be fine Anything for you two ladies? It's on me," he said..
"Another chocolate pastry for me please", Lorna said passing her plate to the waitress.
"I'm a firm believer in living for today," she said with a smile knowing that a her attitude puzzled people who were used to doctors going on about a healthy lifestyle. "You never know what tomorrow may bring, particularly in Starfleet." She rubbed her left arm slightly as she spoke. It was a pretty much subconscious habit now, not to mention a reminder.
"So what happened on the Hanson's last trip out? Are the training missions as crazy as I have been led to believe?" She asked continuing the conversation.

Noah chuckled. "Depending on what you've been led to believe, they may well be crazier. This past mission, we responded to a distress call from a trade ship, and they took us prisoner! We think they were slightly deranged due to some radiation poisoning from their cargo."
Noting the shocked look on Lorna's face, he went on. "Oh, that's not even the first time I've been taken prisoner either. Romulans once stole the ship, and dumped most of the crew on an old Klingon ship. I was left here on Hanson, gratefully, due to my wheelchair. They did mess the thing up pretty well, though. Then my last mission I served on before retiring last time, an anamoly caused us all to age. I aged more than most, due to my more advanced age, and the strain was a bit much."
He smiled. "So yes, it's at least as crazy as you've been led to believe. So what got you into medicine? You certainly have a different attitude than most doctors, especially compared to the one we had last time I was serving on Hanson."

Lorna was force to laugh and shake her head in equal measure as the engineer told his tales. It seemed the stories she had heard were far from exaggerated.
"So what got you into medicine? You certainly have a different attitude than most doctors, especially compared to the one we had last time I was serving on Hanson." Now that made Lorna want to ask several more questions but she deemed it polite to answer his first. With a slight smile she began the shortened version of her life history.
"I'm a starfleet brat, grew up on one ship after another. Always planned to join one day had no idea what area though. As to how I go into medicine that's a bit of a story." She paused a moment, this was the harder part of her story to tell. "The ship I was on was in the Battle of Sector 001. My family survived. I was 14 and after the battle was over I helped out as a gofer for sickbay. Fetching this and that, main power was out so all hands were needed. Then the Dominion war kicked off, I stayed aboard ship. My mother, she was a CScO then, wanted to send me somewhere safer but we were to far out for that. I became an intern and started to learn medicine on the fly. After the war ended I did my formal studies and then joined starfleet. I find myself drawn to troubled situations, after all that's where help is most needed." She rubbed her arm again "Been shot at a few times myself; hence 'Live for today',"
Lorna broke in to another smile "failing that be patched up tomorrow. So what got you into engineering?" she asked

Methos, dressed in Civilian attire, walked into the Tanta Marie Bakery. He glanced around and saw the Commander Bates was at a table talking with two fairly attractive females. Methos decided that he should wait to talk with the Hanson's CEO, so he took a table a couple of tables away.
The waitress came and asked what he wanted to order. "I'll take a Cinnamon roll and a raktijino."
His order came and he nibbled on his roll, while he listened in on the conversation from the other table.

"As a child I always loved taking things about, seeing how they worked and putting them back together again, not always successfully I might add. Later I enjoyed designing things and building them. I've always enjoyed working with my hands, as I'm a very hands-on person. That's alot of the reason why I use a wheelchair instead of a hover-chair. Most of the rest of the reason being I wanted the exercise. This thing is equipped with servomotors that would allow me to move it around at the push of a button, but i prefer my own strength."

Lorna looked at Noah with the eye of someone who had studied a lot of physiology. "I'll bear that in mind should I get the urge to arm wrestle someone." She smiled not entirely kidding, stranger things had happened.
"So are any of our fellow instructors around. I gather our CO's away on another mission."

Polly had felt a little left out of the conversation since she wasn't an instructor on either academy vessel. But now that the doctor asked for more instructors, she nodded over to Methos, who sat a few tables away. "That's Colonel Methos, Hanson's Marine Instructor and I'm sure Commander Hope is about somewhere. She usually spends her free time with her husband and children when she's off duty and on shoreleave. And with the Hanson having just returned from a search for Admiral Drew and the Hepta, I'm sure she's up with Colonel Stone or Admiral McCormick for debriefing."
The Irish girl pondered on that thought for a few minutes. "She rarely visits this bakery though, only if she knows there are cadets about that'll join the Hanson on mission." Then she frowned. "I hope you two will get along though, there are only two medical doctors she'll trust from what I heard. One's a Vulcan, Doctor Salek and the other's a Human, Doctor Jason Black."
Polly chuckled. "The commander just hates sickbays, and that's a fair understatement, isn't it commander bates?"

Noah couldn't help it. He burst out laughing. It took a minute to regain his composure. "Forgive me," he said finally. "It is indeed quite the understatement. There is, in fact, a formal reprimand on her record by Doctor Black for refusing a medical order to report for a physical. But you didn't hear that from me. In fact, I think the only times she obeyed the good Doctor's summons with much reluctance was when she was pregnant with her triplets. That reminds me; I need to go see the little tykes again. I'm the godfather of one of them. And Polly here is their caretaker when the Commander and Doctor Hope are involved in things to dangerous to have their children with them, which turns out to be most every mission Hanson goes on."

Polly said, suddenly reminding Lorna of her existence, and also reminding her that she had yet to officially report in. Still she wasn't really due here until tomorrow. She looked at the indicated officer. She had spend a lot of time with marines although usually in a professional capacity, on or off duty they seemed to need patching up more often than anyone else. Not exactly a surprise though.
"She rarely visits this bakery though, only if she knows there are cadets about that'll join the Hanson on mission." Then Polly frowned. "I hope you two will get along though, there are only two medical doctors she'll trust from what I heard. One's a Vulcan, Doctor Salek and the other's a Human, Doctor Jason Black."
That gave Lorna pause for thought, serving under an FO who disliked Doctors might not be an exactly pleasant experience. Still she was willing to try she just hoped that Commander Hope was also.
Polly chuckled. "The commander just hates sickbays, and that's a fair understatement, isn't it commander bates?"

Lorna wasn't sure whether she was looking forward to meeting the FO or not now. Routine Physicals were going to be anything but. "I have no idea how my mother managed my brother and I on board ship and we spent most of our time mapping and surveying. From what you've said the Hanson seems at bit livelier than that."
She smiled slightly. "I think living here is going to be a very interesting experience." She bit into her newly arrived pastry. "Would you two agree?"

"Better late than never!" Kayla exclaimed as she set down everyones orders. After rearranging them between themselves to get the right food to the right people, Kayla interrupted the conversation.
"I remember Commander Hope. She's that Romulan officer, right?" She didn't need a reply to keep going. "She talked down to me the last time she was in here- as if she was smarter than me or something." Her finger twirled her hair. She stopped when the hair bounced out of the pinched grasp.
"I'm sure she's a fine woman, don't get me wrong." From what everyone was saying though, she sounded overbearing. "My father always told me not to judge a book by its cover."
From behind the counter, Tante - furious as usual at the Bajoran waitress - was angrily waiting with her fists in her waist. Seeing this, Kayla made a quick escape, being sure to collect her gratuity padd after it had been passed around. The length of time it took the officers to receive service, though, undoubtedly would be reflected on the padd. It was not looking out to be a good day for the young girl.

James had felt hungry after all he had just this minite left the xo’s office for a second time after he had arrived back here on the Conqueror and stood looking at the cakes. He thought’ god I am hungry.’as he looked up at the big letters it said.
Tanta Marie Bakery
He thought’ This would do for now.’ as he entered the room he started to look for a free table and started to think about what it was he wanted to eat and drink and then find his quarters. He started to look round to see if anyone else was in here as he felt alone.
<<Anyone>>
James knew that most of the time whilst he waited for his training mission and hoped that someone would come over to him. He thought ‘I know I will have some beans on toast and a glass of coke to wash it down with.’
<<Anyone>>

Looking like just another face in a sea of people, you wouldn’t really notice the quiet Bajoran making his way around the Promenade unless you happened to be looking for him. Neither walking too fast nor too slow, the man appeared to be merely taking a stroll, though in reality he was carefully observing the people around him and eyeing the establishments scattered throughout the deck.
Egan had just arrived on a transport earlier in the day. Officially, he was still on leave for another 48 hours, so after getting settled in his new quarters, he had decided to go exploring and become more familiar with his surroundings, what was to be his new home at least half of the time. Lieutenant Redos had rather liked the idea of being stationed at a starbase in between going out on missions.
At his age, it felt like about time for Egan to have some sort of stability in his life, and the fact that this stability included teaching only made it better. In spite of the ups and downs of his professional life, one thing that had remained somewhat constant was his love of teaching. The prospect of shaping young minds, the future of the Federation, was a thrilling one to say the least.
Having no intention of stopping, the Bajoran was nonetheless halted by the smell of freshly baked Mapa bread, the kind he himself had baked almost everyday for years as a young boy. Suddenly realizing how hungry he was, the Lieutenant moved into the warm, inviting bakery almost on autopilot.
The place was certainly busy, packed with officers and civilians, or perhaps off-duty officers. A young Bajoran girl was approaching, a tray of drinks in her hands; however, she didn’t see him. Stopping at a nearby table, the preoccupied girl began to laugh, talking to a young man in a Cadet’s uniform sitting with a small group of fellow Cadets. It was unfortunately at that moment the tray began to tilt and the drinks slid ever closer to the edge.
Almost on impulse, Egan moved forward to grab the edge of the tray, forcing it level once more. The girl laughed again, not even noticing his assistance as she blindly removed the drinks one by one from the tray and placed them in one spot on the table, allowing the Cadets to grab their own drinks from there. With another laugh, she pulled the tray away from the Lieutenant’s hand and placed it by her side under her elbow as she continued chatting with the young men.
With a wry grin and a shake of his head, the officer moved away from the oblivious girl who reminded him so much of his young niece, his older sister’s daughter. The difference between young Bajorans who had grown up during the occupation and those born afterwards was astounding.
Deciding perhaps it would be safer to order directly from the counter instead of relying on the waitress, Egan headed there, ordering several thick slices of the fresh bread and a Vulcan Mocha. After waiting several minutes and then receiving his order, the Operations officer glanced around the room looking for somewhere to sit, but there were no empty tables open.
After a few moments, his eyes settled on another young man in a Cadet’s uniform sitting alone at a table. Something about him told Egan that perhaps he needed some company, and since the Bajoran needed a table, it only made sense to approach him. “Excuse me, Cadet. Is this seat taken?” Redos asked with a smile indicating to the vacant seat on the opposite side of the small table.

Cadet Wolfe quietly slipped in the the Tanta Marie Bakery. This place was as famous as Quarks on DS9 where Cadet Wolfe had grown up. He though to himself "No Dabo Girls." He smiled to himself and realized that that just ment no one to take his Replicator rations in leu or latinum. Besides, games and girls are the last reason the cadet is here. He looks around the room for a menu, a waitress and an inviting table of new friends to sit with.

Lieutenant Redos had barely taken a seat in the unoccupied chair across from the young cadet when another one walked into the bakery, clearly looking for somewhere to sit. Egan could certainly sympathize with him having just been there himself just a moment ago, so he waved the young man over to join them, hoping that the first Cadet who had taken pity on him wouldn’t mind more company.
“Hello, Cadet. Please have a seat and join us. If you’re looking for service, I would recommend going up to the counter. The waitress is a just a bit distracted I believe. The menu’s written up on that board over there, so you can think about what you want from here.”
As the second young man glanced over the menu on the wall, Egan turned to the first Cadet. “Thank you for offering me a seat at this table. I was beginning to think I’d have to enjoy my bread and coffee standing up! Oh, forgive me, I’m being rude. I’m Lieutenant Redos, Chief of Operations and instructor aboard the Hanson. And you are?”
<Tag Stewart>
“Well it’s a pleasure to meet you, Cadet Stewart. What are the odds, us meeting up here like this? It certainly is fortunate!” Glancing back at the second Cadet, Egan extended his greeting to him as well. “So, we’ve got an Operations instructor, and an Operations Cadet, but how about you?”
<Tag Wolfe>
Egan was a bit taken aback. Two of his future Cadets in one place at the same time, and he’d barely been aboard the station a few hours. If he didn’t know any better, there had been a meeting called, or this was some sort of practical joke.
“Well, I’ll be…isn’t this providential. It’s a pleasure to meet you Cadet Wolfe! The three of us will be working quite closely together on the next mission, so it’s nice to have us all in the same place to get to know each other before we’re thrown into the fire so to speak. Why don’t the two of you tell me a bit about yourselves, and what got you both into field of Operations?”

Cadet Wolfe welcomes the thought of company especially with one of his new COs. "Thank You very much for the invite for a place to sit Lietenant Redos. I didn't relize this place was so busy." Cadet Wolfe suddenly loses his interest in the baked goods that everyone in the room has come to enjoy. At that moment the Cadel Wolfe realizes he has forgotten his manners when he sees Cadet Stewart sitting at the tabel as well. "Hello Cadet Stewart. How are you?" Cadet Wolfe chimes out very happy to meet a fellow classmate who obvioulsy, wanting to be an Ops Officer, has many of the same interestes as Him

At this point having introduced himself and not wanting to interrupt Cadet Stewart's interest in his baked good Cadet Wolfe proceedes to Lt. Redos's question:
"Well Lt. Redos I was primed from a young age to be a medical doctor. I loved medicine, and having grown up on DS9 I had an excellent teacher in Dr. Bashir to peak my interest. But, my parents were 'freight runners' during the Cardassian occupation of Bajor so I also had an extreme love for open space and the feel of a ship. This only grew deeper when a young Bajorian engineer would sneak me into OPS on DS9 while she was working the graveyard shift. She showed me the inner workings of everything on that station. It was at that point I realized that I wanted to be an ops officer. I wanted so badly to sit at one of those stations and with the press of my fingers make it react how I wanted it to. I guess I should feel kind of bad about it all though becasue she was sneaking me in as a date and I was more interested in the OPS stations....." Cadet Wolfe trails off and smiles a little hoping he hasn't bored the Lt. to death. "How about you Lt.

As the gratuity PADD went around, Noah made certain to add a decent tip. The service did leave something to be desired, but Tiara had been friendly. He gave her a 15% tip, and then passed it on.
His attention finally went to the new faces a few tables over. At the table were two Cadets, and a Lieutenant who was, unless Noah was mistaken, a new Instructor. "If you ladies will excuse me, I see some new faces over there," Noah said, with a gesture that was as close to bowing as you could get while sitting in a wheelchair, and turned his chair around and pushed himself over to the table containing the newcomers.
"Greetings, gentleman. I'm Noah Bates, the Hanson's Chief Engineer. May I join you?" he asked, looking each in the eye in turn.

Egan felt his breath catch as he listened to Cadet Wolfe’s words. The combination of his previous interest in medicine and the mention of the occupation of Bajor brought back a lot of memories. The Lieutenant had been to Deep Space Nine many times during his service in the Militia, and it was there he had officially resigned to join Starfleet during the Dominion War, something he didn’t regret, but it still hadn’t been an easy decision to make. He also was an acquaintance of Doctor Bashir’s, though it had been a long time.
When the question was turned back to Redos and how he got into Ops, the Lieutenant momentarily struggled with what to tell this young man. His path to Operations certainly hadn’t been direct or easy. Fortunately, before being put in a position where he really needed to answer, an officer who introduced himself as the Hanson’s Chief Engineer requested to join them. Egan didn’t think he’d ever been so grateful to see a perfect stranger in his entire life.
“Hello Commander Bates. Please do feel free to join us. It is a pleasure to meet you, Sir.” Lieutenant Redos said, welcoming his fellow instructor with a warm smile. He wasn’t sure if the relief he felt showed in his voice, but Noah certainly had impeccable timing.
“I’m Lieutenant Redos Egan, the new Chief of Operations, and these two young men are going to be my Cadets this upcoming mission.” Egan added, introducing himself by name to the engineer, but allowing his Cadets a chance to introduce themselves to the Commander.

Cadet Wolfe knew he had struck a nerv with Lt. Redos maybe he should have been a little more discreat when he talked of DS9 and Cardassian Occupation of Bajor, but it was who he was and he couldn't change that. Besides every little piece of information he could be the Lt. concerning his past may come back to be useful someday in the futhre when he needs it most. But knowing that the situation had left things a little edgy Cadet Wolfe dropped his anticipated response when Commander Bates Hanson's Chief engineer showed up and Lt. Redos offered him a seat. It was at this moment that cadet Wolfe realized the intent quizical stare on his fellow cadet's face. "Cadet Stewart.....what about you? You have been awful quiet" <Tag Stewart>
"Hello Sir" Cadet Wolfe said to commander Bates "I look forward to serving with you and if some point you have a moment I would love to speak with you concerning Temporal dynamics and how it affects the formation of the space time around the path of a quantium torpedo traveling at the speed of light." temporal mechanics had always been one of Cadet Wolfe's greatest fascinations. It was at this point that Cadet Wolfe realized he had been a jabber jaws and had probably run his mouth a little too much. " I am so sorry gentleman, I guess I am just excited to meet so many of my shipmates at once." What about you guys" <Tag Bates, Stewart, Redos>
